Ordered online, delivery promised in about 40 minutes. When the order didn't come after 90 minutes, I wanted to ask by phone. It was constantly busy, then I ordered somewhere else and told Lieferando that the order hadn't arrived. After almost 2 hours (!!!!) the driver rings the bell. They have so much to do. Yes, I understand. But why do you set the portal to “In delivery, your order is about to arrive”? For 90 minutes? Why not call or at least make sure you can be reached? Others can do it too! I then refused acceptance because of the massive delay without any information. The driver then called the boss, who literally told me that not taking the food now would be "haram"... The store then set the order at Lieferando to “delivered”, which is simply a lie (so much for “Haram”). The owner has denied the complaint in the online portal and is not returning the money. I can't judge food. But in my opinion, no proper businessman or restaurateur works like that.

The absolute best part about this place was the excellent service by our host. He was so attentive and nice! The food was so delicious but I wasn’t feeling well so he packed away the food for me to enjoy today and wrote down heating instructions so it would taste as close to the fresh deliciousness as possible. Food was 5/5 but service was 6/5 :) the restaurant space is cozy and intimate and the dishes were served at the perfect intervals.

Top hosts, great restaurant with delicious beer, food and a great audience

With a bit of a slight stomach ache, I wanted to eat something that wasn't spicy. I asked if the food (chicken with rice) was spicy. I was told it wasn't spicy. However, it was a bit spicy (I would have returned the food without a drink), and they probably put pepper in it. What also worried me: I saw the employee opening the door, touching things and then using the same hand to put the vegetables on the plates. For me it was the last time I was there.

Delicious. Normal/large portion. My recommendation for everyone who loves sushi 😊

Wir waren am späten Nachmittag als Düsseldorf-Besucher zu zweit dort essen, da wir aufgrund der vollmundigen Versprechen auf der Website des Restaurans und derchuten Bewertungen im Internet neugierig waren. Wir bestellten zwei verschiedene Reisnudelgerichte mit Salat. Ich bestellte Reisbandnudeln mit roter Kokosmilch, Gemüse und Tofu. Zunächst war eine derart große Menge Tofu (in großen Scheiben) auf dem Teller, dass man die Nudeln nicht sehen konnte. Der Tofu, der ja sowieso schon nach nichts schmeckt, war überhaupt nicht gewürzt, so dass er schmecke, wie einfach nur aus der Packung genommen, kurz warm gemacht und aufgeschnitten. Auch war er weder angebraten noch knusprig einfach nur weich und labberig. Das in der Karte angekündigte Gemüse suchte ich vergeblich. Der Rest des Tellers war auch durch starkes Nachwürzen kaum geschmacklich zu retten. Das ist sehr schade, zumal die Preise für die Gerichte insgesamt recht happig sind. Auch mein Partner konnte sein Essen nicht genießen, da auch sein Gericht kaum gewürzt war. Wir waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Wir teilten unsere Erfahrung dem Kellner mit, der aber von unseren Äußerungen kaum Notiz nahm und auch rein gar nichts darauf erwiderte. Keine Ahnung, ob es ihn nicht interessierte oder er uns nicht verstand. Was mir gut gefallen hat war der Tee mit echter Minze, Orangenscheibe, Ingwer und Honig.

Worst place I’ve been in Düsseldorf. Awful food and very overpriced, service doesn’t exist at all. Absolutely do not recommend to visit.

Like all Maruyasu restaurants, for me, good quality and friendly service. Everything is well maintained and clearly presented.

Always an experience, this time just for a glass of wine, the service is knowledgeable and very attentive. A wonderful courtyard is available for warm summer evenings.

I stopped by chance because there was a nice seat available in the sun. Ate delicious snacks and enjoyed very good coffee!

Our food was cold and rather tasteless. Unfortunately, the lady in service didn't ask either during the meal or after the meal. I definitely wouldn't eat there again.

A cozy place. Rustic and classic furnishings. Mostly Greek cuisine. Always good and tasty. Even with large groups, the food is on point. Ample portions. The service is attentive and always friendly.
