Ordered through Lieferando and was so dissatisfied that I had to leave a bad review here on Google. We have been waiting for food for hours, when we call to ask we are told that the food will be there in three minutes, barely understandable. 30 minutes later we are still waiting in vain. You absolutely can't talk to them at all because they don't understand or speak a word of German except the sentence "It'll be there in three minutes," which they probably recite to every caller to appease them. The food was otherwise acceptable but absolutely nothing special.

A lot has changed since my last visit a few weeks ago. Unfortunately not for the better. Loveless menu in a cheap folder. The spring rolls that were once so popular have been removed from the program. The warming plates are no longer available either. It's all surprising, but the service is really bad. Some of the service staff don't speak a word of German. In addition, when I asked why spring rolls were no longer offered, the response was very rude. Apparently there are no workers left. The drink I ordered was deliberately forgotten and I didn't pay for it. The sweet and sour chicken we ordered tasted bland and boring. The restaurant is definitely on the decline. Even the many Chinese employees of the companies on Hansaallee stay away. Anyway, definitely the last visit to this restaurant for me. Sad how this will end. For everyone: NO RECOMMENDATION anymore!

I went there on my lunch break, they have a lunch menu, but it took them almost 50 minutes to bring the food! Eventually I had to swallow everything and run back to the office! Not recommended for your lunch break!

I visited China Town restaurant in Düsseldorf today with clients. The food was okay in terms of taste, but the presentation was careless. The Peking duck sweet and sour was just thrown on the plate, with the sauce served separately. The starter soup was tasty. The service was completely overwhelmed and neglected to clear the table. In the basement restroom, there was no soap. When I tried to order dessert, I was rudely told that dessert isn’t available with the lunch menu. After waiting for some time without our order being taken, we tried to pay. After another long wait, we finally paid and left with our clients, without dessert or coffee. Okay for a quick lunch, but not recommended for business meals.

Service was loads of fun, food was plentiful and quick. This is not high end cuisine, more standard, wide ranging choices. Functional and fun. Easy to walk to from Seestern area hotels.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 x satay skewers with rice and paid €30 for them. First of all, you were ignored and treated unkindly. When we got home, the disappointment was even greater. The rice was as soggy and mushy as you would imagine from the hospital. The satay skewers were completely covered in a soup of peanut sauce. Normally they are available separately. It was really inedible!!

We discovered the restaurant by chance while driving past and ate here for the first time. Admittedly, I started to sweat a bit when I first got there! I read the reviews here before ordering the drinks and was really considering whether I should show them to my companion (who had just ordered jasmine tea). But I don't have it. It was an unbelievably awful experience for us. It was my sisters birthday that day. And the boss(woman) is racist to us. We were so happy to go to this Chinese restaurant to celebrate her birthday at first. But the boss(woman) just ignored us all the time and refused to recommend food for us in a really bad attitude. She said she would never give us recommendations because we were in Germany and there was no such service in European countries. However, she went to recommend food for another table of German customers, which was hilarious! It was a terrible experience. Everyone got so upset that night just because of this. We went to another restaurant after this. She definitely has racism because she treats people with different races in different ways. If you are well treated by her( the boss ), then wish you luck… if the food is bad, that is okay for people. But if the attitude is wrong, that is so unfair for people.

It did not disappoint me at all, delectable and authentic Chinese food, beautiful interior decoration and friendly staffs & owner that elevated the experience. I was surprised by the quality and it’s very underrated. I personally loved the Mapo tofu and the steam fish. If you are in Düsseldorf, it’s a must try!

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung dort gemacht. Ich hatte 2 haare im Essen und das Personal war genauso unfreundlich. Ich hatte dann mein neues Gericht erhalten und es schmeckte enttäuschenderweise einfach nicht. Nahezu zu vergleichen mit Hundefutter.

Sorry for that ! Ich war nicht zufrieden! Das Essen war Geschmacklos. Dann hätte ich Classic Wan tan bestellt mit Fleisch Fühlung. Gekommen waren allerdings wan tan mit Fisch. Sie Fragt mich nett ob ich diesen Teller wieder haben möchte der mittlerweile aussah wie ein Teller für Neugeborenne . Meine Antwort war : Nein Danke

But noodles one is not up to the standard what I feel. The best part is, the food was fresh and warm. The price is okay considering food amount, but taste can be improved. Service is good, no complaint about the service. There is a parking space may be in front of the restaurant. But we did not park, I am not sure about the details of parking. Please check yourself before you plan to go. What I liked most about it is the atmosphere is cozy and friendly with a big dining area. You can have great time with your family and friends. It would not be so crowded so I don’t think you have to reserve. When we are there it is round about 13:15 PM, got seats spontaneously and not that much customers were seated.

Man isst von der Platte, kein Teller extra. Die Ente durchschnittliche Qualität, sehr sehnig. Man kommt sich vor wie in der Kantine. Mir hat es nicht gefallen, kein Grund hier noch einmal einzugehen...

老板换人了，原来饭菜可能并不突出，但起码做到好客热情。现在的饭店老板态度很差，爱搭不理，感觉买他家饭是上赶着送钱。菜的价格也和菜单不一致，也不主动说明，等到看到结账账单钱不对，才轻飘飘来一句“涨价了”。

服务员服务态度太差。明明上错了菜我们好意提醒，结果一直给顾客甩脸。之后上的每道菜都会态度极其恶劣的不报菜名并且重复三次问顾客“这个菜上对没？”。作为餐饮从业人员了解自己餐厅的菜品不是最基本的要求吗？更何况是水晶虾饺和韭菜饺子的区别…真无语。劝大家杜塞好吃的餐厅那么多，没必要给自己花钱买不开心。太没素质了！

Der Besitzer wechselt andauernd. Mal kommt die Polizei ins Restaurant und verhaftet ein paar chinesische Mitarbeiter, mal schreit ne chinesische Frau im Laden rum. Totales Chaos. Essen war mal deutlich besser.

Wir waren mit 3Leuten zum Mittag dort- Mittagsmenue mit Geflügel und gebratenem Reis- Kein Gewürz, kein Salz ... Nix... Sauce soll extra bezahlt werden- Ohne Sauße war es total trocken. Das Essen beim Vorbesitzer war um Klassen besser- Diese Adresse kann nicht empfohlen werden !

Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig zuvorkommend.Das Essen war enttäuschend und geschmacklos.Das Ambiente war nicht einladend und die Einrichtung wirkte vernachlässigt.

Es lässt sich dort hervorragend essen, der Service ist super und das Personal sehr nett. Es gibt draußen auch eine Terrasse, die allerdings an der Straße liegt und je nach Uhrzeit nicht so ruhig ist. Unschlagbar ist der hauseigene, selbstgemachte Kiwilikör, den es vom Haus nach dem Essen gibt. Schon alleine dafür lohnt es sich, dort hin zu gehen. Gutes Essen und gute Portionen.

Po zmianie właściciela nie polecam tej restauracji. Bardzo nie miła obsługa. Jedzenie również straciło na swojej jakości.

Wan Tan Suppe keine richtige Brühe, wässrig und nicht richtig heiss. Dim Sum zu viel Teig und keine richtige Garnele. Paniertes Hähnchen absolut schlecht, aus billigstem labbrigem Formfleisch, Panade komisch gewürzt und nicht richtig heiss. Zu guter letzt das Hähnchencurry, die absolute Krönung: Zusammengekippte Reste aus Mittagsbuffet, wahrscheinlich ein paar Tage alt. Wir waren vor allem schockiert über die desaströse Fleischqualität. Da fiel die unfreundliche Bedienung gar nicht auf. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut gar nicht… Nie wieder!

Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen, allerdings fühlt man sich dort sehr unwillkommen, sowohl der Kellner der ziemlich unhöflich war als auch die lange Wartezeit auf das Essen, Gäste die später kamen wurden früher bedient und es schien so als wollte man und ganz schnell los werden. Kein schönen Abend oder sonst was trotz das wir einen schönen Abend wünschten. Die Menge auf der Speisekarte erschlägt einen erstmal man ist ziemlich reizüberflutet und um einen Tisch zu bekommen muss Man die Mitarbeiter selber ansprechen.

Leider für Bestellungen nicht zu empfehlen. Zumal wir schon mehrfach dort bestellt haben., Leider ein no Go. Der Kunde wird hier mit Füßen getreten. Meidet diesen laden. Abartig

Lange Wartezeit für schlechtes Essen was ich gar nicht bestellt habe. Ich habe vor Ort essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Der wortkarge Kellner hat mich auch gleich abkassiert. Aber auf mein Essen musste ich dann noch 30 min warten. Daheim angekommen habe ich bemerkt das ich gar nicht das erhalten habe was ich bestellt hatte. Anstatt 2 x Hühnchen mit Erdnusssauce erhielt ich 2 x abgestandene süß saure Souce zu dem trockenen Hühnchen Fleisch.

Ich habe mit diesen Imbiss sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, die Lieferzeiten sind viel zu lange. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell, sie haben sie versucht mir etwas in Rechnung zu stellen was ich nicht gehabt habe, an Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten!

Habe mich auf leckere „knusprig gebratene Nudeln“ gefreut. Essen kam zwar pünktlich, Nudeln waren aber zu 75 Prozent roh. Der restliche Teil war weich. Ansonsten war das Essen kalt und kaum gewürzt. Das Pak Choi war ein riesiges Stück, nicht mal klein geschnitten. Der rohe Anteil der Nudeln spricht dafür, dass da ein Fehler passiert sein muss. Bei der Beschwerde am Telefon wurde nach einer halben Minute einfach aufgelegt, obwohl ich nach einem Ersatzessen noch fragen wollte. Eine vernünftige Erklärung gab es nicht. Während ich mit der Dame sprach, wurde die ganze Zeit mit einer anderen Person geredet. Zuhören wollte man mir wohl nicht. Zudem konnte ich die Dame am Telefon überhaupt nicht verstehen. Viel zu laut und man hat sich keine Mühe gegeben, vernünftig mit mir zu reden. Keine Antworten auf meine Frage, kein Entgegenkommen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Musste mir das Essen dann in der Pfanne selbst warmmachen. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen. Kundenservice geht anders. Essen nicht zu empfehlen leider.

Man kann von chinesischem Essen halten,was man will,ich bin mittags sehr zufrieden,hier ein Gemüse mit Tofu(8,5€) und einer Kanne grünen Tee(3,5€)zu genießen

Das Essen war gut. Das Bier lecker und im Glas für Norddeutsche 😉 Preiswert war es auch, ohne billig zu sein.

Sehr gutes, leckeres Essen. Am Samstag Mittag waren wir die einzigen die nicht asiatisch aussahen. Das spricht wohl auch für gute Qualität. Sehr sauber, schneller Service, jederzeit wieder.

Most of restaurant around here are closed early. But this restaurant is opened until 23:00. And the taste is very good and there are Japanese menu. The portion is huge. There are many tables and cosy place.

This place is very nice for eating lunch, at 8€ for a super tasty Singapore Pasta you can't get a better deal in the area. Will gladly return there!

Immer super lecker und frisch zubereitet.👍👍👍Wir bestellen oft Essen zum liefern (w.g Corona).Sind aber schon seit einigen Jahren Stammkunden auch im Restaurant.Was mich am Wochenende doch sehr enttäuscht hat war eine neue Bedienung .Sie hat kaum.... das wir fertig mit Essen oder Trinken waren ...Sofort!!! den Tisch abgeräumt ohne das die Gläser/ Teller leer waren. Sie war sehr unhöflich egal welche Frage man gestellt hat. Liebe Inhaber da besteht mal Einweisung in Kundenfreundlichkeit... Ich freue mich bald wieder zu kommen und falls es möglich ist werde ich auch das persöhnlich Gespräch suchen ...das wollte ich aber nicht vor anderen Gästen machen ..

Überraschungs Entdeckung in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Prinzenallee. Von außen unscheinbar, drinnen jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr leckere chinesische Gerichte und netter zuvorkommender Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
