Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the taste. The vegetables we ordered for the hotpot were fresh, but the meat (beef) only tasted like fat and had an inedible consistency. The curry soup was so extremely spicy that it only tasted spicy and burned your stomach. It hasn't had a pleasant curry taste for a long time. Anything cooked in this soup could no longer be enjoyed due to its extreme spiciness. There was only a small and cold selection in the buffet, which wouldn't have been a bad thing if the hotpot had been tasty. The staff was friendly. We ended up paying around €57 for two people and had to leave a restaurant hungry for the first time in our lives. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the store.

Unfortunately, it was so incredibly warm in the restaurant that we couldn't really enjoy the food. The website advertises air conditioning, so we assumed it would be pleasant. Unfortunately, only a small part is air-conditioned. The food itself was delicious, the selection of different broths was also good. Otherwise there was a rather small selection. Unfortunately, the small buffet was also a bit disappointing, there was hardly any dessert and the fried things were always empty. Most of the waiters are very nice, but occasionally the ingredients were thrown onto the table very carelessly.

The staff were so bad that we had made a reservation a week ago, and today we get a call saying they have to cancel our table. It doesn't work at all, instead of offering us a different time, they wanted to give us a different day. Waited so long for something like this. Bottomless impudence!

I came to know about this resturant from socialmedia, we were there and I regret the moment I was there and I regret the money I have paid.... First of all we were three and all should wait for the other to order... Secondly the food was served without any spices which makes it disgusting... Thirdly there were very limited types of food varieties, totally differs from what is posted in social media. The food was not frish and the meet was gefrozen!! We were informed that we have only tow hours to complete ordering, cooking, and eating!!!! They said it is booked and they do not have availability eventhogh all tables awere empty!!! I think they are limiting the time sothat the person can not order more!! In one sentence.. I regret the money I paid !!!

It's very dirty and it just gets under Cleaned according to customer instructions. Very unmotivated employees unfortunately... There isn't much to choose from...and the taste of the food has nothing to do with hotpot. We are very disappointed...

A really great restaurant. There were four of us there and we were able to try a lot. Our highlight is the veal and lamb and the delicious shrimp. We will definitely come again. Maybe a little tip, it would be great if tongs and extra large chopsticks were offered for the hotpot.

Reserved online several times. Last reservation was not rejected. Called 4 times and no one answered. Rejection upon arrival. So this is not justifiable with planning. Why are appointments offered online when none are available??? Why does the rejection only come hours later or not at all?

Also now it's halal so no pork option and alcohol option if you want those in a hotpot place. --------------------------------- I always go there for the hotpot with grill, the hotpot is basic but with the grill, it's amazing! With such price including so much food and drinks, nothing can beat it. **Too bad 1 person can't have the hotpot with grill, it'd be great if this is also offer for the people who like eating alone, I'd probably eat there everyday then :)

The hotpot's taste isn't anything out of the ordinary, but that doesn't mean it's bad, it's absolutely rock solid. But I think the soups could be more intense. It's also nice for the Muslim siblings to hear that everything is Halal. The service is great, everyone is very friendly and, above all, everything happens quickly. I find absolutely nothing to complain about. The ambience is nice, but could do with a little more attention to detail, perhaps a few more decorations. The entrance area in particular is beautifully designed, this beauty and decoration could bring the ambience to a new level in all corners of the restaurant. Conclusion: Seasons is a nice restaurant that offers solid food and is definitely worth a visit. The price is great, for €26.80 per person you can eat and drink as much as you want. If you tweak the hotpot soups a bit, it can definitely make the restaurant even more worthwhile. I had fun eating in this restaurant and would in good conscience recommend going to Seasons to anyone who wants to eat halal hotpot in Düsseldorf.

Unfortunately we were very rushed by the service. There was nothing in the buffet that is shown in the photos. If the service had gloves it would be really nice! A waitress burned her fingers trying to spin our pot.

We didn’t come for a couple of months, we came specifically to eat shish kebab, which was the most delicious in Dusseldorf and we were told that it no longer exists🥺It was our favorite restaurant, now there is no point in coming there, it’s a shame, we were disappointed

I was in the restaurant for the first time a few months ago and was thrilled. Yesterday I was there again and I have to say that unfortunately things have changed for the worse. There was significantly less choice in the ingredients and there were no side dishes or desserts at the sauce bar. When you go to the hotpot restaurant for the first time, it makes a solid impression, but I have the comparison value from a few months ago and probably wouldn't go there again. Maybe we got it on the wrong day because we were there during the week, but then I don't understand why you have to pay the full price.

I recently visited this hotpot restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was super tasty and the selection was super fresh. The staff were not only extremely friendly, but also extremely charming and good-looking, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The design of the restaurant is a real eye-catcher. Can't wait to come back! Highly Recommended!

Absolutely not recommended. The dishes were served unappetizing, the beef was swimming in blood, the Chinese cabbage consisted more of stalks and the broth was far too spicy. The plates and bowls were all littered with “kitschen”. Only the service was great. Conclusion: once and never again.

Short conclusion: Incredibly good!! I would describe myself as a hotpot affine & experienced. Szechuan hotpot has been my favorite food for many years. I ate hotpot in 7 different restaurants (and even made it myself during lockdown). The restaurant experiences ranged from sometimes really bad, to loveless and unspectacular, to really good. And now in WW Seasons: Fantastic. At first I was skeptical about the many negative reviews here - many of which were apparently of Asian origin. Nevertheless, when I happened to walk past the shop, the smell and the food on the tables caught my attention - so I wanted to get my own opinion. A "first go in and look around" led to a positive impression - it smelled great, the sauce buffet, which was described as "unhygienic", looked completely okay, the plastic table mats were fine - so we decided to stay there and try it. Yes, well, if I were super picky, then of course there is a higher level of purity - but I would probably not be happy with this criterion in almost any buffet restaurant, in very few chip shops or snack bars. In any case, there was nothing negative that caught the eye - even a "secret" look into the kitchen looked perfect on the surface. But (as a former chef) I'm relatively relaxed as long as I don't come across anything really problematic ;-) The "courage" was rewarded - with a really fantastic tasting hotpot, the complexity and variety of flavors of which I have never experienced in any other hotpot shop (and not even in my own creation). It was actually like rediscovering hotpot food, I was so amazed by the taste. A perfectly balanced spiciness ratio of the Szechuan stock (Asian hot - not German... People ask for it^^), the just right presence of the Szechuan pepper, the freshness and quality of the ingredients, even the taste of such mundane things like the soy sauce, were perfectly balanced. And the other two brews we tried (tom yum goong and kimchi) were also absolutely tasty. Be that as it may, I think I can save the conclusion, because I think my enthusiasm for the taste quality can be clearly seen in my lines. The team is friendly, understands and speaks German well (not a given in authentic Asian shops) and really tries hard and quickly. The ambience is not upscale, but cozy, a bit lounge-like due to the slightly darkened atmosphere - quite pleasant. I definitely only have 5 stars left as a rating :-) MY RECOMMENDATION: Be sure to try the “spicy broth” (Sezchuan) - it simply brings a whole new world of taste. Ask for "a little paste" in the broth to start with - then even Europeans can tolerate the level of spiciness. You can always increase it, if in doubt, just ask for a little more Sezchuan spice paste, which you can then dissolve in your brew. Finally: If you need tips on the sauces (the ingredients cooked in the broth are then dipped into them): >> Soy-sesame sauce: - soy sauce (bottle) - Salt - Fresh garlic - Coriander (alternatively spring onion) - Sesame oil (bottle) >>Peanut sauce: - soy sauce (bottle) - Sesame oil (bottle) - Salt - Peanut paste - Coriander/spring onion - fresh chopped garlic >> Fermented garlic sauce - Oyster sauce (bottled) - chopped garlic - Sesame oil - Red fermented tofu sauce (in the containers) - Coriander or green onions NO salt - the red tofu sauce and "salty hoi sin" are salty enough. This sauce can also be easily modified with 1-2 spoonfuls of sugar and a little vinegar - then results in a sweet and sour direction which (if I want to compare it) is a little like turnip herb jam or something like that. Really interesting because of the fermentation .

Authentic hotpot restaurant. All inclusive €24.9 with drinks/beer.

I wouldn't go there again. Hot pot and BBQ cost €28.80. You shouldn't actually call it a barbecue. The dishes are not grilled and are all served with the same sour sauce. Hot Pot is unbeatable for the price. However, I have never felt the savings strategy so strongly. The meat is almost entirely fat and everything else comes to the table frozen. Drinks are included in the price, but the selection is minimal. The service staff is quick and attentive. However, most of them don't seem to have an Asian connection. You can also see this in the selection of dishes. Everything in the toilets is so rusty that it's almost falling out of the wall. A regulator should really take a look there.

I've been there a few times recently. The style is new, things are packed separately, and you can order with QR codes. There's no shortage of things, and there's also ice cream! ! ! (Super delicious!!!) The girly and rude waiter from two years ago is no longer here. All the service staff and the boss lady are very nice! This price includes soft drinks and beer, which is the best value for money! ! !

The hot pot is delicious. The buffet price is 24 euros, which is not expensive. It’s a pity that they don’t sell barbecue anymore.

Unfortunately, the food gradually deteriorates and the price-performance ratio is no longer right. You can only order with a cell phone, even though there were 6 of us there, so you simply have no overview of what you can and would like to order. This definitely needs improvement! The service also leaves a lot to be desired... you have to keep telling the waiters so that what you ordered is brought to the table, so all in all the dinner was simply disappointing.

The amount of drinks provided is quite large, and the hot pot is average.

All-you-can-eat hotpot style food. We always enjoy coming here. Food is very tasty and for this price you can't complain. Especially since drinks are included. Clean local and nice ambience, but the music could be a little quieter. Very friendly staff. ps. We would have been happy with a little more vegetarian selection.

The service at this restaurant was exceptionally outstanding. The waiters were friendly, patient and efficient. The food was incredibly delicious. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely become my go to restaurant from now on.

The HotPot was very tasty. The food was quickly brought to the table. The self-service cutlery, bowls and sauces meant you could try a lot. As soon as something ran out you could simply order more using your mobile phone. Unfortunately the chairs were a bit low, but you could help yourself with cozy cushions. In summary, a clear recommendation from me. :)

The food tastes good and fills you up. For 24 euros you get an all you can eat meal with drinks included. The service was good, the broth was refilled for free, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly explained to us how to prepare sauces and they regularly made sure that we were well looked after ^^.

Honestly? Was good! Didn't have any complaints after eating either! Tip to the restaurant: please put meat, fish and vegetables on separate plates for vegetarians/meat eaters/pescatarians Restaurant could be better decorated but my goodness for €24 all you can eat and drink you can't say anything. We ate there for the first time for a birthday. Almost all of the dishes we ordered came to the table heaped together on one plate (shrimp, mushrooms, ramen and rice noodles). The meat came frozen on a plate, without any labeling as to what was there. The selection wasn't that special either... braised corns yes, but chicken no and the broths were pretty tasteless after a while because hot water was simply added. The spring rolls, which were at a separate counter where you also got sauces and spices, were no longer refilled after 8:30. Even after asking several times, nothing happened because = it's all over now, the kitchen closes at 9 a.m. (half past 8 / 9 a.m.) everything is clear.. Shortly before 9 a.m. someone came to the table a total of 4 times to point out to us that the kitchen was closing or whether we could clear up now...well, direct expulsion... This went on with regard to the staff (unfortunately, with one exception, through the entire evening) The men's toilets were probably underground too. Overall, it was neither a nice nor a tasty evening. We definitely won't be coming back... A pity!

The restaurant is OK. The service is very nice and patient with the customers. Unfortunately, some of what we ordered from the all you can eat menu was missing. You always had to ask where this and that was. Otherwise the food was quite okay. What I liked is that the women's toilets were very clean and well maintained. They provided sanitary pads and tampons there.

Five of us had dinner at WW Seasons today. Our friend had reserved a table for 8 p.m., so far so good. Unfortunately, what followed had little to do with a relaxing evening. The menu was explained to us by a listless waitress, we all had the HotPot menu with grilled things, unfortunately our waitress was very quiet and hard to understand. Which is basically not a problem. You can ask again. When asked what we would like to drink, we replied that we would like a menu to go with it. There wasn't. It was therefore a gamble as to which drinks to get. For this reason we stuck to Cola, Fanta and Sprite. After food and drinks were ordered, we were told straight away that the kitchen would only be open until 9 p.m. and that the last orders would be taken at 8:30 p.m. So we had a reservation for 8 p.m. and immediately after we arrived we were told when nothing was available anymore. Well, the drinks came and we set off to mix our sauces. Basically a nice selection if you could use it... Almost everything was already empty. I'm not talking about specially cooked sauces or the like, but about Asian sauce or spices that could be refilled in 1 minute. Nothing happened even though there were other tables occupied with guests. (Rumors say that this counter could also have gyoza and spring rolls, as can be seen from the signage. Unfortunately not here). Back at our seat another waitress came and asked us what else we would like since the kitchen was about to close. Well, what can I say, our first order wasn't even there, so we couldn't order anything else because we didn't know how much we had initially ordered (first visit). That's why we didn't order anything more. Good thing, because the portions are actually quite good. If only everything you ordered ended up on the table. Then our food came, it was delicious but you felt rushed throughout. The waitresses already started to tidy up and clean. Ordering more drinks was hardly possible because both waitresses preferred to clear away dishes, with headphones on of course, instead of paying attention to the guests. After what felt like an eternity we were able to get something to drink. However, the notice that we would be kicked out at 10 p.m. because it was closing was unnecessary (at 9 p.m.). Now the awesome thing, we were actually thirsty again and we all ordered another drink. To do this, we had to hand over our glasses, which should then, ideally, be refilled at the counter in the correct order. Apparently this store only has 5 glasses... next time just put a bottle on the table, then everyone can refill it themselves, it doesn't take so much work..... It happened as it had to happen, at 9:50 p.m. the new notice came that you were about to be thrown out. We had finished eating, stressed but at least exhausted. A quick trip to the toilet while our friend paid (that apparently went smoothly). We noticed that the sauce counter had been filled with everything again, was closed and was ready for the next day... even the spices were new... Well, the toilet was a disaster. A lot of things are broken and not necessarily clean. When we went out we were asked if we had really paid... We actually had a lot of fun in the store, although not because of the good service. Fortunately, we were able to take the many things that went wrong with humor. All in all, delicious food, but unfortunately the surroundings don't fit at all. Therefore we won't come by again.

Nice little shop, unfortunately kept far too dark, the lighting was therefore not optimized. The staff was friendly, but communication was very tiring, in German and in English. The large selection of hot pots speaks for itself, but the constant pouring of water dilutes the entire taste experience. We chose kimchi and chicken broth. While the kimchi side was very intense, the chicken broth didn't taste like anything right from the start. Adding water all the time only made it worse. It's better to avoid the sanitary facilities, unfortunately everything in the men's toilet was wet, as if someone had wet themselves in front of the facilities and the trash can was overflowing with rubbish. Card payment is only possible from €50 onwards, so you can of course force a subsequent purchase.

I had imagined more to it. Most of the staff don't speak German or English well. We were seated at a table and a piece of paper was put down. No explanation or anything like that, as first-time visitors we had to ask the people sitting next to us what the process was like. Our queries could not be answered due to language problems. Apparently the sanitary facilities are not cleaned in between - it looked bad (especially in the men's toilet there was urine everywhere and it also smelled like it). For the price of 24 EUR per person (including drinks), the HotPot is OK - the quality of the ingredients is just low. It was not clear whether the BBQ for 35 EUR per person was also All U Can Eat, because the prices for the skewers were on the menu to tick. The basic soups somehow all tasted the same (namely like nothing) and were topped up with hot water every now and then, so that in the end there was no taste at all. The sauce station is not very inviting. By 6 p.m., things like sesame balls and spring rolls were empty and no longer being refilled (although the kitchen stays open later). It was very loud in the restaurant and the decor wasn't that inviting for me personally. There is no drinks menu. A waitress wore headphones, chewed gum and was very unfriendly. Generally the service is worse than other restaurants in the area. We won't come again.

Es war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Der Hot Pot schmeckt super. Die Zutaten sind sehr frisch. Der Kellner war sehr geduldig und half uns beim Bestellen.

Es war lecker, die meisten Gäste stammten aus Asien, daher dürfte es authentisch sein. Für 35 Eur gibt es All you can eat mit Hot Pot und leckeren kleinen Fleischspiessen, man wählt 2 Suppen zum Kochen von Zutaten, ein tolles Hauptgericht (bei uns Lammfleisch), die Zutaten für Hot Pot können auch jederzeit nachbestellt werden. Der Service war freundlich aber nicht sehr aufmerksam. Man muss Zeit mitbringen, mindestens 2 Stunden, Hot Pot ist nichts für Eilige.

Wenn man viel wirklich leckeres und aromatisches Essen essen möchte, das nicht besonders teuer ist, ist es genau der richtige Ort. Wir hätten nicht erwartet, dass die Portionen so groß und voller Fleisch sind. Der Service war während unseres gesamten Besuchs hervorragend. Wir werde auf jeden Fall öfter wiederkommen und dieses Restaurant weiter empfehlen!

The food is awesome and the atmosphere is super chill, each dish was savory and perfectly made, the portions are enough to feed two, and after we were offered tupperware to take leftovers home. Definitely try N 210 and 212, and especially dessert with Taro Balls and coconut milk with bean paste. The stuff is super attentive and welcoming, they also speak english. Definitely would go again!

Nachschub gibt es immer nach Bestellung an den Tisch. Qualität 4 von 5 Sternen. Leider waren die Saucen etwas fade. Aber die Zutaten top! Leider waren einige extra Saucen und Beilagen beim Buffet vergriffen und es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Dafür -⭐️ Zutaten authentisch chinesisch! Nur an den Saucen müsste etwas gearbeitet werden. (In China oft Hotpot bestellt) 2-3 Stunden einplanen, perfekt für gemütliche Abende im Kreis.

Kann die eher schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Sehr authentisch, sehr bemüht und qualitativ nicht schlechter als die Wettbewerber. Preislich top!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal HotPot essen und es war sehr lecker. Viel Auswahl und schnelle Bedienung. Sehr flexibel, weil man öfter nachbestellen kann. Das Konzept ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hat uns viel erklärt. Super lieb. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Düsseldorf sind.

麻辣牛肉巨推！猪蹄和排骨烤的也很好吃，让人舌尖回味无穷的是那个干锅肥肠真的很好吃，这里的菜品真的选择很多，下次还会再回顾！

I have been here several time and it was all great! I remember it was 24€ for all you can eat hotpot and the sauce replicate Haidilao style which was amazing 💓. Highly recommend!

非常推荐这家火锅店。点了火锅自助还有包裹水，非常的实惠。烤串都非常的新鲜，而且有两个汤底可以选择。

Wirklich sehr guter hot pot. Asiatisch scharf und Kimchi. Sehr leckere Zutaten. Es ist kein stylisches Ambiente, dafür sehr authentisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt und einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Den konnte ich mit meiner Familie wiederholen. Tolles Ambiente. Fantastisches Essen und die wohl freundlichteste Bedienung, die wir je erlebt haben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewirtung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Weiterhin gutes Essen und lecker. Wir waren mit Freunden da,die erstmal hotpot probiert haben. Wir haben bbq+ hotpot bestellt für 35€p.P. inkl. Getränke. Freunden sind erstaunt, ob das Restaurant mit dem Preis noch gewinnen machen kann. Da das Essen All you can eat und Getränke All you can Drink ist . Waren zum ersten Mal da... Als Fleischesser wahrscheinlich nicht so schlecht, die vegetarischen Sachen waren aber nicht besonders lecker. Jedenfalls ist die Tomatensuppe nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen und die Soßenauswahl war auch nicht besonders gut. Die Bedienung war recht unfreundlich und seine Kleidung roch, als wäre sie nach dem Waschen nicht getrocknet. Der Laden selbst war relativ sauber, das Soßen- und Toppingbuffet war allerdings nicht sehr einladend und vorallem das Männerklo war super dreckig. Es sah aus, als wäre seit Tagen, vielleicht sogar Wochen nicht gewischt worden. Insgesamt kein guter Eindruck und kein gutes Gefühl dort zu essen. Für meine eigene Erfahrung als Vegetarier würde ich sogar eher einen Stern, aber die Fleisch- und Fischauswahl sah relativ anständig aus. Das beste war wahrscheinlich das AllYouCanDrink-Konzept. Für 24€ allerdings trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen.
