Relatively new place, I think it is handed over from previous owner and now totally halal food concept. Very happy with for supporting Halal restrictions. It was my first hotpot experience, the service was good but I would like to have some information card, how to and how long cook :)

It's a nice place in itself, but the food isn't good. At least the kimchi and chicken soups were very bland and tasteless. The drink selection was also very limited (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and water), and they weren't even cold. It's a real shame. The staff was also very pushy at the end. Even though we were still sitting and eating our ice cream, they put all the remaining ingredients we had into the soup and dumped our trash in it, so we left. Frankly, I find it very disrespectful to clean up when we still had more than half an hour to spare.

Every time, I'm impressed by the dedication of a certain employee named Jade (I hope I spelled that right). She's constantly on the go, working without a break, yet remaining attentive, friendly, and calm, even when it's visibly very stressful. She served us quickly every time, kept track of everything, and you can simply tell she's fully committed to her job. People like her are the reason you truly feel welcome as a guest. It's noticeable and memorable. Of course, the whole team is also part of this: The food is consistently excellent, fresh, and delicious, and you can tell that the service and kitchen staff work together seamlessly. That's why I just wanted to say a big thank you to her and the entire team.

I don't even know where to begin, because this restaurant is less of an "all you can eat" and more of an "all you can endure." Let's start with the restrooms: The smell was so awful that you briefly wondered if a secret bioweapons test was being conducted. "Filthy" is putting it mildly; it was more like an apocalyptic mess. Some of the food simply wasn't brought to us. Perhaps it had gotten lost on its way, just like motivation, hygiene, and organization. The self-service counter was a chaotic obstacle course: Everyone was in everyone else's way, everything was dirty, and cakes, spring rolls, etc., were consistently sold out. Refills? Forget it. At least the noodles were consistently cold, presumably served straight from the fridge to help you freeze at the table. There was no way to find your way around either: The labels on the counter were so faded that you had to guess whether you were choosing chili oil, soy sauce, or simply your own fate. The entire restaurant was simply shabby, not just "used look," but rather "abandoned years ago." Our table situation was another highlight: There were five of us, but we were effectively given a table for four. One person was relegated to the end of the table, like they were on a siding. Our seat was right by the entrance, with a constant draft. After two hours, we were not only hungry but also frozen to the bone. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the wall itself had been nibbled on. Probably by previous guests who were still hungry after the all-you-can-eat buffet. Understandable—we were in the same boat. The crowning glory of the restaurant experience: A blue highchair sat in the middle of the aisle for the entire two hours. Everyone bumped into it. It stayed put, though. Like something out of a bad movie, only without the drama, but with a sore shin. And then the real finale: I didn't tolerate the food well, which is why I had to spend part of my New Year's Eve on the toilet. A culinary experience that will truly leave a lasting impression. Conclusion: I arrived hungry, sat freezing, left hungry, and later spent a lot of time in the restroom. Thanks, Seasons Hot Pot, I could have done without this experience, even if it had been free. Even if I paid, I wouldn't set foot in this place again. My dignity, my stomach, and my gut flora all voted against it.

You leave this restaurant with a new appreciation for things you usually take for granted. Functional service, for example. Seasons in Düsseldorf managed not only to disappoint expectations, but to consistently fall short. The food we ordered simply never arrived. Instead, we were served enoki mushrooms at regular intervals. No matter how many we ordered, the portion was always identical. Reliability at a highly questionable level. The broth was "refreshed" several times, apparently with something strongly reminiscent of salted pasta water. After being refilled, it tasted only of salt. A highlight was the moment when the hot liquid was poured into the pot from a considerable height, splashing liberally. Including boiling water all over us. The drinks menu was quickly studied: five options, self-service at the tap, served in plastic cups. Waitstaff? Practically nonexistent. The ambiance was as uninviting as it was clean, and the restrooms… let's just say they unfortunately fit the overall impression perfectly. Conclusion: A visit here is incredibly helpful in putting bad days into perspective in the future.

I was very disappointed with my visit. There were live crabs in my shell, which was very unpleasant. Furthermore, part of our order was missing. Communication was difficult, and the restrooms were unclean and smelled strongly. As a result, I had severe diarrhea. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food was a huge disappointment. The meat tasted old and inedible, as the beef, in particular, consisted mostly of tendons. The soup was also tasteless and was only topped up with hot water twice. The ambiance wasn't exactly pleasant or authentic either. The tables and chairs are far too small, making it very difficult to constantly reach into the pot. When ordering via mobile phone, only half the order arrives, and most of it is frozen (mussels, etc.). This has nothing to do with quality. The plastic cups you're supposed to drink from and the dishes, which are covered in grease and left under the counter, are also unappealing. The counter is restocked very irregularly, so it's often empty, or the food is very cold and soggy. Cleanliness is also lacking, as the restrooms have a very unpleasant odor that permeates the counter area. Furthermore, the sink in the women's restroom doesn't work, and there's no soap. It's also a shame that you feel very unwelcome and are served, especially by one woman who seems completely unenthusiastic. The table was rarely cleared; they just kept piling more food on it. In the end, only one person ate, but our trash was simply thrown into the hot pot by a staff member before we were asked if we still wanted to eat. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant! This restaurant has nothing to do with authentic food.

Our visit to Seasons Düsseldorf was unfortunately a complete disappointment. Several orders placed through their own system either didn't arrive or were incomplete, and instead of finding solutions, everything was blamed on the system. Excuses were offered throughout our entire stay. The manager's handling of the situation was particularly unprofessional. The staff seemed overwhelmed. In addition, the food was of poor quality. At these relatively high prices, this is unacceptable. We will definitely not be returning.

The shrimp had their intestines inside. The owner yelled at us when we explained our problem and barely spoke German, so it wasn't advisable to resolve it completely. The owner was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. The app system didn't work. We had to wait 40 minutes and still didn't receive our food, despite ordering three times. We were repeatedly told that they would bring it immediately and that we should wait. We haven't experienced such rudeness in a long time. It's not worth €28 per person. We ate for €10 and were yelled at at the end instead of receiving any compensation for the terrible service. It used to be okay, but now it's definitely bad. Go eat somewhere else and don't throw your money away.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The website we were supposed to use for ordering didn't work from the start. Several of our orders were either never delivered or arrived incomplete, despite repeated inquiries. We were there for over two hours, more than half of which we spent waiting for food that never arrived. Despite bringing it up several times, the problem wasn't resolved. We weren't offered an alternative or any form of compensation. Instead of a solution, we only received excuses, and some of the staff were even rude and unprofessional, making comments like, "Then you should work here and do it better." This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The whole experience is particularly disappointing considering the price. We spent over 230 CHF and received neither the service nor the food we would have expected. Overall, very unfriendly, very unprofessional, and definitely not recommended.

Never again! Disgusting toilets, powdered broths, lots of frozen food, ice cream and cola taste very artificial, the price is in no way justified. I can't recommend it to anyone.

At first glance, it looks very nice, but upon closer inspection, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired – especially at the finger food and sauce buffet. My personal "highlight" (unfortunately in a negative sense): I've had stomach pains for two days straight since my visit, and my friends have complained of similar symptoms. The soup was quite tasty for the first hour, but after they added water, it barely had any flavor. The spinach noodles and zucchini were really delicious, but the rest was neither particularly fresh nor tasty. The restrooms were completely unacceptable – the smell was so strong that it permeated the buffet area. Empty plates weren't cleared away, and overall, the staff seemed neither particularly friendly nor motivated. Conclusion: Visually appealing, but very disappointing in terms of hygiene, service, and food. There is definitely room for improvement.

Yesterday, the four of us ate at Seasons Hotpot. At €28.80 per person, it was all you can eat and drink. The food was okay, but nothing special. For that price, you shouldn't expect too much. You'll definitely leave full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was alright, but nothing to write home about.

I was there with my children for dinner and was asked if I could leave early because guests who had also made reservations were arriving, but they had no free tables. Sorry, but I had a reservation too, and I've never experienced anything like it. The meat and scallops tasted really strange. NEVER AGAIN...

Edit: That's not necessary. So, if "vegetables" means frying a whole onion in different ways and then cutting it into different-sized pieces, then I want my money back!

I visited Seasons Hotpot in Düsseldorf and would rate it as an overall “okay” experience. The food itself was good and the ingredients were fresh, which I really appreciated. The sauces were tasty as well, and whenever staff came by, they were friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience didn’t fully match the price or the expectations of a more premium hotpot restaurant. The selection of ingredients was quite small compared to similar places, and several items I ordered were forgotten or arrived very late. The back area where the sauce station is located didn’t look very appealing or well-maintained, which took away from the atmosphere. Drinks were only served in plastic cups, which made the whole experience feel a bit less premium than it should. On the positive side, you can pay by card, even with credit card, although the staff kindly asks if you prefer to pay in cash instead. Overall: fresh ingredients and friendly staff, but the ambiance, small selection, and repeated order issues make it more of a 3-star experience for me.

I know about 10 hotpot restaurants with an all-you-can-eat offer – this one has the best broth and therefore the best flavor. The original mala broth with authentic Sichuan pepper is particularly fantastic, but the mushroom broth and tom young (or something similar) are also excellent. Highly recommended – and for under €30, all-you-can-eat hotpot with dessert, snacks, and all-you-can-drink is absolutely fair.

It’s not that Chinese hotpot anymore, only beef and lamb meat slice. Not many things for hotpot (like meatball or fish ball), also most important, no bbq anymore. It’ll be ok-ish to just have fun and drinks there, but if you expect authentic hotpot/bbq then you might want to check the menu again.

The food is an outrage for the price. Nothing is precooked or seasoned, and you wait forever to fish something out of the tasteless broth. The available ingredients are cheap and carelessly prepared. We only received cutlery for three people after asking, even though there were five of us. We had one ladle—have the owners ever tried fishing long noodles out of scalding hot dishwater with a scorching ladle? The customers at the next table were vaping without a care in the world. The toilets are appalling; even the cleanest train station restrooms are cleaner. When paying, my friend was asked if he'd prefer to pay in cash. The staff were somewhat friendly, but neither motivated nor welcoming. Never again.

I didn't like it at all compared to before (apparently it's changed ownership). The prices were too high for what I was getting. The toilets and the place overall didn't seem clean anymore. The service was very friendly, but you could tell it was going downhill. Plus, the clientele had changed drastically, becoming more of an oriental restaurant.

The staff are very polite. There is a prayer room. The food is delicious and fresh. We arrived quickly. The restrooms are clean.

We ate there on November 8th, 2025, and we didn't like it at all. The meat was frozen, the place was dirty, and overall the restaurant needs a lot of improvement. Very disappointing.

The menu in the restaurant is significantly smaller than the one on the website; there's hardly any choice, and even when ordering multiple items through the system, you only ever receive one portion. The soup has absolutely no flavor. The fried rice was the saddest ever, made with undercooked German parboiled rice and completely tasteless. Because they've cut corners everywhere, at least everything is vegetarian, since there's absolutely nothing in it—neither vegetables nor meat. Even 45 minutes after opening, there were still no hot dishes at the buffet. The only positive aspect is that the food was at least somewhat fresh.

I was really looking forward to visiting the restaurant, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The staff seemed exhausted and unmotivated, which created a rather unpleasant atmosphere. It felt strange to ask for anything, as hardly anyone smiled. The location is simple and unremarkable. The tomato soup had hardly any flavor, and its pale color alone indicated that it wasn't well seasoned. As a result, the entire dish lacked the necessary flavor and depth. While the menu offers a wide selection, when even the soup is tasteless, it unfortunately leaves a bad impression.

The explanation was excellent (10/10), the service was super friendly (10/10), and the food was simply fantastic (10/10)! I have to say we were disappointed with this restaurant. The ambiance didn't match the food at all; there was mismatched decor everywhere without any real concept, and it wasn't Asian in the slightest. The broths were really delicious, but the selection of toppings was extremely limited. The drinks came from a dispenser, like at McDonald's. The buffet for sauces, etc., was so small that we didn't even notice it at first 😅. For dessert, there were two kinds of ice cream, a small amount of sliced ​​pineapple, and a cake that looked too much like a pre-made cake. The hygiene was just so-so; a quick glance into the kitchen was enough for me, but I imagine it's the same in other establishments. We paid almost €60 for two people and definitely didn't get our money's worth.

Yesterday, a group of five of us ate there, and despite having a reservation, we were given a table that was too small. Very bad experience. We were looking forward to eating there, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Fellow countrymen, don't go there. There are no Chinese waiters, you know this restaurant is not good. Almost 80% of the tables in the restaurant have been booked, but no one came to eat. It was a Thursday night at 7 o'clock, and there were a lot of empty seats but you were not allowed to sit down and eat. Don't do business with this kind of business.

It was tasty overall, but unfortunately, there were a few things I didn't like so much. I ordered the slightly spicy broth, but I found it inedible because it was more than just slightly spicy. I must say, though, that they swapped it for chicken broth free of charge. I found the selection of drinks and ingredients a bit limited. The location looks cute, but everything is a bit cramped, especially the tables and the sauce bar. The staff were a bit unfriendly, and you have to leave after two hours, even though it doesn't say how long you can stay, regardless of whether you're finished or not. It was tasty, but the selection was a bit limited for my taste.

Very nice restaurant with fair prices and a wide selection. There are many different ingredients and even vegan alternatives. The food tasted very good – the meat in particular was excellent, and the soups were delicious. The service is mostly self-service, but it works smoothly. One small criticism: Cleanliness could be a bit better. Some seafood, especially the crab substitute, was a bit off in flavor. The rice and chicken dishes, on the other hand, were very good. The drink selection was a bit limited – a few still or unsweetened options (e.g., iced tea or tea included) would be welcome. Parking is, of course, scarce in the city center, but there are several parking garages nearby. Overall, good value for money – if they work on the little details, it could be perfect.

The atmosphere is horrible: the shop looks nice, but the atmosphere is not what you would expect from a Korean hotpot. The shop was completely empty and the shops next door were packed. The music was trashy German/Turkish rap, and not a single Korean worked there, only southern Europeans. When we asked if the music was normal, they turned it all off??? From that point on, it just became unpleasant and we just left. I can't say anything about the food because we left beforehand. We didn't get a table until 7 p.m. even though they'd been open since 5:30 p.m. and the shop was empty. The service itself was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. We discovered this restaurant on social media. After being assigned a table, we immediately noticed the dirty conditions. The table and the stovetop were not particularly well-maintained and still had encrusted food residue. The floor was dirty throughout the restaurant. One server wasn't wearing a uniform and looked quite unprofessional with her bright, eye-catching clothing. The food at the counter was also very unsightly. Most of the sauce ingredients were empty. The sauce spoons had probably fallen into the food several times. Sticky spoons that you didn't even want to touch, crumbs everywhere, cake next to the gyoza. The presentation was poor. Unfortunately, everything was very unsightly and more than spoiled the entire experience. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the meal.

We had reserved a table for 8:00 p.m. We were seated at a still-dirty table, which wasn't cleaned for another 15 minutes. The waitresses were very friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. Overall, I was very disappointed. At first glance, everything appears elegant and beautiful. A closer look reveals a lack of quality. The open buffet offers deep-fried, frozen goods. I wonder what chicken nuggets are doing in a hot pot restaurant? Drinks have to be purchased from a pump, like at a fast-food restaurant. 50% Coke, 50% water, like at McDonald's. The water is poured into carafes. Plastic cups are provided for soft drinks. The dishes are also made of plastic. Regarding the hot pot: You can choose between different types of broth. The taste was okay, but much too greasy. The meat smelled extremely bad. After being immersed in the broth once, the entire broth stank of it. The chicken was seasoned strangely, reminiscent of Turkish chicken seasoning. Overall, a disappointing experience. After the visit, you really have to shower immediately because you stink of broth from head to toe. The worst part: Although the restaurant is open until 10:30 p.m., we were told at 9:15 p.m. that the kitchen would be closing. After that, the buffet was cleared away. A definite no-go.

Since the change of ownership, this restaurant is unfortunately unrecognizable. It used to be a good place, but now almost nothing is right. The quality of the food has declined significantly, and the taste is far below what you would expect from a hot pot. Cleanliness no longer seems to be a priority, which makes the experience unpleasant. The smell in the restrooms is also unbearable. The prices no longer bear any relation to the service provided – you feel overpriced and disappointed. The clientele has also changed completely: instead of a relaxed atmosphere, there is often noise from unconventional, very loud guests. All in all, unfortunately, I would no longer recommend it. For the same price, you can find much better quality, cleaner food, and a more pleasant atmosphere in the surrounding area.

The staff forgot half of my order, and I had to keep reminding them that something was missing. The spicy broth tasted like Sichuan peppercorns, which unfortunately isn't rated anywhere, so I couldn't enjoy it. The kimchi broth was far too salty. Overall, the food was rather poor and unimpressive. Therefore, I unfortunately can't recommend it.

They treat customers like bugs;; They even throw dishes around and kick out customers who arrive an hour and a half before closing time. And it's ridiculous that they even eat their own food.

I went here with my girlfriend a few days ago for an all-you-can-eat meal, and we were absolutely thrilled! The quality of the products is outstanding – you can immediately taste the emphasis placed on freshness and selection. I especially recommend the kimchi broth, a real highlight! We tried everything, even the ice cream at the end (from the Netherlands) was first-class. For us, this restaurant stands out from many other Asian restaurants. A visit we can only recommend – our next one is already planned!

Three of us came here for hotpot, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The selection of ingredients was fresh and varied, the soup base very aromatic and seasoned just right. I experienced the worst treatment of my life in this establishment. The staff were rude from the start, didn't explain the concept, and didn't even mutter a couple of sentences (You know that one: choosing two soups and side dishes, preferably with a cell phone). If you repeatedly state that this is your first time, but no one takes a minute to explain, you shouldn't complain. Instead, they come afterward and mock the guest's supposed mistakes. A smile was inevitable, but malice and a derogatory grin seemed to be on the menu. Then they even ask if everything is okay, only to then rub our "mistakes" in our faces. Dismissal, including threats to call the police, rounded off the exemplary behavior of the self-appointed management/manager. We were humiliated and exposed in front of everyone. Such behavior is unacceptable and inhumane. As a restaurateur, you should have made sure that your guests feel comfortable and not treated condescendingly. Apparently, our noses didn't fit. In the service industry, it's common practice to appease customers, especially when they're right. First, ask the customer for their opinion, then blame them, so that you can then claim that the customer behaved inappropriately. Having to ask the waiter for every little thing, such as cutlery, which is then practically thrown at you (in front of the wrong person), eye rolling, etc., surprisingly didn't improve the situation. All in all, we were mistreated, discriminated against, ridiculed, thrown out, and humiliated. Suggestions for improvement: - Hire qualified staff - Ensure better manners - Don't confuse politeness with weakness - Provide staff training, e.g., in conflict management and service

We ate hot pot at Seasons Restaurant on August 23, 2025. We are deliberately including the pictures to make it clear that we were actually there. We are regular guests and have no connection whatsoever with the restaurant or its staff. Our impression was consistently positive: The staff were friendly, attentive, and respectful at all times. The food was fresh, delicious, and of good quality. We were also able to reorder drinks without any problems, which rounded off our experience pleasantly. During our visit, however, we witnessed another visitor making a big fuss. This was triggered by a polite explanation from the staff that one shouldn't overfill the broth with too many ingredients at once, as they could stick to the bottom and burn. The woman's reaction was completely excessive. She felt attacked, spoke condescendingly, deliberately tried to provoke the staff, and could be heard very loudly throughout the restaurant. She threatened to call the police several times – even though there was no insult or disrespectful behavior on the part of the staff. In the end, she refused to pay in full and left the restaurant. We were sitting right next to her and can state clearly: The staff never acted in an abusive or disrespectful manner. Quite the opposite; they remained calm, polite, and professional, even in this difficult situation. It was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness this. Thankfully, the two left the restaurant quickly, so the evening was still enjoyable for us. We want to record this here because the customer even threatened to publish an unjustified negative review – solely to get her way and harm the staff. We don't think that's acceptable. I really like the hot pot, but there's one thing that bothers me, and I wish they'd change it: a different kind of rice cake, one that's easier to get out of the pot. I find the slices so impractical. But everything else is great.

Seasons is simply fantastic! The flavors are delicious, the selection is huge—various broths, meats (all halal), fresh vegetables, noodles, and a separate counter just for sauces where you can get creative. The dessert selection is also impressive—there are cakes, ice cream, fresh fruit...and drinks are also included in the price! The value for money is absolutely spot on, the service is very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is absolutely pleasant. I love coming here with my sister—we always feel at home and enjoy the variety☺️

Unfortunately, I didn't like it. The service was nice, but the music was really annoying. Spotify ads played The Weekend the whole time. The soft drinks weren't tasty because they weren't carbonated. I read about nuii ice cream in other reviews, but unfortunately, we only had one kind of ice cream. I didn't like the sliced squid or the beef balls. Among other things, the balls had a strange taste, as if they still had ground lamb in them. The balls didn't look like the picture either, but more like small meatballs. Personally, I wouldn't go back. What I hate to say, but perhaps needs to be said, is that if I had seen the restroom first, I wouldn't have eaten there. The toilet seat and the toilet brush need to be replaced.

A really nice concept and excellent service. The best part is that it's all you can eat and drinks. The icing on the cake is that everything is Halal.

I was here today without a reservation, and it worked out just the same. The food was excellent (especially the meat!) – I've never had such large portions at an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Drinks were also included in the all-you-can-eat price, along with ice cream, dessert, and fruit.

I was here for the first time yesterday and was really pleasantly surprised. The staff is young and super friendly. You immediately feel at home, everything is organized, and the prices are really fair. I'll definitely be back.

Today my family and I drove over from Luxembourg and arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm. We wanted to eat in, but the waiter told us that the restaurant was closed. He told us that the kitchen closed at 9 o'clock. I don't understand why we were not allowed to eat in when we arrived at 8:30 when the opening hours were clearly written on the website. It was really terrible 👎

Unfortunately, I was tempted by Instagram and drove there all the way from Cologne. The meat, shrimp, and fish simply tasted of nothing, were served frozen, and everything was watered down. This has nothing to do with "a matter of taste" but with the product quality... The price-performance ratio here is absolutely not right; there are much better options in Düsseldorf. The restrooms were really disgusting and smelled bad. Furniture like the chairs are simply worn out and everything looks uninviting... Never again!!!

We spontaneously went to Seasons Düsseldorf without a reservation. The place was packed, but the team was super relaxed and still managed to get us a table – really cool! All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt at home. The food was truly delicious! Fresh ingredients, a good selection, and the hotpot was simply delicious. Everything came to our table quickly and tasted amazing. Really pleasant atmosphere, great service – we'll definitely be back. A definite recommendation, especially if you like hotpot or want to try something new.

Apparently, there's been a change of ownership. Now, you can't get service after 8 p.m. ("...we don't accept any more guests after 8..."). The service thing seems to be a bit tricky 🤔

The food really didn't taste good; the rice wasn't cooked through, and the noodles were very difficult to swallow. Very dry, but the service and ambiance were pleasant.

Season Hotpots in Düsseldorf is a real highlight for all fans of authentic Chinese hotpot! I was particularly impressed by the variety of soup bases and dips that allow you to customize your hotpot. The service was super friendly, attentive, and gave us excellent advice, even as hotpot newbies. The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern and cozy – perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. My conclusion: If you love hotpot (or want to try it for the first time), you shouldn't miss Season Hotpots. I'll definitely be back!

I'm a big fan of Seasons in Düsseldorf. Everything is super fresh and truly delicious. The shop is very clean. The service is also extremely fast, even though it's always busy. The value for money is really great, especially since drinks are included in the price. I find that really useful for hotpot, as you often get thirsty while eating. No wonder the shop is almost always fully booked. One small suggestion for improvement: Air conditioning would be great in the summer. Unfortunately, the hot broth makes it warm quickly, which makes visiting in the warmer months a bit tiring. In the winter, on the other hand, it's perfect, and I come there regularly. With air conditioning, though, I would definitely come much more often in the summer, too. Best regards.

We made the trip to Düsseldorf today, and I was not disappointed. I was absolutely thrilled. Aside from the food, all the employees were really sweet, really sweet, and you rarely see that. The shop is beautifully designed and clean. As a Muslim, I even had the opportunity to pray there. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ♥️ It's truly something different.

My girlfriend and I stuffed ourselves so much, and everything was, without a lie, amazing. Endless soft drinks (Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, etc.), you can order as much as you want every 15 minutes and the price stays the same, the staff clear away empty dishes, refill water, and are also very friendly, personable, and funny. We'll definitely be back and eat our fill again. We definitely want to go again in the winter to see the beautiful lights in the dark. Absolutely one of my new favorites.
