My partner and I wanted to order food from Pasquale for the second time, which we would then pick up. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself refused, as we wanted two different dishes and an appetizer platter. This was very disappointing, so we won't be eating there or ordering anything again.

TOP, great team, always friendly and humorous, the food is always freshly prepared and delicious...

The Venezuelan-style liver tasted bitter with burnt onions, and the microwaved vegetables weren't what I expected for that price. Never again.

The most authentic Italian restaurant in Düsseldorf. Pricey, but worth every cent. First-class food, delicious wines. Pasquale is a genius in the kitchen. His son follows in his father's footsteps. Benni and Massimo are extremely friendly and competent in their service. We've already booked our next appointment.

Rustic neighborhood Italian in Urdenbach - simple and delicious Pasquale was recommended to us by an Italian. We visited the inconspicuous restaurant in a residential area in Urdenbach at lunchtime. It is a very unusual Italian restaurant, the decor and size of which is reminiscent of a snack bar. When we got there we were greeted with a handshake by a friendly waiter. Since almost all high tables were occupied, Alessandro offered us two free seats at a table for 4, which we shared with 2 other guests - this was communicative and we learned details about the restaurant and the rustic chef and owner. Chef Pasquale has cooked his way into the hearts of the people of Urdenbach with his love for authentic Italian cuisine. Most of his guests have been loyal to him for many years. His pasta dishes enjoy cult status. Fresh Italian classics are offered on the table above the open kitchen and on Fridays Pasquale cooks fresh fish soup. The pasta dishes we ordered (penne al arrabiata and tagliolini with black truffles) were perfectly cooked and delicious - pasta makes you happy :-)). The extremely friendly and attentive service is worth mentioning. Alessandro poured us more mineral water several times - fortunately it wasn't San Pellegrino. Visiting Pasquale was a very Italian culinary experience. He is probably the most individual Italian in the city with a unique family atmosphere and really good cuisine - that's how Cucina Casareccia works. The small restaurant has been open since 2004 and is filled to capacity every day - no reservations are accepted and Pasquale only accepts cash payments. The slightly different Italian restaurant in Urdenbach is certainly not for everyone - but for fans of original Italian cuisine it is an insider tip with cult status. Pasquale is the Italian counterpart to the former cult Austrian Poldi in Heerdt - who is unfortunately long history.

Super delicious food, excellent wine, top-notch cuisine and service. People also eat and drink outside in the awning—and smoke. When the door keeps opening and closing, smoke comes into the restaurant and kitchen. That's not very pleasant. Very good value for money.

The best Italian in Düsseldorf. Unpretentious and authentic. Tip: Scallops as a starter and then veal chop with fresh mushrooms… not cheap but tasty. The antipasti are world class!

Hello, I was just eating with a business customer, the food was very tasty, everything was perfect... but we still had almost half of the starter on our plate when the waiter said to us as we walked past... What were they smoking haha ​​the food (main course is already ready) was then simply placed on the table and the rest of the starter was pushed onto a small plate. We would have liked to take a little break. When I wanted to pay, because it's business... you don't usually pay in cash, I was really shocked that I can't pay with a debit card these days. Maybe I can still understand credit cards, but EC... seems a bit like that in Italians ⚫️ I'm disappointed and won't be coming back. I also couldn't find any note or indication that you can only pay in cash. It's a shame, the food is delicious but otherwise, it's a shame.

Very good food, very open and friendly staff

The food was simply delicious, it could be shared, the portion per person was large, very well served and of good quality. The professionals are always very attentive and friendly. It's definitely worth returning. Thank you very much to the team ☺️

On the one hand on the other hand ... This is a very special restaurant. On the one hand: super delicious pasta, salads, fish/meat dishes. Authentic cuisine, also some more “special” creations. Service staff very nice. Fun, lively atmosphere. On the other hand: (especially inside) loud, no privacy when eating, as you always sit at the table with strangers (if you don't come to at least 4), snack bar look, nothing comfortable, 2-shift operation in the evenings, a lot of reservations have to be made for a long time (which unfortunately can only be done by telephone). And: quite a few dishes on the menu are only available if at least two people order them (which is incomprehensible for some of the dishes) and massively limits the actual selection for different tastes You have to love the store (and many people do) to be able to ignore these very special conditions.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Abendessen. Die Vorspeise war sehr lecker. Kann jedem die Jakobsmuscheln empfehlen. Hauptgang war gemischter Fisch und Gemüse/Tagliata...super!Würde am liebsten jede Woche dort hingehen. Kleines Lokal-super Service-absolut zu empfehlen.

Benedetto & Massimo sind sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir lieben die Empfehlungen, die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Ein purer Genuss. Da kommt Urlaubsfeeling auf und Lust auf mehr. Ob Antipasti, Pasta, Fisch oder Fleisch, hier ist alles empfehlenswert. Besonders die Fischsuppe am Freitag ist sensationell……

Great, nice and authentic atmosphere, just like Pasquale and his team. All dishes are highly recommended. The truffle pasta in particular for €22 is incredibly tasty and really a large portion. Also highly recommended. Is the beef fillet with balsamic sauce. And the tiramisu always rounds off the meal well. Thank you Pasquale, Bene & Massimo!

Simply delicious and original Italian cuisine!!!

Kleinigkeiten sind uns wichtig. Offene Küche, brennende Pfannen und alles frisch. Über Wein kann man sprechen. Muß nicht nur Hauswein sein. Hat uns mal wieder sehr gut gefallen. Da das Lokal nicht sehr groß ist sollte man evtl vorher buchen. 😋

Immer ein Erlebnis, für mich das Beste Restaurant. Ein Muss für jeden der perfektes Essen liebt

Schade, dass einem der Charakter des Kochs so auffällt. Unangenehmer, rassistischer und unsympathischer Italiener als Koch. Bewertung der Pasta.. leider versalzen und viel zu fettig. Viel zu teuer für so eine schlechte Leistung...

Essen toll, gute Tageskarte und Klassiker auf der regulären Karte, beste Zutaten (z. B. die Trüffel und Pilze). Service seeehr aufmerksam, aber dadurch auch manchmal etwas langsam. Ambiente irgendwo zwischen Imbissbude und Straßencafé, aber sauber und gemütlich.

Alles frisch zubereitet, Service ist persönlich und authentisch, Preise sind angemessen, schöne Lunchtime - extra aus Köln angereist.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und super leckeren Abend hier. Der Service ist top: super aufmerksam und empfiehlt mit Begeisterung Gerichte von der Karte. Alles war unglaublich lecker! Was mich ein kleines bisschen gestört hat: wir saßen draußen quasi in einem Zelt und da wurde drin geraucht, ohne dass der Rauch gut abziehen konnte. Das finde ich eklig. Man kann leider nicht mit Karte zahlen

Zuletzt tolle Anti Pasti Platten bestellt und abgeholt. Wir waren begeistert. Auch bei unserem Besuch zu meinem Geburtstag. Phantastisches Essen und tolle Bedienung. Gerne immer wieder.

Cüs Junge! Anfang 2000er, in große Pause über Zaun vong Schulhof gestohlen für Rauchapause, Krapohl und Achts-nichts gepeilt, 1€ Pizzastück bei nette Mann gegönnt, dann gemischte Tüte und "Dreh&Trink", erstzweise Kratzeis, nebenan. Ich küsse deine großen Augen, Mann am Ofen!

Die handwerkliche Kochkunst fängt bei den immer hochqualitativen Zutaten an - überhaupt keine Selbstverständlichkeit - und sicher ein Aspekt bei dem zugegebener Maßen gehobenen Preisniveau. Die Bedienung ist hoch authentisch und kennt sich (zB bei den Weinen) mit allem gut aus. Die Gestaltung der Location ist natürlich auch prägend. Immer eine Frage wert sind die Gerichte die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Letztere hat in den letzte. Jahren eingebüßt (und manchmal vermisse ich die Salsiccia-Pasta von der alten Mittagskarte..

Na ja, was soll ich sagen. Das Essen ist leider immer sehr salzig, der Chef hat sehr oft Stimmungsschwankungen. Mal ist er nett, mal mega unsympathisch und genervt. Das gilt auch für das Personal. Das " Restaurant" ist sehr klein und eng. Dadurch natürlich sehr laut. Zudem ist es überteuert für diese Qualität.

Eine Pizzeria die seit 2 Jahren keine Pizza mehr hat, sagt der Kellner. Eine Pizzeria die kein alkoholfreies Bier im Angebot hat. Auf die Kalbsleber hab ich 50 Minuten gewartet. Sie war sicher nicht frisch sondern aufgetaut. Der kleine Gemüseteller war lecker. Das war eine teure Erfahrung, die sicher nicht wiederholen werde.

Es ist immer wieder heimelig und lecker. Ich kann Pasquale uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ja, ab und an ist es trubelig aber der absolut gute Service hat immer alles im Griff. Als Stammgast bekomme ich ungefragt Empfehlungen, die super passen und in den meisten Fällen auch bestellt werden.

Drive in to Mac.., But if you want to take a short break from your stressed day and if you give value to Italian chefs craftsmanship. Here you are at the right place. Sea food 🥗 Tender, tasty, best I ever had outside Italy.

Our friends actually recommended this italian seafood 🦐 place. We had a nice experience— food was delicious and service was excellent. The only issue for me was that we were seated in the smoking area, as this place is small and compact, and they don’t take reservations. So my advice is come early and bring cash, as they don’t take plastic. ☺️🥂

Kein gewöhnlicher "Italiener", sondern Speisen mit Pfiff und zum satt essen. Die Kellner sind auf Zack, angenehm humorvoll und dabei sehr entspannt. Sehr persönliches, kleines Restaurant. Wir gehen sehr gerne hier essen. Das Servicepersonal ist für jeden Spaß zu haben und die Speisen sind top. Wir essen am liebsten Nudelgerichte oder das Rinderfilet. Qualität ist top und man kann beim kochen zuschauen. Wer etwas Besonderes sucht wird hier fündig.

Ein wirklich mega feiner und sehr unscheinbarer Italiener! Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Das Personal aufmerksam und immer freundlich zum Gast. Das Essen absolut frisch und wird nach Empfehlung oder auch je nach Appetit individuell und frisch zubereitet. Eine absolute Empfehlung meinerseits - Rinderfilet in einer Balsamicosauße. Ein tolles Konzept. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Die qualitative frische und gute Ware rechtfertigt definitiv den Preis der Speisen.

Damals gab es in diesen Restaurant noch sehr leckere Speisen aber heutzutage sind sie für mich nicht mehr so gut.

Ich bin immer gerne in diesem wunderbaren italienischen Lokal. Das Essen ist superlecker, die Stimmung gutlaunig. Sehr zu Empfehlen! Ich habe die letzte Stunde vor meiner Abschlussprüfung dort noch etwas gelernt und gegessen, und die Gastfreundschaft war unglaublich! Das Menü war relativ klein (dafür nur das beste), aber mir wurde angeboten das ich ebenfalls Klassiker wie Nudeln mit Tomatensoße oder Spaghetti Aglio e olio wählen kann (nicht auf dem Menü)! Ich fand es so lecker, das ich mir den Rest eingepacken lassen habe, und der Besitzer hat sogar noch “Viel Glück!” auf die Packung geschrieben 😊 Wenn ich in Düsseldorf leben würde, wäre ich definitiv öfter da!

Wundervolle Herzlichkeit, eine kleine, feine, frische Karte und tolle Weine. Es sind solch kleine Lokale, die Freude bereiten, weit über die Kalorienaufnahme und Gaumenschmaus hinaus. Unbedingte Empfehlung und ganz sicher auch für euch eine Bereicherung.

Leckeres authentisches Essen, nette Leute, gute Qualität. ABER warum muss man zum abholen immer 2x das selbe Gericht bestellen? Und wenn schon eine Uhrzeit ausgemacht, wieso wird jedes mal erst dann angefangen zu kochen? Und warum werden bei ''frische Nudeln'' jedes mal De Cecco benutzt? Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, leider.
