Unfortunately that was nothing... The meat was fatty, gristly and poorly grilled, the rice was dry and the fries were in the deep fryer for the umpteenth time... The salad was tiny… The cola was almost non-carbonated…. There was nothing going on at all... what a miracle... Without me in the future!

Excellent lunch! To be precise, lunch is the only option here. Amazingly good quality at affordable prices. Freshly prepared daily. Very nice owners, always friendly. In summer there are also places outside. Self-service, no luxurious facilities, more practical. The audience is diverse; university teachers, students, pensioners, construction workers, employees and directors of all genders sit together peacefully. The restaurant has been around for 35 years and is a real institution in Oldenburg, with exceptional benefits for the community. It is all the sadder that Tan-Binh has to close permanently on December 9th, 2023 because the new homeowner wants to significantly optimize his rental income. We would like to thank Ms. Then Han Ngyuen and her family very much for their long-standing offer and will be happy to support them in their search for new, affordable premises.

The new spa area is a wonderful place; the interior designers have done a 100% excellent job. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the waiters in the restaurant are very polite and friendly and do a great job, and the food was also top-notch. Everything was very clean, there are plenty of rest areas, and many infusions (hourly). Parking is free. Entry prices are perfectly reasonable for what they offer. We'd be happy to come back from 150 km away. 😊

An excellent experience, good food and good customer service

The Sunday breakfast buffet is fantastic. But you can't eat more than you'll need. Personally, I prefer breakfast served at the table and people can chat at a normal volume. 4 stars nonetheless, because there was nothing wrong with the quality of the food—the rest is a matter of opinion.

The food is delicious, but expensive and you sometimes have to wait a long time

A top address not only for visitors to the State Theater directly opposite. We were greeted very nicely, the service with drinks and food was very good and quick, and the dishes we chose were very good.

Great restaurant with a family atmosphere! We are always thrilled!

A few years ago we enjoyed breakfast here and even did a gin and craft beer tasting. Those were really good times. Now we wanted to redeem a voucher that we received at the beginning of 2022. According to the managing director Sascha, this is no longer possible due to insolvency. We are very disappointed and would have liked a little accommodation. Therefore, we will no longer visit this café and can no longer recommend it. An employee also said that the café in Oldenburg will be closing soon. So watch out for your vouchers!!!

This café in Oldenburg city center is a real insider tip - especially when it comes to cakes! The highlight: You can easily have your own cake designed here - whether for friends, family or special occasions. The prices are absolutely fair, the taste is convincing across the board and the loving decoration makes every cake something very special. We're happy to implement your own wishes and ideas, and the whole thing is extremely flexible - it's often enough to order one or two days in advance. In addition to the individually designed cakes, there are also other delicacies such as baklava (be sure to try it!) as well as breakfast, lunch and evening offers. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home straight away. A café with heart, taste and real craftsmanship – absolutely recommended!

If you want great service and really good food, don't miss this place. A traditional, family-run restaurant, with warm people. Always great!
