So I've been a customer at McDonald's since I was a student in 1990. But you shouldn't get lost in this branch. This is better. Management is incompetent and verbally incontinent. As a customer I had to watch the behavior of three 15 year olds Youngsters, at the next table, watch and listen to it for half an hour. The young guys acted like they were in a 🐒 monkey stable. Loudly shouting, disrespectful, aloof and without respect for other guests. No consideration. Finally, we threw fries at each other and poured cola on the floor. Very cultured gentleman. I took the liberty of asking if they would NOT be ashamed to leave such a mess behind. Answer: "NO". In the following, primitive discussion, which was forced upon me, it turned out that it was about three main students. Then the manager came with headphones and surrounded my table with two of his men. I said, "Good evening. My name is Bernart. And who are you"? ANSWER: “You do NOT need to know that”!!! I told him that among civilized people it is customary to greet & introduce yourself. Unfortunately without success. I then described the facts and behavior of the three 15-year-old bullies. The manager did NOT care.

The employee who serves the food behaves extremely unhygienically. He drinks beer in front of the door and smokes right next to the entrance. He then returns without washing his hands and touches the food directly. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior!

I have always been very satisfied so far, the food is great! Can only recommend the Schimmelreiter Burger.
