Ordered 3 burgers and 1 fries. The burgers were so squashed and looked really unappetizing. At the exchange, the employee was totally cheeky and asked: "What do you expect if you order so much Burgwn?" I insisted on freshly made burgers and they were squashed again. The fries were inedible, as if they had been made the day before and were slightly warm. I have never experienced such bad food at McDonalds. Never again in this branch.

Absolutely unacceptable - never again. Our order did not arrive, although Lieferando incorrectly stated that it had been delivered. The fact is: According to the statement, the driver “didn't find the address” - but didn't think it was necessary to call us, even though the number was given. Instead, he just left again. That alone would be annoying enough, but the real low point came afterwards: When I tried to ask over the phone, I was hung up on three times - and when I finally got through, I was insulted by the employee on the phone. No accommodation, no apology - just disrespectful behavior across the board. If you want to save yourself trouble, frustration and insults, you definitely shouldn't order here. Customer service is obviously a foreign word here - as is reliability.

Super delicious Indian food. Delivery time perfectly fine. The cashew nuts were only missing from the butter chicken. 🙃

Dirty tables. Tray shelves not emptied. Not recommended!

Wanted to try out the shop, of course it arrived on site and was closed -.-

Everything as usual, but no parking spaces, which are included, and the toilet has to be paid for separately.

Service disaster, change was forgotten, 3 orders were delivered separately + drink was forgotten. After the 2nd order, the driver remembered that he had forgotten the 3rd pizza.

The smallest kebab I've ever eaten

Yesterday we waited almost 3 hours for the pizza. We called several times and the employee was super rude on the phone. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and tasted like the cardboard box. Simply inedible.

I've had a new operator since this summer. You can't sit here, it only seems to be a delivery service or pick-up location. The competitors' businesses look better. The shop is very unkempt outside. Update 09/20/24: The lights are on in the evening, but otherwise it doesn't seem inviting.

Completely overwhelmed staff. 3 people can't get anything done. Waiting time over 30 minutes.

The pictures used on lieferando is not what you are getting. As example is here a picture of the ‘pizza buns’. Food quality overall is bad.

Unfortunately disappointing - wrong delivery and no customer service I was really craving good food and was looking forward to my order - but instead I was totally disappointed. I ordered sweet potato fries and a certain burger, but I received two completely wrong burgers and normal fries that neither tasted good nor corresponded to my order. That alone would be annoying enough, but then I try to call twice - no one answers. No feedback, no customer service. You don't just order out of boredom, but because you want something specific and pay for it - and that's exactly what was completely spoiled for me here.

Das Personal ist super unfreundlich. Ich habe online bestellt und wollte den Preis bezahlen der auf meinem Handy stand. Doch es wurde von mir mehr Geld verlangt als die Rechnung besagte. Meine Empfehlung bestellen Sie nicht bei dem Laden es ist immer kalt und auch nicht sehr lecker.
