Bestial in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Wir haben reserviert um 21uhr im internet steht geschlossen ab 23uhr. Als wir ankamen Hues es bitte schnell bestellen die Küche schließt... Eine catastrophe. Das Essen ist fett und nicht raffiniert schade

Unglaublich leckere Küche & sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! Wird definitiv nicht der letzte Besuch im Bestial sein. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen - wer besondere Speisen und hohe Qualität schätzt, ist hier genau richtig!

Kleines Karte, aber für jeden etwas dabei! Sehr nettes Personal! Man spürte kein Stress!

Wir waren zur nachträglichen Weihnachtsfeier dort, zum 2. Mal. Und wieder ein absolut gelungener Abend, von der Begrüßung, über Service, Essen bis zum Abschied -> einfach fabelhaft. Lockerer, sehr höflicher Umgang, mit Sinn für Humor, auch bei der Tischdekoration. Zu Ostern Weihnachtsfeier nachgeholt, s. Fotos

Sehr gediegenes und chices Ambiente mit einem ausgewählten Menü. Persönlich durfte ich selbstgemachte Nudeln genießen. Das Gericht war sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Eine schöne Auswahl an Getränken, auch feiner alkoholfreier Cocktails passend zum Essen. Die offene Küche mit offenem Feuer bietet weiterhin eine einzigartige Kulisse in Oldenburg direkt am Staatstheater. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Trotz sehr hoher Gäste Anzahl an diesem Dezember Abend war der Service sehr aufmerksam, zügig und zuvorkommend.

Essen sehr lecker und tlw. raffiniert zubereitet, lohnt den hohen Preis. Getränke in kleinen Flaschen (Cola 0,2) oder Mengen zu teuer.

Ich war mit Freunden hier essen. Die Vorspeise und die Getränke waren in Ordnung. Leider konnte die Hauptspeise nicht überzeugen. Das Steak wurde nur lauwarm serviert und die angekündigte Kräuterkruste war eher lose Kräuter und (zerbröseltes irgendwas )als eine richtige Kruste. Insgesamt hatte ich mir vom Hauptgang deutlich mehr erwartet.

Wunderbares Essen und noch besserer Service!

Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt, und auch die Stimmung sowie die Atmosphäre im Lokal waren sehr angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Was für ein Horror Valentinstags- Dinner! Danke für Nix! Wir haben einen Tisch für 2 gebucht. Als wir ankamen wurde uns ein 4er Tisch mit Bar Stühlen angeboten. Als ich sagte dass wir zu zweit sind und eine Tisch für 2 gebucht haben sagte man uns „wir wären spät dran gewesen“. Einen solchen Kommentar solle man sich vorallem an so einem Tag verkneifen. Der 4er Tisch war auch nicht eingedeckt und so setzte man uns an einen nackten Tisch. Ca. 30 Minuten vergingen bis ich den Kellner darauf aufmerksam machen musste dass wir noch nichts bestellt haben. Die Vorspeise wurde dann 20 min später serviert…. Normalerweise kommen erst Getränke aber diese wurden komplett vergessen sodass die Getränke erst vor dem Hauptgang serviert wurden. Die trüffelpasta haben geschmacklich außerdem stark abgenommen…. Vielleicht hängt das mit der Insolvenz des Bremer bestials zusammen. Zum Hauptgang wurden aufeinmal 4 Salz und Pfefferstreuer auf den Tisch gestellt und 4 mal Öl und Essig nur um dann 2 min später wieder komplett weggeräumt zu werden sodass wir kein Salz oder Pfeffer hatten. Alles im allem das schlechteste Dinner welches ich in den letzten Jahren so erlebt habe. Der Service war eine glatte 6 und das Essen auch sehr sehr schwach! Für mich ist es das letzte Mal Bestial gewesen.

Wir waren hier mit einem Kunden zum Abendessen. Schönes Ambiente, ausgezeichnete Speisekarte, hervorragende Bedienung und preiswert. Rufen Sie am besten vorher an und fragen Sie nach, ob eine Reservierung nötig ist.

Von der Begrüßung über die Bestellung bis hin zur Begleitung durch den Abend ein rundum schönes Erlebnis im bestial Oldenburg. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 💞

Unser heutiger Besuch im Bestial in Oldenburg verlief folgendermaßen: Bereits um 17:00 Uhr extrem unfreundlicher Empfang. Wir wurden grundlos gemaßregelt, die Tür zu schließen, obwohl sie bereits geschlossen war. Auf die höfliche Anfrage nach einem Tisch für vier Personen für einen kurzen Besuch wurden wir ohne Reservierung abgewiesen. Als Begründung hieß es, alle Tische seien ab 18 Uhr seit Monaten reserviert – wenig glaubwürdig und absolut nicht gastfreundlich.

Gepflegtes Lokal, feine Speisen

Der Service war 1A gestern, war lange nicht mehr hier und nach Jahren aufgrund eines Geschäftsessens dort eine Reservierung gehabt. Das Essen, die Getränke und das Ambiente waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

Ich war positiv überrascht... hervorragender Service und köstliches Essen in einem modernen Ambiente direkt gegenüber der Oper. Ich komme bald wieder...

Im vorderen Bereich sind ein paar schöne Plätze, aber im hinteren fühlt man sich im wahrsten Sinne zurückgesetzt. Das funzelige Licht erhellt nicht mal jeden Tisch, der Raum ist eng und geschmacklos dekoriert. Mein Besteck und Weinglas war nicht sauber, wurde aber von dem sehr freundlichen Kellner unverzüglich ausgetauscht. Das Personal war offenbar überfordert, aber außerordentlich freundlich. Wir und andere Gäste musste. Viel zu lange auf ihre erste Getränkebestellubg warten. Mein Essen war spitze, meine Frau fand ihre Pasta langweilig. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen. Das Schmitz oder Kevin Gideon bieten mehr.

Tolles Restaurant – absolut empfehlenswert!

Immer sehr gerne wenn ich in Oldenburg bin. Gleichbleibende Qualität und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

The food was excellent, although it was a bit noisy, but that's due to the size of the venue. Overall, very satisfied. The underground parking was very expensive; less than two hours for €7.

The ambiance is outstanding. Unfortunately, the interior lacks that final touch. No table decorations, just two LED tea lights on the table, cheap napkins… and the truffle pasta sadly didn't contain any real truffle. The food was good and the portions were generously sized, but as I said, it was missing that final something – especially for the price…

We were here on Saturday evening; it was fully booked, there's an open kitchen, very polite staff, and plenty of delicious, fresh food on the plate. It was a very nice evening in your great atmosphere!

Finally, a restaurant that caters to all the needs of non-alcoholics. Martina and her team are wonderful hosts. The food is delicious, and the ambiance invites you to linger for a long time. We had a truly lovely evening, thank you so much!

Once again, the food was delicious! Super friendly staff.

I made a reservation for 9 p.m., only to be told "the kitchen is closed. They only serve snacks." The website says "food until 10:30 p.m." Unfortunately, the service wasn't great either. I had to get my own cutlery for my €17 cold tarte flambée. Best to go to another restaurant—it's not worth the time/money.

An all-round successful evening.

We went to "Bestiality" before a theater visit. The food was good, nicely presented, and the portions were generous. We particularly liked the staff, both in the restaurant and at the bar. The atmosphere was just right. Thank you very much.

The organization of a registered group of 30 people with pre-ordered food could have been improved. However, the quality of the food was very good.

It's been very good for years. We like the lunch menu. It's nice and quiet from 12 p.m. onwards, and you can sit outside in the summer. The food is always a 10 out of 10.

Very good and sometimes unusual combination of dishes. It's not cheap, but worth every euro. The staff is very friendly and beyond having fun. We'd love to come back.

A very good restaurant with a nice selection of food and drinks. The open kitchen allows a glimpse into the preparation process. For me, it's something special, and I highly recommend it for special occasions. The partially changing dishes and seasonal specials round out the entire experience.

I was there for lunch yesterday. The food was truly excellent. What disappointed me, however, was that the PUREZZA Premium water I was sold was actually filtered tap water. I researched the supplier of the filter systems. The manufacturer of these filter systems advertises its sustainability credentials, but this doesn't apply to Bestial, as I discovered several crates of water in plastic bottles under a table. I find it outrageous that you have to pay €2.90 for 0.375 liters of tap water. Especially since filtering our tap water is completely unnecessary in Germany. Since I absolutely dislike tap water and there is no alternative available, I had to go without a drink.

A top address not only for visitors to the State Theater directly opposite. We were greeted very nicely, the service with drinks and food was very good and quick, and the dishes we chose were very good.

We are big fans of Bestial. The food is great, the view of the beautiful State Theater is sensational. The price-performance ratio is really good and the service is great 🚀 We love it 💛

We had a great evening as a large group. My pizza was extremely tasty, something different! The waiter was also very nice and on the ball. The only thing that bothered us was that the boss (?) started clearing away from us while some of us were still eating.

This was my second visit to Bestial and I really enjoyed it again. The food is something different, away from the mainstream and of very high quality. Cozy atmosphere and attentive but not intrusive service.

We have always enjoyed the high quality of pasta in Bestial. Hint: If you want to try something different, try their pasta with liver.

Went for dinner with a large group of 36 people. Tapas as a starter was delicious and with lots of variety. Main courses were communicated in advance and were on everyone's table within a few minutes, fantastic.

Great restaurant, small menu, nice dishes, good food pairing

The cocktails are very good, but unfortunately the food is not worth the exorbitant price. For just under €19 we would have expected a fresh burger patty and not frozen meat. Unfortunately, the food overall wasn't very tasty... as if the spices were completely missing. If “the chef is in love” with an oversalted dish, then the chefs at Bestail are all in the middle of a divorce.

The service and food was first class.

Depending on what you order, the food is delicious. However, “Red Pizza” was very dry. What is not possible for the price-performance ratio are the toilets (ladies). They were dirty and unclean. The paper was all over the place. Very unfortunate.

Food really excellent! .. unfortunately the service was extremely rare and not really interested. As a “new” or “first seen guest” I just felt “unspectular” to myself/us, uninteresting and unimportant. Really very, very unprofessional and unfortunately very, very inappropriate.… When asked, a staff shortage emerged that could have been communicated before dissatisfaction arose. There are definitely other exciting places in Oldenburg, where I just moved…

Wir waren vor einer Theatervorstellung als größere Gruppe im Bestial zum Essen. Für uns war es eine tolle Einstimmung in den Abend. Der Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Getränke und das Essen durchweg sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und modern. Wenn ich Oldenburg noch einmal besuchen sollte, werde ich sicherlich wieder in das Bestial gehen.

Qualität der insbesondere vom Fleisvh war schlecht. Kellner hat außerdem 10,- Euro zuviel von Karte abgezogen. Dies schien NICHT Zufall oder Missverständnis zu sein ...

Unfortunately, the Bestial is definitely no longer what it used to be, which is a real shame. I had almost forgotten my impression from my last visit there, but when we stopped by yesterday the memory flared up again. Only this time I was even less satisfied. It was still quite empty and didn't look like there were too few service staff. Nevertheless, we tried in vain for 20 minutes to get a waiter's attention and so we were left stranded for almost half an hour during our very long wait for the main course. Doubly annoying because our order for the main course was lost in the kitchen and had to be requested again there. So in the end after 2 hours we didn't even have time for an espresso because we had a follow-up appointment. The edge of the main course pizza was dark brown! Also black in some places, the dough base was also black in many places, I can't even get that on a ready-made pizza. The taste experience was correspondingly disappointing. Unfortunately, my stomach wasn't doing well either. Annoying. We also found the decoration careless with LED tea lights. Unfortunately, placemats in Bestial now seem to be overrated, as are the little greetings from the kitchen that always used to be available. Conclusion: For such a disappointing evening, almost 100 euros for 2 people is simply not a good value for money for the guest, so we will not be coming back. By the way, I already gave exactly this feedback to the waitress in the restaurant.

The Bestial is perfectly located if you want to go to the Oldeburg State Theater after a good meal. Here you sit comfortably in a stylishly designed environment, receive very attentive and friendly service and are served delicious and original dishes. We've been to Bestial three times now and are sure it won't be our last visit.

Unfortunately, the restaurant seems to lack the professionalism to respond to reservations in a timely manner. A booking made over a month ago will be canceled two days before its appointment because the restaurant is closed.

We went to Bestial for brunch and really enjoyed it. Everything tasted very good; from smoked salmon to the selection of cheese and cold cuts. The service was quick and friendly - despite the full restaurant. We'd love to come back.

We had a Christmas party here, but unfortunately something went wrong. We weren't able to take our place until much too late, so we had to wait outside for a long time. The food came far too late and the starter was far too few for the number of people. After ordering, drinks came too late or not at all. Cocktail orders were rudely rejected by the head waiter because we don't have anything on the menu today and we don't have enough staff. Not okay for a location like this in this price range. Maybe it was just a stressful time but it was disappointing that evening, even though we paid a lot of money here.
