It's just so annoying that this pool allows you to reserve loungers all day long with towels. As a family with children who need to rest every now and then, that's simply not possible because it would block everything. The loungers are reserved all day long with a towel, and the owners sit on them for about 15 minutes out of a five-hour swim! In the sauna, they make sure that this doesn't happen, but nobody cares in the pool!

A nice indoor/outdoor pool. Great for swimming lengths or just bobbing around in the water.

The sauna area at OLantis is really great - especially because of the super nice and attentive staff. One employee in particular, who often wears a hat, is remembered extremely positively, but everyone else is always friendly and helpful. You can just tell that customer service is important here. A few small ideas for the future: Water dispensers would be great – like those we see in other large saunas. Then you wouldn't have to refill your water bottle in the sanitary area. Half-hour infusions would be a nice thing in winter, especially when it's really crowded. But I also totally understand that this is difficult in terms of personnel. And another detail: In the river sauna it would be nice if you could see a little more of the water in the evening - with a little more light on the river the view would certainly be improved. All in all, a really nice place to unwind. You'll be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our visit to OLantis. Everything was very clean and very vigilant lifeguards. The ladies at reception were particularly friendly and, despite the rush, they really took their time with everyone. At this point I would also like to say a big thank you to the lady who handed my ring over to the checkout 🙏

Nice swimming pool for us as a family. Well set up and warmer than the swimming pools in the area, which is important for us, especially with small children. We like coming here.

It's been a long time since I've visited the sauna again. Thanks to the renovation, the place is also highly recommended with its many sauna options. Anyone looking for peace and quiet is also in good hands there. The restaurant in the sauna area, which is part of the “Lighthouse”, is recommended with delicious food. The wellness area, which is located in the same building, is also a good address with its messages. Peace and relaxation are also guaranteed. I haven't visited the indoor pool yet.

Basically a nice swimming pool. Unfortunately, it is often far too crowded, so you constantly touch someone when you move in the water.

Even more beautiful after the renovation. I visited the sauna and restaurant. After finding a parking space under the high bridge, you can reach the entrance via the signposted pedestrian and bicycle path, which is approximately 250 meters away. There are plenty of cash registers at the bottom of the entrance, and a separate one for the sauna area upstairs. There was no waiting time anywhere. The relaxation begins on the upper floor. There are plenty of lockers with plenty of space. Friendly staff, available to help and advise. I was there on a weekday and always found a place for every infusion. These are offered lovingly and with humor. There's a lot to discover in the various relaxation rooms, and there are plenty of places to relax. A great outdoor area offers space to linger, and the different saunas offer variety. As for the restaurant, a sufficient, varied, and wide range of delicious freshly prepared dishes awaits you. In a beautifully decorated atmosphere. The fruit juice spritzers are also unique and tasty. Big compliments to the restaurant. Conclusion: the entire complex is always worth a visit.

A nice and large swimming pool with enough attractions. A visit and a jump into the cool water is recommended. The only sticking point is the rude staff (supervisors). One would think that the younger people in our society would be friendlier in this field. However, the workers at reception and in the bistro are friendly. Therefore only 4/5.

Good swimming pool that I like to visit with my granddaughter (5). Extra point: I lost a jacket there recently. Search form worked well and I was called when it was found.

It was for a midnight sauna. I'm a fan of smaller saunas. We had several infusions. Very friendly service, and the food there was super delicious! We'll definitely be back! Great team! One small thing for first-timers: the changing room is a bit confusing, but it should work out! Have fun in the sauna! P.S. We went to the Beauty and the Beast infusion!👌👌👌

Bathroom ok, there is a strong smell of urine in the changing rooms. Water nice and warm. Price/performance bathroom ok. But: the catering is catastrophic. Overgrown prices, fries undercooked, dirty floor and tables, really dirty. Only card payment or with the chip. There is hair everywhere on the floor. Disgusting . There is also a covered area where romantic couples apparently hang out and don't just swim. Many people have complained that children dive there, swim and have to watch the couples having fun there. And I mean really fun. When we were there there were 7 couples making out and doing a lot more. One couple had sex in the water. When the lifeguard spoke to me about this, I was laughed at and no one intervened. I then said it again at the checkout. Never again Olantis!

A visit with the family for over 18 years and now with a grandchild is worth it. Unfortunately the food isn't that good anymore. Too expensive and not recommended in terms of taste. Too bad.

Definitely a nice swimming pool! But please be careful about the safety of the lockers! My locker was recently broken into and money was stolen! If possible, do not take any valuables with you!!!!!

Very well maintained and newly renovated sauna area. The sauna on the Hunte seemed to have been the burner. The hut burned down 👍🏽

Wellness appointment canceled in good time, only after several inquiries from me was this confirmed... Refund is now taking 3 weeks... I'll never book like that again!!

We treated ourselves to a break in the sauna today and were completely thrilled by the ambience, the staff, the saunas were a dream 🥰 There was a great atmosphere in the women's sauna and we drove home to Wilhelmshaven really relaxed. We come more often now .❤️

Nice place, many pools, nice staff and cool slides

A really great, clean facility. Everything looks new, inviting, nice clientele present. We were there on a Saturday with a family day and although there were actually a lot of families there, it wasn't overcrowded at all. There are showers and toilets everywhere and the relaxation rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. There are magazines to borrow here and there, the prices are very reasonable for bathrobes etc. and so is the café. The only thing that could be criticized are the windows in the river sauna. Unfortunately, they were so dirty that you couldn't enjoy the beautiful view. The infusions were great and the staff were very nice and accommodating. There are also parking options. Definitely a recommendation.

Unfortunately, the toddler area does not offer any toys. It's extremely cold in the changing room and it always smells very unpleasant. Other swimming pools simply offer this better and more advanced. Let's go to the canteen. 4€ for a portion of fries that a 5 year old (not overweight) won't get enough of is simply too expensive. Chicken burger for 9€ that is so small. I would have to eat three of them to be full. This is what I call abnormal profit margins. That was my first and last order there. If you have experienced it yourself, write it here. Only with many voices can something be achieved.

We really liked the lighthouse - very friendly, attentive service, nice atmosphere and delicious, varied breakfast, where the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. I can only recommend that you take a look at the lighthouse, it's worth it!!!!!

I was in the Olantis bathroom with my family, we just wanted to eat a bockwurst with pleasure, then I saw a young boy named Jens (as he was called by his colleagues) from the catering area who wasn't doing his job properly, he was eating the guests' remaining fries, which was pretty recyclable, he was not thorough in cleaning and was unfriendly when I pointed out stains on the table to him

Very great for families. A pool for diving and playing for older children, a baby pool with lots of toys, an outdoor pool, a swimmers pool with a diving platform. Gastro offers the standard and is fine. The bathroom area is very clean, the showers could definitely be a little cleaner. But very good value for money. Would go again at any time.

I visited the women's sauna on Monday. The sauna area is really beautifully designed. A sauna was not accessible because it had caught fire. Too bad. I hope it will be rebuilt. Saunas with fireplaces are particularly comfortable. Admission for the whole day was reasonably priced. The restaurant in the sauna is also good. Burger meat was a bit dry but still tasted good. What I found negative was the volume. Basically, there was conversation in every sauna. In any volume and language. And when the sauna guests were quiet, people talked loudly in front of the sauna... It was not possible to switch off even in the relaxation rooms. If you place wooden furniture on wooden floors without rubber or felt pads, it will be loud every time you move! Wet feet in flip-flops or flip-flops were particularly annoying... sleep was out of the question. Apparently there is always a certain group of pensioners in the sauna who think they are entitled to everything. Reserving seats, having loud conversations, etc... you as the operator (even if you are a regular customer) should keep an eye on this too. The topic of hygiene: the showers became increasingly dirtier as time went on. There was a disgusting smell of urine in the hallways, especially in front of the steam room. Small dispensers with soap in the showers like before would be great. In general, sauna guests should be reminded about hygiene right from the start! Very few people went to the shower after using the toilet... I have visited and used every sauna. Everyone was great except the steam room. You could only notice the steam and heat on your head when you were standing. The body remained dry and cold. Even after staying for 20 minutes... and the smell wasn't pleasant either. I'm conflicted about whether I'll dare to visit again.

Great swimming pool, also for families with children. We were there with 2 6 year olds and 2 14 year olds. Everyone had fun. There are different slides. The catering offering is also good and reasonably priced.

Last week I was alone in the sauna in the evening because I was traveling to Oldenburg for work. Prices are completely fair, changing rooms are large and spacious, and everything is clean everywhere. You come out of the locker room and it was FULL! As it turned out, an infusion was about to start in the event sauna and all the infusion participants were waiting outside. Before each infusion, the respective sauna is closed for 10 minutes so that no one has to leave beforehand because it is too hot. There are 3 saunas on the upper floor, a smaller and a steam sauna on the lower floor, and 3 saunas outside. There are 3 individually separated relaxation areas and plenty of seating in between. If the weather is nice outside you can also relax there. There is a fresh water pool to swim a bit, but unfortunately no real diving pool... Unfortunately I miss that because I would like to really scare myself off like a boiled egg. 😂 (A diving pool is probably in the works and should open in 2025. I'm excited) The infusions are very well done, very friendly staff, and the birch infusion at 110 degrees in one of the outdoor saunas is particularly recommended! Small criticism number 2, the prices at the bar are relatively reasonable... Well, everyone makes money with drinks. All in all, I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Oldenburg. VG Henry

It is actually the most beautiful bathroom including sauna that we have visited so far. Unfortunately the staff on the second shift was so unfriendly and unbearable that we left. The children were threatened with being thrown out of the sauna because they asked what kind of infusion it was. It was a really shitty atmosphere and everyone was dissatisfied. It took 15 minutes to queue outside the sauna at -4 degrees to even get in. Every time people complained about the fact that the ovens were so bad and that no real infusion was possible. I think they just have no idea. Swinging a towel and evenly distributing the infusion is not rocket science. The morning shift was great too. Things were always put away and stupid notes were put on them. How are you supposed to do that with small subjects and 2 children? Should we put on a backpack??? There was enough space everywhere and it wouldn't have been a problem. It is rather unhygienic to use a new couch after every infusion. Cleanliness isn't a priority if you have toenails on your sofa right when it opens. Too bad. Everything would be possible there!!! If everyone were wire Nuri and her colleague.

Spent a really nice day there with the grandchildren.

This bathroom and sauna are very child-friendly and very modern. The current rules in the sauna are strict. Bags are discreetly put aside with a friendly note not to reserve any sleeping areas. A big plus to this communication strategy. However, communication is prohibited during the infusion, which is why exchanges and funny experiences among sauna guests are completely neglected. Therefore, meditative infusions are more recommended, which means the atmosphere is clear and absolute meditative peace and relaxation is possible. The event sauna with calm music would be ideal for this in order to reach the desired target group. Many felt disturbed by the ban on speech. That was a bit irritating. Therefore one point deducted. Tip: If you are looking for wellness and relaxation and continue to criticize this wonderful and beautiful bathing establishment, you should spend a few euros more and go to a thermal bath!

I treated myself to a wonderful full bath. Friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere have made it an oasis of relaxation.

Went for a massage! Had additionally booked eyes and face mask. Massage was great! The mask was simply forgotten. I mentioned it at the end. I thought it would be credited again, but the mask was handed to me with the comment... it would be better at home anyway... overall it was ok. Could be more customer focused!

It's just great after the renovation last year. A day in the sauna area is always like a day of vacation for me. I can only recommend it.

It was relatively full, but you didn't have to wait very long at the checkout. The staff was very friendly. There were relatively short waiting times for the slides, but the stairwell wasn't cold. All pools of water were pleasantly warm. All pools and floors appeared clean, and the showers and toilets were cleaned alternately. The children enjoyed the two-hour visit, that's the main thing. I think the family tariff is okay in terms of price.

Charging a 1 euro fee for using a safe deposit box in the sauna is really outrageous. The saunas and relaxation areas are nice, but unfortunately it's pretty dirty everywhere.

Nowadays, only mass processing is used here. Unfortunately, the sauna no longer has anything to do with relaxation and wellness. It's more of a permanent event and they only seem to value profit. Unfortunately it is no longer recommended, even during the week it is constantly overcrowded from midday onwards. At the weekend it was so unbearably restless and full of people that you needed some rest after this stay.

...what bothered me was that some guests in the outdoor saunas were talking so loudly and unfortunately every time they went to the sauna...so that other guests also complained to the foreign visitors in the sauna...my very personal feeling...I like it to be quiet in the saunas...or if you absolutely need a conversation there are also saunas where you can talk...a shame for me...it was disappointing

The Olantis is really a great swimming pool. There's good space for free swimming during the week, it has great opening times, it's clean. The slides are fun (at least the fast one is also for adults) and the sauna is chic. There is a lot for children to explore in the pool: whirlpool, outdoor area, etc. The baby area is a bit boring, but the presence of toys and water is sometimes enough for the little ones. The price-performance ratio is great. The staff is really nice. Last week I even got my forgotten swimming goggles back. :-)

Very warm water which is an absolute criterion for me. 3 slides. There's a speed slide that's really fun. Come back in the summer to take a look at the outdoor pool

I've been to the sauna area several times. Basically I think the saunas are quite good; Especially the river sauna. There are also sufficient relaxation rooms. So I don't understand why seating groups were set up everywhere in front of the saunas. As a result, it always seems very narrow and overcrowded quite quickly. The volume is also corresponding. I think the temperature in the outdoor pool is too low. Why not adjust this to the temperature of the outdoor pool at the fun pool? During my visit today I noticed that the floors were extremely dirty.

Many saunas to choose from, all temperatures are covered and different infusions are offered very regularly. There is a great, large outdoor pool but unfortunately no hot bubble bath. The rest is really recommended, viral at this price.

A great swimming pool for young and old

Nice bathroom but sometimes extremely unfriendly and completely exaggerated in their "office". A lady with medium-length dark blonde hair and a rather unkempt appearance rudely and arrogantly tells children to blow their noses. The trigger was that my child accidentally swallowed water and got it up his nose, which made it look like snot was coming out. But that wasn't the case. Instead of addressing me, who was next to me, my son (9 years old) was shamelessly accused of being on the verge of tears. When I intervened, the lady (around 35-40 years old, unathletic figure, medium-length dark blonde hair) got a piece of paper or handout about the pool rules and handed it back to my son instead of me! Absolutely unbelievable behavior. If this happens again, I will use my office to contact the pool administration.

Everything is great. The sauna area is wonderful. Plenty of loungers in the relaxation rooms. Good gastronomy. We'll be back.

The adventure pool is now getting old. The Kärcher would have to work in the corners on the floor. Some drains in the shower area were blocked. I had a somewhat grubby impression - no comparison with the great sauna and outdoor facilities. However, such a black floor is of course very sensitive and not the best choice. Very friendly staff and at 4.00 euros for 90 minutes if you come in the morning, a fair price. When I was there it was very crowded, but by swimming intelligently in one lap through gates - no problem. You could overtake without anyone coming towards you. That's why I like to come back.

The OLantis is always worth going swimming here. Many people slip into a catering area that is unfortunately far too expensive. Lots of slides for young and old, a diving tower, a swimming area, an outdoor area, everything you need.

We were in the sauna 😊 Very nice facility. I liked the river sauna best 😁. I also found the outdoor area very nice. The food was also very good and the staff was super nice 😊 👍 We'll definitely be back 😀

I've been a member of Olantis for almost five years and I used to be really satisfied, but now my disappointment is growing day by day. I don't want to sound too harsh, but it's frustrating to see all swimming times being given to clubs and the mornings being reserved for schools. For us who love swimming as a sport, the only option is the "highway", which is often completely overcrowded with extremely slow swimmers - proper training is simply not possible there. After I accepted that and wanted to move on to the weekend, I realized that although there are clear signs indicating the first two lanes for competitive swimmers, they are still full of children splashing around and women pointing out that I " "swim too fast". This regularly leads to collisions and staff simply do not intervene. There are more and more problems in other areas too. Sports courses are often canceled and the sauna has been lacking proper lighting on the mirror in front of the bathrooms for over a year. One of the women's toilets has been broken for more than two months and the new toilet paper system keeps jamming, requiring staff to be called in. Speaking of cleaning - it seems as if there are no real cleaning staff anymore, only the regular employees who take care of it. The windows in the river sauna and the showers have been dirty for months, as have the mirrors outside the sauna. Yesterday I was blow-drying my hair and accidentally directed the airflow at one of the large round mirrors - and a huge cloud of dust came out from behind. As far as design goes, it's not what it used to be. There are LED lights everywhere that completely destroy the cozy atmosphere of the old saunas. The lighting is simply not well thought out and takes away the feeling of relaxation and well-being from the whole place. It seems as if those who planned the innovations did not have much experience with sauna culture themselves. All of this would perhaps be manageable if prices hadn't risen massively at the same time as quality continues to decline. That's really a shame.

Very crowded on weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, we have already found ourselves in front of a closed door twice in the early afternoon, for a company meeting and Christmas party. A turnstile has not been working for several weeks (exit). The renovation was due in 2024 and we had hoped for more from it than another slide, which was also positioned unfavorably in the pool. The water feature pump doesn't really work either. Unfortunately, there are also many older children in the children's pool who show little consideration for the little ones. Actually, only babies and toddlers should play/splash around here. The swim lanes are often very full. Breaststroke swimmers cavort in the narrowest lane. I would label this as a fast swimming lane for freestyle swimmers. There is little space for ambitious swimmers. Other bathrooms do this better. Let's see what happens when the new pool at the Flötenteich opens.

The area for toddlers is even fenced in - which is great with small children. The water has the optimal temperatures everywhere

It is very crowded on weekends. We were only in the sauna area. There were many families with children there. Maybe it's better during the week. I wouldn't go there on the weekend anymore.

Unfortunately, the Olantis is now quite crowded in the mornings, including various gymnastics groups and school classes. In addition, the outdoor area, so far one of the most beautiful areas, is closed from 5° and below. Probably to save energy, but then you shouldn't run a swimming pool. The massage jets in the small grotto are also usually switched off. The slides are more for children and young people. So there's not much left that you could do there.

Everything was great, we were there for the moonlight sauna. It was pretty full, which didn't bother us, which is to be expected on days like this. One star deducted because of the bar upstairs, unfortunately the ladies were overwhelmed by the amount of people. You could really improve this, especially on the day of the event, by sending someone there to be trained 🤔 Otherwise great infusions with music and show 👍🥳

Some of the cupboard locks are broken and the water temperature is very pleasant. The lifeguard is very present and well represented

The bathroom itself is very nice, lots of options, different slides, different pools for everyone, the catering area is not recommended, completely overpriced... Chicken nuggets 5 pieces without anything, no sauces or anything like that €5 and in terms of taste we weren't expecting five star cuisine but Fries and nuggets should at least be done... The currywurst had hardly any sauce and was so dried out as if it had been sitting next to the deep fryer for six hours and had only been reheated briefly...

I loved being there as a child. There are probably more older people there now.

I came from Korea to visit my German friend and my kids at the swimming pool. It's a good swimming pool.

The sauna world is awesome and there are different sauna events with music and a small performance every month. Extremely beautiful

Staff is very friendly. Things went well with the stroller. There is an extra door. We were only in the non-swimmer pool. It was nice and warm for the little visitors. It's not deep, unfortunately you can see the dirt on the ground. Yesterday a baby threw up in the water. The mother didn't clean it away but rinsed it in the water. There were other children there. It's a shame that no one here is looking after the right. Full diapers on the floor in the family shower. We had to walk more with the children to shower. It's the first time we've had so much in one visit, which isn't nice. Otherwise it was always very nice here. Unfortunately there was a course that was very loud for the small children. There is a new slide. The kids had fun, that's the main thing.

The renovation turned out really well, the sauna masters put in a lot of effort! 👍🍀 Unfortunately it was very crowded and therefore very restless! ...some people leave the infusions early because they were there 10-15 minutes earlier because of the seats and thus take away the whole infusion experience! 👎
