The conditions have always been friendly and polite. Baklava here is of absolutely excellent quality. The cakes and sweet desserts are amazing, but unfortunately often extremely buttery. So far we have ordered some cakes and taken some desserts with us. It was great every time and exceeded expectations :) There is said to have been a change in the kitchen now, which unfortunately prevents me from ordering something again... it probably won't be the same anymore. "Absolutely disappointing service! I ordered a cake and later discussed a change in person. The staff even took photos and assured me that everything would be changed as requested. But when I picked up the cake, nothing had changed! Instead of an apology or a solution, I was simply told that there was no change request - even though I was there specifically! Clearly total incompetence or deliberate deception. Never again!"

I ordered a cake there and unfortunately had to cancel it due to a death in the family. I called 24 hours beforehand and was on the phone for over 10 minutes so that I could be assured that the cake hadn't been started yet and that I could then pick up a voucher in the next few days because they don't refund the money, which is completely okay. I go there a few days later just to see the cake that has been there for two days and the boss doesn't see it as his fault and I still had to take it with me even though it was canceled!

I was there yesterday morning on January 21st at around 10:30 there was a lady and I asked her for extra olives for my farmer's breakfast and she said I can't do it for her it costs €4 more FOR 3 OLIVES ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! ???!!?? very bad service, she was also really bitchy and the woman at the counter was looking the whole time and was often on her cell phone and when you asked something she was very unfriendly with the answers. I think it's a shame what kind of eggs were they and they were raw and not warm at all had to eat it cold and it took a very long time for only 2 pieces of bread bread looked very burnt and cold I'm never coming back what kind of service is this the boss should fire her it's ruining the place very damaging to be Sales volume

It's sad that demotivated employees are put at the checkout. When you're in a mood like that, you should be working upstairs in the kitchen

I've been sitting at the table waiting for service for ages. The greeting was also not very friendly. The store isn't particularly crowded. I still have a voucher and I'm curious to see whether I can redeem it smoothly. Hope the food rips it out. That was all different. Too bad!

Ambiance: Grilling Light like in a hall unfortunately doesn't allow for any ambience. It's dirty everywhere, no matter the floor, tables, salt tax, everything you touch just sticks. We don't even need to talk about the toilets. Service: The ladies behind the counter were very nice and in sales. The service at the table was a disaster. Also cheeky when you make comments. Only tell us what doesn't work instead of trying to implement something in a service-oriented manner (some fruit in a bowl). Food carelessly prepared, taste okay but not for the prices. Generally poor price/performance ratio. It's a shame for Oldenburg, the business has declined.

We drove from Bremen to Oldenburg in this shop. First of all, the price is overpriced. Breakfast doesn't even look like a reasonable breakfast. Once and never again.

The food was good, but be aware—they only accept Google Pay if it’s linked to a Visa card, not Mastercard. I forgot my wallet, and since they wouldn’t accept my ID card or keys as a deposit, they insisted I go home to get €13 at 9pm on a holiday to settle the bill. Thankfully, another store helped me to get the money, but the situation was inconvenient and embarrassing. Great desserts, but the payment policy needs improvement to avoid such issues.

Unfortunately, it has worn off a lot! Both the quality of the food and the service. For example, on the menu for the farmer's breakfast there is flatbread + Simet, but then no Simet is served and is charged separately upon request. When it comes to the ambience, we unfortunately have to say that many of the chairs are now really dirty. It's a shame that the concept basically has potential to simply increase the quality etc. and the guests will be satisfied again!

It's been a long time since I've been to Oldenburg and, as usual, I came to eat here. Biggest mistake. There are no noodles anymore, cocktails you want are not served, teapots are only offered for breakfast but not in the evening after dinner. A waiter who clears everything without a tray and you have to point out 3 times to clear it. Price of a medium restaurant, service and taste of a HBF stall. Great then, now a complete disaster.

I've been here a few times, but the last two times the service was terrible. A full shop and only 1 waiter. The table is not cleared. You have to eat the dessert on a full table. Price performance is no longer right here either. The menu has also been significantly reduced.

Waited over an hour for food only to find out that there was no more spinach. Service overwhelmed and easily stressed. 1 employee and he has a coffee corner on his cell phone while the other is overloaded trying to make pizza and kebab. Tables were not wiped down and were slightly greasy. Napkins and cutlery only came upon request. Veggie burger was absolutely average and the fries + salad was also rather boring. Ketchup and mayo are placed in plastic bags. However, the meat from the kebab and the size for €9 was fair and good. The pizza was hand-tossed and ok too. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't convincing and we won't be coming back.

Totally disappointed. We were there today for our son's birthday, we were the only guests (9:45 a.m.). The breakfast for four people for 69.90 was a complete disappointment. Served very carelessly and unhygienically. Almost just cheese. Two slices of sausage shared for 4 people. Very bold and impudent. Pity for my money.

Been there for the first time. Very friendly staff. I had a Dubai dessert which I can only recommend. 😍 It's almost impossible to finish it because of the quantity. You can also take the rest home with you. My daughter was also very happy with her cake. We will definitely come back to try something else from the large selection.

That's my opinion and I'm sorry that I had to write this, but if you want to specialize somewhere with sweets, you don't make 100 dishes and kebabs now. You have to stay where it was good!

Yesterday was really the last time I visited this restaurant. From service to food catastrophic. 1. The waiter ideally doesn't want to serve anyone, only women (embarrassing), and it's best not to make eye contact at all and run away... 2. The food was so bad that I had nausea in the evening. The icliköfte had an unpleasant taste, the boss came, I let him try it and he thought it was TOP 😂🤣. I've been eating there since it opened and I know it was bad. Whether he was the shepherd WAS questionable, he was sitting outside with his companions and unfortunately I have to say, this man can ONLY SNACK AND NOT RUN A RESTAURANT. Fries were almost burnt, Kusbasi dürüm was COLD and RAW, they saved where they could with salad. Apparently they are affected by inflation. When I asked whether the chef had changed, the dear boss answered no, but it wasn't true. It's definitely not the same chef in the kitchen from back then. The second boss wasn't there, he would normally never allow something like that.

If I could, I wouldn't even give it half a star. THIS is sold as Dubai chocolate for €20!! And definitely has nothing to do with Dubai chocolate. The “pistachio cream” definitely contains 0.0% pistachio. It's cream with food coloring. An absolute scam. Aren't you ashamed?

Great food and friendly quality service

A restaurant with a good atmosphere and friendly service. I had a pizza and unfortunately it wasn't good. The dough was not crispy and was difficult to cut. The chicken on the pizza was dry and had a strange taste. Unfortunately I didn't like it very much. That's better.

I keep coming to this cafe and the new waitress named Galyah is just wonderful! You don't find service like that very often these days.👌

I found the cakes very tasty. The good thing was that they had a lot of options to choose from. The service was good, especially the lovely woman who always accommodated our wishes. Overall very good! Since there are many options for eating, it's a good middle ground if you don't immediately know what you want to eat.

I've always liked the EZ Moda Grand Café, but since they've had new employees, unfortunately the service has become rude. There were four of us there and we ordered künefe and tea. The tea was brought to us first, and the rest of the order only arrived after 40 minutes. It took a total of 40 minutes for us to get our food. Unfortunately the employees are very rude and rude.

We've eaten in the restaurant a few times and the atmosphere there is very relaxed. The staff is always attentive and helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Since the store is like that for us Convinced, we ordered two cakes for an 18th birthday. The price-performance ratio was great, one of the best, if not the two best cakes I have ever eaten. I hope the shop stays in Oldenburg city center for a long time, from now on a cake will be brought from here for every birthday. Always my pleasure!!!

When the shop opened everything was really perfect... Nice waiters, very good food! And the kitchen selection and taste was bomb!!! When we were there recently, I noticed that everything had deteriorated extremely. The waiter wasn't rude, but you could see that there was just absolute disinterest among all the employees... I can't even blame it on a bad day. I had ordered the strawberry slices which tasted absolutely nothing like strawberries but were really artificial... Optically it looked really good... But there wasn't even a single strawberry on it but was decorated with blackberries... Sorry but simple no. But it was also too sweet for us, which I don't see as a criticism because tastes are different. But what really caught our eye was that there was a metal bucket with water near the toilets with cutlery in it and we had to see that one of the waiters took cutlery there and dried it on his clothes and then brought it to guests has... That was the point for us at which we just paid and left and this store will never see us again.

Bought a cake 5/23 noticed 5/25 inside as if mucus stretched. On the morning of May 26th there was already mold there. I threw away half the cake. It is not clear when the cake was made, there is no expiry date specified anywhere.

Pros: Good atmosphere. They don't pressure you to leave. Cons: You cannot pay by card, they only accept cash.

There are plenty of choices of excellent cakes. I personally took the raspberry one which was light, not too sweet and with pieces in it, it was delicious. I also had a very good cappuccino with a little leaf drawn with cream. I highly recommend

We were very hungry and decided to order a meat plate. There was kebab, pork, chicken schnitzel and a few pieces of kebab. The meat was juicy and deliciously prepared. As a side dish you can choose between French fries or rice. Flatbread was also prepared. Three different sauces and a small portion of salad were served with the meat. At the same time, the waiting time wasn't very long.

Hello, we once ordered 2 grill plates but they were served to us on a large plate that was the first fail then the meat can be eaten, it was raw from the inside, dry and had a very bad aftertaste, we couldn't eat it and we showed it to the waiter he spoke with the boss and we had to pay the full price though It was so bad and the plate was still full so very unfriendly not accommodating sad about the money we had to pay

Nice place but food quality is very poor. Ordered one Auflauf and one Lasagna, both very pretty bad. The meat in Auflauf was tasting bad and on the other hand in the Lasagna was layered very poorly without cheese. Can’t recommend to anyone.

I would like to give 0 stars, the staff is totally unfriendly, what is offered on the menu is not there. The cheesecake tastes like cream and you pay almost €4 for it. My girlfriend got a cold late machiato. We'll never go there again, the toilets are very dirty and you don't feel comfortable at all. No traces of hygiene 😌 so if you don't miss cleanliness and good food you should go here 😉

Ich war ein Tag vor Silvester bei EZ Moda essen. Definitiv ein Ort den ich nochmal aufsuchen werde. Die Ambiete ist Traumhaft schön. Die Luft im Laden sehr frisch & angenehm. Das Essen war eine 10/10. Sehr freundliches & aufmerksames Personal. Diesen Laden kann ich aus tiefstem Herzen empfehlen! Einfach TOP😍

Wir waren schön öfter hier. Am besten gefällt uns hier die Kuchenauswahl. Die kleinen Törtchen sind super lecker und machen richtig satt. Auch die Hauptspeisen sind immer lecker und eine angemessene Portion, von der man satt wird. Nur die Hygiene könnte an einigen Stellen verbessert werden (Toilettenbereich, Boden). Insgesamt aber ein super Restaurant mit tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Liefhebbers van gebak, opgelet. Enorme keus aan taartjes. Ook mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, lunch en diner.

Ein tolles Café/Restaurant mit sehr netter Atmosphäre, freundlichen Bedienungen und sooo leckerem Essen, dass ein Besuch nicht ausreicht.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da. Service hervorragend, Cappuccino, Baklava und Gebäck sehr gut, genauso wie Kebab mit Reis und Salat. Nett dort zu sitzen. Kommen gerne wieder, Dankeschön!

Wundervoller Geschmacks explodierender Kuchengenuss. Jedes Stück ein Hingucker. Man fühlte sich wie im Urlaub.
