Ein Café mit Stil und Freundlichkeit. Ebenso die zubereiteten Kaffeespezialitäten und Torten waren von sehr guter Qualität. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und angenehm. So wie ich mir ein Kaffee vorstelle.

A friend of mine and I have breakfast at Svetlana's twice a week and are thrilled every time. Very nice service. Very tasty and very plentiful sandwiches at a fair price. There are also delicious egg dishes.

Das Restarant hat uns bisher immer gut gefallen, aber wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten. Meine Frau war mit vier Freunden dort und leider klagten alle 24 Stunden später über erhebliche Magen/Darm-Probleme. Ich bin später persönlich im Restaurant vorstellig geworden und habe den Umstand beim Personal angesprochen. Diese fühlten sich unschuldig und erklärten soetwas noch nicht erlebt zu haben. Worte des Bedauerns oder Genesungswünsche blieben aus. Da hatte ich doch mehr Empathie erwartet. Über klärende Worte der Geschäfstführung wären wir dankbar gewesen. Schätze hier sind künftige Kunden verloren gegangen, leider :(

Celebrated a family member's 80th birthday today. Everything was fine. The food, a warm/cold buffet, was delicious, rich and varied. The service was friendly and attentive, which is not always easy with a large number of guests. Conclusion. Just go and try it out, it's worth it.

We often go to a competitor's restaurant in Langenhagen and wanted to try something "new". Of course you go by the Google reviews and 4.6 stars promise a lot. Visit on a Sunday evening. The service was adequate, but the ambience was more apparent than real. The actually nice furnishings don't match the cleanliness if you look closely. When there is a lot of activity, things can get a little dirty, but today there was nothing going on. Dear operators, Using a rotisserie from the day before (or the week before?) is not possible! To be more precise, an almost empty skewer was removed before my eyes and a skewer filled with frost and about 30% was quickly mounted on the grill. Quickly turn the grill to full setting and after a few seconds everything looks good again. The poor guest after me... Rotisserie-style kebab, no thanks. It was tasty before the promotion, otherwise it would have been 3 stars. 4.6 but not like that either. To the fellow readers: If your kebab shop can't offer anything half an hour before closing time, it's doing everything right.
