Monami FoodHouse in Langenhagen

We often go to a competitor's restaurant in Langenhagen and wanted to try something "new". Of course you go by the Google reviews and 4.6 stars promise a lot. Visit on a Sunday evening. The service was adequate, but the ambience was more apparent than real. The actually nice furnishings don't match the cleanliness if you look closely. When there is a lot of activity, things can get a little dirty, but today there was nothing going on. Dear operators, Using a rotisserie from the day before (or the week before?) is not possible! To be more precise, an almost empty skewer was removed before my eyes and a skewer filled with frost and about 30% was quickly mounted on the grill. Quickly turn the grill to full setting and after a few seconds everything looks good again. The poor guest after me... Rotisserie-style kebab, no thanks. It was tasty before the promotion, otherwise it would have been 3 stars. 4.6 but not like that either. To the fellow readers: If your kebab shop can't offer anything half an hour before closing time, it's doing everything right.

We ordered there today and after some discrepancies regarding the delivery time and a phone call that was canceled by the employee there, the delivery was quicker. Apart from the fact that the fries were old and salt-free, I was allowed to eat them with my fingers because no stick was included. The kebab roll contained fairly unidentifiable meat in a pleasantly poop brown color and if it had included sauce it would probably have been reasonably edible. Actually, I'm used to something different from there... It's a shame and not recommended.

Best kebab in all of Hanover!! The employees always have a relaxed attitude and are very friendly and sociable. Very good price/performance ratio. Anyone who gives bad reviews here is a good-for-nothing...

So we only order from Monami Foodhouse and have never had any problems! The food (we always order children's kebab plates) always tastes very good, is fresh, the staff is friendly and delivery times are fast! Today I called to change something in my order, the food was already ready and my special requests were still adjusted, a big THANK YOU! That's what I call customer service :) Keep it up! We are regular customers there and I always recommend the delivery service

I order an overpriced calzone and get more bread like everything else... I've always been satisfied so far. And then I call to point out that the calzone is more bread than cheese or salami and then they treat you rudely. Top.

We ordered something to pick up. We didn't really like it. The meat in the kebab was "weird", salads and sauces were seasoned "weird". We will tend to use other snack options in Langenhagen in the future, as we are more impressed with their taste. But that is of course subjective.

best in town.... traditional Turkish cuisine and snacks... that's exactly how it has to be... Delicious, fresh and selection...

Finally a good kebab in Langenhagen! Other shops like Öz Urfa and Dönerwerk can get involved. We are regular customers from now on! :-)

Well, a pretty standard kebab. The sauces taste like ready-made sauces from the Dönermann billo discount. You can eat, but you don't have to.

Food itself has potential, the ketchup was expired and the staff was just happy that I was gone, I had the feeling. Nice store but there is still a lot of work to be done on the service and demeanor towards the customer! I wish Safe a lot of success and will come back and hope for a positive development.

Ein sehr stabiler Dönerladen. 7,5/10 Punkte. Lieferando: 45 - 60 Minuten. Bestellt, 20 Minuten später klingelt es - top. Dönerfleisch (Lamm): Sehr gut, hebt sich von den anderen Dönerläden ab. Brot: Gut, könnte etwas krosser sein. Soßen: Top Salat: Teilweise etwas zu viel, dafür muss ich mehr bestellen um den "Standard" zu kennen. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, gute Döner, schnelle Lieferzeit.
