Service what is it? On November 9th We wanted to visit the new Indian restaurant in Langenhagen with six people. A failure!! We showed up on time and were immediately shown to a large round table and then nothing else happened. Admittedly the restaurant was full, but that is no excuse for us being ignored from then on. The waiter kept walking past us, nothing happened! We had eye contact with the counter, nothing happened! No menus were brought or requests for drinks were asked. Guests who came after us received this. When we got up to leave after 20 minutes of waiting, there was movement among the staff. Wide-eyed, muttered apologies, we went anyway and certainly won't be back. Unfortunately, there were already guests in the door without reservations who happily occupied our table; a loss of sales would have been more instructive.
