We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed the 5 course menu with Kaviar and wine selection. The sommelier was very informative and really knows his job. All courses were fantastic and the service was outstanding. It was worth a trip from Oxford:)

The employees were very accommodating. I felt in good hands. As a severely disabled person, it is not so easy to find a suitable restaurant and you are dependent on the staff. I would like to thank you very much again.

Medinis Heiligendamm – enjoyment with a view of the Baltic Sea The Medinis in Heiligendamm presents itself in a tastefully modern, maritime-inspired interior - elegant but unobtrusive, stylish without being overloaded. The service is attentive, professional and pleasantly discreet - exactly as you would expect in a hotel of this class. From a culinary point of view, the menu was convincing across the board: the freshly caught fish, accompanied by crispy fried zucchini, was cooked perfectly to perfection - tender, aromatic, with a fine texture. The fillet steak was served with a silky, creamy, subtly truffled mashed potato – a combination that demonstrated depth and sophistication. The selection of desserts also left nothing to be desired - a sweet finale at a very high level in both presentation and taste. The culmination of our visit was a spectacular sunset that unfolded like a painting outside our window - a moment that made this evening unforgettable. Conclusion: Yes, the prices are in the upper segment - but given the quality, the ambience and the perfect coordination of cuisine and service, every euro is excellently invested. A place to which we will return with pleasure.

A nice hotel in itself, apart from the shooting range next door, it's very quiet. The room itself was also peaceful. It's less than a 10-minute walk through the forest to the beach. Parking was available right by the hotel. The outdoor area unfortunately didn't seem very well-maintained, even though the season actually started in mid-May. There are actually nice seating areas and a lot of potential that can be exploited. Check-in was done online, and we were helped further by phone since we arrived a little early. It was a shame that we couldn't reach anyone afterward for further inquiries, and no one returned our calls. The reception was closed from Friday to Sunday. Our room was great for three people! Overall, it was a bit dark, but perfect for a weekend trip like this. The bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room felt like no one had stayed there since last season. (Everything was dusty, even dust bunnies.) The first breakfast was pretty good. You could choose from specialty coffees and various juices. We were asked whether we wanted scrambled or fried eggs. A buffet was set up in the next room, with something for everyone. Warm rolls, boiled eggs, various cold cuts, yogurt, and muesli. You had the feeling that someone was putting their heart and soul into the food. Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed the next day. The rolls were either as hard as the day before or not cooked all the way through. We had to wait a long time for the scrambled eggs, and the variety wasn't the same. Of course, we don't want to waste much afterwards, but it would be good to keep the selection consistent. We would still come back if the prices stayed the same.

Applaus für dieses hervorragende Lokal ! Die Atmosphäre sowohl auf der unteren als auch der oberen Ebene sehr einladend, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Empfang ist freundlich. Man sitzt gemütlich und bequem. Der Service ist sehr angenehm, nicht aufdringlich, mit Stil, und doch auch persönlich, sehr dezent. Und nun zum Essen!: Mit das beste, das ich überhaupt jemals hatte. Wir alle waren begeistert und auch zuvor nie enttäuscht. Man gibt sich sehr viel Mühe mit der Kreation der Speisen selber, den Zutaten, der Qualität. Ein Geschmackserlebnis pur! Ob Fleisch, Fisch, Nudeln, Suppe, Bruschetta, die Desserts, die Cocktails, alles ein Genuss! Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend, es grüßt die Gruppe " Schöne Auszeit". Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, natürlich auch einzeln privat.

Great canteen food delicious and the coffee was good price performance great we were full 4 different foods on offer a bit difficult to find Google sends you wrong you have to drive from the back like to the fitness studio it's in the same building so you can eat well and cheaply here

We explored the city. It's a nice, quiet place to sit.

The white city by the sea 🌊, simply wonderful. The welcome was very warm and the car service fantastic. Our room was a dream and very spacious. You should definitely go there! Absolutely fantastic!
