Come every year and always perfect. Great service and absolutely excellent food and drink. A must if you are in the area.

The Klosterküche restaurant in Bad Doberan is really very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty. It's just a shame that the map is quite small. For me as an allergy sufferer there was little choice. But the food is still great, even as it was prepared.

The currywurst is an outrage. There is neither curry ketchup nor curry sauce on the currywurst. Mayonnaise and curry powder were added to the sausage. This is not a currywurst and cannot be eaten. When I asked why there was mayonaise on it and no curry sauce or curry ketchup, I was told "we don't have it". Then you can't write currywurst on the menu. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere and it is an impertinence to call something like currywurst.

A perfect menu, with matching wines and attentive service at all times! A very well-rounded taste experience. Everything fits together at the highest level. Thanks to the entire team!

The employees were very accommodating. I felt in good hands. As a severely disabled person, it is not so easy to find a suitable restaurant and you are dependent on the staff. I would like to thank you very much again.

A thoroughly successful evening! The food was delicious and magically prepared. In particular, the beef fillet with truffles was great! The service was very attentive and friendly and we felt extremely comfortable! Thank you very much!

Ambience very good. Service in northern Germany is cold! The price/performance ratio of the food is definitely not justified!

My child wanted a kebab, only with meat and sauce, so no salad. He wanted the sauce extra and we had to pay 50 cents for it. Mind you, he didn't want any salad, just the extra sauce. I find it super cheeky. Absolutely not possible. The shop also looks very dingy, not inviting. My food was ok, but I wouldn't come here again.

Great hotel, with great service, we were thrilled and will definitely come back. Wed. & Fri. are probably target practice, but we didn't notice any of them because we were on the beach at the time. Bicycles can be rented for a day for little money, which is definitely worth it. The only minor point of criticism is the price of breakfast. We thought it was a bit high. But still a very clear recommendation.

Great canteen food delicious and the coffee was good price performance great we were full 4 different foods on offer a bit difficult to find Google sends you wrong you have to drive from the back like to the fitness studio it's in the same building so you can eat well and cheaply here

We needed a table for 20 people for New Year's Eve. Everything wasn't a problem. The food, the ambience and the staff were great. Small negative point: unfortunately only EC or cash payment possible. Anyway, thanks again for everything. Unfortunately it is no longer a given.

The Grand Hotel Heiligendamm is really in a different league. You arrive and immediately feel like a Prussian nobleman on a summer vacation (only without a wig). Room? Large, elegant, so clean that even an old Berlin apartment would collapse with envy. Staff? Friendly, but not intrusive – just the right mix of professional and “Want another glass of champagne?” The wellness area? Perfect for sweating away the stress of the big city. And breakfast? So good that I thought about packing something - but it wouldn't be appropriate for the ambience. Conclusion: Heiligendamm is like Berlin-Mitte, only without construction sites, traffic jams and madness. Come back – but please, dear Berliners, everyone stays at home, otherwise it will get crowded here!”

We ordered online and other than the “Thank you for your order” email, we never heard from Broiler Bar again! We couldn't reach anyone by phone either! Thank you for nothing!
