Can you tell if he was OK, well… just hungry! In any case, avoid coming here with dogs, they are not welcome at all 🤔 but somehow normal in kebab shops! Too bad!!!

A wonderful place to really pamper yourself. All courses of the menu as well as the little extras in between were imaginatively and attractively put together and served - an experience for the palate and the eye! There was also very courteous service, personal advice and interesting information about the excellent wines suggested. We are already looking forward to the next visit!

The employees were very accommodating. I felt in good hands. As a severely disabled person, it is not so easy to find a suitable restaurant and you are dependent on the staff. I would like to thank you very much again.

We went for brunch today and loved it. The service is simply top notch, people live and love gastronomy. Despite the full restaurant, time was taken for the guest. The food was very tasty and the cooking point was perfect everywhere. We would love to come back.

Medinis Heiligendamm – enjoyment with a view of the Baltic Sea The Medinis in Heiligendamm presents itself in a tastefully modern, maritime-inspired interior - elegant but unobtrusive, stylish without being overloaded. The service is attentive, professional and pleasantly discreet - exactly as you would expect in a hotel of this class. From a culinary point of view, the menu was convincing across the board: the freshly caught fish, accompanied by crispy fried zucchini, was cooked perfectly to perfection - tender, aromatic, with a fine texture. The fillet steak was served with a silky, creamy, subtly truffled mashed potato – a combination that demonstrated depth and sophistication. The selection of desserts also left nothing to be desired - a sweet finale at a very high level in both presentation and taste. The culmination of our visit was a spectacular sunset that unfolded like a painting outside our window - a moment that made this evening unforgettable. Conclusion: Yes, the prices are in the upper segment - but given the quality, the ambience and the perfect coordination of cuisine and service, every euro is excellently invested. A place to which we will return with pleasure.

Great hotel, with great service, we were thrilled and will definitely come back. Wed. & Fri. are probably target practice, but we didn't notice any of them because we were on the beach at the time. Bicycles can be rented for a day for little money, which is definitely worth it. The only minor point of criticism is the price of breakfast. We thought it was a bit high. But still a very clear recommendation.

We always like to come back to the hotel. Of course not everything is perfect but the positive things outweigh the negatives. The welcome and valet parking is always nice. We have had an upgrade twice now - junior suite on the ground floor with terrace, very practical with a dog. The breakfast selection is great and so is the service, as long as there are no language problems. But what really disappointed me was the closed outdoor pool. It was already nice and mild in April and several guests regretted that the outdoor pool was not open. In addition, during the school holidays, the indoor pool and whirlpool were invaded by many children playing ball, jumping and splashing around. Relaxation is not possible. Since the children's swimming times are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can forget about the pool area during this period. Very unfortunate.
