I ordered three kebabs to take away. When asked what I wanted on them, I answered very clearly and in good German, "All without onions and red cabbage." As he was just about to assemble the last kebab, I called back just to be sure, "No onions and red cabbage, and please, lots of yogurt sauce."
When I got home, I discovered that all three kebabs were full of onions, and the last one, which was supposed to have more sauce, had the exact opposite: almost no sauce at all.
The bottom line is, while they were asking the customers, the employees were still chatting among themselves and then forgetting the customers' wishes, or confusing white cabbage with onions. I can't think of any other explanation. It was also very quiet, and there was no customer backlog at the time of ordering.
Event with around 50 people. At the champagne reception the doors were still locked and no one was in sight. Only after a phone call and a while in the blazing sun were we able to let guests into the hall. At some point we were offered the sparkling wine late, unfortunately at room temperature. There was usually only one waitress for the entire company. This gentleman was nice, he seemed overwhelmed, very forgetful and slow but always trying. The water on the tables was in special bottle coolers, but these were empty and the water was always warm. After the pre-soup of dinner, our tables were full to capacity as nothing was cleared away after coffee and cake. Even if there is supposed to be cake in the evening, you can't leave coffee dishes and coffee pots on the tables. You wouldn't do something like that at home, especially not at a wedding for paying guests.
Unfortunately, the promised nice weather terrace was only opened after dinner.
The food was generally very bland and looked somehow sad. In any case, there weren't any soup portions in the quantities ordered.
Price and performance simply weren't right here.
€4.60 or €4.80 for 0.5 liters of cola is crazy.
Still 2 points because the entrance area is beautifully planted and the location actually seems OK. There is also enough parking space.
The Jalapenos Pizza was a pepperoni pizza, the meat had no flavor and the pizza only tasted like pepperoni. The noodles were also tasteless and there were 10 spoonfuls of oil in the dish. I would have made the mushrooms much better myself. The only good thing was the free pudding, which was also out of the bag.
I've lost count of how many times I've resolved to give this place one last chance – but it's the same drama every time. There he is again: the slightly broader waiter, who seriously looks like the main character from Angry Birds – only without the humor. Incredibly unfriendly, rude, and completely overwhelmed with absolutely everything related to his job.
My food? Ruined every time. Whether it's cold, wrong, half-cooked, or simply forgotten – you'd almost think it was intentional. I'm seriously starting to wonder if he has a personal mission to spoil my appetite. Requests, pleas, or follow-up questions are dismissed with an annoyed eye roll and a "Yes, yes" – only to be delivered the wrong food anyway, of course.
How can someone like that even still work there? The service is a disgrace, the atmosphere is poisoned by his constant annoyance, and I've finally had enough. I want to eat in peace for once without losing my appetite because this guy is on duty again. Enough is enough. As long as this walking customer deterrent is running around, I won't set foot in this store again. He needs to be fired urgently—or at least promoted to a position where he no longer has contact with paying customers.
Were there for the first time today. The food was very tasty, I was guided by the high number of reviews and I have to say A1. The boss, who we met later, was a super friendly host who also gave us drinks on the house. I haven't received such a good and friendly welcome in a long time.
I had chicken schnitzel with potatoes, asparagus, and sour cream. The chicken schnitzel was two thin, raw pieces of meat with a thick coating, deep-fried. The potatoes were raw, and there were three whole stalks of asparagus for €16.90. The only thing edible was the asparagus and the sour cream. I've never had such a bad meal in my life! The drinks and service were okay.
