Wow, never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Whoever orders it - it's their own fault.
Order declared delivered 15 minutes before arrival.
Of course, when I asked by phone, they couldn't find one, but strangely enough, they didn't call either.

When I asked again on site to complain about the order, the telephone number was spontaneously incorrect and the blame was passed on to someone else.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to lodge a complaint upon delivery. Unfortunately, the driver didn't understand anything and immediately disappeared without a word.
Very nice employees and fast service! The food was quite bland for my taste. I had the noodle box with shrimp, and the quantity, especially the shrimp, was surprisingly positive.
So I ordered yesterday and was actually very satisfied. Staff very nice and the Indian food was also pretty good and very hot. I've had significantly more problems with other suppliers. Gladly again.
I ordered through the Subway app but didn't receive a confirmation or email. So I went to the Subway branch at the train station to ask. The employee there just said, “I don’t know, you should call Subway.” He ignored my order and didn’t help. In the end I didn't get any food and paid €14.50 for free. I can only advise against ordering via the Subway app. It's better to order directly on site - and maybe you should also consider replacing such unfriendly employees. I would like to have this Subway shop closed.
Caution. The order received was not at all satisfactory. When I called to describe my problem, I was told in a very unfriendly manner that it was my problem and that they didn't want to help me!

Nothing so disgusting has ever happened to me. Unfortunately, there wasn't even an apology/compensation from them. (That didn't really surprise/dismay them, because of this reaction it seemed to me as if it wasn't the first time it had happened.)
It's bad enough that something like this happened, but not even apologizing for it is an absolute disgrace.
I wouldn't recommend this store either. This review of mine was worded too kindly. You can imagine how you feel when you experience something like this... You are a pizza and suddenly you realize that there is a cockroach in it...
For health reasons alone, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order there.
Unfortunately, I haven't had such abysmally bad service in a long time.
I feel bad for the rating given to the other two waiters, who seemed to be much better equipped, but unfortunately, nothing worked out for ours, including the politeness.
