It deserves 5 stars for the speed of service, the friendliness and the taste.

The service and taste were at a very high level. We were very pleased.

Doner was OK, meat tasted a bit mutton, cocktail sauce was not tasty

The store employee was very friendly. The food was unfortunately a disappointment. The veal skewer is estimated to be 95% minced meat. You can like it or not. It's a matter of taste. The chicken skewer was okay. The bread was very dark and hard on the outside, dry. Not a pleasant mouthfeel. What makes the condition of the bread even worse is the way the kebab was topped. No sauce in the bread, just a dollop over the finished sandwich. Yogurt-garlic sauce... Yeah. Garlic. Period. You can overdo it. The so-called "Ezme sauce" is extremely reminiscent of a BBQ tomato sauce and absolutely doesn't suit this dish. After two bites, I was "full." The "small" kebab plate was also interesting in its own way. It should be clear to everyone that you have to spend money for good food these days. But the portion for the price of €12.50 and the image on the plate were out of proportion. Conclusion: Even for a food court that relies primarily on walk-in customers, this is quite a statement. Sorry, but I can't recommend this place.

Doner kebab was okay, very minced meat-heavy. But it tasted okay. The fries could have been 2-3 minutes longer. But very friendly service. The price is a little higher, I think due to the location.

An absolute failure. My husband could barely get the Dürüm open. Was absolutely not tasty. Unbelievable to charge €8.50 for this. 3€ a coke. Well, at least it was fresh and good. No thanks. Never again

Place is okay for a quick meal. But the quality is a disgrace! Almost half of the fries were still frozen. Probably fell off the shelf. The veal was heavily seasoned, which to me indicates poor quality. Clear recommendation to avoid this Therese!

Doner box at the bottom with the fries hair in it Dirty fork had brought me a plastic one from next door When we complained, it was said that the hair had to come from the plastic fork, but it was at the bottom of the fries

The kebab was great. The sauces, the bread and especially the meat!! Just wow but the highlight of the shop is the burger, it sounds strange but see for yourself

Die „Bosporus Lounge“ befindet sich in der unteren Etage des „Phoenix-Center“ in Harburg. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, nett und gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein! 👍🏻 Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Danke

Noch nie so einen schlechten Döner gegessen, zum Glück habe ich ohne Fleisch genommen. Der Spieß war bestimmt schon 1 Woche alt weil absolut niemand sich dort etwas geholt hat. Salat war naja , Soßen komplette Katastrophe zu flüssig, der Döner-Mann hat absolut kein Plan wie man ein Döner macht, er hat einfach am Ende 2 dicke Kleckse Soße drauf geklatscht. Ich konnte den Döner kaum essen da die Soße massiv gestört hat, der Döner hatte kaum Geschmack. Brot/Salat/Soße waren 1,5/10. Mein schlechtester Döner, holen sie bitte nie einen Döner dort. 🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮

Schlechtes, kaltes Essen, und nach 2 Stunden kommt der Durchfall, bei meiner Frau und mir, obwohl wir vom Dönerteller nur 1/3 gegessen haben.

Kaltes essen, inkulanter Service bei Reklamation. Pommes total latschig & dann wird einem gesagt wenn man 25 Min wartet; werden die kalt. Bestellung wurde 17:09 aufgegeben und 17:19 wurde es reklamiert - wo sind das 25 Minuten?!

Mir hat der Döner überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.

Leckerer Döner. Mit Sicherheit nicht der günstigste aber für die Örtlichkeit ein angemessener Preis. Ordentliche Qualität und die Mitarbeiter machen das Essen zügig fertig

Der Döner ist richtig lecker und Groß

Das Fleisch war nicht ganz durch und der Dürüm hat nicht besonders geschmeckt. Außerdem haben Sie mir für eine Untertasse mit etwas Reis 4€ berechnen. Kann nur davon abraten.

Die Portion ist gut aber das Hähnchen Fleisch ist komplett roh!

Döner mit Getränk für 6,50 € ist ziemlich teuer, zumal der Döner nicht der größte ist. Das Brot ist ok aber die Soßen und das Fleisch sind nicht besonders schmackhaft. Gibt bessere Alternativen in HH.

5 sterne sind wenig. Immer wieder lecker

Habe vor Jahren schon dort gegessen, war aber unzufrieden mit dem Personal . Aber zurzeit haben die neues Personal was sehr freundlich ist. Und der Döner schmeckt auch sehr lecker.

Bosporus Lounge ist nicht so mein Geschmack. Kenne diese dort angebotenen Produkte anders und für mich,schmackhafter zubereitet. Aber so ist es,jeder hat eine andere Sichtweise. Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Nicht so meins

Habe mir einen Hamburger bestellt, das Fleisch war nicht durch. Ich habe den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen und einen neuen Burger bekommen. Das Fleisch war immernoch nicht durch.
