Schweinebauch und tteok mandu suppe. The atmosphere itself was very good and cozy with jazz music. But both of the menus are not so same with Korean foods. I felt so with dumplings and flavors of sauce and Fleisch. But I want to try other foods as well. Thank you
Absolutely brilliant pub. Good selection of 🍺 and dishes. And even if the place is full you still have good service 👍
Unfortunately, it now says on the homepage that they will be closed until September due to a lack of staff. I keep my fingers crossed for you and hope to reopen soon! I'm looking forward to drinking a Guinness with you again! 🍀🍻
An authentic restaurant with warm service and excellent cuisine. The restaurant is rather unassuming, located opposite the cinema. I discovered it by chance many years ago, and I haven't gone to any other Greek restaurant since. You should allow some time, but in return, you'll be rewarded with outstanding cuisine made from fresh ingredients. I would recommend the lamb, the numerous hot appetizers, and the octopus – you'll only find it this good in the Mediterranean!
Extremely unfriendly service (absolutely unacceptable). Next stop, I was yelled at. We definitely won't be coming back. We had Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), which were unfortunately very dry. The portions were good, if you want to stuff yourself, but they tasted a bit overcooked. And as I said, the service was so incredibly unfriendly that it was the last straw. It's a real shame because (most of) the reviews and photos of the dishes looked quite good. A real shame...
The food was okay, the service was okay, but unfortunately, despite the tiled stove, it got really cold after a while. Uncomfortably cold! When we asked if the second entrance door could possibly be closed, the owner said no, she didn't want that 😳 OK, we'll just freeze some more. All of our feet were freezing cold, even in our boots! That shouldn't be the case. To use the toilet, you have to go to a separate, cold outhouse opposite the entrance. In these temperatures, it was dreadful. We won't be going back, especially since some of us even got sick from the cold afterwards. Just so you know, they don't accept card payments.
The food was excellent, the vegan bowl was delicious. There's not much to say about the service; I ordered at the terminal, picked it up myself, and returned the dishes myself. All in all, though, 5/5.
Clean rooms, nicely furnished. The bathroom was spacious enough, the bed comfortable, and I especially appreciated the extra pillows. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Even when there was a short wait because something was running low, it was promptly replenished.
I had three pleasant days at the hotel. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.
Yesterday, we went to Restaurant Max for our long-planned Christmas party. It's worth noting that we, as a team, decided to use the bowling alley, but that doesn't explain the truly miserable, dirty, and unacceptable conditions of the "dining room" in the basement. As I said, we're talking about a Christmas party that we've been planning for ages. While other guests were served upstairs and had access to a clean restroom, we had to make do with dirty tables, some missing chairs, and self-service via the dumbwaiter. I understand that it's stressful for a restaurant to handle multiple Christmas parties simultaneously, especially when additional food orders are being placed. However, this doesn't explain the disrespectful and choleric behavior of the owner towards his guests. I've seen a lot, I work part-time in the restaurant industry myself, and I know it can be stressful. But yesterday was a complete nightmare.
