Restaurant is permanently closed due to business closure

We already ate there on Mother's Day this year. The waitress at the time had trouble understanding us and had to ask repeatedly. After ordering our drinks, we were forgotten for half an hour (which the waitress seemed to find very funny when we pointed out) and then had to wait another half hour for the food. The result was that an entire menu had been forgotten or not written down at all, and we had to reorder. Of course, there was another wait, as it was getting very busy. Today I ordered a takeaway by phone, a Hifive burger and garlic fries. I wanted to pay with an EC card. The lady said the machine wasn't working properly today and I should pay in cash. It also says so on the front door. I just couldn't see it over the phone, and I didn't notice anything on the door. So I shelled out €19. I got the burger and cheese fries. Luckily, I checked on the spot and complained straight away. The annoyed waitress then said I had ordered them that way, which I denied, as I always get garlic fries. They kindly replaced the fries with something else. When I then politely told her that a note about EC payment would have been good over the phone, she just became snide and then ignored me. The fact that garlic fries cost 50 cents less according to the menu – it never occurred to her to check. But then I didn't care anymore. The conclusion in both cases: overall the food is good, burgers really don't taste the same as they used to – for whatever reason and a real shame, garlic fries taste like normal fries and I find the service and friendliness really poor. They also no longer ask on the phone how cooked the burger should be. Maybe it's time for me to find a new burger place.

Ich war mit meinen Kids dort. Wir waren früher öfters da. Als wir eintraten war alles dunkel und es saß nur eine Person am Rechner. Auf die Frage ob offen ist, wurde mir ja geantwortet. Alles war etwas zäh vom Ablauf. Meine Kids haben ein Kids Menü und eine Portion Pommes genommen. Ich habe eine Burger mit Ziegenkäse genommen. Als die Burger kamen sagte meine Tochter gleich, die sehen nicht lecker aus. Der Käse auf dem Burger Meiner Tochter sah alles andere als lecker aus und schmeckte auch dementsprechend. Auf meinem Burger wurde Statt Orangensenf Mittelscharfersenf drauf getan und es fehlten die Zwiebeln. Als der Kellner zum abräumen kam, habe ich ihn darauf hingewiesen und er hat sich entschuldigt. Alles im allen sehr unspektakulär und keinen weiteren Besuch wert.

First of all: anyone who's been here before will be disappointed. Starting with the menu, which is absolutely rancid, smeared with grease, and written on with ballpoint pen, because it's probably too much to ask for a few A4 pages. We waited 35 minutes for two burgers, during which time a total of four burgers (including ours) were prepared by the kitchen. Not much more needs to be said. The burger bun was burnt, the patty was overcooked until the chef was sure that nothing more could be tasted. Finally, we were enveloped in clouds of smoke from the staff on the terrace while we ate – but hey, smoking among people eating is unfortunately normal in Germany anyway. And my absolute favorite: the card terminal, where you're explicitly asked for a tip because €45 for two people was apparently too affordable.

Man what some great food and service! Stopped here on a whim after a quick google search. Sat right down. The gentleman greeting us and taking our order was super friendly and helpful! We had the finger food, a cheeseburger, Philly cheesesteak (with an awesome cheese sauce), and hotdog. All of the food was excellent! Totally recommend! If I ever get back across the world to Dachau again - I’ll totally stop here!!

Actually good but we have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours

Absolutely outrageous. The value for money is so poor that I'd gladly file a fraud complaint. €12.50 to €19.50 per burger (just the burger). For an additional charge of €4.50 to €6.50, you get fries, a handful at the most. In the photo, about 50% of the fries have been eaten. The food itself is relatively fresh, but the taste is nothing special; it tastes like any other burger joint, or even Burger King (to be completely honest). The picture shows the chili cheese burger and its size, obviously the size of a miniature burger (again, €12.50 for that). "Drinks" are the next item: Coke Zero (0.2L) for a whopping €3.20... Inflation aside, what kind of world do we live in that 3-4 sips of Coke Zero cost so much? By the way, it costs €1.89 per liter - a small glass of the fake one costs around €0.99 - we were there for the first time today - conclusion: "NEVER AGAIN."

The burgers are average; I didn't notice the taste of the burger sauce at all. Both of our meats were done well, even though we had specifically asked if they were medium, and we both replied yes. The fries were good. The service was attentive, but disorganized and even odd. I ordered a Tegernseer beer on tap and got a warm one in a bottle. When I asked, they poured me a fresh one. After the meal, the table was cleared away, and someone automatically came to take the money without us having to ask. Overall, I would have expected more if this is supposed to be the "best burger in town." I wouldn't come back.

Unfortunately, I had a not-so-good experience at this restaurant today. First, we waited forever for our drinks, and after we got them, the server said that "the order had been lost." However, there was still a drink missing, which we only received after our meal. The food was pretty mediocre, and they also forgot a portion of fries, which they at least didn't add to the bill. All in all, you could have had an equally good experience at the McDonald's next door, with cheaper prices.

Best burger in town! Fresh, super tasty and simply great! Top service, top food, highly recommended!

My vegan burger was really not tasty. The bun was thawed and extremely dry. Unfortunately the truffle mayo wasn't good either. The fries, however, were quite tasty. The waiter was very friendly and humorous and the food came after a short time. Unfortunately the sauces had no label. So you could guess which sauce it was or whether it was vegan. Unfortunately, the food in particular didn't convince me at all :/

Yesterday we spontaneously went to Dachau and discovered this great restaurant. We absolutely loved the burgers! Even though we eat out often, we hadn't yet found the perfect burger joint - but this restaurant won us over with its courteous service, incredibly tasty burgers and crispy fries. It's a long journey for us, but we'll definitely be back!

Update: unfortunately no longer good. Burgers aren't what they used to be. We're not coming anymore. Delicious burgers, for me the best burgers in the area up to MUC. Service is friendly. Regional beers are offered. What more could you want? In the end the stay is not cheap but the quality is very good.

Unfortunately I've only been there twice, but I was thrilled twice. The all-round package just fits. And you are a super friendly team 👍

Nice place with great food and reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Met the famous Frankie, Dachau’s most friendly resident surfer who helped us decipher the menu. So much fun for our short time there. My burger was amazing. Cooked to perfection.

Super nice burger bar. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. The selection of burgers is extensive with all imaginable extras. We were served quickly and the food was excellent. The prices are reasonable for the area. Parking spaces are available free of charge.

I got a perfect burger, patty from Ox (Lampl-Hof), very regional ingredients with excellent quality 👌🏼 Will definitely come back soon 😍

We have been regular customers for more than a year and have never been disappointed! The burgers are made with a lot of love and taste great. The same can be said about the side dishes, desserts and drink selection. The service is perfect and the ambience is optimal at any time of the year Would give 6 stars if possible!!

Unfortunately, the delivery service has disappointed us several times. We simply ignored the fact that we were delivered the wrong burger or that the fries were soggy - that can happen... When the burger finally arrived completely raw inside, we complained via the Lieferando app. That was now 5 days ago. So far we haven't even gotten a response from HiFive. Unfortunately, not a single order has been perfect so far and therefore the last order... Too bad

Absolutely recommended for eating burgers. Also has good cocktails. Gladly again.

I'm very picky about food, but the cuisine is a 10 out of 10. There's something for everyone and the waiting time is very short. The atmosphere has something cozy about it with an American touch. As for service, we had Frankie, a funny, personable and great person. He made the evening special and is simply great. The stay there and thanks to Frankie is one of my best memories of 2024. Personally, I can only recommend it.

Food very tasty! Unfortunately it took a long time until we got the second round of drinks. We had to drink it down in 15 minutes because we went to the cinema afterwards.

We came for food but stayed for the wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. If I'm ever in dachau again I'll definitely head here first!

I ate there for the first time today. I have to say I was positively surprised by the ambience, the food and the service (Franky). The food tasted really delicious and Franky was in a really funny mood and gave us the best table inside when the outside temperature was 30 degrees recommended... We'll definitely come back.

Delicious burgers, very good shortcomings and very friendly service. We'll definitely be back. The only "shortcoming"... is the large portion of nachos. In terms of size, they come across more like small nachos, but still very tasty👍👍

The burgers were incredible! Very pleasantly surprised. Walked in at 4pm to be the only customers and was a little worried the food was the reason very good indeed. The waiter was very accommodating and polite. Nice view on l the balcony terrace watching the street go by. Would highly reccomend!

There were 6 of us eating there and at the beginning we were served quickly and nicely. The food was ok, but unfortunately we weren't served anymore towards the end :( After all, beer is cheaper than water!

Solid burgers, good value for money - especially the lunch menu. Ambiance also modern & friendly service. Fries very good (no thin/flabby McKotz fries). I would just like to have glazed or grilled onions as an option instead of raw onions. A lunch menu with a burger of choice (additional charge) instead of just a cheeseburger would also be great. New management (beginning of 2024) makes a good impression.

Really nicer load people!! Whether for a quick meal, a date or a few cocktails with the boys. The burgers are awesome and allergy sufferers have the option of ordering them with a GLUTEN-FREE BUNN. Overall a 10/10

Best burger in the Munich area in my opinion

My son and I happened to pass there and were a little hungry. We actually wanted to eat burgers, but then decided on a few side dishes because they have very special things there. We had the truffle fries, the onion rings and nacho chips. Everything was very, very tasty, the service was courteous and friendly and we also really liked the ambience. Really great!

I've loved the burgers for a long time. Now I also tried the sandwiches and the cole slaw, super tasty!

Sehr leckeres Essen und super Service. Auch das Ambiente mit gemütlicher Musik fällt positiv auf. Es gibt auch glutenfreie Buns. Bei Erwähnung wird auch auf Kontamination geachtet. Bei Zöliakie gehen als Beilagen nur der Beilagensalat und Coleslaw, welcher sehr lecker ist. In der HiFive Soße ist Worcester Soße, daher wahrscheinlich nicht glutenfrei. Man kann aber anstatt dessen bspw. Ketchup wählen.

Hier war wirklich alles top. Mega freundliche junge Dame, bi mich bedient hat. Dazu sehr leckeres Essen mit hochwertigen Produkten. Das Ambiente ist modern und sehr ansprechend gemacht. Speziell fein war auch der Cheesecake Dessert, den ich gleich frisch zubereitet erhielt. Mal ganz anders aber dafür noch besser. Gibt hier wirklich nichts negatives.

Presentation of the chicken and the dog were nice. Food overall was just okay. Nice quiet spot and if you are hungry this place will get the job done for a quick lunch.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit guten Essen, freundlicher Bedienung und tollen Ambiente

Heute erstmals hier gewesen. 3x Burger, 1x Ribs bestellt. Wirklich sehr fein und preislich absolut im Rahmen. Der Service ist flott und sehr freundlich. Moderne Einrichtung und man fühlt sich wie in einer Cocktail-Bar und von der Lautstärke her ist es sehr angenehm. Die Speisekarte ist gut sortiert, die Toiletten sehr sauber. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich hier nur eine echte Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier komme ich gerne wieder. Sehr freundlich und schnell, leckeres Essen und kein Druck weil wir die letzten waren.

Stammkunde seit 3 Jahren +++ Nachtrag +++ Mittlerweile seit fast 6 Jahren. Fat Luke immernoch bester Burger und absoluter Favorit. Schönes Ambiente und gute Zutaten. Da die Burger auch nicht teurer sind als wo anders, ist das halt ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wurden angenehm begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Sind schnell, freundlich und mit einer Prise Humor bedient worden. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen schnell. Es wurde sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles passt und ob wir Wünse haben. Haben uns wohl gefühlt, sind sehr gut versorgt und unterhalten worden und freuen uns darauf dort die Cocktails zu testen. Weiter so:-)

Nur kurz auf der Durchreise haben wir hier wirklich gut gegessen. Service und Burger waren top, wir mussten nicht lange warten und Frankie aus Hawaiiii kümmerte sich sehr sehr gut um uns.
