If I lived here, I would be a regular guest. So I have to limit myself to vacation stays. Food varied, outside of “Schniposa” which is unfortunately typical in the area. Nice man/woman.😀 with warm treatment. Thank you.👍👍

What can I say, I am so overwhelmed by this restaurant, the ambience is like coming home. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The cuisine is a dream, the taste literally blows you away and stuff like that in Manching, I come from Mainburg and will now go to Manching more often to eat! The restaurant is enchantingly authentic. There are few places, so you should definitely reserve! I would say a must if you live in Manching! You are really great, thanks to the entire team!

We've eaten there a few times and every time it's incredibly tasty. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are comfortable. It's like a culinary trip to Brazil. I can only warmly recommend it!

I attended Christian Sauer's cooking course with a group of 10 people, followed by dinner. It was excitingly funny and a culinary hit. We got a good impression of how complex it is to produce a menu and what high-quality products are used. Every brew, every jus, every oil has such power, but does not drown out the main player's own taste. The price-performance ratio in the lechline is perfect in all cases. I can only recommend taking a course or simply enjoying the menu with the absolutely harmonious wine accompaniment. Thank you to the whole team for a great day P.S. I'm looking forward to having a pigeon and a tongue 😉

Ein absoluter Hochgenuss - im Service und natürlich vor allem in der Kulinarik. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder war der Abend ein wahres Erlebnis. Jedes Gericht ist ein Zusammenspiel aus so vielen verschiedenen Geschmäckern, die zusammen ein regelrechtes Feuerwerk abgeben. Dazu immer der perfekt abgestimmte Wein. Für uns ist der Eisvogel auf jeden Fall ein Highlight - und wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Even before we went on vacation to Zwiesel, I had already planned to go out to eat there. The other reviews don't lie. The shop is great. The pizzas have unusual toppings and it's really difficult to decide. The drinks are also special. Rare beer specialties and totally delicious cocktails. But be careful! Before visiting, be sure to go to the store's Facebook page and see when it's open. We were lucky and were there on Friday. Saturday would only have been open for pickup.
