I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with 30 guests in the beautiful garden. The tables were exceptionally tastefully arranged and decorated. The requested brunch was a feast for the eyes and the palate, and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxed afternoon with these lovely hosts. All of the guests congratulated me not only on my birthday but also on choosing this exceptionally beautiful setting. Thank you so much, dear Elyene, for this enchantingly beautiful day!

Very hospitable, top service, the food good and interesting but also nothing extraordinary

We spontaneously visited here with two adults and two small children. Very friendly and attentive service from the first minute to the last moment of our visit. The food was excellent and absolutely won us over! The children were able to play in peace outside. Summary: A wonderful end to our short vacation in the region. If we're ever back, we'll definitely be back.

Tried Brazilian cuisine for the first time and we were really impressed. The restaurant is warmly decorated. Many Brazilian art and decorative elements invite you to linger. The service is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain the menu. The food was super tasty. Something completely new and you can tell that high-quality raw materials are used here. We will definitely come back!!!

Just outside of the city center and therefore a real insider tip is dosSantos. We sat in the dining room because the weather wasn't quite cooperating yet. It was beautifully and simply furnished. Not overloaded but not cold either. The service that evening was very friendly and accommodating. They also took the time to explain to us what we actually had on our plate. The restaurant doesn't always have all the dishes on the menu, but there is a selection that offers something for everyone. Better than 100 dishes that aren't fresh. The cocktails we ordered came quickly and tasted good. The starters (vegan pancakes and four types of finger food) were great and really something different The meat in the main course was on point. The vegan dessert was to die for. We'll definitely come back in the summer and try our hand at the menu.

I've been living in Germany for 17 years and have never eaten such delicious Brazilian food! I come from Panama and can say with conviction: the food tasted just like my grandma's! The service was super warm and I was even allowed to bring my little Shiba Inu with me. The kitchen was also really quick. I particularly remember the fried cassava - simply heavenly! There were two of us for dinner. Very nice and cozy decoration. Everything very relaxed. You feel like you're on vacation. Attentive and very friendly service. The food was absolutely sensational! Everything is freshly prepared. The presentation is colorful and elegant. Great flavors. We had meat dishes (feijoada and steak), with rice, beans and tomato salad. But there are also vegan dishes on the menu. If you want it spicy, you can get spicy sauce in a separate bowl (this is also homemade). The desserts were also to die for and homemade. The coffee at the end comes from Brazil and is sourced from a roastery in Central Franconia. We'll definitely be back, even with a starter! Thank you for the successful evening!

Restaurant dos Santos was a real culinary experience in the heart of Erlangen! Very authentic Brazilian cuisine, extraordinarily good and attentive service that is available to help and advise, great ambience that invites you to linger. A particular highlight was the Feijoada completa, the best I've ever tasted. Absolutely recommended. From starters to desserts, a really great culinary journey that we would repeat at any time. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair considering the great product quality. An absolute recommendation from me. A real culinary enrichment for Erlangen. An incredible experience of authentic Brazilian food in Germany! My wife and daughters loved the chicken with okra, it was simply perfect, and the picanha with rice was one of the best I've ever had outside of Brazil. Everything was very well prepared, with homemade seasoning and an unforgettable flavor. A special thanks to Chef Eliene, who not only cooks wonderfully but also welcomes customers with such warmth. I gave her a hug to thank her for this delicious meal! I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try authentic Brazilian cuisine.

The vegan food at Dos Santos is incredibly delicious. There are two vegan starters, two main courses and a dessert. We tried both main courses and found them incredibly good. The staff and the owner are very warm and take the time to explain the unusual dishes. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who would like to try something a little more unusual!

A sweet, family restaurant with a lot of charm! We were there on Valentine's Day and were immediately enchanted by the lovely decoration with rose petals. The service was exceptionally warm and gave us the best advice. The food was delicious, our highlight were the desserts - especially the surprise dessert was simply breathtaking. An all-round wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat!

Definitely not the cheapest food you can get, but it's worth it. Very tasty and, above all, truly something special. You won't find dishes like this anywhere else. There are also plenty of vegetarian options. You should definitely check it out.

We were there yesterday for a company party. I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews. We were massively disappointed: a lot of money for far too little food is the main reason. Poor complaint handling. Conclusion: Never again!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. This was, hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. I got in touch beforehand to let them know I was coming for my wife's birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make the evening extra special for her. She was close to tears at the table decoration, the attentive, friendly, and excellent service. The drinks, the food, the décor—*everything*—was incredible. My wife is Brazilian, and she kept telling me how at home she felt. The owner and head chef, Frau Santos, came to speak with us personally, which really made my wife's evening. Although we don’t live in Erlangen, we travelled about an hour and a half to dine here, and it was worth every minute. We’re already looking for an excuse to go back! And did I mention that the prices are very reasonable? I could sing this place’s praises all day—it was so cosy, beautiful, and just *wow*. This evening was intimate and memorable, and I know it will stay with me for the rest of my life. It was truly a masterclass in service and hospitality. As a vegetarian, I didn’t feel I was missing out on the menu offerings at all. And if you want to experience a truly authentic Caipirinha, this is the place—I don’t think I’ve tasted better anywhere else. The personal touches throughout the restaurant made everything feel even more homely; it was grey and raining outside, but inside, it felt as though the sun was shining. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful evening again!

I don't usually write reviews, but Dos Santos absolutely deserves it! It's like a trip to Brazil straight from Erlangen. Delicious food, a beautiful ambience, pleasant music and wonderful customer service. Eliene and Jan are two warm people and know how to welcome a guest. We decided to visit the restaurant after the great reviews and can only confirm all the positive things. We don't live close by but we will definitely be back many more times. Thank you for the great experience!

Excellent Brazilian barbecue = Rodizio or Churrasco as a special event 3 times a year! :-) It was so delicious! Many different meat skewers freshly cut at the table with a varied salad buffet and desserts. Class!!! Here we remembered our wedding. ♡ There is super delicious authentic Caipirinha. :) The menu offers something for everyone. All dishes are fresh and prepared with love. Thanks!

We were the first guests, wife and friend wanted the chicken curry, but the cook came out and said only 1 left.....we had the salmon instead..... might have been fresh noodles but the can of salmon was opened 3 days before.... 1 friend had steak and said it was good.

Food was like warmed up and not fresh. There was only limited food available from the moment it opened.

Dear people from dos Santos. This shouldn't be a criticism. I would have liked to give you 4.8 points. The food and service were fantastic and I have already recommended the place to several friends. The only thing I didn't like so much was the small guest room. When we were there it was very crowded, loud and stuffy. But we'll be back when the backyard is open, so don't worry.
