Beautiful ambiance, great, attentive service, fresh and fantastic food—a feast for the eyes and palate! We're delighted to have experienced this on our vacation!

We were here this weekend with our girls for their bachelorette party – and it was simply perfect! 🎉 The atmosphere was fantastic from the start, the staff were friendly and in a great mood, and the music was perfect for celebrating. The drinks were delicious. It was a really cool atmosphere where you could just have fun – exactly what we wanted for the evening.

First time there, but certainly not the last. A very refreshing atmosphere, it couldn't be better. They really went above and beyond and spent a lot of money. The food was very good, as were the cocktails.

Beautifully decorated bar and restaurant with a wonderful outdoor seating area and beer garden. Super friendly and attentive staff. A wonderful, small selection of dishes that are lovingly served and absolutely delicious. Thanks to the whole team, you are a huge asset to Schliersee.

A great restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff... A small but fine menu... Great wines and perfect cocktails... Everything we tried was delicious... The prices are a bit higher, but craftsmanship deserves attention... We'll definitely be back...

A chic restaurant with great service. You immediately feel welcome, very attentive and friendly, even if it gets a little more crowded. The food was good and nicely prepared. In the evening you should make a reservation.

Das M1 ist eine super Location, ein "Muss" wenn man in Schliersee ist. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Ambiente ist modern und doch urgemütlich. Das Personal ist nicht zu toppen, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an herzlich Willkommen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, Geschmack, Zutaten, Gewürze, die ganze Komposition der Gerichte ausgezeichnet ebenso die Getränke vom Wein bis zum Cocktail. Man merkt im ganzen Team steckt viel Leidenschaft. Junge Menschen, die eine unheimliche Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben. Das M1 können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

I can only warmly recommend M1 Schliersee! Felix ensures first-class service and makes the visit a real experience. The steak sandwich with roast beef is simply a delight – juicy and perfectly prepared. The menu offers a great selection, with something suitable even for small appetites. I can particularly recommend the Golden Wings, which are simply delicious! The Mystic Mango Spritz rounds the whole thing off perfectly. The terrace and garden are the perfect place to relax in the sun - with comfortable benches and huge cushions for added comfort. M1 Schliersee is like a “vacation at home” for the weekend – a relaxed atmosphere with excellent food. If you're in the area, you definitely can't miss this place!

I can't say enough good things about the M1 at Schliersee in Bavaria! This bar and restaurant is a real gem that you should definitely visit. The owner Eva and her children are simply fantastic hosts who make you feel at home. We, the Wattenscheid party group, had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable DJ night there - an event that the village has probably never seen in this form! 😅 From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt welcome. 🫶🏼 The food was simply delicious and the selection of drinks left nothing to be desired. No matter whether you want a classic cocktail or something unusual, everyone will find something to their taste here. It was my first time there with my mother and the food was bomb, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was quick and very nice. I would go there again.

A highly recommended bar on Schliersee. Very unusual and modern in a relaxed atmosphere. We have been there several times and can recommend it to everyone. The cocktails are excellent and the wine selection is also great. The dishes on the small, regional menu are also super tasty and well thought out. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome.

The food is said to be very good, the cocktails are very good and we were served very friendly. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy.

Were there for the first time, otherwise we just drove past...true to the motto - we should go there too 😉 And it was worth it. Very pleasant atmosphere, well-mixed crowd, attentive service and really well-crafted drinks. There was nothing to complain about at all, it was a lovely evening. I can't say anything about the food, we were only there to drink.

It's very tasty and nice there, if you manage not to stand in front of a closed door. Apparently closed until the end of September 2024. Unfortunately, no one knows why. Why?

Absolut fantastisch! Das Ambiente ist super chic und modern, der Service ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Saibling, der direkt von nebenan aus der Fischerei kam. Die Getränke waren alle sehr lecker und vor allem nicht 08/15, man merkt wie viel Herzblut da drinsteckt. Das M1 kann ich jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Great restaurant and bar. Food was wow. Service was super nice and quick.

Seems to be a bar for older people. When we came in we were the only young people. The bar was full, mostly with people over 50+. The atmosphere was really nice and decorated with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive. But it was the most expensive Cola (Redbull Cola 0.33l?) of my life so far. The prices are sporty, perhaps the reason for the older audience.

BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE!!! We spontaneously went to the restaurant yesterday afternoon. Based on the other reviews, we had high expectations...and yes, they were completely met. At this time of day we only chose simple dishes (burgers and currywurst) but they were perfectly prepared. I had the "normal" burger myself...it was simply an experience, the truffle mayo was also convincing and was absolutely worth the extra price. We will definitely come back and try the other dishes and cocktails too.

The name of this place reminds me of my past times, as that was the name of a discotheque that I used to enjoy visiting. Back to M1 food & drink: from my point of view, the first thing to mention are the guests, who appear completely mixed up. Simply wonderful!

M1 steht für Memories, denn neben den Wilhelmina Mints, Austern und dem genialen Rioja Wein gibt es hier auch das absolut beste Dessert, die Haselnusscreme. Nach unserem Umzug von Amsterdam nach Bayern hat uns das M1 schon nach Hause geholt.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Konzept. Positiv ist, es ist nicht die größte Karte, aber alles ist wirklich gut.

Stylisch, einladend und sauber ( inklusive Toilette ). Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Speisekarte übersichtlich (ganz nach meinem Geschmack) aber für jeden was dabei. Speisen optisch und geschmacklich TOP! Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt und wurde mit frischem Wasser versorgt. Wir würden wiederkommen und empfehlen M1 auf jeden Fall weiter:)

Sehr gemütliches und stylisches Ambiente, hat am Schliersee noch gefehlt. Die Cocktails waren mega lecker und vorallem das Essen erst. Der Service hat uns gleich mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse, da war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Alles ist soweit barrierefrei. Kann das M1 nur weiterempfehlen 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder. Richtig überrascht war ich, dass in der Damentoilette Hygieneartikel auslagen. Sowas findet man nur sehr selten👍mega

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend in der neu eröffneten Bar in Schliersee.

Diesmal auch noch für ein paar Cocktails geblieben. Wieder alles super . Wie auch bei den letzten Besuchen zum Essen…

Ich hatte das absolute Vergnügen, eine ausgezeichnete kulinarische Erfahrung in diesem Bar zu genießen. Das Essen war außerordentlich köstlich und sorgfältig zubereitet, mit einer Vielfalt an Geschmacksrichtungen, die jede Erwartung übertrafen. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Personal war nicht nur äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, sondern auch kompetent und professionell. Sie haben definitiv dazu beigetragen, dass mein Besuch ein unvergessliches Erlebnis wurde. Dieses Bar bietet ein unschlagbares Ambiente und ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das man nicht verpassen sollte. Ich kann es ohne Zweifel empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Ein Ort, der bei jedem Besuch überzeugt! Fünf von fünf Sternen für dieses fantastische Bar. Kommen Sie und erleben Sie es selbst!

Coole Location mit kleiner, feiner- auch vegetarischen- Speisekarte. Die Qualität war hervorragend und der Service ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Zu empfehlen auf jeden Fall der vegane Burger….

Anfangen möchte ich mit dem außergewöhnlich tollen Service, so aufmerksam und freundlich -wirklich top 👍👍👍👍 dann das Essen 😋😋😋 wir hatten das Beef Tatar. So lecker abgeschmeckt und das Brot dazu 😋😋 und dann die Burger mit den Steakfries und dem Dip, super lecker. Die Fries so knusprig. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Die Gastfreundschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben. Super macht weiter so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr nettes Personal, superschönes Ambiente. Veganfreundlich. Vegane Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Traumhaft sind jetzt noch vegane Gerichte auf der Karte.

Super Essen, leckere Drinks und ein tolles Personal

Das M1 ist wohl eine der gemütlichsten Bars in der ich je gewesen bin. Das Auge für die perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit, Style und Moderne ist großartig. Die Cocktails sind mehr als Oberklasse Niveau und das Essen fein und besonders. Ein Abend im M1 ist wie ein Kurzurlaub mit Freunden.

Fantastisches Essen , Coctails und Location - - super Service - junges , hoch motiviertes Team - Lounge -Ambiente auf der Terrasse in Planung - dann wird es noch schöner - Innenbereichen sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher ausgestattet - sehr zu empfehlen !
