Unterkunft
SPA
Zugang zum Fitnessraum nicht beschriftet. Hotelgäste irren herum.
Sauber, Saunen gut unterhalten. Pool kann nach Saunagängen kaum benutzt werden, da Planschbecken für schreiende Kinder. Diese rasen auch abends über die Flure.
Teeküche fehlt. 2 von 4 Duschen haben nicht funktioniert.
Personal
Sehr freundlich, vor allem die Reinigung. Im Service teilweise Sprachprobleme. Keine Koordination beim Frühstück.
The interior of the restaurant was relatively dark, busy and relatively loud. The service was good and the food was OK, but there are better Greek restaurants. The portions were noticeably small and the price was definitely too high.
We were extremely satisfied! My shoulder of pork was absolutely delicious, my girlfriend had the sauerbraten and apple fritters for dessert – everything was absolutely fantastic! The host/server was very warm and accommodating, and we immediately felt welcome. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good food and a friendly atmosphere!
Review of the gourmet restaurant on the first floor:
A Michelin-starred restaurant in downtown Munich, located in an architecturally interesting building in the Fünf Höfe district.
What stands out at Les Deux from the first to the last minute is the outstanding service. Attentive, charming, articulate, always on hand, but never to the point where you feel like you're being watched.
The 6-course menu is beyond reproach. Arranged on the plate with great attention to detail, with subtle nuances of flavor and the interplay of the individual ingredients. Currently featuring lobster, mackerel, and lobster with a focus on aquatic animals, it concludes with a pigeon dish, which some might prefer to replace with an alternative, as it can be a bit tough or stringy depending on the piece. Apart from that, among the other outstanding courses, only the pre-dessert, a Magnum-style ice cream, falls somewhat short, as it is too sweet, too large in relation to the other courses, and difficult to eat in its current composition.
The asking price for the menu is still more than reasonable. The drink prices can be described as assertive, not uncommon in the restaurant industry, but here, at €10 per bottle of water or €25 for a glass of a good, but not exquisite, rosé champagne, they're on the higher end.
We had a fantastic evening and look forward to our next visit. 5 stars for the gourmet restaurant.
Update to the previous review of the brasserie on the ground floor, Oct. 21:
The Brasserie Les Deux on the ground floor has significantly raised its prices following a change of head chef and has eliminated the more reasonably priced dishes without replacement. Therefore, the brasserie is no longer an insider tip.
Depending on the server, the service continues to be either outstanding or average for the price. The latter was observed especially outside. The menu selection now ranges from €30+ for main courses, with one or two exceptions. The quality is very good to excellent, but the price level here is still not entirely justified.
After our last two visits under new management, our enthusiasm for the brasserie has waned.

Karvalla Altdorf – A jewel full of charm, quality, and service
Karvalla in Altdorf is my first choice when it comes to exclusive jewelry, fine accessories, and personalized advice. The store impresses with an elegant selection of high-quality products that are both timeless and modern.
The advice here is simply outstanding: the team takes their time, caters to individual requests, and finds exactly the right piece of jewelry – whether for special occasions or everyday wear. You'll receive friendly, competent, and genuinely passionate service.
The ambiance is also wonderfully stylish and inviting. The jewelry is presented with care and clarity, making the shopping experience particularly pleasant and inspiring.
For me, Karvalla is a place I always enjoy returning to – not only because of the great products, but also because of the team's warmth and professionalism.
In conclusion: Karvalla Altdorf perfectly combines quality, style, and first-class service. A clear 5 stars and an unconditional recommendation!
Very friendly staff, truly delicious Persian dishes, especially the wonderful chicken fillet (juje kebab, I've never experienced anything so delicious and juicy), live Persian music.
If you visit Nuremberg, you have to try Safran.
Super friendly service, always smiling and up for a joke. The food was, as always, incredibly delicious, and the beer garden is beautifully designed. We had to wait a bit, but it wasn't a big deal; I think it was much worse for the service than for us. We did get a free schnapps/espresso, but even without it, we felt really comfortable, and as long as the service is nice and friendly, I don't mind a bit of a wait (and it really wasn't that long; a completely normal wait when the place is busy). We'd definitely come back, thanks for a great evening!
Tasty Spanish tapas, friendly service and a lively atmosphere!
We were greeted warmly and served in a charming manner throughout the evening. The tapas selection was good ranging from vegetables to meat to seafood.
Each tapas was flavorful and the seafood paella with octopus and prawns was delicious! The perfectly cooked rice was packed full of flavor and was serve piping hot right from a large grill in the middle of the restaurant.
On the more expensive side considering that the portions are rather small. But definitely worth a visit.
A great Spanish restaurant, away from the traffic, with seating in a quiet courtyard. The service is fantastic, very friendly, and fast. The tapas and the mixed appetizer platter are delicious, and the aioli and mera sauce are divine. We'll definitely be back and, if we pre-order, will try the paella. An evening like in Spain.
