A pleasant discovery... An excellent pinsa in a warm and welcoming environment!

Great pizzaria, highly recommended by locals too. The dough is crispy on the outside and fried in olive oil. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the service was excellent.

We have been to Pinsano several times now. Nicely furnished restaurant with attentive service and good food (various pins, pasta and, for example, salmon salad). Drink recommendation Prosecco Rosé. Also homemade iced tea & lemonade. Good desserts round off the meal.

Despite a bit of a wait for a seat without a reservation (Saturday evening, 7 p.m.), an excellent stay! Very good, organized service, full location, staff seems relaxed, charming handling of the waiting time, food very good! Gladly again.

Apart from the fact that the ambience inside is simply beautiful and the acoustics are also great, the service was a 20 out of 10. The waiter was the boss and took a lot of time with recommendations. The word service takes on a completely different dimension. I would like to give more stars because the food tasted amazing. Definitely won't be our last visit. We were there after work during the week. But towards the evening there was REALLY a lot going on. Be sure to try it and be inspired. 🥰🥳

Very good Pinsa, top service and very nice atmosphere!

Exceptionally good pizza, which is called "Pinsa" here. The choices "rossa" or "bianca" and "classic" or "multigrain" don't make the decision easy, but the Pinsa tastes very good in any case. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Nice restaurant with very tasty pinsa. We were over half an hour early and it wasn't a problem at all. Service very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed it with you!

The Pinsa are very tasty, high quality products, you can tell. 1 star deduction is really only for the space, because the tables are very close together. The best places are on the wall, in my opinion. Otherwise everything was very, very good.

Wow. Finally a superb Italian place. Pasta and Pinsa Pizza is wonderful. But the best my fav is the Tiramisu. I go around the world trying Italian places for their tiramisu. Coffee is excellent too

It was my first time in a Pinseria and I hadn't tried Pinsa before. Regardless of whether I like it or not, I have to rate that the pinsa is topped with fresh ingredients and is initially pleasing to the eye. In fact, you shouldn't expect pizza, the dough tastes really different, fluffier, but also crispier. The atmosphere is modern and appealing. Personally, the tables are too close together inside. Well, the prices... I personally don't think they're too high. Yes, more expensive, but you're in the middle of the city center, in the pedestrian zone and right next to the St. Lorenz Church. It is also logical that this is more expensive than in the outskirts. The service was very nice and quick. It's probably advisable to reserve a place, but we also managed to get a table for two without it. All in all: Finally something different and definitely something to try out.

The idea with the Christmas village was a success

We had a reservation which we made it 30‘ early. The staff were amazing, specially the lady. They also speak english. We were told we could use the bar tables until there is a free table. We also ordered champagne. The restrooms are downstairs and clean. There is a coat hanger thing in the middle of the restaurant. The salad and bruschetta as starters were delicious and fast! Also the main dish, the pizza and the pasta were good. The meat on the pizza had a slightly bad smell, which I understand is due to my own sense of smell👃:) The main dish was on the table the second we finished our starters, and after the main dish we ordered desserts that were also quick. The atmosphere and rhetoric dim light was lovely. I don’t know how everything was so quick; We were only there for one hour, (we could stay for 2), I felt a slight rush in staff. I prefer a more relaxed and longer stay 😁 but overall it was a fantastic experience. Overall was ~ €75

We were there without reservations on a Sunday for lunch, the staff provided us with tables, although the restaurant was quite full. The staff were all nice, food was good but a bit salty. Coffee and Tiramisu were great. The prices were also fine. Toilet was clean. Highly recommended.

Super attentive service, it was very busy, yet attentive and friendly service. The food came quickly and was really great (Pinsa). Price level is also absolutely okay. You can also come here just for a Prosecco at the bar (2€!)

Yes, what can you say? Just a really good shop with good pinsas. The service is calm, friendly and courteous. All in all a great experience and recommended!

Very tasty food and nice selection. We also had a mixed appetizer platter. What we noticed positively about all the dishes was that there was a balanced mix of vegetables/bread and meat/sausage - very friendly to the stomach! All in all, a good place to eat even with smaller children.

Unfortunately I visited Pinsano on a very busy evening. Pinsa lukewarm, 2nd beer ordered didn't come. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Maybe next time it will be even better.

Yesterday we had the vegan chocolate Pinsa 🌱🤤 a dream. The base, even though it was already cold (they had it to go and only ate it later) was still super crispy. I would leave out the mint next time 🫣

Very nice place. Very large portions of outstanding quality. Service was impeccable, especially since waiting times can be kept very short by using the QR code at the table. We will definitely come back and bring our friends and family with us. Highly praised.

We recently went here for lunch with our two children. The service was top - incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is highly recommended for a visit with children. Our kids were immediately brought coloring pages and pens. The menu reads very tasty and everyone should find something to eat here. The food was also really tasty - but the portions weren't overly large. Someone who is very hungry might not be able to get enough ;-).

Really great restaurant! I was there recently with my girlfriend, very friendly service, very nice atmosphere, great decor - both inside and out - damn tasty food, great portions and also great value for money. Unfortunately we haven't tried the homemade lemonades yet, but the pinsa and salad were great! I hope you stick around, I'll definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Very tasty, more seafood than pasta

Everything was great until the waitress spoke to me rudely in front of four other tables, even though I had politely asked for the check after waiting for 15 minutes.

Food great, service friendly, but not very attentive. Tables are very close together inside, which is why we don't like it as much. All in all, recommended with room for improvement.

There were two of us, Saturday evening. We were served very nicely. The food was very, very tasty and arrived quickly. A pinsa and antipasti, plus a glass of wine and a beer, just under €40. We were full. In any case we will come back.

A clean and chic restaurant - you could almost eat off the floor, but why would you when you can get a really good pinsa? The service is so friendly that you almost think they've mistaken us for celebrities. The desserts? An absolute dream - we even got a thumbs up with enthusiasm 👍! Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back, especially for the desserts! 😄

The food is very very delicious. The owner is very enthusiastic and friendly.

Pinsa is something similar to pizza, but not another dish. Overall, the restaurant was a pleasant experience. In my opinion, the food is not the most delicious, but the Aperol cocktail was delicious. And the atmosphere in the restaurant is great, the staff is friendly.

The restaurant is located in the city center but on a quiet street, and it is very easy to reach. I liked here so much that I spent two of the five evenings I was in the city here. The portions are very large. The salads, pizza, and pasta are very delicious.

Very nicely designed restaurant which has Pinsa as a signature dish. The service was really friendly and on the ball, just as you would expect. As a starter we had antipasti and I have to say one of the best I've ever had. For the main course we had Pinsa Parma, it wasn't bad but the antipasti was definitely better. I think we won't visit Pinsano for the last time.

The food and service were really good, the pinsas were fresh and filling. We also got a 10% voucher for next time. Would definitely come here again.

Spontaneously went to Pinsano for lunch today as a family and can recommend it without reservation. The food was delicious (it tastes like Italy), the service was friendly and always accommodating. The child-friendliness in particular deserves special mention here. Such a positive experience has rarely been had in a restaurant. Therefore 5 stars and we will definitely come back.

This visit to Pinsano was a proof that bad service can destroy completely your experience despite good food. With 2 small hungry kids we waited over one hour to get a single morsel to eat for increasingly restless the tired, then cranky and then sleeping kids. With our great experience in past, we took our guests this time. The initial good impression of the ambience wore off quickly with the stretching time, and ultimately good food couldn't save our evening. It left bade taste for our guests, it changed our expectation of the evening completely and finally we were dead tired and just dropped all further plans to go back home to sleep. I suspect that something went wrong in the service team, but they just said that it was very busy. So this place can be recommended only when half full. My impression is that the team of owners is also becoming increasingly 'damn care' attitude and even bordering on 'don't disturb me' attitude. A pity, looking at how they started and how they struggle now to manage their fame. At the end they offered a 10% discount to save our evening. It didn't help.

Nice restaurant in the quieter part of the old town. The staff was very friendly and told us straight away that a large group was coming and everything might take a little longer. The food still came pretty quickly and was really good! When it comes to drinks, the prickly pear iced tea is highly recommended. When it comes to food, it depends on your personal taste, but the pinsas are generally well topped and really, really tasty. At first I was a little worried because the pinsas seemed a bit small, but thanks to the thicker dough and the rich toppings, it was absolutely enough. Perfect that there is still room for a dessert -> Tiramisu is an absolute recommendation here. The waiters were very on the ball, so that the dishes were cleared quickly and the drinks were quickly refilled if necessary. The terrace also looked very comfortable, but given our weather we sat inside. All of the outside seats were covered, under large umbrellas, so you could sit outside even in bad weather. Gladly again 😋

The location couldn't be better - right on the busy Lorenzerplatz, with a view of the historic Lorenzkirche. Especially on sunny days, the terrace invites you to linger and offers a perfect combination of modern flair and historical backdrop. The ambience in the café is just as inviting as the location. Modern, but at the same time cozy and with a friendly atmosphere, you immediately feel at home. The furnishings are tastefully chosen and offer the ideal setting for both relaxed afternoons and evening meetings with friends. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can feel that attention to detail is paid here and the staff knows how to create a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. An absolute highlight was the Pinsa – a light, wholesome alternative to traditional pizza. The dough was airy and yet crispy, the ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced in terms of taste. It's a joy to enjoy a meal that's so pleasantly light that you don't feel overloaded afterwards. All in all, the Pinsano Café Bar offers a wonderful combination of excellent location, great ambience, attentive service and delicious pinsa. A visit is definitely worth it – whether for a coffee, a drink or a meal.

On the inner city gastro hiking trail you have to take a seat at this stylish bar and restaurant in front of the St. Lorenz Church because of the sheer beauty. The young, pretty waiters warmly welcomed us despite the announcement "just breathe everything in with a drop." The affogato was heavenly, as was the Bürgerbräu (with photovoltaics), and the Verduzzo organico from the Veneto was much better than expected. There is warm frothed milk for children - free of charge. What a wonderful, unexpected stop on this warm summer evening.

Italian restaurant where you can eat pizzas and pasta. We chose pasta and it was very good. You can choose between two types of pasta. We had pasta with pistachio and parmesan sauce and pasta carbonara. For dessert, a tiramisu was very good. Recommended restaurant, we were left wanting to try a pizza.

The restaurant impresses with a very nice and inviting atmosphere. The interior is beautifully designed and you immediately feel at home. The tarte flambée that I tried was delicious and pleasantly crunchy. The service was also friendly and gave us competent advice on choosing the Pinsa. There was a lot going on, which underlines the lively atmosphere. The only point of criticism from my point of view is the price of the Pinsa, which I personally find to be a bit too high. Nevertheless, overall a very successful experience that I would happily recommend.

I recently ate outside at the Italian restaurant Pinsano. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service from Danny, who was attentive, competent and extremely friendly. The food was served quickly and the cheese antipasto platter was a delight - each component was carefully chosen and worked together perfectly. The pinsa itself was airy, crispy and topped with fresh ingredients. Thanks to Danny and the cozy surroundings, the afternoon was a complete success. I will definitely come back and recommend "Pinsano" to anyone who appreciates quality Italian cuisine and excellent service.

Went to pinsano yesterday. The pinsas are super tasty, much better than pizza. We sat outside but then had to escape inside. After our pinsas arrived, they were immediately attacked by lots of mosquitoes. But there was enough space inside and no mosquitoes. Will definitely come back.

Been a really good pizza for a long time, where I would say again at any time. Service was friendly and quick and the food was ready in no time even though the restaurant was full. The construction site across the street isn't that nice, but the restaurant can't help it.

I ordered octopus and although I enjoyed the dish there was more puree and garnish than something else. I got 3 little legs and I say little legs because they were extremely small both in length and width. They looked like they were from a baby pulpit

Nos atrae el restaurante por su diseño. Los servidores son amables y atentos. Tienen carta de diferentes idiomas y pizza de rojo y blanco. La pizza clásica es normal, pero la pizza blanca con jamón de Parma y miel es increíble. Aunque está en el precio más alto, recomiendo a todos probarlo! Sin embargo, la porción de la ensalada añadida es un poco pequeña.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort. Sehr gute Auswahl an Essen und Getränken, die Pinsen waren sehr gut und der Service war ausgezeichnet.
