Wir haben es endlich ins Pinsano geschafft und warten hellauf begeistert. Der Tisch für nächste Woche ist bestellt.

Ein nettes Lokal, um Pizza und Pasta zu essen; es liegt fast im Zentrum von Nürnberg.

Wir saßen gestern Abend draußen und hatten eine sehr nette und humorvolle Bedienung. Er hat regelmäßig geguckt, ob wir noch was brauchen, kam - als es kühler wurde - vorbei und hat gefragt, ob wir Decken brauchen. Die Pinsa war lecker. Die Auswahl ist gut, jedoch wird auf der Speisekarte nicht aufgeführt, mit wie viel Extra-Beilagen berechnet werden. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein Triamisu, das für meinen Geschmack unten etwas zu weich war. Meiner Begleitung hat das jedoch geschmeckt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Nachspeisen: Eis, Panna Cotta, Kuchen und Torte.

Hatte ich jetzt noch nicht: Bestellungen sind hier direkt vom Tisch per 2D-Barcode möglich. Passend italienische Musik-aber nicht aufdringlich und aufmerksames Servicepersonal. Gegessen habe ich diesmal nichts, aber getrunken.

Ich hatte geschäftlichenen Besuch aus Palermo, nach einem langen Tag bat mich mein Besucher um einen kleinen gemütlichen Abschluss des Tages vor der langen Rückkreise nach Italien. Wir sind im pinsano gelandet, war mittelmäßig okay hier. Nachdem wir bezahlt und das Restaurant verlassen hatte, verabschiedeten wir uns vor der Tür und dann passiert erwas, was an Peinlichkeit nicht mehr zu toppen war! Ein Mitarbeiter des Restaurants kam aufgeregt hinterher und erklärte, dass einer unserer Stühle nass sei und auf dem Boden eine große Pfütze sei. Wer das war und was das ist?!? Und wer das nun putzen soll?? Die Situation war an Peinlichkeit und Dreistigkeit nicht mehr Zu toppen! Schlussendlich stellte sich heraus, dass dieser nasse Stuhl zum Nachbar Tisch gehörte und ein nasser Regenschirm darauf lag. Ich werde dieses Restaurant weder nochmal aufsuchen noch weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal Pinsa probiert und bin begeistert. Sehr lecker und nicht zu schwer. Sowohl die Salmone, Siciliane und auch der Pinsano Spritz waren sehr lecker. Zum Nachtisch gab’s noch eine süße Pinsa zum Abrunden, was ich auch empfehlen kann.

Wir waren zur Scusi Seniora Party dort. Ein tolles Konzept für uns Ü50. Kommem gen wieder. Die Jungs und Mädelsvim Service haben ihren Job sehr gut gemacht

Ich habe die Atmosphäre in diesem Restaurant sehr genossen. Es war sehr warm, einladend und gemütlich. Perfekt für ein Abendessen mit Freunden oder der Familie. Die Pizzen sind ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität des Teigs und die sorgfältig ausgewählten Zutaten machten sie wirklich köstlich. Die Pasta hingegen hat mir nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Das war mein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend, und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Pizzen wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Margherita war wirklich schlecht. Der Boden war gut aber der Mozzarella war so ekelhaft, hat komisch geschmeckt und war sehr klebrig und gar nicht wie Käse. Auf jeden Fall kein Mozzarella…

Die Pizza war eher durchschnittlich, nicht die leckerste der Stadt. Das Personal war freundlich und wir bekamen einen Rabattgutschein für den nächsten Besuch. Vielleicht probieren wir beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes, das dann besser ist. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Lokal.

Der beste Kaffee, den ich je in Nürnberg getrunken habe, und das Tiramisu war einfach himmlisch. Sogar mein Kind, das sonst keine Süßigkeiten isst, war so begeistert vom Tiramisu, dass wir gleich noch eins bestellt haben. Das Essen ist auch fantastisch. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Preis - Leistung, Qualität u. Geschmack einfach gut. Service außergewöhnlich jedesmal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, auch zu Stoßzeiten.

Wir waren bei Scusi Senorita mit Pino und DJ Italo im Pinsano. Richtig tolle Lokaischen, leckeres Essen, aber für den immensen Ansturm war es leider nicht gut organisiert. Zwar war viel Personal da, dennoch hat man bis zu einer Stunde auf seine Getränke oder Essen warten müssen. Die Bedienungen/Kellner konnten teilweise die Bestellung nicht mehr zuordnen. Für den Begrüßungsdrink hat man ewig angestanden und dann keinen mehr bekommen, weil es diesen nur bis 19 Uhr gab. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Stimmung war trotzdem super. Vielleicht wäre es besser gewesen, die Begrüßungsdrinks bereits vorzubereiten und die Verteilung an einen separaten Stand auszugeben. Evtl. seitlich von Pino oder DJ Italo. Auch Getränke aus der Flasche könnte man an dem Stand verkaufen. Nur eine Anregung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir hatten Pinsa und Pasta als Hauptspeise. Das Essen war durch die Bank sehr gut. Der Service sehr aufmerksam (es wird immer wieder der Tisch abgewischt wenn er dreckig ist) und dann kam die überraschende Rechnung. Für 2 Hauptspeisen, 4 Getränke und 1 Vorspeise 55€ ist heutzutage eine klare Seltenheit. Vor allem mit gutem Essen & gutem Service.

Einzelne Toiletten mit richtigen Trennwänden sind Ruheort, im Gastraum sehr laut. Sehr gemütlich, sehr Lecker!!

Macht immer wieder Freude! Immer wenn ich da war hatte ich ein angenehmes gutes Gefühl und Lust wieder zukommen. Die Preise finde ich o.k. Es ist immer ein gutes Zeichen, wenn der Cappuccino-Preis noch korrekt ist. Das ist nicht überall so! Respekt! Toller sehr netter Service! Sehr schönes Ambiente! Alles in allem ist es gut so, wenn alles so bleibt, komme ich gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen und guter Service

Wir waren gestern und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Das Essen war lecker und vielfältig. Die Wochenkarte war interessant. Ambiente sehr gemütlich und das Personal sehr charmant. Die Kinder haben gleich Malsachen bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Hervorragende Gastfreundschaft – Danielle hat unseren Abend gerettet! Trotz des großen Andrangs auf dem Nürnberger Weihnachtsmarkt war unser Besuch im Restaurant Pinsano einfach wunderbar. Vom ersten Moment an war Frau Danielle unglaublich herzlich und professionell. Sie erklärte uns freundlich, dass das Restaurant gut besucht sei, und bemühte sich dennoch sehr, uns einen Platz zum Abendessen zu ermöglichen. Sie bot uns außerdem an, nach dem Essen in einem anderen Bereich des Restaurants noch etwas zu trinken, wodurch wir uns rundum wohlfühlten. Ihre Art war fürsorglich, liebenswürdig und aufrichtig hilfsbereit – genau so, wie Gastfreundschaft sein sollte. Das Essen war köstlich, die Atmosphäre warm und der Service tadellos. Nach einer sehr enttäuschenden Erfahrung in einem anderen Restaurant hat Danielle unseren Abend gerettet und ihn zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir verließen das Restaurant glücklich, entspannt und dankbar. Vielen Dank, Pinsano, für dieses schöne Erlebnis! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Das Essen ist hervorragend und der Service erstklassig. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Daniele für ihren außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und ihre Freundlichkeit an diesem geschäftigen Weihnachtstag. Solch ein Kundenservice ist in solch hektischen Zeiten selten.

Wir waren zu 5. da und haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Pinsa Kombis waren sehr interessant und super lecker.

Wir waren im Pinsano, als Pino Barone und DJ dort waren. Schön hergerichteter Aussenbereich mit Musik. Im Innenbereich, mit Empfang und Begrüßungssprizz, war es zwar recht eng und man hatte wenig Abstellmöglichkeit für seine Getränke, aber es war so eine tolle Stimmung mit nahezu durchweg netten und freundlichen Menschen. Delicious food and friendly service

We went twice on the weekend of November 21, 2025. The waiters were helpful and very friendly. The pizza and pasta with a green salad were good value for money. Despite having reservations, we still got a table after eating inside for a certain time, which was plenty of time.

We had a fantastic evening at PINSANO! The pinsa was absolutely delicious (perhaps even the best I've ever had) and the service was incredibly friendly. I would definitely go back anytime!

Very tasty pinsa, authentic Roman pizzas

Pinsano is now one of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg! The pinsa are truly delicious. Especially the dough! It's soooooo fluffy! Highly recommended! At lunchtime, they have a special offer: half a pinsa with a small side salad (currently €9.90). They also have seasonal dishes. I once had spaghetti with chanterelles. It was divine. The only thing I don't like so much is the ambiance. Pinsano is located in a large, hall-like space—not exactly romantic.

Bruschetta recommended! I tried the Verdure and the pistacio pinsa. Verdure was super, the pistachio one lacked flavor. The vibe is overall good.

It's rare to find pinsas these days, no pizzas. You can even choose whole wheat dough. It was delicious. The appetizer salad was also very good. The food is very good value for money. The drinks, however, are expensive.

Everything was superb! The main disappointment was that we had to pay for tap water. It cost €3.90 and my salad cost €9.00. Water dies not cost anything and ought be offered freely. This spoilt my experience.

The two of us went to PINSANO and had a pinsa, a salad with vegetarian chicken, and antipasti with grilled vegetables. And what can I say? It was so delicious. The restaurant was really busy, and the staff were still so friendly, attentive, and so nice. Thank you so much!! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nuremberg.

On the city center's gastronomic trail, we had to sit down at this stylish bar and restaurant in front of St. Lawrence Church because of its sheer beauty. Unfortunately, the construction site in front has gotten even bigger since last year and is therefore barely visible. Unless you're attracted by the olive trees on the terrace. The young, handsome waiters gave us a warm welcome despite the instruction to "just inhale everything with a single drop." The affogato was heavenly, as was the Bürgerbräu (produced with photovoltaics), and the Verduzzo organico from Veneto was significantly better than expected. The delicious pinsa was served with all our special requests. There's warm frothed milk for children – free of charge. We always enjoy coming here.

I've rarely seen such unprofessional behavior as the employees at Pinsano. To be clear, we didn't even get to eat. We stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes and greeted the bar staff with a friendly hello. We didn't receive a "good evening" or any kind of greeting in return, and the two employees who walked past us didn't acknowledge us. A simple "welcome, please wait a moment" costs nothing. I work with customers in customer service myself, and no matter how stressed I was or how busy I was, I've never left a customer standing without at least greeting them. Simply inadequate service. Assuming this post will be deleted, as this company has had several reviews removed that weren't rated highly, this review is also being posted on Trustpilot.

Tasty pinsa and antipasti and nice place!

Yesterday was my fourth time here. It's always delicious, and the service is super friendly. I had the pinsa burrata, and my friend had the pinsa with shrimp. Both were amazing!

We can confirm the very positive reviews so far. The restaurant is elegantly decorated, the staff very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. And the food – sensational! Pinsa Gorgonzola, not just with a few grams of token cheese. The desserts are just as delicious, as is the homemade lemonade – according to the menu. Price-wise? Definitely good value for money.

Highly recommended! We've eaten at Pinsano twice during our visits to Nuremberg. We were very satisfied both times. Very good pinsas, pleasant service, and good value for money! We also liked that there were non-smoking tables outside! Unfortunately, a rarity.

Incredibly great restaurant – I've never experienced such a beautiful, clean, and inviting food spot. The service couldn't be bettered; the waiters were absolutely calm and incredibly polite, and there was no sense of rush at all. The food was a dream, from the bread to the pasta and dessert. Everything was incredibly delicious. The price/performance ratio was super fair: a total of €18 for one person – including the main course, salad, and drink. All in all, I felt extremely comfortable, and I will definitely be back!

Stylish, modern ambiance with a cozy atmosphere. Large selection of pinsa – I tried one for the first time (Parma with ham) and was pleasantly surprised: crispy, delicious, and perfectly topped. The drinks are also excellent. You can order at your table using a QR code, but I opted for personalized service – it just seems more welcoming to me. Still, a cool extra. Definitely recommend it – I'll be back!

I enjoy going there every now and then. The food is delicious, and you can also order desserts to go. The decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is inviting and friendly. Even when the weather is nice, there are plenty of outdoor seating. If it's busy, you can order directly at your table using a QR code. The waiters are attentive and hardworking. Everything is wonderful. Just one tip: with pasta dishes, add a small bowl of Parmesan cheese so you can enjoy the dish warm while you eat. See you soon! Keep it up :)

The pinsa is fluffy and delicious, and more digestible than regular pizza thanks to the sourdough. The homemade lemonades are also worth discovering. We've been here several times and have never been disappointed! In summer, outdoor seating is advisable – the interior can be a bit noisy.

The ambiance at PINSANO is very appealing – modern, stylish, and inviting. I would also particularly like to highlight the very friendly and attentive service, as well as the option to order digitally directly at your table – it's contemporary and convenient. Reservations are limited to a two-hour stay. We made full use of this time, not because we were dawdling, but because the overall process required a lot of waiting time. The appetizers – a bruschetta on pinsa pastry and a carpaccio – were delicious and a great start. The pinsa itself was visually appealing, but unfortunately, its taste didn't convince me. It was okay, but the often-mentioned advantage over pizza didn't hold true for me. Furthermore, I find the price level quite ambitious – especially in direct comparison to the authentic pizza (e.g., from last week), which was not only significantly cheaper but also tasted better.

Truly an amazing gem of a restaurant. Their pinsas are artfully crafted and suited to a variety of tastes, their drinks and deserts equally so. Every time I come here even when it's very busy the food and service are always top tier. Whenever I visit Nuremberg I make a point to stop here at least once.

This restaurant is located right behind the church of Sant'Lorenz. The pinsas are very good. It's not easy to find products like this in Germany. The prices are obviously higher than here in Italy, but that's true for all pizzerias. We recommend it!

Very nice restaurant, with friendly service and a central location in Nuremberg's city center. We've been there several times for dinner and have always been satisfied. The restaurant offers plenty of comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. The service is fast and courteous. The food selection, apart from dessert, is good, and there's something for every taste. The pinsas are freshly made and very tasty, the side salad was outstanding, with a fantastic dressing! I only have to deduct a star for the noise level inside, the appetizer (there was no taste of the meat, the sauce contained far too much lemon juice), and the dessert selection. In terms of desserts, the selection is limited, and I was a bit surprised that the ice cream came "simply" in a small, original paper cup. For the price, they could definitely offer a bit more "product presentation." The staff is very friendly and attentive; we really appreciated this aspect. The decor is also tastefully chosen, and the chairs are very comfortable (which is not unimportant when you're sitting comfortably while eating). Finally, I can definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant. Treat yourself to a good meal in a beautiful downtown location and order the delicious homemade lemonade. Reservations are recommended during peak hours; during off-peak hours, we were able to get a seat spontaneously without having to wait. Thanks to the Pinsano team, and we'll definitely be back.
