Not a bad restaurant in the center of Nuremberg. Good homemade lemonade and bruschetta. I'll be back here again.

Super tasty pinsa, the tiramisu is phenomenally good. Very nice courteous service. Price-performance completely ok. Unfortunately, the Sparkasse building site is still opposite. But in the evenings and weekends it is quiet... We'd love to come back!

Very good evening spent on the terrace of this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, smiling. Pine trees are a pure delight. The dough is soft and crispy, the very generous filling is excellent. To recommend without a doubt

I've been there many times and it's always incredibly tasty! Since I pay attention to whole grains in my diet, I think it's great that there is the option with multi-grain dough. There is also vegan cheese and it actually tastes really delicious! Feel free to go there ☺️

Super delicious food. The Pinsano was not only visually beautiful, but really fresh and incredibly tasty. Plentiful and modern selection of drinks. Our waiter, a young Spaniard, was very courteous, attentive and personable. In my opinion, the ambience is not particularly affected by the construction site, as the Mediterranean plants on the terrace simply create a nice ambience. I can only recommend the restaurant...

Very nice and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere for an evening with family, friends or partner. Pinsa is a delicious pizza (I tried something with pistachios, pesto and mortadella) it is clearly the best pizza I have ever eaten. I recommend this place with all love!

We've been there several times to eat. We discovered it spontaneously after a visit to a museum. The service is very friendly, the food is extremely tasty. The mixed salad with the balsamic dressing is a dream that is always a side salad for all of us. All the pinses we have eaten so far have all been delicious 😋 We don't eat out in Nuremberg often, but Pinsano is now an integral part when we want to eat in Nuremberg 👍

Quite a nice restaurant. I had the Pinsano with pistachio cream and I didn't like it that much, there was too much pistachio cream on it. Less would have been more. But the other pizzas were very good, they would have been a better choice.

We got to know the Pinsa at Pinsano as a fine alternative to pizza. Crispy and fluffy, with good toppings (we shared a Quattro Stagioni and a side salad). For dessert we enjoyed a small Pinsa Torrone and a tiramisu. We enjoyed it very much. The people in service were very friendly and attentive. As a "repeat offender" today there was a Pinsa Rossa Burrata and a Bianco Gorgonzola. Both a pleasure!

We went to Pinsano today and enjoyed 2 delicious pinsas. The service was very nice and professional most of the time. However, we wanted to use the Neotaste app when paying to get the cheaper Pinsa. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that this Pinsa cannot be more expensive than 14 euros. At other restaurants you can simply pay the difference in such cases and everyone is happy. But here the waiter rudely said that it wasn't possible and we shouldn't try to get the most out of it!!! An impudence!!! We suggested paying the difference as we really wanted to try the more expensive Pinsa. The waiter informed us that it was not possible and that we both had to pay pinsas. Only after a short, very unpleasant conversation did he make an exception for us and we didn't have to pay the one pinsa. That's why we gave a good tip because the service was otherwise completely fine. My suggestion - let the customer pay the difference if the cheaper Pinsa is more expensive than 14 euros and don't act like we're trying to rip you off. It was your decision to take part in the Neotaste Program. I always enjoyed staying with you and recommended your restaurant to my friends. However, today I'm very angry after the visit because of the waiter's behavior and I don't know if I'll ever come back. A pity.

We had lunch there. The service staff was very accommodating, unobtrusive and super nice. I had salmon with short noodles and homemade lemonade. Both were super tasty. Conclusion: Nice staff, good food and very good homemade lemonade.

We ate at Pinsano with 15 people on our company outing and everyone was thrilled. The service was great! Everyone was served quickly, the waiters were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, no long waiting times. The food was really great and not too expensive for the great quality! Whether it was the starter platter, pinsa, pasta or dessert - everything was completely delicious! We would all come again!

We often went to Pinsano for dinner. The food remained consistently delicious and fresh - from the starter to the dessert + the homemade lemonades. Very child friendly. It's a bit too loud at peak times. Some tables are too narrow. Service was very quick and polite every time.

The food was very good, the service was very friendly, but a bit chaotic. The volume, on the other hand, is unbearably loud for a restaurant, as there is no division of the large room and the seating is, in my opinion, too close together. However, I have to admit that there were three larger groups of over 10 people in attendance that evening, which of course contributed significantly to the noise when people were talking across the tables.

Nice staff, nice food. Construction worsk abound spoil the atmosphere, but it's no fault of the restorant.

Im letzten Jahr waren wir ziemlich regelmäßig dort mittags/nachmittags zum Essen. Für Kinderwägen ist genug Platz, es gibt Hochstühle und die Kinder bekommen auch was zum malen. Generell sind sie dort sehr kinderfreundlich! Der Service ist immer sehr aufmerksam und es geht alles relativ schnell Die Pinsa ist super lecker!! Vor allem der mit Mortadella!!!

We were extremely excited about our food! The vegan Verdure Rossa Pinsa tasted incredibly good. The vegan cheese was just extremely delicious and tasted shockingly “real”! The homemade lemonade (peach-raspberry-mint) was also delicious, tart, fresh and luckily not artificially sweet! The service was incredibly friendly and asked about our well-being during the meal. The outdoor area is a wonderful place to relax when the weather is good! I will definitely come back on my next visit to Nuremberg.

Interesting menu with a selection of food and drinks that stands out from other restaurants/bistros. The Pinsas (or is that called Pinsen?) are great and rich in toppings, and the homemade lemonades are very tasty. The salad with vegan pollo is also great. The service was also great: fast, friendly and very helpful. If I'm in Nuremberg again, I'll definitely go there again.

It's always a pleasure to eat or have coffee there! Delicious dishes, pinsa and pasta dishes are really prepared with love and look like little works of art from Italy! The homemade cakes, tarts and desserts are also highly recommended! No less important, the staff is also very professional and very friendly! That's why I'd love to visit Pinsano again and again.

The food was tasty and fresh. Nice selection of wines too. For some reason the service was in a hurry to make us leave, no matter that we had 45' more before the closure. She asked us 2 times to grab the empty dishes and then later to pay.

I just had dinner there last week and I have to say I was extremely impressed by the quality. Not only is the cuisine impressive, but the service is also first-class. My request to reduce the amount of lemon in the pasta was promptly honored and my dish was prepared exactly to my taste. Both the pizza and the pasta are highly recommended here. The desserts are another highlight, freshly and deliciously prepared. The service is extremely attentive and you will never be forgotten. People regularly ask if everything is OK and the staff is extremely friendly. I will gladly come again! I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's a pleasure there. The brushes are very fine. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the ham with honey. A waiter is very, very attentive and is really great for his guests. The team also works harmoniously together. If you want to eat something delicious and special, come here. It is a bit more expensive but the freshness and product harmony is very good.

If I could, I would give the food 6 stars. The antipasti platter was incredibly good and the pinsa was also amazing. I had the one with salmon. I also liked the pinsa with tomato sauce better than the one with ricotta. Panna cotta with raspberry sauce was very tasty. It was pleasantly quiet in the restaurant and the server was very, very nice. Definitely coming back!

Wir waren leider etwas enttäuscht - wenn auch auf hohem Niveau. Wir kennen die italienische Küche aus Italien. Wenn man dort Nudeln mit Lachs bestellt, bekommt man (viel) Lachs mit Nudeln. In Deutschland bekommt Nudeln mit (wenig) Lachs. Das war auch bei unserer Pinsa so. Die Pinsa selbst war sehr gut, schön fluffig. Aber beim Belag war deutlich zu viel Luft nach oben. Die Bilder der Lachspinsa in Italien und der Lachspinsa im Pinsano sprechen für sich. O-Ton Mitarbeiter: wir achten darauf, dass auf jedem Stück ein Stück Lachs ist. - Wenn ich aber Pinsa mit Lachs esse, möchte ich nicht auf jedem der 6 Stücke je ein oder 2 Stück Lachs haben, sondern auf jedem Bissen Pinsa. Das Weinangebot schien uns gut. Der Service war sehr nett und flott.

Was asked if I wanted to go to Nuremberg for a Pinsa meal. Apparently the best. But yes it was very good, the size was perfect. The price is reasonable. The service was super nice. Happy to go back again and again. I like it.

Pinsa was good, as was the topping. Service very friendly. To complain about the waiting time for the food of 1 hour and the drinks order only after a long 30 minutes after arrival. Drink prices are exorbitant. Wine 0.15ml instead of normal 0.20ml is not acceptable.

Wir waren an einem Wochentag um die Mittagszeit mit 8 Personen dort. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Die Bedienungen sind sehr aufmerksam. Viele Getränke sind außergewöhnlich in der Zusammenstellung und liebevoll kreiert. Für ein Innenstadtlokal sind die Preise total angemessen.
