They are frauds, we ordered 2 grill plates and we got everything in half portions, and WAN we said, what was it that said to us, if you don't like it then go to another restaurant to eat, I tell you it's better to go to another one Eat because they are scammers.

Unfriendly boss, if you ask a question about the food you ordered you are spoken to stupidly, used to be visited very often, but the quality has deteriorated, the price-performance ratio is not right Mekan sahibinin üslubu hic uygun değil. Excellent food once again. Very fresh and tasty vegetables. Meat dishes deliciously seasoned and everything beautifully presented. We come regularly and have never been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly.

I am very disappointed in a restaurant that I enjoy visiting. Unfortunately the owner, who is very friendly and professional himself, seems to have a major personnel problem. The money is wrong (usually too high). Employees are demotivated, make tons of mistakes and tend to forget, even when there isn't much going on. But for me it was finally over on Saturday. For me, a waitress with a crop top is a NOGO in restaurants for hygiene reasons. Not only her clothes, but also her manner don't fit into a restaurant at all. I think it would be nice in my free time, but not when eating out. It's a shame about the restaurant that was once my favorite restaurant.

Doner kebabs were far too small, the Dürüm for €8 was a joke. Standard ready Dürum bread and tiny portions. Fries unsalted (it's so difficult to make decent fries). Employees unsympathetic. Plus it's pretty loud there. More appearance than reality.

I visited Grillpoint yesterday and ordered İskender. What happened had nothing to do with İskender. I found the price expensive and the young man I paid to was unfriendly.

I was there today, everything was GREAT! I'll go there a million times!!!

Good parking situation, but unfortunately unfriendly staff. Even simple orders such as “meat, salad, sauce” cannot be fulfilled and everything possible is mixed in as a blanket. The kebab was still ok, the prices are a bit high. The only good thing besides the parking is the opening times.

Today (July 11th, 2024) I visited the restaurant again. Unfortunately this time I had to wait over half an hour and the waitress still didn't come to my table. Waving or raising your hand didn't help. I'll allow myself to wait 15 minutes like I usually did, but over half an hour just isn't possible!

After my last visit to the restaurant I would like to express my disappointment. Despite my express request, the meat in my kebab was not cooked through as I requested. This significantly affected my appetite and negatively impacted my experience. In addition, the grill plate that I ordered was also not of satisfactory quality. The meat seemed old and the preparation left a lot to be desired. Given this disappointing experience, I will not visit this restaurant again in the future. I hope this feedback helps make possible improvements.

The food wasn't bad but the service wasn't good I felt like a supplicant

I had to try it myself after hearing it from my work colleagues every now and then. The new breakfast offer with the Simit. Simply first class. The large plate with the various homemade starter spreads, the traditional Turkish menemen (eggs with vegetables) and the buttery simit. Great breakfast and the price-performance ratio is very good. In my opinion it should cost more because it looks very good, is a lot and tastes really good. There is also hot Turkish black tea.

The three of me had dinner there and tried out different things. The worst was cheese pide, pizza was ok. No urge to go again

May2024 experience: Service was friendly, vegan kebab and salad in a roll was possible. But she was also the only one on the order. Therefore more points corrected. Post-processing of the first recession because the owner didn't like my assessment and asked Google to delete it. 0 stars Turkish bazaar, it was very busy. Well, I went in exactly at lunchtime (my mistake). As a new customer, you are ignored and the men standing behind you are served. Hmm maybe they are regular customers or friends from the same background which is why they were more likely to be served. At least the salad was crisp and fresh (that's the only reason it gets a second star). Burgers are freshly grilled on the grill. Next time I'll go to the Rewe and get some spread and one Bread.

The kebab is the best I know. Unfortunately, the price has gone up a few times so much that this price no longer justifies the kebab. Preparation is always quick. This also means that if you don't check and complain immediately, you will still have leftovers of a sauce that you don't like.

The food can be recommended, the portions are sufficient. The service is rather semi-good - especially at peak times. You sit very tightly. We were also quite cold that day.

The food was phenomenally good and the atmosphere was also very pleasant. There is pleasant music playing in the background, you sit comfortably and and and :) However, the prices are already high and when I visited today the cashier made a calculation error which meant I had to pay €20 instead of €16.50. Unfortunately I only noticed this on the way home :/ Unfortunately, you had to wait a while for the food.

Very good value for money. Portions absolutely well balanced. Not too much, not too little. It may seem like little to the eye at first, but that's not the case! The meat was very tender, juicy and well prepared. The salad and the yogurt sauce were served half-heartedly. However, very fresh! Despite the high number of people and the small number of service staff, everyone was attentive and always friendly. The ambience resembles a high-class snack bar. However, extremely clean.

Food was great as always, two stars are only missing because the (nice!) service only came and waved after a long wait. The ambience is like a Turkish bazaar, but nice.

In my opinion, the prices are a bit excessive. The Dürüm was good, but not outstanding.

The last time we went to a place we've been going to for a long time, we experienced disgrace. The person who took our order tried to take our orders by force, tired of life and exhausted, we asked for soup, but the bread could not come, I told it twice to the same person and once to another waitress. A 3-year-old child brought the soup half way, still no bread, the last time I went to the kitchen was myself. I went and said I wanted bread, they said sit down and it's coming, I sat down and waited, but it still didn't come. Finally, I went and finished the soup. My child finished the soup. You still haven't brought it. What should I do? I asked him to buy bread. They said, "You're not the only customer, wait." Their tone was very ugly. I said I wanted to talk to your head waiter or an official. The owner's brother came to our table, he was a very gentleman, very sensible, he said "I'm sorry, we apologize", he tried to make up for the situation. My friend's wife said we had ordered Nugget, the waitress replied "You left my head", we asked if we could have another soup, "I don't want to deal with your table" He said, we were confused about what to do. We went and brought the soup ourselves. Then the owner came and I explained the whole situation. He said, "Maybe the bread is forgotten 4 times, it's normal." He said, "It's something we always forget." He said, what he meant was, no matter what he does, I can't say anything, the waiter in my hand brought me to say that I can't lose my sister-in-law, whatever we said was meaningless, I didn't extend it because the owner of the place didn't speak enough Turkish, because instead of saying you were talking harshly, he said that you were talking "slang" and that he would not "apologize" for these events. They caused us to have a bad dinner in every respect. If you are expecting a really high quality service, do not go. There are things that need to be compensated from top to bottom, on the contrary, they were responded with ugliness. I say go and do not let it spoil your morale even for 1 hour. Unfortunately, it is a place where respect for the customers is not in the business philosophy.

Called 1 day in advance to see if they had fish/hamsi tomorrow. Boss said yes. The next day I wanted to order fish/hamsi for my company. Boss then: “I don’t have a Hamsi all week”??? Made a very bad impression. Tried to order Hamsi for weeks and always no Hamsi. Then take it off the menu

Delicious selection and great ice cream

It's a place I've been to many times before and I was very pleased with it. The last time we went it was terrible. I don't understand why places that are doing well are ruining it.

The operation doesn't work at all. Either not sufficiently trained or totally arrogant. Food was good.

Eine gut organisierte Restaurant, das essen war "schnell" auf dem Tisch und sehr lecker. Preis Leistung gut Warum Service zwei Sterne? Entweder war der Servicekraft Neuling aber er war definitiv nicht aus der Gastronomie. Eine unfreundliche Gesichtsausdruck, das mir das essen nicht mehr geschmeckt hat. Die Teller wurde mehr auf dem Tisch geschmissen als gelegt. 🤔🤔🤔 Ich weiß nicht ob nochmal hin fahre.

Preis Leistung gut Döner mit Hähnchenfleisch schmeckt "Standard mäßig" aber gut, Fleisch wird gut gegrillt es ist kein knorpeliges oder rohes Fleisch (wie es leider bei anderen Döner Verkäufer immer öfter der Fall ist). Döner mit Rindfleisch verkaufen sie nicht mehr da die Nachfrage nicht groß genug war, ich persönlich finde es schade aber kann es nachvollziehen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell.

Sehr gutes, frisch zubereitetes Essen. Der Grillteller hatte von allem was die türkische Fleischküche bietet etwas und dies wurde auch gewürztechnich sehr gut umgesetzt. Einer der besten "Imbisse" die ich besucht habe.

Der Laden ist gut und Parkplätze gibt es reichlich. Wir haben gemischten Grillteller bestellt. Leider waren die Pommes innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit Salatwasser vollgesaugt und das Fleisch teilweise stark verbrannt/verkohlt. Sonst war es soweit lecker und Brot gab es reichlich. Die Saucen waren gut. Bedienung war etwas überfordert.

Habe dem Laden noch eine letzte Chance gegeben, nachdem es die vorherigen Male nicht besonders gut war. Leider hat sich mein Eindruck bestätigt. Die Preise sind etwas gehoben, weswegen ich entsprechende Qualität erwarte - auch bei einem Döner oder Dürüm. Was soll ich sagen, Portion zwar riesig, aber die Qualität des Fleisches absolut bodenlos. Der Döner trieft vor Fett, das Fleisch ist knorpelig und durchwachsen. Ich würde für eine geringere Menge Fleisch (viel zu viel für einen Döner), dafür aber in entsprechender Qualität gerne das gleiche bezahlen. War wohl das letzte Mal für mich. Dann lieber etwas weiter fahren und wissen, das man etwas Vernünftiges bekommt beim Dönermann des Vertrauens. Gibt in Landshut definitiv bessere Läden. Laden ansonsten sehr schön aufgemacht und sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - so fair muss man sein. Aber das reicht eben nicht...

Der Döner ist gut und reichlich belegt. Für 4€ absolut ok. Es ist alles sauber und es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Fazit: Zu empfehlen!

...und diesen Laden hier ausfindig gemacht. Liegt vor einem REWE-Markt auf dem Parkplatz. Ambiente erstaunlich einladend und sauber, war gut besucht und fast ausgebucht. Sehr große Auswahl unterschiedlichster Speisen, sogar Iskender-Döner, was doch recht ungewöhnlich ist. Also ein sehr angenehmer, erster Eindruck. Der besagte Iskender-Döner war dann auch wirklich sehr lecker, auf den Punkt so wie ich es kenne und genau so wie es sein soll. Wenn ich aus der Gegend wäre, würde ich definitiv öfter her kommen und für diese Leistung gebe ich gerne die volle Punktzahl und eine Empfehlung.

Ich hatte mir einen Döner zum Mitnehmen geholt. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an frischen Zutaten. Der Döner war gut belegt und kostete 4€. Das Brot war mir persönlich zu mächtig und trocken. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Fazit: Zu empfehlen!
