Mano in Nürnberg

Was für ein großartiges Erlebnis. Wir haben das Mano am Wochenende zum ersten Mal besucht und sind restlos begeistert. Alles war rundum gelungen - und wir schwärmen immer noch davon. Vom herzlichen Empfang über den aufmerksamen Service bis hin zum süßen Ambiente stimmte einfach alles. Besonders das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut: Unsere sechs unterschiedlichen Tapas waren jedes für sich ein Highlight. Die Gerichte sind raffiniert, kreativ und geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert. Was sich auf der Karte vielleicht schlicht liest, entpuppt sich als herrlich komplexe kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Das Restaurant setzt auf Naturweine - nicht ganz unser Ding, aber wir haben nichts vermisst - der Cava ist lecker und ich habe ihn sehr gut vertragen! Das Mano ist ein Vibe und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt 🌈 und kommen definitiv wieder.

Alles war hervorragend. Das Restaurant hat eine gemütliche und gleichzeitig elegante Atmosphäre, das Menü bietet eine gute Auswahl und ist sehr sättigend (ich konnte meine Portion gar nicht aufessen). Die Weine waren köstlich, ebenso der rote Wermut. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im MANO. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen perfekt zubereitet. Ich kann die Muscheln, das Erdbeer-Gazpacho und die marinierten Sevilla-Orangen wärmstens empfehlen. Es gab auch eine spezielle Weinkarte am Sonntag. Köstliche Tapas!

Eins der leckersten und ambitioniertesten Küchen der Stadt. Meine Empfehlung für vegane Mäuse, bestellt das vegetarische Menü und sagt an, dass ihr vegan seid. Für den rest der Welt: piri-piri, iberico Schweinebäckchen und cachupo.

Das leckerste Abendessen in Nürnberg. Herrliche Atmosphäre. Das Menü „Fleisch und Calamari“ ist fantastisch, und es gibt auch viele köstliche Gemüsegerichte. Man probiert Gerichte, die man sonst vielleicht nie bestellen würde, aber sie sind unglaublich lecker. Die Bedienung ist zwischen den Gängen manchmal etwas unaufmerksam, daher sollte man sie für Getränke ansprechen, ansonsten erst, wenn sie schon am Tisch sind. Das Pastel de Nata ist im Menü enthalten, wird aber nicht erwähnt; man wird einfach gefragt, ob man Dessert oder Kaffee möchte. 👀

Charmante Location mit einer Tapas Karte, die neben Klassikern auch spannende Neuentdeckungen bietet - erfreulicherweise auch für Vegetarier. Dazu feine Weine und Getränke...wir hatten einen kulinarisch sehr befriedigenden Abend.

Super gutes Essen und super Service! Wir waren schon oft hier, beim letzten Besuch kam eine Gruppe rein die keine Reservierung hatte und auf den freundlichen Hinweis des Personals, dass leider keine Tische frei sind, wurde mit einer schlechten Bewertung gedroht. Ignoriert also am besten die 1 Sterne Bewertung von Martin Stojanik.

Ein super entspanntes Tapas-Lokal mit ausgewählter Karte. Das Beef Tartare ist ein Gedicht. Yaso hat mit Ihrer ausgezeichneten Weinkenntnis genau unseren Geschmack getroffen und unseren Abend geschmacklich abgerundet. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! 😻

Wirklich tolles Essen, alles passte perfekt. Nette Bedienung, kleine Speisekarte mit ausgefallenen Gerichten , sehr gutes Preis / Leistung Verhältnis. Es gibt Tapas , diese Portionen sind aber größer als die kleinen Tapas - Schälchen , die man vom Spanier gewohnt ist. Mein Sohn & ich essen eigentlich alles , also auch gerne Fleisch und Fisch , aber hier fanden wir die vegetarische Auswahl richtig toll . Keine veganen ( teils industriell hergestellte ) Ersatzprodukte , die wir beide total ablehnen, sondern echtes Gemüse , wirklich interessant und total schmackhaft zubereitet wie Pilze ( Champignons & Austernpilze) oder , besonders lecker , ein gegrillter Blumenkohl. Auch Fisch ( Sardinen - Pate und frittierter Bacalao ) waren super wie auch das Chilli - Huhn. Nicht der übliche Tapas - Einheitsbrei ( Datteln im Speckmantel usw ) , sondern echt innovative Gerichte , wo aber alles perfekt auf einander abgestimmt war. Desert ( Pastel de Nata ) war auch richtig gut . Ebenso gute Weine und leckere FRITZ- Limonaden. Kann ich nur sehr empfehlen und werde selbst bald wieder mal hingehen. Update 04.04.2026 : Wir waren 6 Personen bunt gemischt jeden Alters aufgrund eines Geburtstages da und wirklich alle waren total begeistert. Ich hatte vorher etwas Bedenken, dass die Qualität, wie es leider öfters bei Restaurants vorkommt, im Laufe der Zeit nachgelassen hat , aber in keinster Weise : Wir haben zu sechst Gast die komplette Speisekarte durchprobiert und wirklich alles war auch diesesmal von hoher Qualität, mit viel Liebe & Verstand gewürzt und angerichtet. Es hat uns allen sehr geschmeckt und gefallen, weil auch beide Bedienungen sehr freundlich und professionell waren. Volle Punktzahl auch für diesen Abend, danke dafür.

Wir waren begeistert und werden sicher wieder dort Essen gehen. Daumen hoch! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und auch das Konzept ist super. Wie ein gemütliches Familienessen. Das Konzept erscheint anfangs vielleicht etwas ungewohnt, aber es macht wirklich Spaß und gute Laune. Wir waren zu viert dort. Somit konnte auch jeder alles probieren und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Da man immer wieder jederzeit nachbestellen kann kommt auch kein "Futterneid" auf und niemand muss Angst haben zu kurz zu kommen. Dies erwähne ich für den Fall, dass jemand diesbezüglich Bedenken hat. Braucht ihr nicht! Wir lieben dieses Konzept, weil man eben nicht Gefahr läuft dann mit einem Gericht da zu sitzen, welches einem vielleicht doch nicht so zusagt. Dann mag es halt ein anderer am Tisch. Es war in unserem Fall allerdings nichts dabei, was uns nicht geschmeckt hätte. Wir waren von allem begeistert ❤️ Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung und das Urlaubsfeeling für zuhause!

Das Mano ist ein echter Geheimtipp in Nürnberg. Der freundliche Service, das hervorragende Essen, das stilvolle Ambiente und die Liebe zum Detail wurden besonders hervorgehoben. Ich kann das Mano wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, kleines Restaurant. Wir haben einen schönen Abend gehabt, es gab nichts, das nicht geschmeckt hat. Der Spitzkohl und die Patatas haben besonders überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach exzellent! Cooler Laden, aufmerksamer Service, und wahnsinnig leckere außergewöhnliche Tapas. Mit Raffinesse gewürzt, nicht in Öl ertränkt (wie viele Tapas Läden) und keine 0815 Auswahl. Preis Leistung mehr als gerechtfertigt. Für mich der beste „Tapas Laden“ der Stadt.

Ein gemütlich kleines Lokal mit nettem Ambiente. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten lediglich sieben Tapas. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch preislich, wie ich finde, nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch wird hier, wie bei anderen Tapas Restaurants sonst üblich, kein Brot serviert. Dieses kostet extra. Wir wollten etwas Neues ausprobieren, demnach war es okay. Ein weiterer Besuch ist jedoch eher unwahrscheinlich.

Essen kam schnell und war ausgesprochen gut. Getränke nachzubestellen war eher schwierig, sodass wir leider jeder nur jeweils 1 Cetränk hatten. Der Rose war wunderbar zu trinken. Die Räumlichkeiten waren eher kühl aber nicht so kalt, das es sehr unangenehm. Für einen wunderbaren Abend mit sehr gutem Essen absolut zu empfehlen

Hervorragendes Essen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Egal was wir probiert haben, alles hat uns begeistert. Der Service war top und sehr herzlich. Die Preise sind für die Qualität der Tapas völlig gerechtfertigt. Für einen Abend mit gutem Wein und erstklassigen Snacks ist das MANO einfach unschlagbar.

Super Essen. Wirklich der Hammer. Selbst so etwas banales wie Kartoffeln mit salsa und ajoli wird hier auf ein ganz anderes Level angehoben.

Also erstmal das essen ist wirklich frisch, es schmeckt auch gut (der Beete Salat ist wirklich zu empfehlen) wer aber jetzt nach einer klassischen Tapas Bar sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Ich würde eher sagen, es ist mediterran und auf kleinen Tellern angerichtet. Preise sind hoch, Ambiente ist ok, Bedienung ist etwas ruppig. Also Alles in Allem ok es mal auszuprobieren, wer klassische Tapas will, soll lieber wo anders hin.

Waren jetzt schon mehrmals, zuletzt zur kleinen Abteilungsweihnachtsfeier. Alle haben wirklich geschwärmt vom tollen Essen, zuvorkommenden Service und das Ambiente stimmt auch. Weinauswahl ist ebenfalls hervorragend! Klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

Ein toller Ort! Ich habe das Vintage-Flair geliebt und der Service war fantastisch! Wir hatten Kartoffeln, Calamari, Peri-Peri-Hähnchen, Gambas und Sauerteigbrot – alles war superlecker! Absolut empfehlenswert :)

A visit to Mano is always a little culinary journey. A very diverse selection of tapas is served on beautiful dishes. I'd particularly like to emphasize that, in addition to familiar tapas dishes with a modern twist, such as patatas bravas and olives, you'll also find completely original and absolutely delicious tapas variations on the menu, which changes slightly with the seasons. I highly recommend it!

An absolute insider tip in Nuremberg! MANO perfectly combines authentic tapas with a modern touch. Each dish is finely balanced, creatively interpreted, and invites you to share with friends. I was particularly impressed by the selection of natural wines, which are not only excitingly curated but also perfectly matched to the dishes. The atmosphere is informal, clean, and warm, without unnecessary frills—that's precisely what makes it so charming. You can feel that passion and quality are paramount here. The service is attentive, competent, and takes the time to offer recommendations, which makes the evening even more complete. An absolute recommendation.

The ambiance is very nice and corresponds to what you often see in Spain or Portugal. The four of us each ordered the set menu for €39. This came in three steps. Unfortunately, there was no explanation. We didn't know how much was included, so it was difficult to communicate if we were missing anything. The tapas were combined on one plate each (each serving four). The same goes for the bread. The food was simply too small. The chicken (yes, it was delicious), for example, was 1.5 sticks per person. We had to order more bread several times. Dessert was forgotten and brought to us when we asked "if there was anything else coming." Afterward, we had to order more tapas because we were still hungry. In the end, it came to over €60 per person. And unfortunately, we have to say that the value for money is completely out of whack. The food was delicious, but simply far too expensive.

This is the third time I've visited this restaurant, and I have to say it's gotten worse each time. Last time, the portions were extremely small, and the service was rather poor, as there was only one person in charge of so many guests. Despite having a reservation, I was seated outside, even though there were still seats inside, and they didn't want to give me a table inside. How sad that something like this can happen in such a beautiful place!

This review is long overdue! By far the best restaurant in all of Nuremberg. If you're looking to celebrate a special evening with family or friends, or perhaps a business lunch, Mano is simply the perfect restaurant with a "show-off factor." The wine list and menu are constantly changing, so it never gets boring. I haven't had a single wine there yet that I didn't like. I've even been able to convince many beer or non-wine drinkers to try wine for the first time. It's also wonderful that, in addition to high-quality wines, they also offer many natural wines and orange wines. This is rare in Nuremberg, especially the price-performance ratio—simply unbeatable for this quality. I've never experienced anything like it before. Also suitable for allergy sufferers; the restaurant and chef cater to individual allergies and don't mind if someone wants an "extra sausage." We recently ordered and only informed them of our allergies afterward. My companion then received a whole portion of Manchego cheese on the house at no extra charge (it has hazelnuts on it, as the menu states). But customer satisfaction is our top priority here. We only briefly mentioned the allergy, and another portion arrived immediately. Simply amazing! Last time, we ordered the set menu, which is super cool because you gradually get new "surprises," allowing you to enjoy your time there in a relaxed and exuberant way and simply unwind. Mano is not for those who are quick to get hungry. It's an experience because the focus here is not on quick hunger – but rather on enjoyment with high-quality, lovingly prepared dishes in a family-run establishment. Simply unwind and enjoy yourself – that's what every evening feels like here. You immediately feel well looked after and not like just another guest. You can tell that the staff are passionate about their products and are completely passionate about their work. I always find that fantastic. I always feel well advised and cared for; it's simply a lovely atmosphere there without being too pretentious, even though the food and wine are essentially fine dining. Thank you for every evening with you. I simply love the shop; it's super authentic! Thank you for being in Nuremberg!

The food is good. That's about it. The portions, however, are designed to maximize profit, so they're extremely small, even for tapas. So small that it's almost outrageous. An example: 5 anchovy slices measuring approximately L = 3 cm x W = 0.5 cm for €7.50 is pretty steep. The Piri Piri Chicken: We ordered four portions. They came on one plate. The pile of meat on the plate was worth a maximum of €4, and the pile was correspondingly large. But it cost almost €40!!! The meat wasn't juicy and was simply fried crispy. Not justified for that price, anyway. The tomato salad consisted of four thinly sliced tomatoes -> €9.50. Sourdough bread: Nothing special, not homemade. Plain old bread (I guess from the bakery Feil). Four slices €6.90. CONCLUSION: As I said, the food was good, which is to be expected from a restaurant as a standard. But the price (10 tapas for three people, a water, and a soda) is grossly excessive at €110, considering the amount you get for that. Yes, it's truly outrageous. We spent a lot of money there and didn't get full. Epic Fail

Unfortunately, it's too hip to be nice. Even with a reservation, I couldn't get a seat outside. The reservation confirmation didn't indicate that there was no room left. The food was good, but the atmosphere was terrible. If you want a really nice evening with tapas, I'd recommend Bodega El Gato or Eleon.

No customer focus. It's difficult to even get a table; free tables aren't released. I've been there four times now, with and without reservations, and each time I've been given some reason why something didn't work out, and I haven't even thought for a second about how it might be resolved. The food is good, but the host simply doesn't convey any kind of friendliness or problem-solving skills. 👎

The “Mano” is a very special restaurant! The ambience is casual and the lighting is cozy. The background music is not too loud, so you can have a good conversation. I've been there several times and so far I've enjoyed all the dishes because they're prepared lovingly and with interesting spices. Because the two owners cook and work in service, “Mano” has a very personal and individual touch. The natural wine has also always been good and lovingly selected. My absolute favorite restaurant! We have tried the entire menu and have always been impressed - especially the vegetarians, as the selection is great. We were given detailed advice about the wines. The orange wine “Ambar” is our favorite! It's best to reserve early, it's actually always full :)

What a wonderful place! Fantastic tapas, great (small) wine list, extremely friendly and friendly service. I've wanted to go there for ages and really regret only making it now. Without exception, every dish is simply wonderful. Be sure (!) to try the Pastel de Nata at the end (it will catapult you straight to Lisbon). Lots of love for the Mano!!

Food was really delicious. We had a combination of several tapas for 4 people, unfortunately it wasn't entirely transparent how many tapas we got per person. We also said that when paying, unfortunately the response was not professional. On: the food was very tasty, but we have one small comment: it wasn't transparent how many tapas we got for the combination package we ordered. Unfortunately the answer was: yes, they should have asked that straight away. I thought it was a shame, it just seemed unprofessional. We just wanted to point out that we were quite confused about how the combination package was made up of several tapas. Unfortunately, the waitress felt attacked and didn't say goodbye on her own. Unfortunately, one star was deducted for this, and we felt quite uncomfortable because we really just wanted to give feedback.

Mano is one of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg… everyone has to find their way there. Super awesome fresh food… great wines. Everything just fits together. Nice pleasant living room atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to come back ☺️ and can recommend it with a clear conscience 🫶🤩

It's been a long time since I've had such good tapas. Probably the best in Nuremberg. In my opinion the prices are too high. Unfortunately, the prices on the menu on the website do not match the prices in the restaurant. For example, the calamari doesn't cost €12.3 but €15, the Piri Piri Chicken doesn't cost €8 but €9.5. Please change that urgently.

Spitzkohlschnitzel? Ja, unbedingt. Butterbohnen? Auch. Warum das Gemüse? Da ist ein Aha noch schwerer. Wein oder Bier? A Gusto, doch für mich Kellerbier. Weine pro Glas sind mittlerweile eh, gleich wo, jenseits von gut und böse.

Really excellent tapas, very good quality, very varied and the service is super attentive and quick! The wine list is fantastic and exceptional! Really a really nice shop! Top <3

Yesterday I went to Mano again for a long time and it was incredibly good! We had the set menu where various tapas were served in the middle of the table. High-quality and seasonal products are used for the tapas, everything was very seasoned and extremely tasty. Finally there was a warm, crispy pastel de nata. I'm already looking forward to the next time :-)

A visit to Mano is a safe bet. The food is great, wonderful ambience and especially the service makes everything perfect. Expert advice on the selection of great dishes and natural wines, etc. I felt super comfortable, very personable. I've been there several times and can absolutely recommend Mano!

Very nice, competent operators and service. The food simply tastes great. The various tapas are seasonal, homemade and beautifully presented. No ready-made products like in other tapas bars. The menu is updated every few weeks, but the excellent Piri-Piri chicken remains. The Pasteis de Nata also taste at least as good as in Lisbon. We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. The wines are also surprising, good and suitable. It's nice that they are recommended by experts. In summer with outdoor area on the sidewalk/parking lot. The only point of criticism is that it is a bit noisy inside. It would be nice if something could be done about that. And ... be sure to reserve well in advance.. Well, now I have to mention this... it has now been retrofitted and the walls have been fitted with sound-absorbing panels. Really brings a lot. Thanks

Food & wine a dream, atmosphere super cozy, service top!

Delicious food, but if you go in a big group its hard to understand the service because you receive the food all at ones and it's shared.

To be honest, I was never fond of tapas before. I always dismissed them as snacks to be shared. The Mano team completely changed my opinion on this! The variety and quality of the dishes are truly unparalleled! Especially the vegetarian dishes that I previously neglected are now always highlights for me! And not only the dishes, but especially the service, the atmosphere and, above all, the delicious beer are really unique for Nuremberg!!!
