Beautiful, sweet place to hang out with friends and enjoy super delicious tapas. I personally came with shrimps with garlic chili oil highly recommend we also ordered fried peppers with coarse more salt fried potatoes with spicy sauce. We ordered alioli as a sauce. very attentive service staff. Super good wines, especially the house wine is highly recommended. For dessert we ordered churros and Spanish crème brûlée, all very tasty. We were very well served and had a wonderful evening for six. 🌸🙋🏼‍♀️ Always happy!

5 stars – A real gem! I absolutely loved this tapas bar! The atmosphere is super cozy and authentic – you almost feel like you’re in Spain. The tapas were incredibly tasty, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Particularly recommended: scampi marinated in oil and the Bolitas de Manchego with fig jam are a dream! The service was also great: super friendly, attentive and fast. The wine selection was also great and went perfectly with the food. I'll definitely be back - a must for anyone who loves tapas!

Yesterday we were guests at this tapas bar with several people and overall we were largely satisfied with our visit and the service provided. We tested many of the tapas offered on the menu, most of which we found to be good and tasty, but some were missing that certain something. The portions of the individual tapas are not particularly large and are usually more suitable for one person, so that they are less likely to be shared between two or three people. We found the price of the tapas, which were always served to us super quickly, to be reasonable for the portion size. Unfortunately, the sangria served couldn't convince us. The restaurant is really nicely decorated and overall offers a really nice, rustic atmosphere to linger in with the charm of a small tapas bar, even if it is a bit cramped at times. A big compliment goes to the great service, which was super friendly and very attentive, and kept asking if everything was OK with us. Overall, we are happy to recommend this tapas bar. At the same time, however, we also have to say that we have already been to tapas bars where we were even more impressed with the taste of the tapas and with larger portions.

The food isn't as good as last year, it's a shame, we won't be back for the money. And the portion is very small.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening here. The online reservation worked well and the tapas were very tasty. Re-ordering was done as the service staff walked past and was super quick, perfect for a table full of tapas.

I was here for the first time yesterday and was thrilled. The tapas were very tasty and the atmosphere was typical: a bit cramped, a bit loud, pretty tiles on the walls - just the way I would like it to be in a cozy, crowded little tapas bar. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. And I think the location below the castle is great! I'll be back soon!

Really perfect tapas, very tasty and absolutely impeccably prepared. Unfortunately the price is a bit high, rather than something you treat yourself to often. Be sure to reserve. When it's full, it can be a bit noisy and a table for two is a bit tight. There is a slightly unpleasant draft right outside the window in winter. When making your reservation, perhaps mention that you don't want to sit by the window. Definitely but always worth a visit.

Unfortunately disappointing! I used to come here often, but unfortunately since the change of ownership the quality is no longer the same. The wine I ordered was stale and really didn't taste right. I let it go back, but still had to pay for it - an absolute no-go! Instead of understanding, I was involved in an unpleasant discussion with the waiter. Unfortunately, service and quality are no longer what they used to be. It's a shame, but I won't be coming back.

Long waiting times, crowded and too hot/loud. Food however was great.

I found a piece of metal in my food, which had come off some of the kitchen equipment, and all I got was an "you're unlucky" Still had to pay the full bill with the taste of metal in my mouth... Horrible place. In any case overpriced and staff is not well trained.

Tables where you can directly observe the food making in the kitchen. Gives you a very authentic atmosphere.

My husband and I went to Santos for the first time yesterday The atmosphere is very cozy and authentic The service was extremely professional and not at all intrusive. The bartender had an attentive eye. We were allowed to watch the cooking. The chef treated the food very respectfully and shone in terms of taste in every category offered. We were very satisfied and will make the restaurant our regular Spaniard!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Santos Spanish Restaurant today, it was really good. The ambience was authentic - a good mix of traditional Spanish flair and younger design. The warm colors and lovingly designed decorations create an inviting and cozy atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The tapas were very good. The selection was varied and offered something for every taste. From classic patatas bravas to delicious prawns to more innovative creations - every tapas was a delight! The ingredients are fresh and taste authentic. The service was friendly and the waiters were able to give good advice when choosing dishes. Overall, it was a lovely evening in a restaurant that I can definitely recommend. If you're looking for an authentic Spanish experience with delicious food and a nice atmosphere, you won't be disappointed here.

They had no idea about aioli, it was a porridge with no taste, not a hint of garlic in it. Mass processing, leave it alone. Maybe interesting as a tourist app, once and never again, rip-off for little and tasteless food, the ambience doesn't help either

Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber das Essen war eher enttäuschend, Miniportionen, klar bei Tapas ist es nicht viel aber man müsste schon mindestens 8 bestellen um einigermaßen satt zu werden. Besonders gut war es auch nicht , kaum gewürzt, fade. Dafür waren die Preise gesalzen. Keinen weiteren Besuch wert, Touri- Nepp hoch 5

Super delicious food, authentic tapas bar with friendly service!

What a lovely and pretty shop! Yesterday we strolled past here with a full stomach after 130 m. The cook had just opened the door and was sitting outside smoking coffee. Since we were interested in the menu display, he invited us upstairs to inspect it. Based on the look of the rooms and the convincing text from the “host”, we immediately reserved a table for the next evening. What joy when we came in for the opening today. Immediately recognized and remembered. We were given the most beautiful table in the back area with the door to the courtyard wide open. Overall extremely hospitable staff. Since we were given a menu yesterday, our list of tapas requests was already drawn up. All very tasty. The garlic “Ali-Oli” is exceptional, as it does not contain mayonnaise. If requested, the potatoes were left out with the chorizo. I found the red chili and green (chimichurri?) sauces, which were also placed on the table, to be excellent. Not only did we receive special “Happy Birthday” napkins; The chef presented us with homemade churros with a lit sparkler and the corresponding song from the music system. The cook joined me again for a digestive cigarette in front of the house. He talked about his Spanish-Jordanian heritage and that he owed his cooking skills to his grandmother. The Spanish restaurant has existed since 2005, but there has been a change of ownership in between. He explained the six-pointed brewer's star on the back of the house (which is meant to represent water, fire and air as well as the ingredients water, malt and hops) and pointed out the history board at the entrance. House number 24 on this street, along with another house (one with a beautiful bay window), remained almost undamaged after the war. At the end he acted as a city guide and walked with me a few steps further to a courtyard where there was a wine shop (Red Barrel), barrels of the original Nuremberg red beer behind glass and a whiskey warehouse. He said that this is part of the famous rock corridors (branching tunnel and cellar system under Nuremberg's old town). Absolutely AMAZING!

Best tapas!!! We were spontaneously looking for a Spanish restaurant. I became aware of it during the first search thanks to the good reviews. Dropped by spontaneously and the friendly waitress was able to free up seats 🙌 From the table you can watch the chefs at work... and do so with great dedication and talent. Every single dish was incredibly good and we reordered several times. The ambience was also stylish and cozy. Absolutely TOP recommendation for every tapas lover!!!! Will 100% come back 🎉
