My wife and I visited here for the first time today (March 11, 2025). The restaurant is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the service was very friendly, the food tasted great and was very good value for money. Gladly again!

So the food was better, even for a low price, in contrast to other delivery services, you can understand a certain level of well-spiced food and the pizza bread was simply burnt. I really liked ordering it, but we'd rather leave that alone

A very nice visit, not for the first time, but again and again. The service is professional and courteous. The food is good, no star status, but absolutely recommended. We felt very comfortable, were well looked after and ate very well. Again and again

We've been coming here for years, including twice last weekend. Unfortunately, the impression is that with the renovation and the four stars, the warmth has fallen by the wayside. For example, despite having a reservation, we were seated at a table in the middle of the passage, and our request if we could move to another, also reserved, table in the corner was brusquely denied. But then no one came - the better table remained empty all evening.

At this point I would like to stand up for the staff. I absolutely cannot understand the sometimes extremely negative reviews - neither for the Vitalwelt nor for the restaurant. The service for us was always courteous, quick and friendly. The food was perfectly fine, the portion sizes were reasonable and the prices were ok. The fantastic view from the terrace is particularly impressive! Of course, this is not a star restaurant and there is no claim to be one. We were completely satisfied and thank you for a nice day!

They forgot to bring the food, until they closed the kitchen.

A fantastic restaurant with first class food, great ambience and excellent service! The dishes are creative, taste great and lovingly prepared – absolutely recommended!
