Spitzing Alm in Schliersee

Nice atmosphere, but the food wasn't good. The cheese spaetzle were bland, but OK with additional salt. Portion size more for children and not appropriate for the price. (approx. 15€) Unfortunately, the roast pork doesn't deserve the name. The "crust" had a consistency like chewing gum, probably mass-produced from a bucket, and the dumpling tasted of exactly nothing. Sauce also rather bland. (approx. 17€) Service was nice and okay, but the food just wasn't worth the money. A disappointment across the board.

I had the liver spaetzel soup which was very watery and tasteless. However, the kaiserschman is very good and soft. I was very surprised by the warm atmosphere and felt very comfortable. The service was very nice. 4 stars overall.

Unfortunately, no one has answered the phone for weeks. I've tried it 16 times now and am forced to write a bad review.

We have been to Spitzing Alm many times and it is always great. Great restaurant with cuisine that is authentic and at the same time stands out in this region. Today we had a great evening with great food and great service. Thank you very much Ms Isabella. It was really great, the food was very tasty, fantastic and the service was friendly, attentive and quick - we'll be happy to come back, promise. Many thanks to the best service 💪👌

Here you can only say that the sound makes the music! Even if all free tables are reserved, you can communicate this in a friendly manner... today's rejected guest will not become tomorrow's guest.

We are guests at Spitzing Alm every time our groups meet for winter swimming. The food is delicious, made on site and always fresh, so the restaurant is always full of guests, nice and fast service. Thanks to the entire restaurant staff and Mrs. Izabela. We will come back there again 💪

In the restaurant you can read the saying: You come as a guest and leave as a friend. That's exactly how it was. The service was super nice and the food was extremely good. 👍🏼gladly again...

We entered the restaurant with our family. Nobody greeted us, and since there was no queue, we chose a free table ourselves. As soon as we sat down, a member of staff came running and, without any explanation, began to rudely reprimand us for supposedly sitting at a table that was reserved for other guests. In a normal restaurant, such misunderstandings are resolved politely and calmly - you simply ask the guests to move to another table. Here, however, the employee seemed more interested in communicating her annoyance to us in an unfriendly manner than solving the problem. The whole situation was presented in a very sharp tone. I understand that a high volume of customers can influence behavior, but that in no way justifies treating guests this way. Not wanting to put up with something like that, we canceled our reservation for two dinners and left the restaurant in a sour mood. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

We got married here... and like any wedding, sometimes things go a little differently than planned. Thanks to Isabella and her team at the Spitzing Alm, a good solution was found for every “problem”/unpredictability, so that the day was the best day ever for us. A very big THANK YOU!!!

The beautiful location is no longer of any use. Terrible service, we had to wait half an hour to be able to pay. The apple strudel we ordered didn't come at all. Unfortunately, the cake wasn't very tasty either.

The roast pork was rather poor and the sauce tasteless. The dumplings didn't look homemade and didn't taste like anything. Overall it wasn't bad but not really good either, so it's more like 2.5 stars

We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the Spitzing Alm in August. We were all so excited about the day because everything went well, the food was good, the service team was professional and super friendly and of course the location was just great. Of course everything worked out so well, thanks to Arabella's event team. My many questions were answered quickly and informatively and I never had the feeling that I couldn't clarify things. After the team had prepared a lot in advance, we hardly had to do anything on the day and had a stress-free day. I would really like to celebrate here again because we really had such a fantastic day. The next day we were there again for lunch and it was also great. A big compliment to the team and specifically a big thank you to Romy and the Arabella Event Team, as well as Isabella and the team from Spitzing Alm.

Super nice alpine pasture right on the lake. For us it was wonderfully quiet and not overcrowded. Children could play in the playground right next door. The food was delicious and the service was great. Wonderful view from the beer garden.

We have eaten here in the past and been very happy. But this time, I left frustrated and hungry. It has a lovely setting, the service is good and the food delicious... But they have reduced the menu options and the portion size if the one and only hot vegetarian option. I ordered the Spinät Knödel again (as it is the only hot, savoury vegetarian option), and this time the portion size was tiny. It was only 1€ less than my husband's large plate of meat and I finished the Spinät Knödel in less than 5 minutes! I hate paying top price and still feeling hungry afterwards 😟

Location by the lake is perfect, food is traditionally Bavarian. Unfortunately, poor service. After asking several times, despite not being very busy, we still didn't get any drinks after 35 minutes. After asking again, the order was taken again, another 15 minutes passed...

Wow, great location. This atmosphere is really fantastic. Was there as a service provider at a wedding. Super-friendly staff, questions are answered and you are always taken into account in the hospitality, which is not a given. The Spitzing Alm is extremely well maintained all around, from the terrace to the sanitary area. From my point of view, a very clear recommendation, even if I unfortunately can't say anything about the price.

Today we stopped during our hike around Spitzingsee. The ambience is great and the Kaiserschmarrn was great.

The vegetarian food, here spinach dumplings and cheese spaetzle, are very tasty and highly recommended. The staff was also very nice and the atmosphere was great. Lovely again.

Was very busy because of the beautiful weather. Service took a bit long because they didn't have enough employees, but she did her best to stay friendly and tried to help everyone in time. Food was really good.

I was refused to order a piece of pie to takeaway. I did not ask to give me any plates or discounts, I just wanted to eat a piece of pie on the playground (which is right in front of the restaurant) while my kid was playing. All stars are going to the waiter who allowed me to take a pretzel for takeout five minutes before I was refused.

The location is beautiful. But if you hear the waiter coming twice in over 30 minutes... and nothing happens, despite the empty tables. Something goes wrong...

Wir hatten hier unsere Firmen-Weihnachtsfeier. Alles war schön organisiert und hergerichtet. Der Service am Tisch war schnell, freundlich und angenehm. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls eine schöne Sache.

Tolle Atmosphäre und toller Service. Das Essen ist wirklich gut. Wir hatten einen Apfelstrudel und einen Kaiserschmarrn. Es war sehr lecker.

Das Essen war, wenn auch sehr teuer für die Portionsgröße, sehr lecker. Das Restaurant liegt nahe am See. Man kann wenn man draußen davor sitzt übers Wasser schauen. Der Service war nach meiner Auffassung nicht vorhanden, wir waren quasi alleine und mussten ewig warten bis sich eine Servicekraft zu uns bemüht hat. Wir wurden beim eintreten allerdings begrüßt, nur dann mehr oder weniger vergessen. Meine Vorstellung von Alm geht eher in die Richtung altes, dunkeles Holz. Hier ist alles hell und machte auf mich mehr den Eindruck einer Sporthalle die etwas aufgehübscht wurde. Die Toiletten sind geräumig und sauber. Alles in allem würde ich nichtmehr dorthin gehen. Allenfalls auf nen Café.

Eine wirklich nette Lokalität mit bayerischem Wirtshausflair. Feines Essen, grosse Portionen und angemesse Preise. Bei einem Aufenthalt am Spitzingsee ein Tipp!

Ich hatte die Ehre mit einer Reisegruppe die Spitzing Alm zu besuchen, richtig stolz macht mich zu sehen wie die Chefin, mit fast mütterlicher Führsorge Ihr Personal motiviert, in traumhafter Lage dem Gast, eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Alm, bayrische Gastlichkeit mit sehr guter bayrisch traditionellen Küche in einem sehr gepflegtem Ambiente, diesen spitzen Service zu bieten. Auch meine Gäste waren sehr angetan von euch!! Macht weiter so, besser kann man es nicht machen. Vielen Dank das ich zu Gast sein durfte !! Torsten Geißler

Wir waren heute am 20. 07.im Restaurant draußen auf der Terrasse, ein schönes Gebäude. Bestellt haben wir zwei Kaffee und zwei gedeckte Apfelkuchen mit Sahne zum Preis von 19.50 Euro. der Preis stimmt zur Qualität. Alles gut. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war das der junge Mitarbeiter erst die Teller, etwas später sogar die Tassen entfernt hat obwohl wir noch nicht gehen wollten, denn bezahlt hatten wir noch nicht. Wir gehen davon aus das der junge Mitarbeiter diesen Beruf nicht gelernt hat, denn das ist ein grosses "geht gar nicht"!Wir saßen also vor einem leeren Tisch. Erst wenn der Gast geht sollte abgeräumt werden, den Kuchenteller ist ok. Da sollte der Inhaber die Mitarbeiter informieren.

Was darf ich da noch sagen?! Ausser das die Leiterin mit unglaublicher Hingabe dieses Outlet führt...die angebotene Dienstleistung auf den Punkt stimmt...Maximilian, der Mitarbeiter selbstständig weiss was er hier macht...Punkt! Bravo!!!!!

Moderne und schön eingerichtete Hütte in bester Lage am Spitzingsee. Die Bedienung war schnell und aufmerksam, wirkte aber mäßig gelaunt. Wir haben uns 3x den Bio-Schweinebraten und 1x den Kaiserschmarrn bestellt, für letzteren wurde extra eine Wartezeit von 20 min angegeben. So etwas werten wir eher als Qualitätsmerkmal als einen Nachteil. Ca. 5 min nach Bestellung war das Essen zu unserer Verwunderung schon da. Schmeckte dann leider kaum. Der Schweinebraten leider zu trocken und Knorpel enthaltend. Und der Kaiserschmarrn nur ein Haufen klumpiger Teigmasse. Schade!!!

Hier ist der Kunde der König. Die Hütte ist neu aber urig so muss eine Alm aussehen. Kein Schickimicki aber trotzdem Stil. Auch die Bedingung wissen was der Kunde wünscht. Die Küche ist ehrlich und bayrisch lecker

Ich war dort mehrfach, weil ich seit fünf Jahren Stammgast im Arabella bin. Weil ich seit zwanzig Jahren nichts mehr nach 18 Uhr esse, war das eine Möglichkeit, etwas Warmes in den Magen zu bekommen und das in schöner Umgebung. Mir haben die Gerichte gut geschmeckt. Für mich war es das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das zu einer Abwertung geführt hat. Mein Vorschlag an die Alm, jeden Tag ein Tagesgericht, sehr gut geeignet ein schöner Eintopf, zu günstigerem Preis anzubieten.

Coronabedingt wurde Mitte Mai nur "To Go" Speisen und Getränek angeboten. Wir haben eine Portion Käsespätzle genommen. Sehr lecker, satt machende Portion, fairer Preis. Wenn wieder Gäste empfangen können bietet das Restaurant mit einer Außenterasse einen schönen Blick auf den See.
