A top-notch experience from reception to dessert. The entire staff, including those in the hotel, seems cheerful and motivated. Especially in the restaurant, the staff has a great sense of humor. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. We've visited the restaurant several times and can recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much.

Even without a reservation (and not at the window), we always got a seat as our guests. It wasn't a problem if we just wanted a bite to eat. Very good service, and the food was always excellent, so the price was a bit higher, which was reasonable for us.

A very pleasant visit, not our first, but we'll be back again and again. The service is professional and courteous. The food is good—not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but highly recommended. We felt very comfortable, were well looked after, and ate very well. We'll be back again and again.

Nice place, excellent food, but quite pricey! The views from the terrace are nice, specially by the sunset.

Very nice hotel directly on Spitzingsee with its own access and lawn. Beautiful wellness and spa area, as well as a fitness room with a view over the lake. In the spa area there is a sufficiently large pool and three saunas, as well as a steam bath with numerous loungers. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is simply great, as are the evening menus. Here we cook and serve with love.

We sat outside for 20 minutes. Waiters grinned at us, and no one came!

We went to the Osteria for dinner. Italian dishes in a nice, cozy atmosphere. The children had children's meals from their own menu. Pizza and pasta. The kids enjoyed the pasta. Unfortunately the pizza isn't the same. We had the menu. Great starters and desserts buffet. The main course was pasta (very good) and a pizza. The pizza was in the oven a little too long. A very friendly and courteous service. Very pleasant. Accordingly, the tip was slightly higher.

This single small restaurant alongside of beautiful lake is a boon for tourists . Owner serves sausage , hot wine etc with lovely smile

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not seem to be set up for out-of-house guests. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I thought it would be a nice location to just go for dinner. I checked the menu outside at the entrance, then asked the waiter for a seat. He in turn asked the boss, who then told me that the table was about to change and that I should come back. I was irritated because only about 30% of the tables were occupied at the time. When I came back after 20 minutes, another employee told me that I had to register at the reception. There again I was told that they were fully occupied. As I walked I only heard a “pfff”. I have rarely felt so unwelcome. There are still two stars because the food was very good as a hotel guest back then.

Unfortunately, the SPA area is also heavily used by children and can therefore be compared to a swimming pool. Even during the actually “child-free lunchtime”. Recreation & wellness is something different.

Das Menü ist jedesmal ein Genuß. Die Speisen sind toll angerichtet und überzeugen geschmacklich. Der Service wirklich vorbildlich.

Haus toll, wellness klasse, Zimmer super, Essen mittelmässig, Service nicht eine Trinkgeldes würdig.

Klassisches Business Hotel, sehr großräumig und dennoch mit viel still und sehr gemütlich.

Sind das zwei mal hier, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen einfach ein Traum , es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen, ganz toll der spa Bereich es fehlt an nichts, eine wohlfühl Oase pur. Man ist dem Himmel so nah ☺

Ein Hotel mit 5 Sternen bekommt natürlich 5 Sterne, ausgezeichnetes Abendmenü, vor allem im Sommer auf der Terrasse, Der Chef führt einen persönlich zum Tisch, große gediegene Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, Wellnessbereich mit 4 Saunen und Pool, privater Außenstrand am See.
