One of the better Chinese buffet restaurants with the familiar usual dishes. Nothing extraordinary, but better than comparable alternatives because most of the food here tasted good and the food was hot and refilled in a timely manner. Plus points for the Mongolian grill too, it was the best experience in this direction so far, the things were nicely roasted and perfectly prepared. Price performance is okay. We would come back because sometimes you just feel like this simple (and unfortunately greasy) cuisine and then it's a good choice

We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Pizza, pasta and salads are very tasty and large enough. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is good and there is always something for the children to paint. There is also an extra children's menu with fair prices. Next time we will try fish or meat, as this also looks very tasty on other guests' plates. 😊 We would love to come back!

We only ate coffee and cake, but it was very good. Apple cake with a little lemon is simply delicious. The staff is very polite and accommodating, everything went very well.

Unfortunately disappointing overall. It was reserved online in advance. The tool asks for the reason, then this should also receive attention on site. Don't spend anything, but congratulations on your birthday are enough. I found the service spotty. Hardworking and friendly, but without the quality that the house (ambience) exudes. What was annoying was the information that there was only a small menu today (2 starters, 4 main courses, 1 dessert). Is this ok? What is expected as an answer? Now you're already sitting... When I made the reservation, I provided my phone number and email. Couldn't they have called and given me the opportunity to choose whether I wanted my (birthday) meal differently? (My husband had a similar experience with the company: a la carte was agreed upon, then there was a buffet without any prior information) Why is red wine not on the menu, but only upon request? The dishes were tasty, but overall could be hoarse. The grilled peppers could use more roasted flavors. But this certainly depends on individual taste. However, it's not possible that I'm still sitting with the starter and the main course is being served. With the comment: The kitchen stepped on the gas... There was no response to my email with my feedback. Overall, there are reasons not to recommend the house.

Food is delicious. You can sit comfortably and talk in peace. Service is also very nice.

Unfortunately I can only give one star because the room service simply took away a shopping bag. In the bag were 2 empty bottles but also the receipt with the guarantee for the product that I had purchased and an accessory for the product. The bag was not near the trash can, but in the cloakroom. Something like that just doesn't work!!! When I asked, I was told that the cleaning staff unfortunately didn't speak German and that's why I couldn't ask, but that the bag was probably already in the trash anyway and that was it...

5 stars – A real gem in Regensburg! Hiroko is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited - not just in Regensburg, but in general. Everything is just right: the stylish ambience, the excellent food and, above all, the exceptionally friendly service. What strikes me as particularly positive is the consistently polite and courteous service. You feel welcome here from the first moment. The staff is attentive but never intrusive. Questions about the menu are answered competently, special requests are received with a smile and implemented with the greatest care. Even when it's busy, the team remains calm, friendly and professional. This constant courtesy and genuine friendliness makes the visit special every time. You can clearly see that hospitality is not just a word here, but is actually lived. The food is always a pleasure: fresh, creatively prepared and tastes of a very high standard. Whether it's sushi, warm dishes or desserts - everything is coordinated down to the last detail. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. For me, Hiroko is a place where you don't just go out to eat, but where you really spend a nice time. Anyone who loves good food and values ​​a particularly pleasant atmosphere with first-class service should definitely come here. We always like to come to Mr. Kanik, especially because of his delicious falafel kebab with fresh salad and the slightly spicy sauce in the bread. We also appreciate his kind and attentive nature.

My favorite Asian, as always everything freshly prepared, plenty of buffet selection. Restaurant very clean, staff friendly. I can't understand the negative reviews from guests at all.

The last time we were there was 8 years ago - back then everyone was thrilled with the pizzas. Unfortunately there was nothing gluten-free back then. This time - surprise - both pizza and pasta were offered gluten-free ♡ the gluten-free pizza dough is not homemade but it still tasted good to us AND contains neither soy nor any frills. The people at the next table had gluten-free spaghetti and were also really excited. The hefty (gluten-free) surcharge of €2 is crass - like everywhere else, illness is punished here through additional costs. Pizza Funghi (cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes on glutem-free ready-made dough) €16.20. If, like us, you don't often convert to marks, you should leave it alone in this case ;) The serve is at least clearly marked. The portions are large and you'll easily feel full :) and the taste was amazing! The homemade lemonades are really good :) There is no such thing as vegan and there are no parking spaces either. Location is in the old town and it's really beautiful ;) the service was friendly and helpful.

Very unfriendly service! You weren't even allowed to sit down where you wanted, even though the place was still empty! Thanks for nothing.... 👍
