Osteria Siciliana GmbH in Regensburg

Bei den Pappardelle Polipo fehlten die Kapern und die Oliven, wahrscheinlich auch der Knoblauch, war deshalb etwas fad. Auf meine Reklamation hin nur die lapidare Antwort das könne nicht sein. Bei dem Preis? Und Freundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Wir kommen definitiv nicht mehr, was aber nicht zu interessieren scheint…

Bestes Restaurant in Regensburg. Wir kommen jedes Jahr hier her. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Ich kann hier alles empfehlen, am liebsten esse ich hier Pasta.

Essen ist o.k. Pizzeria halt. Das Essen dauert viel zu lange! Klar, wir waren mit großer Gruppe da, allerdings 1,5h (!) für einen Teller Nudeln. Sorry, da stimmt etwas in der Küche nicht.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe zum Essen, drei Erwachsene, 4 Teenager und ein Kind. Zwei Erwachsene hatten ein Gericht mit angeblich frischem Thunfisch, meine Bekannte bekam nach dem dritten Bissen einen ganz schlimme allergische Reaktion, die Mundpartie ist total angeschwollen, ich hab leider trotzdem noch etwa die Hälfte meiner Thunfischpizza gegessen und danach zwei Tage richtig schlimme Magenprobleme gehabt. Die Bedienung hat lapidar darauf geantwortet, dass ihre Kollegin auf den Thunfisch ebenfalls allergische Reaktionen bekommen würde. Bei meiner Tischnachbarin sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten die Lippen und die Zunge auf Botox-Volumen angeschwollen, keine Entschuldigung vom Restaurant, kein nettes Wort vom Inhaber und unsere Rechnung mussten wir trotzdem ganz normal begleichen, nur das Gericht der Hauptgeschädigten,das wir ja ohnehin zurück gehen ließen, das wurde uns nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Ausserdem stehen in der Speisekarte weder bei Getränken,noch beim Essen die Preise neben den Gerichten ... Das Ambiente war sehenswert ansprechend und sauber.

Hervorragend 🫡 die Bedienung war freundlich ohne Ende. Und von meiner Pizza will ich garnicht erst Anfangen. ( sehr gut 👍)

Absoluter Lieblingsitaliener mit tollen wechselnden Gerichten, super leckeren Vorspeisen und Weinen. Das Parkticket vom Parkhaus kann für eine bestimmte Zeit entwertet werden, also auch das Parken ist unproblematisch.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Mittag beim Essen, sehr guter Service, nettes Personal, das Essen war sehr gut. Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

Habe online bei ihnen essen bestellt nach fast 3 Stunden warte Zeit und mehrfachen anrufen (wo einem immer eine andere Zeit genannt wurde) Kamm das Essen an. Es war eiskalt und nicht essbar ich muss sagen einmal und nie wieder.

Mir wurde bereits öfters von diesem italienischen Restaurant berichtet, jetzt musste ich mich selber davon überzeugen. Authentische sizilianische Küche soll hier serviert werden. Laut dem Kellner wechseln zu jeder Jahreszeit die die Gerichte und werden an sie Saison angepasst. Obwohl der Gästeraum wirklich groß ist habe ich die Lautstärke als nicht unangenehm wahrgenommen. Als keine Sorge deswegen. Die Speisekarte offeriert neben den üblichen Klassikern viele höherwertige Gerichte in raffinierten Variationen. Geschmacklich war alles bestens und auch die Zubereitung genau richtig. Jedoch meinen Erachtens eine sehr überschaubare Portionsgröße und dafür höherpreisig. Wer Hunger mitbringt kommt um eine Vorspeise eher nicht hinweg. Die Speisekarte ist auf der Homepage einsehbar. Alles in allem ein tolles Restaurant.

Das Essen war gut, der Service des Kellers hingegen war zwar im Ordnung, aber mehr als reserviert, kein Lächeln, kein nettes Wort. Der Blick nicht bei den Gästen die er bediente, sondern irgendwo im Lokal. Ich weiß nicht woran es lag, muss die Gäste auch nicht interessieren.

Egal ob ich dort bin oder was bestelle, das essen schmeckt klasse. Bin mit Rollstuhl unterwegs aber es gibt immer Platz bisher für mich, Bedienungen oder Fahrer sind sehr freundlich auch der Pizza Bäcker selber. Heutzutage trau ich mich nicht bei lieferando zu bestellen, habe oft nicht zumutbares gekriegt. Aber hier bestelle ich gerne, bleibt bitte so.

Ich habe dort zweimal Pizza gegessen. Beide Male hat sie mir nicht geschmeckt, obwohl Preise auf gehobenem Niveau verlangt werden. Für mich passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Zusätzlich wird im Sommer ohne Rücksicht auf die umliegende Wohnanlage laute Musik gespielt. Daher keine Empfehlung.

Es war ein toller Abend und Geburtstag! Rita als Bedienung ist einfach phänomenal, ihre Empfehlungen waren alle lecker und sie kam sogar Happy Birthday singend mit einem Tiramisu! 🤩 Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen wieder.

Service war gut, aber etwas unaufmerksam. Abienete ist verbesserungswürdig aber nicht direkt schlecht. Leider war das essen eine Frechheit. Ich hatte Penne Speziale und es war nicht genießbar. Rinderstreifen musste man suchen, die nudeln waren trocken und nichg cremig, dazu hatte das Gericht keinen Geschmack und hat säuerlich geschmeckt. Mein Freund hatte Penne al Formo, diese waren besser aber auch nicht besonders, waren einfach Geschmacklos und trocken. Die Spagetti Cabonara waren dafür geschmackvoller aber leider auch nicht Cremig.

Wir haben einen Tisch für 2 Personen am Silvesterabend reserviert als wir dort ankommen waren noch etliche Tische für 2 Personen frei wir wurden von der Bedienung in die letzte Ecke des Restaurant geschickt wo man uns übersehen hat und gar nicht mehr bemerkt hat das wir da waren so das wir das Restaurant verlassen mussten weil wir nicht bestellen konnten voher hatten wir die Bedienung gefragt ob wir auch einen anderen Tisch haben können da noch etliche frei für 2 Personen waren sie hat es verneint und hat uns abgewiesen total unhöflich nie wieder werden wir hier essen

Leider wird auch auf langjährige Gäste obwohl schon seit mehreren Wochen reserviert wurde, keine Rücksicht genommen. Wie enttäuschend ist das am Silvester Abend. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Tischzuweisungen nur noch am zügigen Eingang zur Tiefgarage im Lokal, obwohl noch einige Tische für 2 Personen frei waren. Sehr unkollant, sehr schlechter Service.

War hervorragend, Netter und Aufmerksamer Service, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen sehr lecker, große Auswahl (auch mal besondere bzw. außergewöhnliche Pizzen), auch zwischen 14 und 17 Uhr warme Küche, spontan einen Platz bekommt, komme definitiv wieder

Wir haben am Sonntag wieder so lecker gegessen! Vor allem die Vorspeise war einfach traumhaft!😊 Wir wurden sehr freundlich und schnell bedient, auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Besser geht es einfach nicht!

Alles war super, die Lasagne war köstlich. Aber was zum Teufel ist das?))) Sehe das etwa nur ich?

I had an appointment in Regensburg and was looking forward to a delicious plate of pasta, so I was there alone. Even then, I received some odd looks; apparently, they weren't happy about it, as it was quite busy around lunchtime. I ordered the Papadelle Palermo with beef fillet, porcini mushrooms, and buffalo mozzarella, along with a still water. This was served in a carafe of tap water. I wasn't expecting that in a restaurant, but it wasn't the end of the world. The pasta, however, was a different story. The fillet was as tough as shoe leather, and the supposed buffalo mozzarella turned out to be anything but, in my opinion, and was carelessly thrown over the Papadelle. It lacked any creaminess whatsoever. The pasta was swimming in grease, and to my dismay, onions were the only flavor component. My table was used as a place to put glasses from the next table, which they didn't seem to need – all while I was eating. No comment on whether it was okay for me. I didn't eat half of the pasta, and again, no one asked if everything was alright. The restaurant has a cafeteria feel and is very loud. Definitely not recommended.

Very disappointing experience. The staff could have been much friendlier, and some came across as quite rude. The food was overly salty as well. I won’t be returning.

The pasta with beef fillet and porcini mushrooms was disappointing. The fillet and mushrooms were barely distinguishable, cut into 0.5 cm pieces. The taste was also poor...like it had been cooked in beef broth. The pizzas were good.

For me, Osteria Siciliana is one of the restaurants in Regensburg I enjoy visiting time and time again. The ambiance is harmonious: cozy, well-kept, and with a Mediterranean feel, without seeming overly pretentious. You quickly feel welcome, whether you're there as a couple or in a larger group. The menu offers a lovely selection of classic Italian dishes, complemented by changing daily specials. I particularly like the quality of the ingredients: many items appear fresh and carefully prepared. The portions are ample, neither too small nor overly large. I've never been disappointed with the taste – pasta, fish, or meat dishes have always been well-seasoned. The pizza also has a thin, crispy base and is highly recommended. The service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. You can tell that the team is trying to keep an eye on things, even when the restaurant is at full capacity. When the restaurant is busy, you might have to wait a little longer for drinks or the bill, but overall, the service is reliable and pleasant. The prices are mid-range to slightly higher, but in my opinion, they're fair considering the quality and the overall package. It's absolutely reasonable for a pleasant evening with good Italian food. Overall, Osteria Siciliana offers exactly what I expect from a good Italian restaurant: a harmonious atmosphere, good food, and reliable service. It's not for nothing that it's one of my favorite restaurants in Regensburg – I enjoy coming back again and again.

The Saltimbocca a la Romana with rosemary potatoes as a plate dish: -Potatoes soggy from the sauce -The meat was topped with too many thick slices of ham On top of that, the food was only lukewarm and carelessly served. For €26, I expect crispy rosemary potatoes served separately, hot from the oven. The same applies to the Salmone Limone, for the same price. It wasn't hot, and the potatoes were soggy in the sauce. My wife and I were disappointed and speechless.

Personally, I found it very loud, so I only gave it 3 points for the ambiance. The decor is modern and clean. The pizzas were large and well-topped, but, according to everyone at the table, could perhaps have been seasoned a bit more. Otherwise, the service was cheerful, and everyone got their food as close together as possible. The prices are very reasonable, both for food and drinks (e.g., calzone €14, Lillehammer Wild Berry €7.50). We each received a €2 discount on the parking fee in the adjacent parking garages. That's a nice bonus ☺️.

Very tasty Italian with a good selection, special daily dishes and a delicious overall selection

We had a bad experience there and would never return. Unfortunately, everything went wrong from the start. We ordered drinks first, then the waitress came with all the other drinks because she had swapped the order. The appetizers were perfectly fine and plentiful. My husband ordered spaghetti carbonara. The plate contained overcooked spaghetti, floating in a questionable liquid. The plate was even half full of this liquid. There were only a few pieces of bacon, and the dish tasted completely bad. The other guests were also dissatisfied with their dishes because the pasta was overcooked. The wait times were extremely long. Although the staff served us friendly, this couldn't make up for the poor dining experience. Mistakes happen, but they happened all at once here. Unfortunately, we won't be returning because it was a very bad experience.

I've only ordered here so far, but this food already deserves a 5* rating! Without being able to verify the service quality on site, this pizzeria has become my new favorite pizzeria from the first bite! You can taste the love and the high-quality ingredients – a true explosion of flavor! Always a good choice if you want excellent Italian food. We were there last night. The food was good as always, and the service was attentive and friendly. The one-star deduction was actually for the parking. They advertise that you can park for free in the underground garage for two hours at lunch and four hours in the evening if you have your parking card validated at the restaurant. No sooner said than done, when the card was validated, we were told that you only get two hours free because the card that validates the four-hour parking is broken. Not really the guest's problem, which we also communicated, but okay... it doesn't stop us from paying the remaining fee. But it's a shame.

The Osteria Siciliana restaurant in the east of Regensburg was very disappointing with its treatment of us. A full-time waiter treated us very poorly. At first, we were shown to our table by a friendly temporary employee and served us warmly. Afterward, the waiter repeatedly rudely addressed her and frequently scolded her for continuing to serve us and the other tables. He said the restaurant was supposed to close at 10:00 PM. We also noticed that we were treated differently than the other guests. If you don't want to do your job conscientiously, you should look for another job. P.S.: I would like to give it 0 stars!

We went to an Italian evening with a group of girls. Unfortunately, we were seated in the adjoining room, even though we had reserved something else. The restaurant was packed, which was clearly noticeable in the service. We would have liked a second drink. To order, we had to take action ourselves, get cards, and ask several times if we could order something else. An espresso or dessert would have been nice, too. The meal itself was great, even if the Gorgonzola sauce was more of a cream sauce. The atmosphere in the main room was great, and the live music also made us want to dance. But the overall package unfortunately wasn't right for that evening...

The pizzas weren't particularly well seasoned. The prawns were very oily.

We've been to this pizzeria many times and have always been very satisfied. The food is delicious and the staff is usually very friendly. Today we wanted to show a friend the beautiful restaurant and the good food, but she unfortunately came away with a very negative impression. We, too, are disappointed. Our friend initially wanted to order Parma ham with burrata as a starter, but then decided she didn't want to spend that much on the starter and ordered tomato with burrata instead. The waitress wasn't sure how much it would cost, but said, "It's not a lot." When we paid the bill, we noticed that Parma ham was charged with burrata (almost €20). When we asked about it, the chef became heated and justified it by saying that the tomato was "a beef tomato" and therefore the same price as Parma ham. In the end, she paid the same price anyway, even though she had deliberately wanted to avoid this. This, along with the cheeky reaction to the question, unfortunately disappointed us greatly. We are initially reluctant to continue choosing this pizzeria as our “regular pizzeria.”

Unfortunately, there are repeated disturbances throughout the entire neighborhood, causing a deafening noise well after 9 p.m. Very pleasant when you have to get up at 4 a.m. for the early shift.

We tried the pasta, (maybe because we were hungry) but it was good and tasty, the lady was very welcoming and kind, we tried the salad with a super-nice waitress who went out of her way to accommodate us. Finally, we tried the pizza, good, shame about the waiter who was a bit over the top and made us say... Tomorrow we'll change! We chose to eat at your place, paying quite a bit, this doesn't give you permission to make requests "because that's how it's done here"...

This has been a regular restaurant where me and friends meet for our Stammtisch. Pretty good food and pleasant staff. They have a good variety of dishes. Must have is their Tiramisu.

Hey yall ( don’t let the photo fool you) Honestly won’t be back.. the pasta I had , the noodles were very chewy .. overcooked if you will… Let’s just say the service isn’t what you want it to be .. our server .. at the end asked us for a tip.. now I seen him hand out other receipts to other customers and didn’t ask them for a tip? I’m confused here .. I know some places don’t ask / frown upon them but basically being told we have to tip was a new one for me especially out here in Germany .. If you wanna be told to tip then hey this is the place for you … All I know is .. we won’t be back.. Food: 3/10 Service : 1/10 Atmosphere: 2/10

A little bit of Bella Italia in Regensburg. Definitely still a top address for Italian food. Since the restaurant moved, we had lost sight of it a bit. But it's so nice that it still has the same excellent cuisine as the old location used to have. Service super nice and friendly. Nice bright open location. We look forward to the sun terrace in summer. An absolute must is the Cosa Nostra with garlic herb butter 👌

Today my favorite son invited me to the Osteria to eat pizza. He has installed the new Neo Taste app. Similar to the old voucher book, 1st pay for pizza and the 2nd is free. Reserve a table online. The app must be presented before ordering, which worked without any problems. We had 2 pizzas with ham and salami. The salami was from the wholesaler and the cheese was hardly available. Unfortunately, the Abate pizza with rocket, beef fillet and cherry tomatoes was cold. The service was friendly and on point. We were a bit disappointed. But of course there is a second chance.

I ordered the steak “Florentina” medium. Got a pan splattering with oil and an almost cooked steak (for 45€)

.....did the test due to some good reviews and experienced absolute disappointment. Rigatoni with bolo, couldn't be easier. Absolutely no challenge for a good chef. But in the house there was hard, undercooked pasta with a dry, tasteless, overcooked-looking sauce. The quantity was manageable. But we're at the Italian restaurant, they must have some idea? No, they didn't, not again...!!!

Great place! Opens on Sunday, they don't close at nap time. Really good restaurant and food. Pizza is recommended. The pasta tagliatelle with salmon also really good.
