Hansa Apart-Hotel Regensburg in Regensburg

In itself a good hotel, conveniently located, with underground parking. There weren't enough free tables available for breakfast. It was time to wait.

Rooms very clean but a bit outdated. Breakfast was great. You can quickly reach the old town on foot

It was a short stay in this hotel! We were in transit from a two-week car trip through Hungary and were heading back to Amsterdam! That hotel was booked for us by foxreizen! Good hotel, neat room, not far from the center of Regensburg! Good breakfast and friendly staff!!! We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Rooms are very old. Since the carpet was old, it didn't smell pleasant either. The fridge was really dirty...so we were glad it was only one night.

There was a smell of stale air in the hallway and it was also very warm. It was also very warm in the rooms, no air conditioning. The bathroom could be updated (only bathtub with a high entry). The staff is friendly. The breakfast is also just standard.

Nice big room. Short way to the city center. You can also take the bus.

Very friendly staff. BUT Hotel shabby. Room without air conditioning and without minibar. Shower in the bathtub which has a very high edge. Hairdryer cannot be used because it is completely burnt. It stinks and there is thick air in the hallways. The stairwells were dirty for several days.

A good hotel in Regensburg. Very central. Staff and reception very friendly. Small garden behind the hotel where you can have a great breakfast in the morning. Gladly again

Apart from the enormous musty smell in the hallway there is nothing to complain about... Check in and out went without any problems Beds were comfortable - towels, hairdryer, shampoo...everything was there...

Really very friendly staff. Very attentive and highly motivated. Sure, the hotel is a little old, but I felt comfortable. Rich breakfast with good Bircher muesli.

Restaurant is very good and not expensive, our room had a shower where you had to stand in the bath, which I think is far from ideal for seniors

The most beautiful hotel on our bike tour so far. Very nice rooms. The evening menu was very tasty and beautifully presented. The selection at the breakfast buffet was huge and any food requests were fulfilled. The employees were very friendly, helpful and competent. I can highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast delicious and staff was friendly {Yosof was very hepful from day one]. Some rooms doesn't have bar fridge but if you tell in time you need one they will organize a room with bar fridge. TV and free Wifi. Hotel is conveniently close to the Arcaden and Hauptbahnhof, easy access to trains, buses and taxis.

Conveniently located near the main train station, very friendly staff, rooms clean and tidy, good breakfast buffet. Overall I was very satisfied.

All I can say about the restaurant is: Excellent! Great service, great cuisine. We will be back. The underground car park is great.8

Very clean, good access to parking, large rooms!

The interior is not that of a 4 star hotel. The furniture is now showing its age and you feel like you've been transported back to the 90s. There was hair in the bathtub. The breakfast room was too small, so not all guests were able to get a table straight away. Everything seemed very disorganized, you were not “welcomed” and were left to your own devices. No explanation regarding special requests, e.g. When it comes to egg dishes. There is only filter coffee and unfortunately the breakfast items such as rolls etc. were not replenished in a timely manner. When asked about this, the older lady in service was quite snippy. Conclusion: OK for 1 night, but if you booked for a longer period you would probably be quite disappointed.

The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The WiFi doesn't work at all. I read that this problem was known before. It's definitely not four stars. Maximum two.

Should be 2 stars and a little bit cheaper, then it will be fine.
