HIROKO KITCHEN AND BAR in Regensburg

Ein wirklich wunderbarer Besuch in Regensburg. Das Essen war durchweg köstlich und die Präsentation der Gerichte auf den dunklen Tellern hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Rindfleisch auf dem Rucola-Salat, das mit kleinen roten Fischrogen garniert war. Alles wirkte absolut frisch und wurde zügig serviert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hab bestellt über einen Lieferanten - Suppe kam heiß und die Nem Rollen knusprig an ! Absolut lecker 😋 .🫶🏻

Wie bereits von vielen erwähnt wird, ist der Service unterirdisch schlecht! Wir mussten über 30 Minuten warten damit endlich mal aufgenommen wurde, was wir denn gerne trinken würden. Danach weitere 30 Minuten Wartezeit bis wir unser Essen bestellen konnten. Personal ist zu überfordert und es gibt wesentlich bessere Restaurants. Das schicken war sehr hart gekocht und somit nicht genießbar für mich. Außerdem wurde am Anfang zu uns gesagt, wir sollen uns doch einen Tisch aussuchen, und als dann noch mehr Leute kamen, wurden wir von unserem Tisch weg gesetzt.!

Ich war jetzt schon öfter hier und bin jedes Mal von dem hervorragenden Essen und der Freundlichkeit des Personals begeistert.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir mussten trotz Reservierung sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. Als es schließlich kam, hatte es den Eindruck, als hätte es bereits längere Zeit gestanden – weder besonders heiß noch frisch. Außerdem waren Hunde zwar offenbar toleriert, man hatte jedoch deutlich das Gefühl, dass sie nicht wirklich erwünscht sind. Am schlimmsten war jedoch die unfreundliche Art der Wirtin. Statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern oder auf Kritik einzugehen, wurden wir eher unhöflich behandelt. Insgesamt leider kein angenehmer Besuch. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können das Restaurant aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Essen schmeckt einfach traumhaft und ist jedes Mal frisch und authentisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Für mich ist Hiroko definitiv mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Regensburg – ich komme immer wieder gerne! 🍣🥢

Beim letzten Mal wurde mein Crème Brûlée einfach vergessen. Ich habe mir damals gedacht: Fehler passieren, kein Problem. Ich arbeite selbst in der Gastronomie und weiß, dass so etwas vorkommen kann. Deshalb habe ich auch keine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben. Dieses Mal wurde es aber leider noch schlimmer. Statt einer Crème Brûlée kam einfach irgendeine dicke grüne Masse an. Keine Ahnung, was das überhaupt sein sollte. Dazu kommt, dass wir bei einer Sushi-Bestellung im Wert von 63 € gerade einmal zwei winzige Sojasaucen bekommen haben. Das ist wirklich enttäuschend. Mit jeder Bestellung sind wir in letzter Zeit unzufriedener geworden. Dabei waren wir früher Stammkunden und haben regelmäßig bei euch bestellt oder Essen abgeholt. Schade, aber nach diesen Erfahrungen werden wir wohl nicht mehr bestellen…

Essen war lecker, aber es gibt leider wirklich fast nichts in veggi oder vegan. Hatte auch schon wesentlich besseres veganes Sushi. Kein Tofu, die Auswahl ist so begrenzt, da könnte es bei so vielen Vegetariern und Veganer mittlerweile meiner Meinung nach echt mehr an bisschen besondereren Sachen für uns geben. Haben Essen bestellt, deswegen kann ich keine Auskunft über Service und Ambiente machen.

Das Ambiente empfand ich als äußerst gelungen – eine perfekte Mischung aus zeitloser Eleganz und Modernität. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch der Service. Trotz offensichtlicher Unterbesetzung an einem arbeitsreichen Sonntag agierte die Bedienung bemerkenswert effizient, stets höflich und stark kundenorientiert. Wir waren am Abend dort und haben fast 25 min gewartet bis wir Getränke und Essen bestellen konnten. Unser Tisch draussen wurde erst auf Nachfrage hin halbherzig abgewischt. Nach 3 mal nachfragen haben wir endlich Wasser für unseren Hund bekommen. Das eigentlich frisch frittierte Sushi (somit warm) war bereits kalt und hat dementsprechend geschmeckt. Der Salat daneben war welk und braun. Zudem mussten wir ewig warten bis wir bezahlen konnten. Service war absolut nicht okay obwohl kaum Gäste da waren. Lediglich Online Bestellungen kamen rein.

Das Restaurant Hiroko hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Die Portionen sind vollkommen in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Besonders schön ist, dass man draußen sitzen und die Atmosphäre genießen kann. Leider gibt es aber einen deutlichen Minuspunkt: Die Wartezeiten auf Getränke und Essen waren sehr lang. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Wer etwas Zeit mitbringt, wird dafür mit gutem Essen und freundlichem Service belohnt. Insgesamt trotzdem eine Empfehlung, auch wenn man sich auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen sollte.

Hiroko ist eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Regensburg. Es liegt idyllisch am Stadtpark und bietet sowohl Sitzplätze im Innenbereich als auch einen schönen Außenbereich, der im Sommer zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Essen schmeckt immer unglaublich frisch, und die Mittagskarte bietet ein besonders gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sodass man hochwertige Gerichte zu sehr fairen Preisen genießen kann. Die Bedienung ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Bei Hiroko vor Ort zu essen ist toll - alles kommt schnell, frisch und lecker. Aber zum Bestellen ist es nichts :( Da muss man das Konzept der Verpackungen überdenken. Entweder fehlt was oder man saut sich die Wohnung komplett voll, weil die Tüten immmmer gerissen und/oder komplett voll von Saucen/Suppen sind - das ist so schade! Aber wie gesagt, vor Ort ist es immer gut.

schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit guter Möglichkeit, online zu reservieren. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und wahrscheinlich hieraus resultierend der Service am Limit, jedoch immer freundlich. Allerdings wurden Getränkebestellungen vergessen und häufiger am "Tisch vorbeigelaufen" Die Getränke und Speisen waren durchweg sehr ansprechend vorbereitet und fehlerlos serviert. Vor allem die Pho in den verschiedenen Varianten sah überzeugend aus. Das bestellte Sushi war qualitativ gut, allerdings mit sehr viel Mayonnaise überzogen, was den Geschmackseindruck deutlich verfälscht hat. Die Nachspeisen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Preislich eher gehoben, jedoch aufgrund des betriebenen Aufwandes auch gerechtfertigt. Komme gerne wieder um die weiteren (warmen) Speisen zu versuchen, für Sushi habe ich andere Restaurants im Kopf

You can go there if you're hungry and want something halfway healthy. But I feel cheated when it comes to the ramen. The menu says "dashi broth." What you're serving me isn't dashi broth, it's ready-made vegetable broth from powder. Don't try to fool me. If the restaurant scene in the West weren't so limited, I wouldn't even bother coming here anymore.

A customer with allergies was not given the additional request to omit sesame seeds from their sushi and salad, resulting in an allergic shock. Furthermore, there was no apology, and the customer was then verbally abused for it. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered maki without sesame seeds due to a severe allergy. The maki were so poorly prepared that there were traces of sesame seeds everywhere. The accompanying salad also contained sesame seeds – this wasn't mentioned. As a result, my throat constricted and I had an allergic reaction. I informed the server, but they didn't apologize, ask how I was feeling, or offer any assistance whatsoever. Absolutely outrageous! On top of that, we waited an hour for our food.

It's an OK place I guess to have reasonably tasting Japanese food in Regensburg. Food (I ordered ramen) tasted ok, the noodles were good. Service could be improved, as order taking was slow. Food portions were large. Prices are reasonable. Some of the food items have interesting presentations.

We've ordered from Hiroko many times, but today was the first time we were very disappointed. There was a spider crawling around in our food, which was obviously disgusting, and we had to throw it away... Dear Hiroko, mistakes happen, but a spider in your food is too high a risk for me. Furthermore, the delivery person was very persistent about the doorbell today, ringing it for 35 seconds straight.

I regularly go to Hiroko with my colleagues – a real insider tip, especially for lunch. The dishes are fresh, taste really good, and are filling. I especially recommend the beef bowl – superbly seasoned and just the right portion. The price is absolutely fair for what you get. The only small drawback: the restaurant is difficult to reach by phone – but everything runs smoothly on site. All in all: top-notch Asian cuisine for your lunch break – fast, delicious, and uncomplicated.

Trust me everyone and get this delicious kimchi! It was a delight I can't describe, and those crispy rolls are beyond words! WOW! Trust me!

Great 5-star food, service a bit slow. We were there for a business meeting for almost three hours and only had two cold drinks and a coffee. Sushi was our starter, of excellent quality. The lunch menu, however, was excellent value and reasonably priced. Parking was a bit difficult, though. A nice park right next door.

The food was actually pretty good, but a restaurant without card payments? And in 2025, that's just not possible. So, it was my first visit and will be my last.

Ordered lunch via Lieferando. Starter: Nem Re. 0 points. Sorry, but the intestines in the shrimp under the breading are disgusting! You have to take the time to clean the food properly. Also, it's dripping with grease! The bun bo is no better! BEEF cut into large square pieces. Very tough and dry. Noodles greasy. Vegetables???? Onions, and otherwise, nothing good. Poor quality.

I spontaneously stopped by Hiroko for dinner today. The outdoor seating is okay, but you're sitting right on the street. The food was all the better for it. Delicious sushi, and the main course was also incredibly tasty. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, I've noticed a change in personnel in the kitchen. The previously bite-sized pieces have become too coarse to finish without the use of a knife. The quality and flavor of the meat have also deteriorated.

It is pretty cozy inside, with a beautiful atmosphere. The 2 women serving were very friendly. The makis we ate were one of the best ones I've ate in all my life! The Lamb were so great too, and also the side dishes! Just the pho was not so tradicional, and to less herbal as it should be. Big tip: they just accept payment in Cash!

Everything is just right: the stylish ambience, the excellent food and, above all, the exceptionally friendly service. What strikes me as particularly positive is the consistently polite and courteous service. You feel welcome here from the first moment. The staff is attentive but never intrusive. Questions about the menu are answered competently, special requests are received with a smile and implemented with the greatest care. Even when it's busy, the team remains calm, friendly and professional. This constant courtesy and genuine friendliness makes the visit special every time. You can clearly see that hospitality is not just a word here, but is actually lived. The food is always a pleasure: fresh, creatively prepared and tastes of a very high standard. Whether it's sushi, warm dishes or desserts - everything is coordinated down to the last detail. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. For me, Hiroko is a place where you don't just go out to eat, but where you really spend a nice time. Anyone who loves good food and values ​​a particularly pleasant atmosphere with first-class service should definitely come here. Unfortunately it looked more promising before than it actually is. The ambience is quite nice, but it clearly lacks some factors that justify the restaurant's price range. The food itself tasted quite good, but there could have been something wrong with it as we are now both struggling with stomach aches and other complaints that we don't want to go into in detail. Afterwards, friends of mine told me that they had also had the same problem. What was particularly striking was that from our seat we could see directly onto the counter, where the sushi that was to be served to the guests was standing, relatively freely accessible. However, some plates were left very public for over half an hour, basically in the aisle where anyone could walk past, which is not very hygienic and also reflects our current state of health. Appropriately, our food was brought to the table so quickly (which is actually a good thing) that no one in the world could have cooked it fresh in that time.

We went to this Japanese restaurant yesterday. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant ambience. After eating really bad ramen at another restaurant, I had to let the very helpful staff convince me to try it again. This ramen was delicious, so I would like to thank them for their powers of persuasion. I now understand why ramen can be a favorite food. Other dishes are served with dry ice, so it's a treat for the eyes too. I really liked the restaurant because of its ambiance, presentation, quality of the food, and very attentive and friendly service, and I'm happy to give it 5 stars.

HIROKO is one of the restaurants in Regensburg where the eye eats. Visually beautiful and appealing dishes. But it doesn't stop there - the whole thing tastes even better. There is also plenty of sushi to choose from in this restaurant. This isn't just a feast for the eyes either. (Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it.) You can also stay there for a while with good drinks. The waiting time felt a little longer, but with a group of 6 people - as well as other guests in the restaurant - this cannot be avoided and is acceptable. The service was very good.

I made a reservation online. I knew in advance that cash payment was not possible. What was not known was that alcohol is currently not allowed to be served because there is obviously no license, which I found simply impossible. I invited a friend over for her birthday dinner, so there was no toasting the new year. The food and service were fine.

Also came with salad and kimchi ( fresh ) We also ordered the grill set for 2 (kaisen set) that’s what it looks like. The presentation was beautiful. The food was amazing and was very fresh. We tried the the hiroko signature drink and the matcha colada. Also, some sushi we spent 98 For everything. They were very understanding and considerate to us , especially since we don’t speak the language. We had a great time. Also can’t wait to try the rest of grilled sets. Food : 10/10 Drinks: 10/10 Service: 10/10 We will be back .

Very nicely decorated restaurant. We went for dinner without a reservation. Nice waiter who assigned us a seat quickly and easily. The Kaisen set for 2 was beautifully presented and tasted excellent. You can taste very good quality and high-quality ingredients here. The rice was added like that. The two of us got full without any problems. The whole thing for 60 euros, you can't complain. Gladly again !
