Sehr leckeres Sushi, schön angerichtet, sehr bemühtes Personal und sehr freundlich! Man könnte aus dem Laden wirklich etwas machen.. das Ambiente ist leider sehr veraltet. Draußen könnte man eine Wohlfühloase gestalten anstatt des lieblosen Innenhofs mit Imbisstsichen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Nur das Ambiente im Außenbereich könnte ein bisschen besser und gepflegter sein. Da könnte man noch viel mehr daraus machen. Sonst alles gut.

Wir waren das allererste mal Sushi essen und haben uns das Hanomi ausgesucht. Wir waren begeistert 🤩 Mit viel Liebe angerichtet, selbstgemachte Soßen, sehr frischer Fisch und freundliche Besitzer … wir wurden herzlich empfangen und als Sushi Anfänger bestens beraten! HANOMI ist eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants, in denen ich je gegessen habe. Sushi ist lecker, das Restaurant hübsch gestaltet und es gab nette Mitarbeiter. Ich habe nicht auszusetzen. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall Sushi Inside out Rolls und das Matcha Eis!

Sehr cremiges, geschmacklich tolles rotes Thai Curry, Lachs im Sushi sehr frisch, Thai Suppe geschmacklich super lecker und auch das Vietnamesische Hauptgericht war lecker - etwas versteckt gelegen, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Hanomi gibt es noch nicht lange und wir haben dort zum ersten mal zum Abholen bestellt. So ein leckereres Pad Thai habe ich schon lange nicht mehr in Regensburg gegessen! Beim Curry war super viel Fleisch mit dabei und ebenfalls geschmacklich top. Das Hanomi könnte sich auf jeden Fall zu einem top vietnamesisch/thailändischen Restaurant entwickeln, da es vom Angebot und Geschmack der Gerichte wirklich heraussticht!

Das Essen dort war wirklich sehr lecker, hatte da für meinen Geburtstag mit meiner Familie einen Tisch reserviert und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Alles super und der Service war auch richtig gut :) wenn ihr leckeres asiatisches Essen probieren wollt (japanisch, vietnamesisch, thailändisch) dann probiert das auf jeden Fall mal aus!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant auch wenn ich erst daran vorbei gelaufen bin, der Service ist super und umso besser finde ich das Essen. Kaum zu schweigen von dem Ambiente kann ich es nur jedem ans Herz legen einmal herzukommen.

Das Essen sieht sehr schön und appetitlich aus. Die Sushi-Rollen sind kreativ dekoriert und wirken sehr frisch. Der Geschmack ist harmonisch: weicher Reis, frische Zutaten und leckere Soßen. Insgesamt sehr lecker und eine tolle Erfahrung. 🍣

Ich war dort und habe die köstlichen Lachs-Udon genossen; die Pilz-Udon-Sauce war duftend und geschmackvoll, und der Lachs war sehr frisch. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen und bald wiederkommen, um es erneut zu genießen.

Ich war am Valentdienstag mit meiner Freundin da und ich muss schon sagen die Atmosphäre war sehr herzhaft. Das Essen hat ebenfalls gemundet. Beim Service und der Ambiente war auch nichts auszusetzten. Für mich ganz klar 5 Sterne.

Wir hatten mit meiner Familie reserviert und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Pho war ein echtes Highlight, vor allem das Fleisch: super zart, intensiv im Geschmack und richtig hochwertig. Die Brühe hat alles perfekt ergänzt. Das Restaurant ist zwar etwas versteckt, jedoch gehe ich da super gerne wieder hin, wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin.

Sehr leckere reichhaltige Portionen, Top Preis Leistung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Eine Klare Empfehlung! Durch die große Speisekarte mit thailändischen, vietnamesischen und Sushi Gerichten kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.

Das Restaurant liegt recht zentral, was definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Für eilige Gäste, Touristen, die in stärker frequentierten Lokalen keinen Platz gefunden haben, oder für alle, die einfach unkompliziert zu Mittag oder zu Abend essen möchten, kann dieses Lokal eine passende Wahl sein – vorausgesetzt, man ist gerade in der Nähe. Der Service ist prompt, die Preise liegen möglicherweise etwas unter denen anderer Restaurants in der Umgebung, und damit ist im Wesentlichen alles gesagt.

Wir waren zu zweit zum Essen hier. Als wir ankamen mussten wir erstmal warten, da niemand an der Theke war. Das Restaurant hat eine angenehme Größe, wobei die Tische teilweise sehr eng stehen. Die Getränke und Essensbestellung war schnell erfolgt. Hier gab es aber auch leichte Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit der Bedienung. Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war geschmacklich auch wirklich sehr gut. Die Portionsgröße ist aufjedenfall ausreichend. Alls es dann zum Bezahlen ging war es wieder schwierig, der eine gibt es an seinen Kollegen weiter, der kommt aber ewig nicht und so muss man warten und warten. Fazit: Das essen ist wirklich 5* Wert und auch sehr zu empfehlen. Am Service sollte aber dringend gearbeitet werden!!

Habe vor 90min online eine Bestellung zum Liefern aufgegeben (von Freunden empfohlen) und auch die entsprechende Bestätigungsmail bekommen. Jetzt habe ich gerade telefonisch nachgefragt wo denn das Essen bleibt. Als Antwort kam erst „Ist gerade fertig geworden, wir liefern gleich“, dann: „Sie haben vor 30min bestellt.“ (ist durch meine Bestätigungsmail widerlegt) und zuletzt: „Bis zu Ihnen fahren wir nicht. Ist zu weit weg.“ ( Laut Google Maps 10km, in der Bestellung: 4,50.-€ über 8km, ohne Limit. Und die Bestellung wurde auch angenommen…….). Essen jetzt die alte Breze. 🤷‍♂️

Leider kann ich über das Essen nichts sagen, es kam nämlich nie bei mir an... Ich hab kurz vor 20 Uhr bestellt für 21 Uhr. Gleich nach Bestellung erhielt ich eine Bestellbestätigung per Mail. Um 21:15 habe ich angerufen und wurde mit einem "sorry - dauert noch 30-40 Minuten" vertröstet. Weitere 45 min später habe ich erneut nachgerufen. Die Aussage war, der Fahrer sei seit 15 min unterwegs. Das kam mir unglaubwürdig vor...auf Nachfrage war der Fahrer doch noch nicht auf dem Weg, wollte aber in 5 min da sein. Leider kam er nicht... Ich habe kein Problem damit, wenn eine Bestellung vergessen wird, das kann passieren. Mich aber hinhalten, vertrösten und der Bestellung auch auf erneuter Aufforderung nicht nachkommen - das kann ich nicht verstehen. Ich mochte das Essen dort immer sehr, umso enttäuschender war diese Erfahrung.

Wir waren wirklich enttäuscht. Der Service war eine Katastrophe – wir haben über 25 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet und dann noch einmal fast 30 Minuten auf die Rechnung. Die Bedienung war leider völlig unorganisiert, wusste nicht, wem welches Gericht gehört, und sprach nur sehr gebrochen Deutsch, sodass Rückfragen kaum möglich waren. Das Essen war kalt und geschmacklich schwach, einzig das Sushi war gut. Das Ambiente wirkte ungepflegt – sogar die Lieferfahrer saßen im Gastraum mit Jacke und Mütze, was insgesamt einen sehr unprofessionellen Eindruck hinterließ. Schade, wir hatten uns deutlich mehr erhofft.

Essen wirklich gut, Bedienung jedoch nur selten zu sehen, saßen ewig vor leeren Getränken, insgesamt wirkte es sehr kühl und nicht so einladend, war auch nur ein Tisch noch besetzt

Sehr langsamer Service, am besten nicht hingehen, wenn man hungrig ist. Das Essen schmeckt lecker, aber für den Preis möchte ich nicht ewig darauf warten müssen.

Never again, unfortunately. Each time it just gets worse and worse. Instead of two different types of sushi, I got two identical ones with disgusting salmon: with dark fat on it – what customer would eat that? I want the best fresh salmon with no dark spots, everything evenly and made with love. The sushi is too small, cheap (even looking) – like it's from a supermarket. No quality. Dragon Birds used to be so good, but this third time has been a total disappointment…

The first time, I waited two hours, only for the restaurant to tell me they couldn't deliver. The second time, I waited almost three hours (after an hour, I called again and again, and they always said it would take a maximum of 20 minutes). The food was okay. Really not recommended.

I can definitely recommend the food, but unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. Portions are too small and too expensive. The service also has room for improvement. A request for a change to the order was accepted, but then it was delivered incorrectly. Although only three to four tables were occupied (each with two to three people), the food for three people took almost an hour. During a two-hour stay, we were asked for more drinks once.

The sushi was okay, but the soups were truly inedible; I threw them both away. Extremely bad taste and incredibly spicy. Neither Tom Yam Gung nor Tom Kha Gai should taste like that :(

A rather disappointing experience. First, one of two orders was forgotten, and then, finally, a mediocre Thai curry was sold as Pad Krapao. The ambiance is as lackluster as the staff. Apparently, there was a change of tenant here in mid-2025, which explains the older and better reviews, but that's nothing but misleading.

The red curry was truly delicious—the best I've had in Germany so far, and very authentic. The duck was wonderfully crispy and also tasted excellent. The homemade iced tea was also delicious and lovingly prepared. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance with relaxing Chinese music and a cute interior. The service was friendly, although communication was a bit difficult at times due to limited German and English skills. The lunch menu included free spring rolls, which we unfortunately didn't get. Furthermore, despite ordering mushrooms, my meal was served with mushrooms. We were also initially overcharged, but this was corrected after we pointed it out. Please note: Payment is cash only, and the restaurant is located on the outskirts of the city center, accessible via a small alley.

I had the opportunity to visit Dragon Birds for lunch today, August 3, 2025, and I was absolutely thrilled. The value for money was excellent. I opted for the large Tom Yum Gung soup with rice, which was absolutely delicious. The fresh ingredients, which you could taste in every bite, were a testament to the careful preparation. My friend's dish from the lunch menu was also delicious. The service was also first-class. The staff was attentive and courteous, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Absolutely phenomenal red Thai curry, homemade and ultra creamy!

We ordered via Uber Eats at 9 p.m. The order was taken, but the food never arrived, and they just left it at that. Accepting orders even when they can't process them is, unfortunately, a complete disgrace. I can't say anything about the food.

Unfortunately, delivery took 100 minutes, which was also different from the stated delivery time of 45-55 minutes. The restaurant, however, reciprocated by offering a Coke on the house without asking, which I appreciated. The food, however, arrived lukewarm. Some of the soup spilled into the bag, but overall it was OK. The salmon was cooked fine, but the rice was cooked with a lot of fat or butter; it tasted a bit stale and was very greasy. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

Endless waiting times, wrong orders, waiters don't understand anything, a comedy show

EDIT: Unfortunately, I now have to process my application. After years, we were there again yesterday, and it either changed hands or has a new tenant. We were so disappointed with how Dragonbirds has declined. The staff were nice, but orders took forever and everything was mixed up. My drink was completely wrong, and I had to check it carefully at the end because it was incorrectly printed on the bill. Of course, that can happen, but we really didn't feel good about it afterward, so unfortunately, we won't be coming again. We were at Dragonbirds for the first time today to meet the new team and see what's been going on there! We were absolutely thrilled!! The sushi is not only delicious, but it's served with dry ice! The service is incredibly friendly, and we really felt like they were serving us with joy. The iced tea/homemade lemonades are highly recommended! The prices are a bit higher than usual, but the food is truly something special. Many thanks to the fantastic team at Dragonbirds for a wonderful evening!

The food was relatively good and a decent portion, although there wasn't enough sauce. Unfortunately, they didn't accept our voucher, even though we complied with all the terms and conditions, and we didn't get our change back either – what a shame! We won't be back.

Essen haben wir uns liefern lassen. Haar im Essen, Crunchy Roll hat mich sehr enttäuscht und Maki klein und alt geschmeckt. Edamame Schale hat nach Abwasser geschmeckt. NIE WIEDER! 54€ weniger auf dem Konto…

Seit 8 Jahren Kunde und ob der letztlich sehr negativen Rezensionen sehr gespannt. Wir bestellten die Sushiplatte für 2 und waren äußerst gespannt ob unsere sehr positiven Erfahrungen die letzten Jahre nun entäuscht werden würden! Das erst was auffiel war , dass die Karte, die nur Text ohne Bilder beinhaltete - im „Alten“ Dragonfly war die Karte bebildert und von deutlich besserer Qualität! Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend, es mangelte ihr aber (noch) an perfekten Deutschkenntnissen, was die eine oder andere Nachfrage notwendig machte. Auch das Timing stimmte (noch) nicht, ich erwarte nach 15 min im Outdoorbereich einfach die Präsenz der Bedienung, die nachfragt, ob noch etwas zu servieren sei. Das Sushi selbst war für 2 Personen zwischen gut bis üppig, die Qualität hervorragend! Deswegen 4 von 5, da im Bereich des Service noch Luft nach oben ist. Kommen gerne wieder!

The service and food were great :) We'd love to eat there again.

The food tasted very poorly. The ramen was made with spaghetti. I had a mixed berry water, which was just sparkling water with chopped frozen strawberries. It simply tasted of nothing. The gyozas were the only good things. The udon noodles and ramen were below average. The curry was average. It's a shame to see a restaurant deteriorate so much.

I ordered from Uber Eats and waited over two hours for delivery. Among other things, I ordered a salmon bowl. It didn't seem the freshest (mushy). It didn't taste good either - I only tried a little because I was worried about getting an upset stomach. However, I was already negatively influenced by the unpleasant smell of the bag the food came in. I wouldn't recommend it.

Auch wenn der Besitzer inzwischen gewechselt hat sollte man sich trotzdem an die Regeln vom Gutscheinbuch halten. Der Service war mäßig, das Essen auch, z.T. entsprach es nicht der Beschreibung in der Karte. 8,50€ für 1l Wasser mit 6 Minzblättchen und 4 Orangenstücke ist völlig überteuert, vor allem wenn man nur einen halben Liter bestellt hat. Alles in allem war der Besuch enttäuschend und wir werden da nicht mehr hingehen!

Even if the new owner felt he didn't have to follow the rules of the voucher book, it's unfair to the guests. Furthermore, the descriptions of some of the dishes on the menu were different from what one actually received. The service left a lot to be desired; instead of a half liter, we were given a liter of water with 6 mint leaves and 4 orange segments for €8.50, which, in my opinion, is completely overpriced. We will definitely not visit the restaurant again.

Unfortunately, I have to say I've never been so disappointed with my order, after waiting 115 minutes for it. After the delivery driver had delivered to three other customers, my bowl, for which I paid €18 (the portion is absolutely unjustified for that price), arrived in the following condition: The rice was completely cold, the eel that was supposed to be was completely soggy, and the cold chain had been broken for so long that I (being pregnant) couldn't eat it.

Der Service ist einfach nur unterirdisch schlecht. Portionen zudem sehr klein und völlig überteuert. Falsche, unvollständige Bestellung. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Essen schmeckt grausam und a la Tiefkühlkost.

We also had the problem that the voucher didn't count. The sushi was mediocre, and there was no coffee or anything similar because the machine was broken. They also didn't have various desserts and juices. The ambiance could be improved! There are much better sushi restaurants in Regensburg, no recommendation! Apparently they also have a problem with negative reviews and call it defamation—sorry, but why sugarcoat something that was simply shit?

Absolutely disappointing. We ordered through Lieferando – but the delivery was completely wrong. After a phone call with the restaurant, which was already very difficult to communicate with, we were told someone would come. So we waited forever for the delivery person, assuming our correct order would be freshly prepared and that we'd be allowed to keep both as compensation. Instead, the incorrect order was simply taken away from us – and we got the order back, which had apparently ended up with someone else. That's unacceptable. The mere thought of our food being with a stranger is extremely unpleasant. No one can guarantee that it hasn't been touched or otherwise contaminated. Never again…

Delicious food, too little for the pricing, poorly prepared kappamaki with strangely oversized cucumber strips and no sesame seeds! A very sweet and welcoming waitress, but also made the atmosphere quiet and slightly awkward

Super friendly service, very good food! I would recommend it to everyone! The waitress who spoke English was incredibly friendly and competent; she definitely deserves a raise 🥰

I ordered Tori Udon to pick up. In the empty restaurant there were some problems with communication between the staff. The price/performance ratio is ok, but there is still more possible.

The drama started with redeeming a voucher from the voucher book. This can be redeemed without any time restrictions. However, after consultation, this only applies during the week and not on weekends (of course it is not in the booklet and in my opinion it is just an excuse). The food was okay for the price, but nothing special. The service was bad. I first got the wrong dish and then had to argue after returning it... under all circumstances. At the end, a mouse/rat scurried through the restaurant. Today was our first and definitely last visit.

This was always our favorite restaurant, but since the owner changed at the beginning of the year - disaster. We've been there three times now. My daughter received a meal she didn't order twice. At least it was taken back with apologies. My food was okay every time, but not as good as usual. Service, yes. If the mobile game isn't more important, maybe someone will come with the bill. However, there are some things that are not right. 12.50 euros for a wheat and a passion fruit spritzer?? We will look for another sushi restaurant.

We have ordered the Pho, yet for a 16€ dish it was only some broth, noodles and couple piece of meat… almost no Vegetables and yet mostly noodles. I would like to ask the restaurant to improve this should be great dish!

What happened to Dragonbirds? Previously you had to make a reservation to get a table. There's nothing going on today...the sushi was bland and tasted on a supermarket level, but with pharmacist prices. The service doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, the gentleman couldn't communicate with us or count, we almost had to argue so that I could get the correct change. The voucher booklet (20%) was initially approved, but then not deducted from the bill. People couldn't (or didn't want to?) understand us.

Total failure, I can't recommend it with a clear conscience. Food mediocre, including starters that were essentially still frozen, service catastrophic, forgetful and unfriendly and the atmosphere at least strange. Sushi was solid but a tough piece for the price asked. Rice was tasteless, supposedly flambéed fish wasn't fried until crispy and cooked tempuras were sometimes tough. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, the drinks we ordered didn't make it to us within 1 1/2 hours. At least they were deducted directly from the bill without any objection. In the end, the evaluation of every restaurant visit is subjective in nature.

Years ago it was a nice asian restaurant with decent food, but i visited this place again and I noticed the quality of food , service and even the staff was massively degraded. I tried to give the waiter a feedback about the food and ask what has been changed here , and he got immediately defensive and rude. Never go there again !

Despite a confirmed reservation and a reminder sent to us via SMS, it was simply closed! Even the door said open! IMPOSSIBLE!

We ordered four separate sushi menus with edamame for a total of €35, so we expected a good portion. We received the box included in the picture. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio doesn't match at all. In terms of quality, I would unfortunately only compare the sushi with Rewe Sushi. I wouldn't order there again, unfortunately it was very disappointing.

We ordered many different dishes, all of which were excellent in terms of quality and taste. The prices were reasonable for the really generous portions. There is no skimping on fish, beef or similar more expensive ingredients here. Plus nice service. We are all full and happy. Gladly again!

It used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but due to a change in ownership it can no longer be compared to what it used to be... First of all, AFTER ORDERING THE FOOD, we were told that it was not possible to redeem the voucher book - on the grounds that there was a new owner. Just wanted to visit the restaurant because of the voucher. The owner played a techno festival playlist (including advertising) from YouTube throughout...the ambience was therefore rather bad. In the end, no card payment was possible and we had to pay the holder the amount via a quick transfer. He updated his bank app on the table (we now also know the owner's account balance)...unfortunately everything was very unprofessional...a shame.

I ordered food through Wolt at the restaurant 4 times. 3 times I received 3 different types of vermicelli with fish sauce. The first time is correct. The second time, it seemed like it was mistaken for sour soup noodles. But the second time there was an additional piece of salmon. The third time it was sour soup noodle soup and no salmon pieces. But I find it delicious. So I have no opinion. When I have time, I will come eat directly to know what the restaurant is like.

We wanted to order something Asian for lunch on Sunday and have it delivered and we were super happy with our food. (Two vegetarians and one meat eater) Lots of different fresh vegetables, fried onions on top, lemongrass too I think and a good sauce. I also think the price-performance ratio is very good compared to other restaurants in Regensburg.

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe, Sweinefleisch mit Nudeln, Fleisch trocken und zäh, ohne Geschmack. Beim Abräumen des halb vollen Tellers und einem Kommentar hiess es seitens des Kellners: das ist vietnamesisch. Thunfisch war ok, die Portion recht übersichtlich. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Very bad food, we have a stomach ache after eating, disappointing service

The ambience and atmosphere were great, the service was very friendly and quick and the food was great! We ordered sushi ranch for 2 people and were very impressed! 😍 Ps: using the voucher book was also absolutely no problem.

There are now better alternatives in Regensburg than here.

Nice and fast service. Unfortunately one part of the gyoza had no filling. Otherwise the food was good. Redeeming the voucher book worked without any problems.

The last time I went there was a year ago, but I never went back after the waiter wanted to show us how delicious the shrimp chips were after serving the dish and helped himself to one from our plate. Incomprehensible. Up to this point I had a good impression of the restaurant and the food and enjoyed visiting it. This experience was a complete break and I will never go there again. I stumbled across the website today by chance and feel compelled to share this experience with potential future guests.

There were peanuts scattered everywhere on my order (via Lieferando). According to the allergen list on the website and on lieferando, it should not contain any nuts. This is not so great if you have a nut allergy!

Went there for the first time with friends. The food was very tasty… But unfortunately the service was a disaster. It took an eternity until the drinks were served or a waitress arrived... unfortunately my friend's food was completely forgotten and he only got his food after us! Unfortunately we don't know if we want to come back for these reasons...

Far far from authentic:( My ramen soup was so salty that I could hardly eat it (and I actually always add salt to my food) and the contents were not what was written on Uber. Instead of shiitake mushrooms, I think there were mushrooms in it I don't know exactly what eggplant, zucchini, broccoli and a whole onion went in there either. I just wanted to pursue my ramen craving:'(

Delicious food, deliciously prepared, service very friendly. You don't have to eat with chopsticks, there is also real cutlery.

Der Service war sehr schlecht und am Ende auch unhöflich. Insgesamt hatten wir 5 Getränke bestellt. Bis das 5. Getränk am Tisch war vergingen 35 Minuten und es war nur 3 weitere Gäste da, um die sich in dem Moment auch keiner gekümmert hat. Beim Essen waren 2 Sachen falsch und der Rest hat nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Das Curry war ganz gut. Die Ramen schmeckten nach Fertig-Brühe.
