Very good, varied lunch buffet!!!

There were a lot of leftover food and cloths under the table. It didn't taste that good and, to be honest, it smelled in there

very poor customer service. The waitress delayed every time we ordered something that took longer than 15 minutes. She was very stressed and didn't care about the customer. In the end he brought the wrong bills and we had to charge for what we had consumed in the restaurant. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

The food and drinks was good and the service was good. My husband and I went there as walk in customers and and we didn't have any reservations because we just tried it there. When we arrived, it was a lot of people because it was weekend and we didn't know that they only have buffet during that time and we didn't wanna have buffet, so we asked one the staffs. if we can just order normal dish or single dish and luckily they were nice to serve us the food. The guy who assists us was very nice even though they were kinda busy because they had plenty of customers. Thank you for that.

We made a reservation, but the lady who showed us to the table wasn't interested at all. So you don't have to make a reservation at all. The next waitress came to the table and asked for drinks without us having time to choose what. And she also mentioned that we have two hours. Afterwards we should go again because it’s the next “shift”. I haven't had anything like that either. It's not possible to make such a deal for that price. It was absolutely full around 6 p.m. Huge queues, food at the buffet was quickly sold out. It wasn't a great experience, but it was a short and expensive one. No recommendation!

Wir wurden nach langer Zeit wieder genötigt abends dorthin zum Buffet zu gehen. Kantinenbetrieb. Viel zu wenig Personal. Wartezeit am Grill über 20 Minuten. Tintenfisch Ringe aus Fake Brei. 80% der Gerichte total versalzen und somit nicht schmackhaft. Lediglich die Ente war gut. Insgesamt noch mal schlechter als bei meinem letzten Besuch. Werde die nächste Einladung ausschlagen.

On February 7th, 2025 I visited the Liu Asia Restaurant. The place is nicely decorated and the food was mostly okay. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. We were charged for a drink that we specifically did not order. Even after speaking to the boss on site, we were told that we still had to pay it. Additionally, we were not treated politely, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Because of these experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately no tofu. But otherwise great selection on the lunch menu.

We were there at 8 p.m. Nothing was refilled, the sushi buffet and dessert buffet were empty, and the chocolate fountain was turned off. The rest of the food was dry and had been lying around for a while, but there wasn't much left anyway. Leftovers for 1 adult plus 1 child for 52.50 euros. The restaurant saw us for the last time today. It used to be really good a few years ago, but has gotten worse over the last 2 years. The service wasn't great either, waiting forever for drinks or paying even though there wasn't much going on...

The buffet was lavish and delicious, and the price was right for Regensburg! The salad from the buffet was particularly fresh and delicious. The waiter was very accommodating and quickly cleared away the used plates. It was also regularly replenished and the food in the counters was regularly "stirred". We didn't use the Mongolian grill. Drinks were brought very quickly and overall the restaurant has a nice atmosphere!

The grill buffet is very good. The hot food needs improvement both in terms of selection and quality.

Food good. But I don't think Gorilla belongs on the menu. Species protection and so on. But everyone has to know for themselves. Otherwise everything is good. Recommended.

Already knew the restaurant from days gone by. My first address when I am in the Czech Republic. This time the fireplace was in operation in disgustingly damp and cold temperatures, which made the room cozy. Staff very friendly. Food great👍. Affordable meals.

Varied buffet with many normal dishes, sushi, fruits with chocolate fountains and ice cream. Always my pleasure. At lunchtime for €13.80 a really more than fair price!

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The service was unfriendly and it felt like something was thrown in our faces. My brother also felt sick after eating. Due to these experiences, we unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

Very tasty there and there is enough choice too

The food is good and the decor is ok. However, the service during our visit was not exactly commendable. The staff is very inattentive, so we often had to clear our plates ourselves. The staff simply walked past it even though nothing else was being carried or done. (I could see that well.) The restaurant was a little over half full, but preparations took an extremely long time.

If you would like to eat an Asian buffet, or even allacart, Liu is the right place for you. Absolutely excellent and always delicious in the company of the very courteous staff!

We reserved a table, and then it was assigned differently, so we were planted somewhere else, Many dishes weren't even refilled after 9 p.m. You couldn't order anything from the menu, the menu was offered when you made the reservation, and then not again, so everyone had to take the buffet. Were already disappointed.

The food was average, there was a piece of meat that was not cooked well, but overall it was not bad. The worker was upset with us because we ordered a lot of food, while the men's bathroom was like a horror movie, there were a lot of spiders and filth.

We picked up the food. Duck and chicken. Good quality. Fresh vegetables. Tasted good. Only the appetizer platter (king's place setting for 2 people) is not recommended. Simply too little and too expensive. Therefore 4 points in service. A bag of shrimp chips was given as a gift.

We reserved a table at 8pm on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the buffet hadn't been refilled. It stayed that way despite asking if it would be refilled. If we had been told on the phone that 8 p.m. was already too late and that only the leftovers from the buffet were available, we wouldn't have come. The disgustingness of the chocolate fountain is hard to beat. A broth made from fat water and baking cocoa. I've never eaten anything so disgusting. All in all we paid around 35 euros per person for nothing. That was definitely the last time.

The waiters were polite, but unfortunately the sushi 🍣 and the food in general weren't replenished, which I think is a shame. The food was a bit soggy and generally still good. After 8 p.m. there were hardly any waiters there. It was filling but just wasn't that good.

Food was ok. There were 6 of us here (4 adults and 2 children) The taste of the food at the buffet was okay, but unfortunately some things weren't really warm anymore. Unfortunately not enough for the price.

Unfortunately, we were treated very unkindly here twice. There was something left on the children's plates, the waitress said we should finish it or she would charge us €5 per full plate, which was an outrage. That was the last time I eat there.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday. I have to honestly say that the food was ok. Not bad, but nothing special either. The worst thing is that children aged 9 and over pay in full at the buffet. You could possibly do it from 12 or 13. But not from 9. €22.50 is a disgrace. Was an expensive lunch.

We were a group of 4 people on Sunday evening 8pm. A number of dishes such as: B. Shells were out. When asked, no more of the food that had been served was offered. Sushi was e.g. T. out. What was still there was dry and one-sided. This alone should have resulted in a reduction in the price. The dishes that were still there get a grade of 4 from me. The gentleman at the grill didn't speak German (he wasn't Asian) and there was no interpreting. When I got to the dessert buffet (bananas for the chocolate fountain were also out), there was already a lot of cleaning going on - which is generally a good thing. But the same gentleman who didn't speak German and was previously standing ON the grill was now standing ON or NEXT to the grill/worktop!!!!!!! This was really not how I imagined my visit to a restaurant, which cost me 105 euros. I will no longer visit this restaurant - and neither will my companion! There remains a certain discomfort!

Very nice, inexpensive Chinese buffet in Regensburg. I found the decor very attractive and clean. The service was nice and courteous. We ate there in the evening without a reservation during the week and were seated straight away. The main and dessert buffet is more than sufficient. Overall, I can say that this is exactly how I imagine a Chinese buffet would be and I would be happy to come back.

The food was good, acceptable for two people on a 1500km car journey. However, the service and attitude of the staff leave something to be desired. It “scans” the people at the tables based on how familiar the VISA card is. We clearly need to work on the way we approach customers. Women as sour as lemons.

Absolutely no go. We were regular guests for a long time but currently it is a complete disaster. Absolutely overcrowded on public holidays and you wait a good hour for your food from the grill and then the wrong food comes. We were there recently and it was already very full and you could only get a table with a reservation. Luckily we had someone to take over the reservation. At the entrance, the waitress handed the table over to someone completely different. When I spoke to the waitress, he said: "If something doesn't fit, you can go there" and pointed to the door. There is definitely no emphasis on hospitality here.

We go to Liu every now and then. The food is very varied and very good. But the fact that you can't order anything from the menu on Saturday (only the buffet) is simply not possible. I understand that it's easier this way when the restaurant is full, but not everyone is that hungry, and 22.50 euros for the buffet is quite steep. We also had to wait 20 minutes for a cocktail and then it was the wrong one. It's a shame, otherwise it always worked

There for lunch. Nice staff, typical decor. Buffet food price okay. It would have been nice to have it refilled. Unfortunately, shortly after twelve, the bar was half empty. Even the rice was out. No fried noodles, no fried duck, no sweet/sour duck. That was a little disappointing. But the rest was definitely delicious.

Were there on Friday evening. Food was ok. But unfortunately there was no soap from the beginning (6 p.m.). The toilets are in an impossible condition. After repeated requests, after 3 hours only the soap was refilled, not cleaned. Not acceptable at a restaurant.

The all-you-can-eat restaurant offered a diverse selection of dishes, most of which tasted excellent. Unfortunately, the sushi couldn't keep up with the usual standard and disappointed my palate, especially since I eat sushi regularly. Still, the overall experience was positive, and the other dishes exceeded my expectations. A place I would like to visit again, however I would avoid the sushi next time.

At the reception we were not greeted warmly, it was very cold - it was the foreman or the boss himself. People looked at him and saw that he really didn't need any more money. So we were treated pretty disgustingly and we wanted our fish on the platter where everything was grilled. Of course we didn't let it be grilled there because there were about 10-15 different dishes. We didn't want our fish mixed with all the other fats and unfortunately he didn't want to understand that. So we left our fish behind and ate what we had prepared, which we didn't really like. I would never eat there again in my life, unfortunately I invited a few people and that was the last time for me☹️👎

We've been here a few times for a buffet meal and every time everything was great! The price has gone up a bit now, but it won't be expensive, so that suits us.

The food was delicious, sometimes the buffet was a bit too crowded. The ambience could be better, quite loud due to poor room separation.
