We ordered delivery from Ricecorn and were extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. After receiving the wrong order, I inquired whether our delivery could be tracked or at least replaced. I was simply told to check with the delivery service myself. When our food arrived an hour and a half later, we were saddened to discover that every dish was a complete disappointment. The sushi was mediocre, and the gyozas (vegetarian) and sweet potato summer rolls were comparable to cardboard in terms of texture and flavor. The Buddha Bowl for €18 is a handful of noodles with some tofu and salad; equally disappointing in terms of taste. Overall, a frustrating experience; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ricecorn absolutely won me over with its fresh and creative Asian cuisine. The poke bowls are especially top-notch: crispy ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and wonderfully combined. The fried sushi is a real highlight – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is modern and inviting. Ricecorn is an absolute must for all sushi and poke fans. I'll definitely be back!

It should be run by Vietnamese. The environment is in line with my style. There are many young people in the small courtyard. I only had salad with my friends. Because the rice is not big, we only ordered one huge salad. I can't give an accurate evaluation of the food. 3 It's too noisy to go there on weekends. People around are talking very loudly. Many people speak "foreigner German". Too noisy. The price-performance ratio can only be said to be OK, which meets the overall conditions. I've been to RiceCorn several times. The food is always delicious. They have an extensive sushi menu with many sushi set meals to choose from, including ones for two people and families. There are also some other delicious dishes besides sushi. Everything is very fresh and visually appealing. The decor is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

I was here today. I was alone, and when I walked in, no one greeted me, even though I said "hello." A woman handed me the menu and didn't say another word. I ordered fish noodles and a glass of Coke. A while later, the woman brought the food without a word, with a rather unpleasant look. After I finished my meal and said I wanted to pay by card, the same woman rudely replied that it only worked for orders over €25, without further explanation. This means that, as far as I know, I can only pay by card if the bill is €25 or more. Maybe I have to put up with this service attitude because I'm Asian, or because I'm also Vietnamese, and that's why they don't want to serve me. The food is okay, but with this kind of service, I'll never come back.

I ordered sushi that said it had salmon in it, and it did, but it was cooked salmon, not raw salmon??? Who wants cooked salmon in sushi? Sushi actually translates to "raw fish," so it was really disappointing. The summer rolls I got had about one shrimp per roll, which is really filling. I can't recommend them, especially after spending €75. It's really sad.

I ordered a bowl here and while eating it, I discovered several small flies in my salad. Absolutely disgusting. I reported it and although I got a new plate, I still had to pay for everything as normal. If I were a member of the kitchen staff, a member of staff, or the owner, I wouldn't have charged for such a thing. Such a hygiene lapse should not be allowed in a restaurant. This was my last visit. I no longer have any trust in this kind of attitude towards cleanliness.

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. I used to enjoy coming here, especially because the prices were good and the food was delicious. The service has never been particularly good. I can only agree with the other reviewers that you feel rather unwelcome here (especially recently). We were particularly disappointed during the last two or three visits. The quality is simply not what it used to be. However, the prices have been increased despite the declining quality. For us, this was the last time. Fortunately, there is enough competition in the area that delivers good quality and service.

I was a regular at Ricecorn for years and regularly ordered sushi and bowls, including takeout. Although I've since moved away, I ordered via Uber Eats on my last two visits – unfortunately, the food isn't comparable to what it used to be. The portions seem almost half the size, while the prices have gone up. Such small, falling-apart sushi rolls at these prices are actually a disgrace. It's a shame that the quality has declined so drastically. I always loved the restaurant, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it.

We had been going here for 3 years. Was always pretty good until recently. Last time the tuna sushi we got didn’t taste right so we waited a while to try this place again. Today ate here for the last time. The tuna was brown, hard and not fresh at all. We never send food back but it was so bad we did not want to pay for it because we could not eat the food. We get the Volcano tuna every time and this time it was inedible. The guy was indignant and refused to take it off our bill. There are plenty of better restaurants around. Avoid RiceCon.

We have been going here for three years. The service has never been good but we were okay with it for the reasonable prices. However, the prices have gone up and the quality has plummeted. Last time we went we really noticed a difference in quality for the worse. Even got sick. After waiting a bit, we decided to give it one last chance. Terrible idea. The tuna was unsafe to eat. We politely and discreetly tried to bring this to their attention. We said the other dishes were fine and were willing to pay for them but the tuna was not fresh. They were very indignant about it, never apologized never offered a substitute or discount. They argued the discoloration was because it was “seared”. I worked in restaurants for many years. Seared tuna is not brown, grey, and green. It was so fishy and the outside texture was hard while the inside texture was mealy. Absolutely inedible. In the end they continued to refuse to apologize or make an effort to make it right. We ended up paying the whole amount despite only having a bite of two tuna sushi entrees. There are plenty of better priced, fresher, and better serviced sushi restaurants in Regensburg. Sorry to say, but stay away from this place and look elsewhere.

We ordered food here on Saturday December 5th. One Peanut Love and Inari Ramen without eggs, so they are vegan. That worked really well, but one of us has an extremely strong trace allergy to gluten. We then based ourselves on the advertised allergens and she ordered three different maki variants. Arugula, tuna and cucumber. We have written on every single item that you should please watch out for traces because you have a strong allergy. When the food came, the delivery person transported the sushi with the two other dishes in a Styrofoam box, which meant the sushi was warm and the tuna was half cooked, making it unsafe to eat. In addition, there was maki soy sauce on two cucumbers, which also contains gluten. Then while we were eating we found a small piece of a Crunchyroll, so even more gluten. This means that the workplace was not cleaned and no attention was paid to allergens and cross-contamination. This is really dangerous and she felt really, really bad for the next few days! The food itself was good, but if you have an allergy I would strongly advise against this restaurant, as this is strictly not taken into account here.

I find it very suspicious that you can only pay with an EC card when you eat on site. Otherwise, only cash payment is possible. Very very suspicious. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommended restaurant! I visited RiceCorn and was overall very satisfied. The service is extremely friendly and the food was served quickly. The quality and taste of the dishes are really good – fresh, tasty and prepared with love. A small wish on my part would be a slightly larger portion. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, although it feels a bit cramped due to its relatively small size and closely spaced tables. All in all, a great restaurant that I would happily recommend!

Extremely negative review for the Ricekorn restaurant Yesterday I visited Ricekorn Restaurant and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. Firstly, despite having a reservation at 6:30 p.m., I had to wait until 7:00 p.m. for my table. The receptionist didn't feel the need to apologize for the delay. Secondly, the staff is extremely unprofessional - our order was taken incorrectly and two different guests' dishes were mixed up. Instead of admitting their mistake, they simply handed us the wrong dishes without any apology. Most disgusting moment: The waitress stuck her fingers inside the plate while explaining the situation - a total breach of hygiene that made me seriously question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant only accepts cash, which is extremely inconvenient these days. You only get a receipt after asking several times, which also seems dubious. Overall a terrible place with disastrous service, poor hygiene and questionable payment practices. I absolutely do NOT recommend it! Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience: we ordered food to be picked up for the entire office. Back in the office after a few bites I was shocked... there was a MADE in my udon noodles. At first we all thought it was maybe. a caterpillar, but was actually a maggot. So back to the restaurant, showed the chef the maggot, but he didn't want to know anything about it. The restaurant will never see me again and I'm currently considering reporting this to the health department (of course I took a photo of the maggot in the pasta).

We've been to Rice Corn several times. The food was always delicious. When we came today at 4 p.m., we could hardly eat because there were so many small flies flying around the table. We ordered vegetable gyoza as a starter and got chicken gyoza. When we complained about it, they said it was a vegetable and had to keep it, although it was clear that it wasn't a vegetable. For years I loved going to RiceCorn. Unfortunately, this has not been the case for some time now. Every time you mentioned Neotaste, the service staff were annoyed and unfriendly. This week I was at RiceCorn again with friends and wanted to redeem the Neotaste voucher that I had already booked. The service person immediately replied that the restaurant had no longer been a member of Neotaste for two months. (We redeemed a voucher 4 weeks ago) In addition, the food was on our table after 3 minutes - but lukewarm. In the end the drinks added more to the bill. We are disappointed and recommend that the operator only take part in campaigns that he stands behind. This way, as a guest, you don’t feel betrayed in the end.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this has nothing to do with good Asian food. We ordered the food via delivery service. Unfortunately, the curry with crispy chicken was not crispy. I realize that the food from the delivery service can no longer be as hot and crispy as in the restaurant. But other restaurants separate the meat from the curry sauce. Unfortunately, the meat is not of particularly good quality either. We had some gristle in the flesh. The classic tempura vegetables, as we know them from Thailand, were also not good. The price is also completely exorbitant for two skewers with some vegetables. The only thing that was crunchy and tasty were the wontons. I know better Asian restaurants in town. RiceCorn used to be a very good place. Too bad!

Best sushi shop in town. Large selection and combinations possible, if you can't find anything there, you should go to Mc D..... :). A very large sushi menu with many vegan sushis to choose from, alone or for 2 people and families. Best value for money in the city. Everything is very fresh and visually appealing. Service is very good, ordering online also works great, we have never waited longer than 60 minutes, the food usually comes early and the driver is always very friendly, even though he always has to go a long way to our house. I love Rice Corn's food. Order at least once a week. We are often in the restaurant too.

Worst food in Regensburg. Warning: Go somewhere else. We often eat Asian food. Never in this store again. The Spicy Curry was inedible, not even edible. It was completely over salted. Sweet and salty, so to speak. After 2 bites I let it go back because, as already mentioned, it was inedible. I had to pay the entire bill. However, I didn't discuss it because I was more surprised than willing to discuss it. Card payment not possible. Toilet accordingly. I hope someone reads this and chooses a different, definitely better, Chinese restaurant.

Great Asian shop with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. There is a diverse selection of dishes, the sushi and the duck dish were very tasty. However, one portion was a bit too small for each of us.

Food was quite okay. We stayed outside as my partner and I are smokers. The waiter came to us and asked us to sit somewhere else because someone two tables away was pregnant. We were about to leave, but the food was already there. Service disaster from the waiter to the service. Food was nothing special

What often annoyed me at RiceCorn was that small special requests were not addressed at all and the staff seemed bored and snotty. E.g.: if you want more wasabi when you order, you definitely won't get it when you pick it up. When you're there, you wait 10-15 minutes for it to arrive, even though there's not much going on. (!) Unfortunately, there is little sense of hospitality here. So far I've stayed loyal to RiceCorn because the sushi was usually good. Today, however, the ingredients were lacking - the avocado was brown and stringy. The €14 Salmon Love Roll had almost no Ikura (salmon caviar) on it at all, the green asparagus wasn't al dente but hard and fibrous AND the salmon tasted fishy and old and unfortunately the fat residue was left on when it was cut...- not particularly good rolled sloppily crammed into the pick-up box etc. Unfortunately no food this time, which was fun - we had to throw some things away! - even if there are only a few alternatives for good sushi to pick up in Regensburg... That's just not how it works. But I still hope that the staff will become more attentive, friendly and, above all, more professional and that the quality will improve again?!

Super tasty compositions and combinations, a broad menu/card, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is fast & super friendly and the food doesn't take long to arrive. We had 3 courses and were 4 people and didn't pay more than 80 EUR, so the price was A1.

The food tastes very good. Still, I have to say it's not worth it. The staff is often rude and doesn't pay attention to the customers at all. It once happened that while the waitress was taking our order, she started talking to other customers in a friendly manner and simply walked away in the middle of our order and talked to them for 10 minutes. In addition, even with a reservation you often don't get a seat because the waiters give seats to whoever comes first. Overall it's not worth it.

The employee there was also very rude to us, we order and she turns her head to the other side and goes to others. We felt very bad.
