Called twice, no one answered the phone. There was a lady behind the counter who didn't understand a word of German and had great difficulty with my order. She also couldn't give me an invoice when I asked. The second star is for the fried noodles, which were good and a decent portion.
Oven broken so I should cancel the order, which unfortunately is not possible through my account but has to be done by Twins Pizza itself. When I explained this again to the employee on the phone, he simply hung up...
It's not a problem that something like this happens, I didn't complain for a second or react in annoyance, but just hanging up isn't an option. If you don't know how to act in such a case or how something like this is canceled, then you can just say so instead of just hanging up.
Now I have paid €30, received no food and hope I can at least get my money back somehow.
I don't go there anymore because of the unfriendly deputy manager, who handles customers arrogantly and hardly speaks the German language.
Why does someone become deputy managing director who doesn't even speak German properly and is also unfriendly? Maybe just because he's friends with the boss?
Unprofessional.
We attended the Austrian buffet for the Arberhütte's anniversary. The host was very warm and friendly. The staff was very attentive and extremely nice. The food was good and plentiful. At the end, guests were allowed to take the leftovers from the buffet home with them, which isn't always the case. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.
Interesting menu that has more to offer than the usual Italians and pizzerias, for example fresh and filled pasta. The service was great, friendly and quick. The ambience is very pleasantly quiet, so you can have a good conversation. A reservation is recommended
Fast service. Very nice beer garden on the Danube with a view of the cathedral and the city.
Food very tasty and very good portions.
Price-performance very good
Took us almost 2 hours of waiting for the food. Either they forgot our order or just few people working in thr kitchen. We just wish we could have been informed that it’ll take that long.
