Der Online-Service tut diesem Restaurant keinen Gefallen. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Ich wohne gar nicht in Regensburg, komme aber extra zurück, um einen Teil meines Essens in diesem Restaurant zu bestellen.

Absolut fantastisches Essen! Eines der besten indischen Gerichte, die ich je gegessen habe. Ich habe darum gebeten, mein Essen noch etwas schärfer zu machen (es war von Haus aus schon ziemlich scharf), und sie haben meinen Wunsch perfekt erfüllt. Einziger Nachteil: die Wartezeit im Restaurant, aber das Warten hat sich absolut gelohnt. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Essen falsch angekommen Essen kalt und eingefroren!!! Keiner kan deutsch man versucht die zu kontaktieren keiner geht ran wenn jemand ran geht heist es selber schuld und wird aufgelegt habe 4 Stunden auf das esssn gewartet und habe Durchfall bekommen bitte hier nicht bestellen ‼️

essen war scheisse, kam 2 stunden zu spät, niemanden erreichen können und haben zu viel gezahlt und der chef war komplett inkompetent kann nicht kommunizieren oder telefonieren ohne nach 2 sekunden aufzulegen, keiner kann deutsch oder indisch was ein rotzladen

Gemütlich, klein und sehr netter Service. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Zum weiter Empfehlen!

Ich habe bei Uber Eats bestellt, die Lieferung wurde als zugestellt angezeigt, kam aber eine Stunde später. Das ist wirklich erbärmlich, und ich erreiche niemanden. Meine Handynummer ist bei Uber korrekt hinterlegt, aber der Kundenservice ist mangelhaft.

Ich habe online bestellt. Eine Stunde lang wurde immer noch nichts zubereitet und niemand ging ans Telefon! Schlechtester Service! Vielleicht ist es deshalb das schlechteste indische Restaurant in Regensburg!

Lieferung ist um 17:30 bestellt worden und ist um 21:15 immer noch nicht da, nach Anrufen wurde direkt gesagt jaja kommt in 10 min habe jetzt 1 h gewartet und es ist immer noch nichts angekommen. Um 21:30 schließt das Geschäft. Telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar. Das ist absolut unverschämt …

Ich hatte mein Biryani scharf bestellt und es wurde perfekt zubereitet! Absolut köstliches Essen.

bodenlos lange Wartezeit (2 Stunden)

Das Essen ist immer super lecker und wir bestellen schon seit Jahren dort. Beim Service gibt es Punktabzug weil man tatsächlich immer ca. 1 Stunde Lieferzeit hat.

Leckeres Essen und schnelle Lieferung. Leider hat ein Naan-Brot gefehlt, das wir mitbestellt hatten.

Essen und bestellen regelmäßig im Raj Mahal da die Mengen so wie die Preise (Angebote) sehr gerecht sind. Essen schmeckt jedes mal sehr lecker. Egal ob zum dort essen oder Bestellen ich kann das Raj Mahal nur weiter Empfehlen.

Ich habe online bestellt und keinerlei zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten. Es schien, als ob die Bestellung völlig irrelevant wäre. Die Lieferung verzögerte sich um 30–40 Minuten, und die Erfahrung war absolut unerträglich. Gäbe es negative Bewertungen, würde ich für den Service -10 Punkte vergeben. Mein Essen schmeckte nur nach Öl.

Der Lieferservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!! Ich habe über 2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet, ohne irgendeine Info oder Entschuldigung. Am Ende musste ich selbst hinfahren, um meine Bestellung abzuholen. Wenn ich schon selber fahren muss, brauche ich auch keinen Lieferservice. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

The food itself was very tasty, but unfortunately I had to wait two hours for delivery. What I found most disappointing was that the restaurant couldn't be reached either by their own phone number or the number listed on Uber Eats. I know that eating in and picking up food there is completely different and very good, but you have to be careful with deliveries.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! We ordered via UberEats today at 5:10 PM, and the delivery time was given as 5:45 PM. At 6:00 PM, I requested a status update, but the order still hadn't arrived. Then the status changed to "on its way." I called the restaurant about 10 times over a period of 40 minutes, but no one answered. No one was available until 6:35 PM, and we canceled the order now (after an hour and a half). It's truly outrageous that no one is available the entire time, and the delivery hasn't arrived, despite the app's display. It's a shame, Raj Mahal has always been our favorite Indian restaurant. But this incident really ruined our evening; we will definitely never order from there again!!!

I don't understand the negative comments. Delivery was super fast, and the tikka masala tasted delicious. I definitely recommend it!

I've ordered at least 10 times, and the food was always delicious, never cold, and always arrived before the stated delivery time. It really should be 6 stars.

I don't usually leave bad reviews online, but I was really disappointed :( I made a reservation for 12 people four months in advance because I was celebrating my birthday in Regensburg at the beginning of August. I left my name and phone number, and they told me the reservation was confirmed... but now I arrived on August 2nd and saw that the restaurant was closed from August 2nd to 3rd. A call ended with "the line is currently unavailable." So all my plans were ruined, and I had to quickly organize a table for 12 people somewhere nearby on a Saturday evening :( It's a shame they didn't let me know in advance that the plans had to change.

We ordered online via UberEats and already paid. According to UberEats, the food should arrive within 40 minutes. After this time, it still said "Preparing." We tried calling the restaurant six times on two cell phones, but no one ever answered. Thanks to UberEats customer service, we finally got our money back. However, our Sunday evening was overshadowed by this. This used to be our favorite Indian restaurant in Regensburg, but we are very disappointed and will steer clear of this place in the future. Such abysmal service is outrageous.

My food arrived about 45 minutes late and was completely wrong. When I asked where the food was, they didn't even say goodbye. A huge disappointment.

Good food, but the order wasn't delivered and there was no response. The staff on the phone didn't speak German and, despite ordering in English, were unable to deliver to the specified address.

I ordered something online and had it delivered. The delivery person didn't have enough change, so I gave him my bank details so he could refund the €20. The money hasn't arrived yet, and he refused to transfer it on the phone. I'm going to go to the police and file a fraud report!

Reserved on the site at 12 p.m. on Sunday, when we were there we were annoyed and rudely told that it wouldn't open until 2 p.m. Google also said 12 o'clock

This is my first and very last time ordering from this restaurant. I understand it's busy on Valentine's Day, but I ordered at 8:44 PM and the food was supposed to be delivered at 10:15 PM. It's now 11:20 PM, and according to Lieferando, the new delivery time is 11:53 PM. I also received a call at 9:40 PM saying the dish I ordered was no longer available. So I agreed to a change. If the order is still incomplete when it arrives here, I will definitely demand my money back. I'm very patient and understanding, but a delivery that takes over three hours, even though the restaurant is an eight-minute drive from me? That's unacceptable. Update: It's 12:17 AM and I still haven't received my order. I can only advise NEVER to order from this restaurant 🙏

Incredibly bad service! We (three people) ordered at 7 p.m. for almost €60 – and then? The food arrived after 10 p.m.! Absolutely no one was available by phone, no information, nothing! Simply brazen. Such unreliability is unacceptable. Never again!

Ordered from this restaurant today via an app and the delivery person only arrived after an hour of the allotted time. It has to be said that I tried to reach this store for over 30 minutes but no one answered... so I have never seen worse service.

Last friday (11/10/2024), i ordered a chicken curry,the chicken was so soft and had a smell.later that day i was sick and had stomach pain.The worst food i ever had from Regensburg.

Ordering online was total horror, ordered at 5 p.m. the food should be ready at 7:40 p.m., delivery time was postponed to 8 p.m. I called the restaurant and they said at 9:30 that they would be there in 20-25 minutes. At 9 p.m. there was still nothing there, I won't order anything there anymore. Update: after many phone calls, the food still didn't arrive. It only ever hung up at 9:45 p.m. when I said that I would like to cancel! Totally unprofessional! I'm asking for my money back, something like that doesn't work

Ordered food via the website (on a Wednesday), contacted the restaurant after two hours, couldn't reach anyone after three hours and still no delivery. Of course the money wasn't refunded to me on its own, I'll probably have to go to the restaurant in person today and demand it back. I won't be ordering here anymore. 🙃

Schöner ruhiger Garten, Ausstattung mittelprächtig. Getränke und Essen wurden auch zügig gebracht. Allerdings wurden die Salate erst nach Aufforderung nachgereicht. Das Essen wird grundsätzlich ohne Warmhalteplatten serviert. Diese wären zu schwer und zu umständlich. Rechauds sind unbekannt. Also schnell herunterschlingen oder zum Schluss der Mahlzeit kaltes Essen! Die nachgereichten Salate: liebloser Blattsalat mit je einer Scheine geschmackloser Tomate und Gurke und etwas Joghurtsoße. Die Hauptgerichte lecker aber zum Schluss der Mahlzeit leider kalt. Reis exzellent. Bedienung miese. Insgesamt waren an unserem Tisch für jeden Arbeitsgang insgesamt sechs unterschiedliche Personen zu Gange. Bestellung, Teller bringen, Essen bringen, Anmahnen der fehlenden Salate, Nachreichen der Salate, Getränke, Rechnung. Jedes Mal eine andere Person. Kein Verständnis für den Wunsch nach einem durchgehend warmen Essen. Die verrechneten Preise liegen zum Teil 3,-€ über der im Internet veröffentlichten Preisliste. Insgesamt lieblos und unorganisiert.

We discovered the restaurant by chance while strolling through town. It was a direct hit; Service very good, value for money excellent, very large portions and the taste was the best we have ever eaten in an Indian restaurant. Absolute recommendation!

We visit this wonderful Indian restaurant every week and are thrilled every time. The perfectly prepared grill platter and the delicious chicken tikka masala are among our favorites. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by the friendly staff, especially the nice girl who always warmly welcomes us. We enjoy the excellent food and the pleasant time there. Absolutely recommended for lovers of Indian cuisine and those who want to experience a special evening!

So far I have only picked up the food here and can therefore appreciate the service Don't rate the place, but the food is very tasty, some dishes I haven't seen from other Indians and the team is also very nice. This time there was even a mango lassi on the house. 😉 Price-performance ratio fits, I would say. The portions fill you up well. 👌🏻 I can therefore only recommend the store! 😊 PS: you can see Chicken Bhindi Masala, Karahi Chicken and Garlic Naan in the photo.

Fast delivery and very friendly when ordering and delivering. Had 2x Mango Chicken (best mango sauce)1 x Jhennga Mixed Masala 1xVeggie Mixed Pakora etc. I would be happy to order there again as we are from the catering industry ourselves.

Delicious! Authentic Indian food

A restaurant with a genuine touch of Bhartiya culture in their cuisine. The aroma, flavour and staff, will bring you back to Bharat for a moment. I came in with a group of 4. We ordered Veg Jalfareji and Lamm Kashmiri(Kashmiri Mutton). The flavour was apt, aroma was spices was splendid. We needed the spiciness of chillies to be more. That is due to the presence in a German environment and us ordering for the 1st time. I believe that will be adjusted in our next order from our end. A must go to place for people from Bharat. And definitely worth a visit for everyone who's around in the radius of 10KMs. Once you taste the food, every second will be felt like worth waiting.

The Raj Mahal in Regensburg is a real gem of Indian cuisine! I tried chicken masala accompanied by a refreshing mango lassi and delicious naan. Everything was just fantastic! The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, the naan was deliciously fluffy and the mango lassi was just the right mix of sweet and refreshing. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming and cozy. I can recommend Rajmahal to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent Indian cuisine in Regensburg. I will definitely come again!

I ordered via their own website. We have received order confirmation. But no delivery came. The telephone number provided is not in use and the restaurant cannot be reached.

I ordered on their own website. The confirmation arrived immediately. An hour later we wanted to call to find out when the food was coming. The phone number doesn't exist. We paid via PayPal and now, 2.5 hours later, we still haven't received anything and couldn't even communicate via the chat platform. It can't get any worse.

Das Taj Mahal ist für uns die erste Adresse in Regensburg und Umgebung für authentische, indische Küche. Die Speisen sind frisch, qualitativ hochwertig uns sehr lecker. Der Service ist persönlich, sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Für uns das perfekte Restaurant!

The food came earlier than stated. Maybe there could be a little more meat/cheese. Otherwise nothing to complain about, it was really a very tasty meal.
