Food is good. Unfortunately, the service is now crap and the behavior of some employees is arrogant. The store seems to be doing too well lately. The individual customer no longer counts.

Disappointing experience – unfortunately not recommended I ordered a pizza to pick up and was overall very disappointed. The waiting time was significantly longer than stated when ordering - despite the time previously stated. The pizza seemed carelessly prepared, with little care and was quite greasy. In terms of taste, it's not a highlight either - it's more heavy on the stomach than enjoyable. Unfortunately that was the last time for me.

Still very tasty pizzas. The staff is very on the ball and nice. It's too loud inside for me, but outside it's a really wonderful place to eat very good pizza. By the way, you shouldn't let RESVIERT signs stop you from asking whether something is free...

Among other things, I ordered Oricchette di Manzo al Limone for 17.95, but without beef. The amount remained at 17.95, despite eliminating what was probably the most expensive ingredient in the dish. The taste was so-so. Unfortunately I couldn't taste a bit of spice and lime. A disappointment for me and therefore not recommended.

The food was super delicious!! As a starter, the small anti-pasti plate, which is really large and well filled. The main course was very tasty pizzas and the dessert was delicious tiramisu and panna cotta. The service was also very good, everything was quick and pleasant. The price was also great. I am absolutely convinced and can therefore absolutely recommend Losteria.

L'Osteria is relatively small and the seating inside is very crowded. It's quite dark. It's a little better outside. The food was okay. Half of Cappricciosa was tasty, BBQ chicken was rather dry and a bit too dark. The service was very friendly and even when the wrong half arrived, the correct half was quickly at the table.

We had reserved a table for 4 people, got there on time, were shown to a table and then watched as waitress after waiter walked past our table without paying any attention to us. After 20 minutes the bar table was occupied, in no time a waitress was there, in no time they had something to drink and in no time we left the restaurant, which probably didn't want to serve us because there were two dark-skinned people there.

Easily get a seat without a reservation. Fast, friendly service, food very good, completely satisfied. The only point of criticism, if you want to call it that, is the volume. It kind of speaks for the place that it's so busy :0) but it was a tad too loud for us. But we'll still come back :)

We were very disappointed. We had to wait over an hour for our pizzas with side dishes of salad in front of us. The reason for the long wait was an order for the delivery of 17 pizzas, even though the store was packed. The friendly waitress informed us and unfortunately also acknowledged our discomfort. She sent us the boss, who couldn't be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. There was no apology on his part and unfortunately he just talked to us stupidly. Such people shouldn't work in the catering industry if they don't know how to behave towards customers. Apart from the fact that the service was nice and we paid a lot of money, there was nothing nice about the evening for us, even though we had a special occasion to celebrate!

Pizza was very good! The problem is, you can't have a normal conversation at a table. The atmosphere was so loud that you needed earmuffs. You don't understand your own words!!! Normal conversation is not possible!

I recently went to L’Osteria – the pasta was really good, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Ideal if you want to have an uncomplicated Italian meal.

I had the Orecchiette di Manzo al Limone and was completely satisfied - the pasta was cooked to perfection, the meat was tender and the lemon sauce was wonderfully fresh and balanced. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasantly lively. Clear recommendation for a successful evening.

very long waiting time even though there wasn't much going on. We were told we could pick up our order in fifteen minutes. When we got there, our order wasn't even prepared yet. Had to wait another half hour in the restaurant. Not recommended...

Extremely thin and good pizzas that rise above the edge of the plate. It's very crowded in the evening and it's a gamble to get a table without a reservation and there's a certain level of noise, but it's worth it.

The best pizza in a long time. A great, fast and super-friendly service team. The wine (Primitivo Salento) is also highly recommended. Always happy again! It was our first time at L'Osteria, it is recommended to share a pizza. The pizza can be ordered half and half.

It used to be better. Long hair in pizza. Funghi and Presunto half was okay. Capricciosa half was too soggy.

Huge pizzas (approx. 45cm) and also very tasty! The service was good, friendly and quick. We had reserved Easter Saturday afternoon online for the evening at 7 p.m. for 4 people with a dog (dachshund). Worked without any problems! However, the round table was almost a bit too small. Unfortunately it is really noisy and you won't find a romantic pizzeria here.

The staff is very friendly. We were able to change the reserved table without any problems. The drinks came quickly and so did the food. When we asked that it was my birthday today and when we made the reservation, we got the dessert and the espresso on the house. Highly recommended

Best to reserve. Very busy and almost always full. Very loud inside. Sitting comfortably outside. Service is extremely efficient and friendly. However, price/performance is no longer really right.

Unfortunately, I was used to better food at L’Osteria in Regensburg. This time the pizza was bland and soggy - no longer a special experience like “before”. In addition, guests were allowed to smoke right in front of the entrance, which meant that the smoke drifted inside - I found that very annoying. Unfortunately, the espresso at the end was also not what you would expect from a good Italian.

The pizza is always delicious. However, ordering isn't an option. We ordered 1.5 hours in advance and still had to wait over 40 minutes. We were repeatedly fobbed off with incorrect delivery times.

The food is warm, but you won't see anything that isn't hot.

We waited 1 1/2 hours and then the food came at different times. Person 1 was finished eating when the other pizzas arrived. The waiting time was also super uncomfortable and tiring because it was way too loud and way too many people and tables in a super small room. You have to shout to be heard and the order contained several errors (due to the volume)… The only good thing: the food. But for us it wasn't worth it, we won't be coming back.

Really very very bad experience. Far too loud (including three mistakes in the order from 5 people), endless waiting, food not delivered at the same time, uncomfortable atmosphere. The atmosphere is terrible - really incredibly loud and crowded, you had to scream untruthfully to be heard. There are far too many tables and people in the room, you're already touching the people at the neighboring tables. It should be noted that it was a Tuesday evening... Then wait for the food for 1.5 hours so that only 1 in 5 people gets their food. The other dishes came when this person was already finished. Unbelievable.

The food was really good, L'Osteria quality is also known from all other cities. The service was terrible. We waited 1.25 hours for our pizzas. No apology or anything like that. When we asked, we kept saying “your food is coming soon” and so we were put off for over 1.25 hours. A tip was expected when paying. Of course I didn't pay because of the poor service. There was no more farewell from the service staff, just rolled eyes.

I made a reservation for 6 p.m. The gentleman didn't know anything about it and I had to wait until I got a table because you just bring people in even though people make reservations and then you keep these tables free Nobody knew, I felt like an idiot Waited 1 hour for the food and then another 1 hour for noodles how does that work??? As a native of Regensburg: this branch of the American company "Osteria", which has many branches all over Europe, actually offers authentic Italian cuisine. Affordable, tastes good. However, I would rather eat with "real" Italians, i.e. traditional Neapolitan, Sicilian, Ligurian, etc. The Osteria's cuisine may seem "originally Italian", but unfortunately it doesn't have the local Italian flavor. The deputy manager D. M., who unfortunately speaks very poor German and is unpleasantly noticeable because of his cheeky behavior, also does not have a good reputation in Regensburg and is LGBT - the shop is not friendly either. But the pizzas are quite "American" in terms of average. Points deducted because of the deputy manager. You can eat more authentic Italian food in Regensburg without being arrogantly insulted in German-Arabic gibberish. The Ark We won't go there anymore.

The best pizzas in Regensburg. They are a great size and you can share it by asking them to make half of one and the other half of another. There are always a lot of people, you have to go early.
