Everything was really good the lovely lady who served us was amazing . Just the manager as we can’t speak Dutch we ask for the English menu he turn around and said something in his own language as we couldn’t understand but got that feeling wasn’t anything good for sure

Vitello Tonnato was very good. The pizza was also good. Dessert was a little weaker than usual because there were no strawberries, but they should have been in the dessert. In this respect, it should not have been served that way, but rather offered a substitute. The tiramisu was very good. The prices are okay.

L'Osteria in Regensburg is definitely worth a visit! As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel welcome and can enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The highlight of the evening for me was the Pizza Capricciosa – simply fantastic! The dough was perfectly thin and crispy, the topping rich and fresh. The combination of juicy ham, fresh mushrooms, artichokes and black olives was simply delicious and totally convinced me. The service was also very attentive and quick, which only made the overall experience even better. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Regensburg, L'Osteria is the right place for you!

I ordered a pizza, half ham and half pepperoni and here what I got (look at the picture): the side of the pepperoni included spicy paprika instead! I returned to the restaurant, asking for my pepperoni, and they started to educate me on the naming convention: pepperoni in Germany is different than the pepperoni in the US! Weird?! They might be right, I don't know! I have been living in Germany for more than a year and a half, I ordered plenty of pepperoni pizzas, and it was the first time that I know this information! They event mentioned a complex (maybe also Italien) name for the pepperoni, pretending that it is the German name of the pepperoni! Anyways, I ate my pizza cold and it was terrible! A complete dissatisfaction and real disappointment!

The food is very good and the location has a very nice atmosphere.

If I compare this restaurant with the past, there is nothing left of Losteria except that the pizzas have remained the same size. In terms of taste, however, no dish can compete with what it used to be. Apparently the owner has changed, as have all the employees, I can't explain it any other way. The pizzas used to have a lot of toppings, but today 3 shrimps end up on the huge pizza. Conclusion It doesn't taste good anymore, but the prices have been raised properly. Here again no other backyard pizzaria is better.

Locale graziosissimo nel centro di Ratisbona , quando mi trovo all estero sono sempre restia ai ristoranti italiani , ma dopo 10 giorni in giro per la germania non ho resistito alla tentazione di una pizza. Accolti calorosamente da Federico il direttore , ci siamo subito seduti e in breve tempo abbiamo iniziato a mangiare due ottime pizze , impasto leggero e fine , dimensione fuori dalla norma , buonissima. Servizio impeccabile , ci sono tornata anche io giorno successivo 😊

Nonostante il locale fosse strapieno di avventori, abbiamo cenato tranquillamente senza lunghe attese. Personale gentile e cortese. I dolci "superlativi". Consigliatissimo per chi è nostalgico di buon cibo italiano. Bravi tutti e complimenti per la gestione!

All I can say is “very disappointing”… We ordered at half past seven and the delivery time was getting later and later. When we asked after two hours what the status of our order was, I got the answer: that she hasn't even started yet? I then wanted to speak to the manager. But the conversation didn't last because he simply hung up! (You might expect something different for these prices!) Not recommended

We got a seat very quickly and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the Calzone Pizza was just baked dough with tomato water and the Funghi Pizza was much too big and greasy.

My noodles arrived 10 minutes earlier than the other dish. Eating at the same time was therefore not possible. This has happened several times now. The pizzas are also getting smaller and are no longer as big as advertised. The Losteria has deteriorated a lot.

Although all seats are occupied and despite the unbearable heat that day, the team is relaxed, very friendly and very quick. What's particularly impressive is that every waiter who rushes by stops and passes on orders. Elsewhere it is usually the case that only your “own” waiter is responsible for the table and is therefore approachable. The food itself is at a pleasing level, although the kitchen crew must certainly be stressed too. A clear recommendation if you want to eat something other than down-to-earth Bavarian in Regensburg.

I did a reservation for 5 pm, we arrived few minutes later and the manager refused to seat us. He was very unprofessiona, ignorant and immature. I asked him about his name and he told me: "I am the manager, I don't need to give you my name." Additionally I had my phone in my hand and he essentially had a tantrum, because he thought I took a photo of him. He yelled for his coworkers to support his claim, but I showed my photo album to him and the two waitress coworkers that came to them check with the manager saw I didn't take any photos. I love L'osteria Regensburg, but I won't come back. I felt very embarrassed and exhausted from the situation. You need to train this manager better.

Very good food, great service. Very friendly staff. Ambiance very relaxed and cozy. Food and drinks are ready very quickly and fresh. Alcoholic drinks and homemade lemonades are very tasty mixed.

We wanted to sit outside because it was too loud for our daughter inside. Reservations for outside are not possible. Lots of tables available, but we weren't allowed to sit outside because all the tables were reserved... Strange... thought you couldn't make a reservation outside. Overall it has deteriorated a lot, it used to be much nicer. The table assignor that day was very unfriendly and arrogant. Can probably afford it.

Restaurant zu klein. Wie im Hühnerstall. Pizza zu trocken, 3 Schinkenfetzen drauf. Stühle und Tische werden pausenlos verschoben. Was ein Lärmpegel.. Dieses Restaurant hat vergessen, worauf es ankommt, und das bei den Preisen. Unverschämt!

Pizzas are oversized but way too greasy. The bottom is soggy, only the edge was crispy. I would have preferred a normal sized pizza that I could eat with cutlery without any effort, rather than a huge one of poor quality. A restaurant for overeaters, not for connoisseurs!

Today, after a day of strolling, we spontaneously went to the Osteria in Regensburg. The service/waiter was extremely friendly and nice, even though the restaurant was completely full. Kudos to the gentleman with the striped shirt! This is how you treat guests, simply great. The Pizza Vegetariana was so good, but too big for me - the rest will be there tomorrow :)) The BBQ pizza was also super tasty and something different. The Amerena cherry lemonade is very sweet, but I can fully recommend it. There is no parking in front of the door, but it is the way. Big compliments again to the gentleman who served today! Great! Keep it up!!!

We were lucky, we came to the osteria shortly before it started to rain and after that there was not a single free chair inside, yet the staff tried to keep a good mood and very willingly answered the questions of the waiting people. Pizza, wine, tiramisu, espresso were of very good quality, I felt almost like I was in Italy here. On my next visit to this beautiful city, I will also like to visit this osteria if there is a vacancy.

We have ordered pizza for delivery several times and several times it arrived burnt and not very edible. The negative highlight was that a Margaritha pizza with vegan pizza melt was ordered (due to intolerances), but one with normal mozzarella was delivered. After a phone call with the restaurant immediately after the pizza was delivered, the service person was unreasonable along the lines of “tough luck” and we received neither a new pizza nor the money for it. I can only recommend avoiding L'osteria for deliveries and instead ordering from a “normal” pizzeria.

Despite the more recent negative reviews, we still went here for pizza and with good results. Pizzas were tasty and large, although the caprese pizza was very limp in the middle. This was not the case with the BBQ chicken. We were served right away, although it took a while before we could order drinks again. I would mention the toilets as an area for improvement. These were not clean. It didn't look neat. In short, a great place to eat pizza for a nice price. A nice bonus is that their own name is on the iced tea, which was also very tasty. Tip: ask if you can take the leftover pizza pieces home with you, there is the option to do so!

Elegant venue in the historic center of Regensburg. Good, huge pizzas (never seen before!) that will even take away the desire to eat dessert. Prices in line with the German average.

Their pizza is thin but alas extremely floppy and not crispy at all. It's also cools out quickly.
