Really enjoyed our meals. Staff super welcoming, professional and attentative. We were lucky to pass by (on our way back to munich) and in addition to super nice restaurant, there was live music by traditional guys - was really lovely. Definantly recommend...

A bit remote but definitely worth a detour. Small cozy restaurant. The food was absolutely top. There was absolutely nothing to criticize. The price is a bit high, but it absolutely matches the quality of the food.

Unfortunately, my room/overnight stay was canceled without giving any reasons. I've been waiting for my advance payment for 6 weeks now. No contact from the hut operators! Calls are not accepted, emails are not answered adequately without any repayment being made.

I love the “bunker” with its open fire. Grilled food of all kinds is highly recommended.

The cappuccino is actually part of the small 1x1 of gastronomy. It could also taste good if you don't use a lot of sensitivity (quote from the website) to let a watery-tasting broth come out of the machine. Horrible.The regular customers are more likely to drink beer, you don't have to drive there to drink coffee, despite the beautiful view.

We were very disappointed with the food. The portions were very small (not even appropriate for the low price) and there were no vegetables or a small salad garnish. Some meat, some filling side dish and sauce... that's it. None of us were full (including us women). The dishes were carelessly prepared and it was not at all like what we know from other regions of Bavaria. Too bad. The service was nice and courteous.

A very touristy place in the ski area. The food is good, but you are for sure paying for it. With their price level I would expect high end food. And it is high end. What brings the place down is the service. The food came one by one with about 15 minutes between each person getting their food. One dish never came and we were there for skiing not to just to sit in the restaurant. More than 45 minutes to get a portion of fries out (more than as we wanted to get back to skiing) is long. If you are going here without skiing it’s a good place. If you are here to ski, bring cash and use one of the other cabins on the mountain. There are many of them

Currywurst is great! A lot could be improved in terms of comfort. But there is a good view of the stream slope.

Unfortunately it has worn off a lot. Very outdated, except for the newly built toilets on the ground floor. The rooms also smelled very musty and dusty, in keeping with the overall “rustic” feel of the hotel. We have been regular customers for more than 10 years now (we have also celebrated “festivities” there for almost all of our smaller families, such as funerals, baptisms, school enrolments, etc.) UNFORTUNATELY, one now has the feeling that arrogance is becoming more and more the order of the day there. I really “unfortunately” have to write this because we really enjoyed coming here for years and even after we moved 40km further away, we still drove here regularly. On our last visit (which will literally have been our LAST one), the arrogance, cynicism and unfriendliness exceeded everything that had been there before, which we always tried to justify in some way, because we liked coming here... BUT that you are laughed at, spoken to stupidly, roll your eyes and shake your head, even though you originally just asked a normal question and criticized something (it was just that the friend had hardly any carbon dioxide and we had pointed that out, really without bad intentions or anything else), that's the height. Apart from the fact that the waitress (who regularly if not almost always makes a face that could almost scare you) had obviously gotten up on the wrong foot today. Did we choose a “competent” contact person for us (probably the head waiter) who, when we commented that we were really appalled by such behavior and would really spend almost any party with them, replied with a cynical and arrogant smile, “then “You just have to celebrate when she’s not there.” Yes, it sounds logical, but it is definitely anything but customer-friendly or customer-oriented. The boss was also informed by the staff about this triviality, but did not comment on it either. For coming here regularly for so long, for the children having almost grown up here (completely exaggerated of course, but they know their way around here like nowhere else) and for having left several thousand euros here. Did it really come to an absolutely horrifying end? Gastronomy in particular is suffering from the Corona pandemic, you see that despite everything you can still support your favorite restaurant and after the pandemic the “survival” will probably go to your head and you will take off. Frightening. It's a real shame, unfortunately the food was almost always very good.
