Unfortunately I ordered pizza just wanted to let you know that something wasn't right with the order. Unfortunately, the conclusion from this discussion was that the gentleman simply hung up on me without any ifs or buts. Luckily for me it was the last time I ordered there. I hope no one else makes the mistake of ordering there. Unfortunately the picture doesn't say everything because our pizza, etc. was cold. It also came.

Burgers soft. Fries soggy. I'll stop by again in 10 years. Perhaps.

Why closed sucks When will it finally open again?

Our favorite Italian! We have been there several times a month for over 10 years or like to pick up something to take away for the whole family. It's a pleasure :-)

Brauhaus 1516 – Bavarian cosiness that impresses During my visit to the Brauhaus 1516 in Ingolstadt, I was amazed by the authentic Bavarian atmosphere and the rustic charm of the brewery taverns. The ambience invites you to linger, and the authentic insight into the Bavarian art of brewing is a real highlight. The menu offers a fine selection of traditional dishes that are freshly and lovingly prepared. Whether hearty and hearty or classic Bavarian – everyone will find something to please their palate here. The price range of €10 to €20 also reflects the good price-performance ratio. The rating of 3.7 stars seems all the more surprising to me, as I cannot understand it given my positive experience. Reviews may reflect one-off discrepancies or different expectations from other guests. For me, however, the Brauhaus 1516 was completely convincing with its friendly service, the inviting ambience and the solid cuisine. Conclusion: Brauhaus 1516 offers an authentic Bavarian experience that deserves more positive reviews. I can highly recommend a visit here to anyone looking for true Bavarian cosiness.

Lousy service, unfriendly staff - unprofessional from the supplier to the boss. In the end, the customer is the culprit. I will never put myself through this emotional waste again. With the club there, just because I'm a customer doesn't mean I have to feel so important? Ok, after 3 hours of waiting for the food, I can still understand that you have problems. But if I'm also yelled at on the phone because I want to know what's going on, that's unacceptable. That's not how it works!! This chain will be avoided from now on and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. In my experience I can only advise against it.

The atmosphere and staff are pleasant and friendly, and the table is cleared quickly. Unfortunately, the buffet food was cold; freshly prepared food would be better. Overall, it's okay, but not amazing.

The buffet offers a very large selection. They ensure that food is constantly replenished. Excellent value for money. Drinks are included in the buffet.

Dissatisfied with the customer service I went to McDonald’s with my kid today to get a Happy Meal. Unfortunately, the Happy Meal contained the same Minecraft toy twice. When I politely asked for an exchange - which had previously been done without any problems for another child - I was refused. The employee became loud, called me by my first name, even though I spoke to her respectfully throughout, and didn't let me finish. This is not how I imagine treating customers with respect, especially not in front of children. Very disappointing.

Servus, Dieses Lokal ist ein absolutes Highlight im ingolstädter, ach ich würde sogar sagen im kompletten bayerischen Raum. Abgesehen vom absolut traumhaften Essen (Wagenradltoast ist ein Gedicht🤤), dem unvergleichlich gemütlichen und zugleich idyllischen Biergarten, der einzigartig urigen Bar im Inneren des Lokals, ist natürlich der Genuss eines frisch gezapften, eiskalten Augustiner Bieres ein absolutes Muss hier. Aber auch die Bedienungen und natürlich die Chefin ‚Lydia‘ sind hier zugegen unvergleichbar. Hier fühlt man sich einfach zu jeder Stunde wohl. Auf gehts! Vielleicht sieht man sich mal. Ich werd diese Lokalität auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.
