We went to one on Saturday evening. Unfortunately it's only limited to 2 hours, after which you have to pay an extra 6 euros per person to be able to stay seated longer. You can imagine how many people lined up at the buffet. Forever long. In addition, many dishes were only lukewarm. With the giant prawns there was only sweet. No more slightly spicy ones. Some of the meat was pretty tough too. Food has already worn off a bit. Service and ambience are fine. Unfortunately it has now become mass production and it's no fun. I can therefore no longer recommend this restaurant. It's a shame, we were there very, very often, but now. 😔

We were here in the evening and ate from the buffet. The meat was tough, the baked pineapple only tasted like frying fat and the salmon on the sushi was lukewarm. The tempura shrimp were cooked very soft and were already just a soggy fried mass. The fried rice was super dry and dead peppery. The interior is very worn and the sanitary facilities were almost unusable. The floors in the women's toilets were sticky and of the three toilets only one was usable, although very dirty.

The staff are very attentive, always clear the dishes quickly and are friendly. Unfortunately the food selection isn't exactly great, meat tastes very greasy and oily, the fish isn't seasoned, Otherwise there is little choice of fruits and the desserts are not the real deal either. Relatively spontaneously, a friend and I decided to eat here on the way home from Mainburg. You can definitely say that we don't regret this decision one bit. Even though the evening buffet is damn expensive at €31 per person, it was definitely worth it. There is a huge selection of various Asian and Chinese specialties here. The Mongolian BBQ grill also offers a large selection and well-prepared specialties. What should be highlighted positively is that it is constantly being replenished. Everything is there in sufficient quantities and, above all, warm. From starter to dessert we were thrilled across the board. Also positive: ALL drinks consumed are included in the price. Except for beer, 2 per person are included in the price. If it wasn't so far away I would have said straight away that we would come back. However, I fear that this was a one-off visit due to the distance. But it definitely paid off! Thanks!

The price is affordable, the food is very tasty, quite a large selection and a few types of desserts.

Standard for warm food. Lots of choice. Dessert ok. But for live cooking, they are in short supply. There isn't enough on offer here, so we only stuck to the warm dishes.

The food tastes good, since it is a buffet restaurant with a teppanyaki grill, you can have everything freshly prepared.

Open buffet is not edible, almost all bowls are empty, outdated leftover food.. not recommended. For €31 you can get much better food. At 9 p.m. all guests have to be sent on their way even though the opening hours are until 11 p.m.... it's a shame the shop has run a lot slower

BE AWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS! We had dinner at their buffet (32€ pp), my wife took a plate of green salad (no meat or anything) but had no appetite. For not finishing her plate, they charged us 5€ extra, so in total my wife was charged 37€ for a plate of green salad that she did not eat, and a glass of water. Personnel was rude, atmosphere was unpleasant, food was ok (but overpriced, even without the extra cost). Strongly recommend: Don’t spoil your evening - go elsewhere!

Mega selection, and generously filled with lots of meat and vegetables. Not like many others where you're just looking for meat in the sauce or just cheap onions floating in it.

Without words... how can you treat customers like that? Come in the door, say hello in a friendly way, do you have a table for two adults, a toddler and a baby? There was no hello from him and what's more, he didn't even look at us but instead stuck to the customization "what's available in the store". He then showed us a table in the far corner and immediately complained to us that we weren't allowed to take the stroller there. Yes hello ? How are you supposed to eat with a newborn in your arms? What's that supposed to mean? We will never set foot there again and we will stop all our acquaintances and friends and everyone we know who are still planning to go there!!! !!What a cheek!! !!!!!!For them, customer satisfaction is probably written in LOWER letters!!!!!

Delicious buffet, including drinks in a beautiful ambience with a great fish aquarium. The only drawback: the door to the women's toilet needs to be repaired.

I decided to try the local sushi restaurant to enjoy the famous cuisine. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing as the sushi was not freshly prepared. Instead of fresh and vibrant flavors, I felt like some of the rolls were prepared and stored, which affected the taste. The quality of the ingredients left something to be desired and I didn't feel completely satisfied after eating. It was unfortunate that the sushi was not up to expectations and I left the restaurant with an unfulfilled craving for a truly fresh and delicious sushi experience

A few dishes were too salty and the staff didn't seem motivated

We went to the buffet for lunch today and all of my dishes were ice cold! These are calamari, shrimp and pangasius fillet! Finally, I waited at least 10 minutes for the fried spaghetti and didn't eat any more because time was short! After consultation when paying and an “I’m sorry” from the employee, I can’t buy anything from it!

Is a good restaurant. I have eaten several times and it has always been very good.

We enjoy eating here on various occasions. No matter whether spontaneously with friends or in larger groups of up to 30 people. You also often see smaller parties for communion, baptisms, birthdays, etc. The buffet is very large and varied, there is something for everyone. However, I only go here when there is also the BBQ experience buffet, as I particularly like that. Here you can choose what you want to have fried from a variety of vegetables, meat, fish, seafood and sauces. A must for me is always the Peking soup and the spring rolls. Of course you can tell that this is a large restaurant that is geared towards mass catering, but that doesn't really have a negative impact on the quality. What I also think is great is the all-you-can-drink beverage bar. Here you can mix whatever you want. This is especially great for children. In my opinion the best Asian buffet in Ingolstadt, but still with some room for improvement in terms of taste, hence a star deduction.

Always full of really good food

There were two of us and they first wanted to sit us in a narrow, dark corner. Upon request we were allowed to go somewhere else. That's it for the positive. The food was so salty that I had to leave some of it alone. There were only two plates on the grill, mine and that of my companion. After 25 MINUTES we received our freshly burned food. There is no trace of the selected sauce. And then we paid €65. It was rarely this expensive. At least when I have to get my drinks myself. I love the Asian buffet principle. I tried many in Ingolstadt and the surrounding area. That was the worst I think I was at. Never again.

We were just there and I have to say we really enjoyed it. We drove here from Nuremberg and were very surprised. When we are back in Ingolstadt, we know where we will eat.

The food was very good. The service was quick and attentive. The restaurant itself is harmonious and you can definitely feel comfortable, but the toilets were very dirty in our place (Friday evening) and needed cleaning every now and then. All in all, a successful evening with delicious food. We will be back.

A restaurant should be clean, including the toilets. They're messed up. Floor sticky (experienced several times). Staff sometimes arrogant. Lunch - well, we're not going there anymore. Advantage as a Chinese, you can pay with Chinese money via your China app, there is also an extra plastic bonus card - percentages.

I was there for dinner with my boyfriend on Monday evening, after we ate a few hours later we felt very bad. He and I then lay in the Hospital with combination of food poisoning & gastrointestinal.

Never again! I didn't choose the buffet, but ordered a la menu. I ordered a wonton soup and a crispy duck. After 5 minutes the service came and said that the soup was out. Ok, that can happen, so I chose a vegetable soup as a starter. The soup was brought and two minutes later the duck arrived. I spoke to the waitress and told her that I had just received the soup and that the duck would be cold. But this didn't interest her, she put everything down and disappeared again. Shortly afterwards I called the waitress because the duck was more cooked than crispy! She took the plate with her again and came back with it after about 7 minutes. Unfortunately the duck was still not crispy. No matter, I started eating, but the duck was neither crispy nor was it like leather... I've never really eaten so badly for a lot of money as in this AsiaPalast and I often eat duck all over Germany. The shandy also tasted more like a Schützenfest broth than a freshly tapped drink. When I wanted to express my slight dissatisfaction with the food while paying, I was simply left standing after two sentences like..."that can't be right, everyone here is always happy!" There wasn't even a "sorry" or whatever. But OK, as a guest I don't have to go through the trouble of eating there a second time.

Price performance no longer matches at all.

You can tell that the owners are only focused on money. Customer satisfaction is irrelevant. In the evening the shop is so crowded and the tables are so close together that everyone disturbs each other. And get ready (at least in the evening, I don't know what it's like at lunchtime) to be thrown out after 2 hours. Who doesn't know it, you get kicked out after staying for 2 hours because you have new guests who also pay. The boss walks through the store in an unfriendly and grim mood, checking to see who has passed the two-hour window. You either leave or pay an extra charge. You can't make this up.

To date, I have never experienced a restaurant where you get kicked out of the restaurant after staying for 2 hours, but the Asia Palast has recently started implementing this rule. We (more than 12 people, family celebration) were unkindly “kicked out” by the boss personally after a 2-hour stay because the tables were still being reserved in order to have as many guests as possible in one evening and therefore earn twice as much money. The two Porsches he already drives are probably not enough for the boss. Over the years I noticed how the quality got worse and worse. The food is frozen Metro food. Drinks are all water-syrup mixtures, often only water comes out because the syrup is empty. There are an unbelievable number of tables squeezed in everywhere that people disturb each other and can hardly get between the tables and chairs. As many people as possible are crammed into the restaurant, no matter how uncomfortable it becomes. For the price, it's better to go to one of the many great Chinese restaurants in Ingolstadt. The treatment of the guests and the ambience are definitely not worth the price and I would no longer fill my wallet with such an unfriendly owner.

We had dinner on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. and it was really delicious and very varied. Unfortunately, I can't agree with the negative comments at all. If you pay €20 for the lunch buffet, you can't expect a five-star restaurant here, but it was very good. We were satisfied, the food was delicious, everything was well seasoned. It was always replenished. Even though there were a lot of people there, nothing was empty. I can't say anything about cleanliness. It was very clean considering it was so busy. I can only agree with the jogging pants that many guests were really close to getting into their pajamas 😅 but the operator can't do anything about it otherwise 90% of the guests wouldn't be there anymore. And if you come shortly before closing time, you can't expect that the buffet will still be full and everything will be available. It's best to come when they open. All in all, we will definitely come back with the whole family to eat. We liked it and you can't say anything about the price performance.

Has degraded hard over the years. While the service staff are friendly and helpful, the cashiers are extremely unfriendly. The concept itself is cool, there isn't much attention to detail. Previously a solid four stars, now between two and three. Everything tastes okay. Selection suitable for both lunch and dinner. Of course there is less choice at lunchtime. Furniture is simply getting old. Light yellows. In some areas my nice atmosphere is more.

I don't really understand the hype, absolutely not recommended. The selection is huge, but the quality is below average. Anyone who loves supermarket sushi will get their money's worth here. It's a cheap mass production and if I want frozen spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce I can get exactly the same ones at any discount store. The decor is actually somewhat authentic, which basically means kitschy 😉 To be honest, the service is quite harsh and 5.20 euros for a non-alcoholic beer is not a bargain. After all, paying by card is no problem even for 10 euros and you can park without any problems.

The last time I was here was 2 years ago with friends. A huge difference in the negative today. Some food was cold. After 1 p.m. there was almost no cake left. The cutlery and plates are very old. And you now pay €19.90 for it. the stands on the tables for spices were mostly empty. When I complained when paying that nothing had been refilled, I received a not very friendly answer. Unfortunately it was our last visit here.

Update, March 8, 2024: Booking at short notice for the same evening wasn't a problem, but only for a time slot of 90 minutes, but that was enough. The food from the buffet (at least what I ate) was fresh and hot. The empty bowls from the buffet were filled promptly. Everything was fine so far. The service staff was friendly and helpful, they asked every time whether the plates could be cleared away. The toilets and urinals were visually in a clean condition. ≈=============================== I think All you can drink & all you can eat is very good and reasonably priced given the large selection of food and drinks. Everything I tried and ate was consistently delicious and the various food containers were immediately refilled if something was missing. And what I particularly appreciate is that the food was not lukewarm but HOT!!, which is often not the case with other Asian restaurants with a buffet.

After a few years, we were here again for dinner this evening. We were shocked to discover that the Asia Palace had completely changed for the worse. Sweatpants and slippers are probably the choice for dinner - so people, just leave your pajamas on! On the subject of food, we are at a loss for words... nothing from the buffet was edible or warm. The attentiveness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired - like everything else. However, there was enough time for smoking right in front of the entrance. The fact that we aren't glued to the floor or the table is nothing short of a miracle. Drinks consist of 99% syrup and are so sweet that an appointment with the dentist is highly recommended afterwards. All in all, we can only say it's a shame how this store has developed - definitely our last visit (for €32)!

After a long time I was at the Asia Palast again with my daughter, and after the new concept of buffet food including drinks, I have to say that I am more than positively surprised by this concept. OK, if you pay 40 euros for two people at lunchtime with a tip, that's not cheap at lunch. It just depends on how you look at it, I had 5 plates with different dishes from the buffet and 3 specie, my daughter was also at the buffet 5 times and had 2 water and 1 specie. If I then add it up in whatever local area, then that was.Spottbillog. When I look at the table next door, where there were two somewhat elderly people who only had some soup, a small plate full and a small drink each, and they paid the same as us, I say to myself, that's it not worth it to them. I/We would like to come back to the Asia Palast Ingolstadt more often, because as a good eater you can fully enjoy the taste there, because the food was always hot, tasted really great, and the service even though there were only 2 people from the staff in the restaurant were to see, first and foremost, the concept of the Asia Palace may seem expensive for the end consumer at first glance, but if I can eat and drink until the doctor comes, then I can't comment negatively on it, but just get out of it Show thumbs up. Overpriced mass processing nothing more. No greeting at the door, after about 15 minutes of waiting we were shown to our table. Everything is very tight (the main thing is that you get as much gesture in as possible)... The buffet was ok (nothing special) but it was always refilled. Sometimes you had to wait for the plates and when some were there, they were wet and sometimes still dirty (yuck). It no longer has anything to do with cleanliness and hygiene Next to us there was a serving trolley with dirty dishes that were very appetizing.. :-(( After 2 hours you have to leave the restaurant otherwise you pay an extra charge (€6-10) Children aged 2 and over are charged €3. Is this a joke? At the prices!!! When you leave the restaurant you are charged (€30.90 for the buffet) without saying thank you for coming or honoring us again. You don't even get to hear a goodbye or goodbye. That was definitely the last time I was there and I definitely can't recommend it because there are definitely better Chinese restaurants. If you could give zero stars I would do that too...

Quantity instead of class - cleanliness is not very important, dishes/cutlery were not refilled for over 30 minutes, poor air conditions, high noise level, no or little friendly service, food below average, cakes still frozen, priced at > €30, absolutely disproportionate. Only my pretty companion was able to improve the stay a little. Once and never again.

We've been there several times now... Ambiance is fine Service as well What's not so great is that the dishes are dirty, almost every plate, bowl and glass. Eating well....the fried rice is very curry-based, the fried noodles are terribly covered in soy sauce....the noodles are totally brown, sushi is warm instead of cold.....my friend felt bad after every visit there very bad.....it used to be better about 1.5 - 2 years ago.

Dear Asia Palace team. I was curious to try Top good to Go with you. Up until this day I had only had good experiences...of course not everything was great...but for the price.👍. That you had to wait 15 minutes...OK. But the fact that you weren't treated equally...was very strange. Why were some people allowed to hand in more than one box? And do you also get leftover boxes? And then...a look into a half-empty box...some fries, 6 chicken nuggets and a few bags...and that for 5.90. Thanks...that's how you make money It's a shame...I would have had good experiences at the Asia Palace so far...but this is just a rip-off.

Delicious food and great staff! Always worth a visit!

Almost never new plates... Apart from that, a friend had lamb and prawns prepared for him. The lamb was still half raw and very tough. The prawns were burnt and black. As a vegetarian, the offer was also more than bad. The desserts weren't good either Delicious. The drinks dispensers were also half empty or completely without fizz. I had pasta fried with beans, carrots, mushrooms and sauce. The beans were also black, the carrots were hard and the mushrooms were almost raw. From the sauce There was nothing left to find and the noodles were so greasy that they were inedible.

The food is terribly full, the plates weren't all clean, letting the food warm up and frying it doesn't make much sense, it's just greasy and the carrots weren't cooked through and the mushrooms were still raw, actually the entire restaurant isn't recommended, save your money and go somewhere else instead.

Price too expensive during holidays for the quality of the food 27.50 euros per person, you can easily eat somewhere else and eat better quality stuff.

Size selection of food and drinks

I've been there several times. Always great. The dishes are varied, hot and are always refilled. The grill is particularly great. The hefty price of around 30 euros includes non-alcoholic drinks, beer, coffee and tea. So the price is okay if you're a good eater. I think a house wine and red and white should be included.

It was my first time there so I can't speak from experience. The food was good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the Shusi was neither tasty nor appetizing. Some of the other dishes were rather lukewarm, which detracted from the enjoyment somewhat. In my opinion, the selection is large and should satisfy every taste. The place is huge and the background noise is correspondingly loud.

Wir waren Sonntag da zum Mittag. Es war sehr voll. Zeitweise gab es keine Teller. Manche Teller waren noch schmutzig. Aber essen war vollkommen in Ordnung. Reichlich Auswahl. Trinken so viel man möchte (alkoholfreie) einzige maanko.ich hatte Email geschrieben und angerufen um zu reservieren. Angekommen stand mein Name nicht drin. Ab der Kommunikation müsste gearbeitet werden.

Leider war kein Essen[Fleisch Ecke, zum anbraten] um 13:30 Uhr mehr da , daher ist die Bewertung eher geringer. Die Bedienung war eher desinteressiert. Keiner kam zum Tisch . Der Herr der kassiert hat verhielt sich wie an einem Fließband, kein = "danke das sie da waren, hoffe alles war gut" (weder bei den Gästen vor und oder hinter uns) Nur kassiert und noch geschimpft das man kein Trinkgeld gibt. Also nein danke kein 2. Mal.

Ich hatte To good to Go gebucht für das Abendbuffet, ok für 5,90€ hab ich nix besonderes erwartet, dass man aber wie ein Bittsteller im vorderen Eingang stehen bleiben muss in der Kälte fand ich unhöflich, für das Essen hatte ich einige kleine und 2 mittlere Tupperschüsseln dabei. Mitgenommen vom Personal wurden die mittleren Schüsseln, und in denen war dann alles Kreuz und quer auch drin, Curryreis mit gebratenen Nudeln, dazu "typische asiatische Prinzessbohnen im Speckmantel" und oben auf den warmen Speisen noch Sushiteile, macht ja Sinn, dies nicht in eine extra Box zu legen sondern auf noch warme gewürzte Speisen. In der anderen Schüssel lagen dann kunterbunt Nachtisch mit Chickennuggets und ähnlichen. Für mich 1 Grund mehr hier auch nicht normal zum Essen zu gehen.

Nicht sehr freundlich. Woher sollte man wissen das man nicht bedient wird. Kenne ich so nicht. Dann noch pampig werden. Essen war auch sehr lieblos am Buffett hergerichtet. Und der Geschmack nicht so toll und teilweise kalt.

Die Speisen am Buffet waren, um 19 Uhr, kalt und zäh.

Waren früher öfter hier, aber scheinbar war in diesem Restaurant „früher alles besser“. Man steht alleine im Restaurant ohne dass man beachtet wird, bekommt keinen Hinweis mehr auf die Preise, jeder 2. „frische“ Teller ist dreckig… Dass man bei so einem Restaurant mehr Quantität als Qualität erwarten kann sollte einem bewusst sein bevor man hingeht - die Auswahl an Speisen ist weiterhin groß und für jeden was dabei, deshalb auch noch 2 Punkte…

Ein tolle Auswahl an Speisen und es werden die selbst zusammen gestellten Speisen toll zubereitet und dann an den Tisch gebracht.

Laut, voll und ungemütlich. Der Boden um unseren Tisch hat zum verweilen eingeladen, da man mit den Schuhen daran festgeklebte. Wir waren mittags dort essen, heisst, vom Vorabend waren die Überbleibsel der Gäste noch nicht beseitigt worden. Das Geschirr teilweise sehr schmutzig, vor allem die Tassen für Kaffee oder Espresso, waren mit Essensresten garniert oder hatten Kaffeeränder vom Vorgänger. Falls man überhaupt eine Tasse bekam. Hinweis der Chefin: wir sollen für den Espresso eine Kaffeetasse nehmen. Der Kaffee selbst war aber gut. Zum Essen. Typisch chinesisches Fastfood mit wenigen Highlights. Ente war trocken. Außer man erwischte eine frisch zubereitete, dann war’s ok. Am besten ist noch der BB-Grill. Sushi war auch in Ordnung. Suppe war auch gut. Nachspeisen auch kein Highlight. Fertige Donuts, Eis oder Softeis, Obst oder TK-Kuchen, der nicht richtig aufgetaut war. Wässrig und kalt. Die zwei Schokobrunnen waren nett für die Kinder. Getränkeautomaten waren defekt, man durfte dann aus den Flaschen ausschenken. Hygienisch eigentlich eine Katastrophe. Keine Desinfektionsspender am Buffet, auch keine Handschuhe. Jeder fasste mit seinen angehusteten Händen die Zangen und Flaschen an. Guten Appetit. Wir hatten zum Glück selbst Desinfektionsmittel dabei. Dann ging’s. Das Personal war freundlich und der Tisch wurde schnell abgeräumt. Fazit: Für den Preis nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, da hygienisch sehr fragwürdig und reine Massenabfertigung mit billigen Lebensmitteln.
