We ordered at home, I ordered a basic pizza without mozzarella and a pizza WITH mozzarella arrived, bought from Lidl or Kaufland, I don't know! never again

Lousy service, unfriendly staff - unprofessional from the supplier to the boss. In the end, the customer is the culprit. I will never put myself through this emotional waste again. With the club there, just because I'm a customer doesn't mean I have to feel so important? Ok, after 3 hours of waiting for the food, I can still understand that you have problems. But if I'm also yelled at on the phone because I want to know what's going on, that's unacceptable. That's not how it works!! This chain will be avoided from now on and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. In my experience I can only advise against it.

Absolutely recommended: The last Domino's pizza was a stunner! Simply delicious, anyone who likes teriyaki should treat themselves to Domino's Teriyaki Chicken Pizza! Delivery service was also great, it was there within the specified time. Top!

Order pizza rolls with contents and instead of 8 pieces, you end up with 4 filled ones and 4 completely empty ones. My pizza with tomato sauce was completely sauceless.

Well, it's not that bad. We only ordered a pizza, Pizza Salami Supreme with cheese crust and when the pizza was brought to us, I personally didn't like the dough of the pizza as much as it was like biting raw dough. I told the employee that straight away, he baked it again for me, and it tasted good. We also had churros, which don't taste nearly as good as Burger King, for example. Otherwise, the employee was very nice despite my criticism. I can recommend it for in between meals. Which isn't so good. There are no toilets or handwashing facilities. And getting there is a bit complicated because of the construction site.

Pizza was very tasty, ordering online was a bit confusing, but all in all good, and most importantly, the food was tasty ☺️

I ordered 4 pizzas there, paid the full price, even though I once had the gourmet voucher for 2 pizzas for the price of 1, and the 2 pizzas for the price of 1 promotion was running

It's a shame, it's diminished so much. Out of 3 times the pizza was cold twice, once without being ordered there were burnt onions all over the pizza, even on the edge and once it was the wrong size. It's just dismissed over the phone and no one cares

Very dissatisfied! The pizza was supposed to arrive at 8am but the seller forgot to deliver it. When I called, the attitude was extremely bad. Before I could finish my sentences, he simply hung up the phone.

We ordered an offer with 2 pizzas, it arrived within the specified delivery time but unfortunately one pizza was missing. The driver then said we should contact the store. The clerk on the phone was very rude and said it wasn't his problem and he couldn't do anything. When we asked if we would get the second pizza, the answer was simply "No". We are speechless.

Disaster! I ordered a kebab pizza with no lettuce, no onions and no cocktail sauce and the pizza came with onions, lettuce and cocktail sauce.

Food was made quickly. Seller was nice and friendly.

A coke was forgotten when we ordered, the driver said he would bring it straight away but he got off work straight away, the shift manager who I spoke to later said he would bring it then, which he didn't either. I went there the following day and the driver and shift manager lied and said I had gotten my Coke. The lady at the counter gave it to me anyway "so that there's peace and quiet" and I should please not order there anymore. So it really doesn't get any cheekier than that.

I was eating there and had ordered a Coke. When the delivery arrived, the driver wanted to leave quickly, but I noticed that the Coke was missing, then the delivery person said he would bring it to us. When he didn't come after half an hour, we called and the person in the store said that the driver had already left work after placing the order. The guy said when he was finished cleaning up he would bring it over to us, but he didn't. The next day we called again and someone said he would bring her over, but then he didn't come all day. Nobody answered the phone anymore. We then went there and wanted the coke to mean that we really had it for a long time, the driver and the shift manager simply lied and got away with no consequences. Why should we make so many attempts to get a crappy cola when we would have had it a long time ago, seriously?! We finally got our coke after 8 hours! But we shouldn't order anymore (we don't want to anymore after such a campaign!)

I ordered again. Pizza arrived relatively cold and, like the last delivery, salad was really wilted. You could also tell from the taste (best before date label). I think it was a shame. General feed back. I have been ordering from you for years. Prices are getting more and more expensive. The minimum order value has been adjusted upwards and Unfortunately, the quality is also compromised. My last order was all good.

Pizza was okay, but the unfriendly employee wasn't. I had a 2:1 voucher from Stadtwerke IN that was not accepted because he didn't have a scanner and couldn't or didn't want to enter it manually. Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Wartezeit war lange obwohl wir die einzigen Kunden waren. Und das Ambiente, war jetzt nichts außergewöhnliches.

Wir haben die Cap Verde Pizza bestellt. Die Pizza war gut, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Ambiente solala, aber da Dominos ja dafür bekannt ist, dass das Essen über den Lieferdienst bestellt wird oder als Abholung, darf man da denke ich keine großen Erwartungen haben. Die Pizza war frisch, die Verkäuferin nett. Zum „schnell mal was essen“ ist es hier in Ordnung.

Dominos Pizza ist für meinen Geschmack nicht lecker. Lieferung ist zwar schnell, aber die Mitarbeiter sind so gestresst, dass man da eigentlich gar nicht bestellen mag.

Lieferung immer sehr schnell, Lieferanten sind freundlich. Nur die Preise gehen leider immer mehr nach oben, trotz der Erhöhung des Mindestbestellwerts sowie Einführung von Lieferkosten. In Summe kommt da dann echt was zusammen...

Schmeckt fast immer super, bisher noch kein einziges Mal Probleme bei der Lieferung gehabt und Lieferanten sind immer freundlich. Leider wird seit den Preiseerhöhungen ordentlich an Belag gegeizt.

Heute zum ersten mal bei Domino's bestellt und es war alles bestens. Schnelle Lieferung in weniger als einer halben Stunde sowie eine sehr freundliche Lieferantin. Die beiden Pizzen, 1 x die Lucifer 32cm mit BBQ Sauce und eine Prosciutto Funghi 28cm waren noch gut warm und waren auch sehr lecker. Gerne wieder.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker aber für die kleinen Größen schon relativ teuer. Super ist das es auch veganen Käse gibt so können alle zufrieden gestellt werden da wir jemanden mit Milcheiweißallergie haben ist uns das sehr wichtig. Die Brötchen waren lecker aber mit relativ wenig Füllung. Leider mussten wir fast eine halbe Stunde länger als geplant aufs Essen warten aber bekamen eine kleine Enttäuschung in Form eines gratis Terramisus was eine ausreichende Entscheidung war. Ich de ke aber die verspätete Ausgabe liegt aber eher am System als an den Leuten da die Mitarbeiter die ganze Zeit voll Gas gegeben haben aber lt. System hat die Bestellung von 3 Pizzen 24Brötchen nur 15 Minuten dauern sollen was einfach nicht realistisch ist.

Essen sehr lecker aber der Lieferant hat uns angerufen, da er unsere Wohnung nicht gefunden hat und meinte wir sollen zur nächsten Tankstelle kommen und unser Essen dort abholen er würde jetzt nicht länger rumfahren und die Adresse suchen. Meiner Meinung nach eine Unverschämtheit. Ich zahle doch keine Lieferkosten wenn ich dann mein Essen an der nächstliegenden Tankstelle abholen muss. Da das meiner Meinung nach gar nicht geht 2 Sterne abzug.

The staff was really kind and we enjoyed eating their pizza right out of the oven, instead of going for the delivery service as usual (also good!). A nice experience :))

Was a good pizza the only problem was that there only was 1 person on shift on a Friday evening! We waited a while before the cashier could take our order cause it was busy. The cashier was very nice and calm even though the phone rang and it was very busy. The other thing is, that their card terminal didn’t work, so we had to order online. A shame when the pizza tastes good.
