Fam. Nguyen Restaurant in Ingolstadt

I've now ordered from the Nguyen family twice via Lieferando, and both times I was disappointed. Instead of the dishes I selected and paid for (which were more expensive), I received something completely different. No apology, no explanation. Furthermore, the delivery time is unreasonable: Sometimes you wait up to two hours without any feedback. The tracking even shows that the driver is already there, even though no one shows up and nothing is delivered. The taste is completely run-of-the-mill. Only convenience products. I wouldn't consider ordering from here again. Anyone who values ​​reliability and proper service should look for an alternative.

What lousy service. We waited forever for the food we ordered. The phone was put on hold. No one answered. We were blatantly lied to (presumably, they forgot to make the food). Unfortunately, the lovely evening was ruined.

Not worth ordering, sloppy delivery, unfriendly staff, cold and soggy food. We ordered food, but the delivery finally arrived incomplete after 1.5 hours. Half the order was missing, and the portion we received looked shaken up and, to top it off, was cold. We tried several times to reach someone on site using the phone number listed on Google, but to no avail. We then drove to the restaurant ourselves, only to be told by the manager that he sometimes receives orders totaling €100, and that's just how the food arrives cold... Not to mention the missing food. We were initially fobbed off with €25, but the missing order was verifiably over €35. All in all, I would not recommend it; there are better suppliers in Ingolstadt.

Service Desert The order arrived over 3.5 hours after placing the order and over 2.5 hours after the promised delivery date. Reaching them by phone for information proved extremely difficult, and the information was incorrect. Never again!

Ordered via Uber Eats. It was delivered late, half of it was forgotten, and the food was completely cold. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful and wanted to take care of it, but the restaurant was incompetent. We ended up driving there ourselves because no one was answering the phone. The staff was completely unfriendly!!!

Order NEVER received!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the "Fam. Nguyen" restaurant. I placed an order on October 3, 2025, via the delivery platform "Lieferando" and paid with PayPal. Unfortunately, I never received my order. Despite my email confirmation and the display on the platform that the order was being processed, nothing arrived. I tried to contact the restaurant, but unfortunately, to no avail. Communication with the restaurant was not possible, and the delivery was unsuccessful. I cannot recommend ordering from the "Fam. Nguyen" restaurant until the delivery and communication issues are resolved.

Our food has been forgotten twice, and we had to wait 1.5 hours. Both times, it seemed like our food was only prepared after we called and asked where the delivery was. They said it was already being delivered—about 30 minutes later, the food only arrived—hard to believe, considering it's been 4 km. It would be more professional to be honest with the customer instead of making excuses like that. Especially since they should also work on being reachable by phone. After I asked today where the food was, I didn't get a proper answer and they hung up in the middle of the conversation. After I called again, no one answered. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again.

Food tastes good but very unfriendly.

I had my food delivered, and they were very quick. The food was delicious; I can only recommend it. ☺️ I order from there very often and am always very satisfied. The delivery people are always very nice, too. Everything is simply great.👍🏼

I ordered nut sauce with chicken three times – and it was honestly a disgrace. The vegetables tasted spoiled, the chicken was yellowish, and looked anything but fresh. The nut sauce wasn't a sauce, but a thin, watery soup – completely tasteless and simply disgusting. I haven't had such a terrible meal in years. I really can't recommend anyone order from here. A waste of money and an upset stomach guaranteed.

The food was horrible. The sweet and sour pineapple main course smelled and tasted chemically. It was very poorly presented and tasted absolutely disgusting. I'll never order from here again.

We used the delivery service and it was fantastic! The food arrived at the time we requested and was absolutely delicious! A great selection of sushi! We'll order again!

We ordered sushi and gyoza. The gyoza were already lukewarm-cold when they arrived, and the sushi was very poorly rolled. The maki were almost falling apart. In our opinion, it's not worth the money! We won't eat there again. What a shame!

The delivery time and food were okay. Unfortunately, the delivery person was very passive aggressive after he couldn't find the front door right away. We clearly stated "please call" on the order. Then he claimed he'd called four times, even though we only had one call in our phone book. A pointless argument. Just call and be done with it. That would be reason enough for us not to order from there again.

I ordered miso soup and sushi. Unfortunately, the soup was disappointing; the meat in it had an unpleasant taste, strongly reminiscent of dish soap. That was a real shame. On the other hand, the sushi was extremely tasty and fresh, which at least somewhat salvaged the overall impression.

Update: Unfortunately, the quality is declining considerably. It's a shame that almost every restaurant or delivery service declines like this after a while. Why can't they just keep doing the same thing? The duck looked very unappetizing and tasted just as it did. The food itself was very greasy and unloving. Sushi not recommended! The soups and main courses were very tasty, but the sushi, for around €80, was an insult to any sushi lover. Very poorly prepared. On top of that, the food was incomplete and sometimes delivered incorrectly. A real shame. Still, 4 stars because the other dishes were delicious.

The food is delicious. However, the delivery guy told me that the boss keeps the tips you pay through Lieferando for himself.

I just ordered Udon noodles and it came without Udon, just with vegetables and chicken. Thank you for delivering the wrong thing the second time. I will never order anything from you again.

After waiting for 2 hours and trying to reach someone by phone several times, someone finally answered the phone and couldn't even find the order. Suddenly it was said that she was already on her way. 5 minutes later I got another call saying the food had fallen down and had to be remade again, it would take 30 minutes to see if that was okay. Here I said that after 2 1/2 hours I no longer wanted the order. So it was canceled by the restaurant shortly afterwards. The next day I get an email saying that I still have to pay for the meal because I canceled it even though it had already been prepared. Strangely, it sounded completely different on the phone. I have already complained about the UberEats app and I really hope I get my money back. In the past, deliveries were never made on time. It basically took 20-40 minutes longer than stated. But yesterday was too much! So don't order here if you're hungry, don't want to be taken for a ride and don't want any hassle afterwards.

Delicious Asian cuisine, with the Vietnamese flair for perfect spice combinations! It's take-out only, so bring cash for an inexpensive meal that is 5-star quality.

I waited 1 ¾ hours for the order. As expected, the dish arrived cold and the duck was therefore very tough. I called after 1 hour and was told the driver was already on the way. Which can't be right at about 6km away.

Unfortunately, we cannot rate the ambience sufficiently because all of our orders were placed via Lieferando. The restaurant pays close attention to allergens and will call you directly to ask for any necessary information regarding the allergen-free preparation of the food. The Crunchy Rolls are particularly recommended 😍. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. Our number one when it comes to Asian cuisine in Ingolstadt ❤️

The dumplings were stuck together in a big pile, otherwise everything was ok.

Price performance is absolutely right, the egg noodles with vegetables taste as much as they cost, the vegetables are stuffed like on a kebab, just thrown in and the chicken was missing (even though I chose it and paid extra for it) all in all I don't need the food again

Food ALWAYS comes cold and late. The waiting time is already 1 hour and then they always arrive at least 30 minutes late.

I love the coconut soup. It's so mega, I'd like to look over the chef's shoulder. So far everything has always been delicious and fresh. We always have delivery. This is the first service where we have never been disappointed! Top 👍🏻

Ordered food and had it delivered in a reasonable time. It was all very tasty and looked delicious too. Which is not always the case with delivered food.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Hatten Crunchy Sushi und chop suey. Wirklich sehr lecker. Das beste was ich bis jetzt in Ingolstadt hatte. Zum Essen *gehen*. Sollte man sich aber etwas anderes suchen. Ist leider wohl nur als Lieferservice gedacht. Sollte sich das ändern wären wir gerne die ersten Gäste. Super!

Schon öfter bestellt und immer sehr lecker und anspruchsvoll. Heute das erste mal Sushi bestellt. War unterirdisch schlecht. Nicht richtig gerollt und geschmacklich fade. Würde auf einen Anfänger tippen. War immer begeistert von dem Essen aber Sushi nein danke. Tut mir leid aber das war nichts.

das essen war super, die lieferung würd ich eher als umständlich bezeichnen. aber gut, kann mal sein. zweite change gibts auf jeden fall, weil, das essen war halt echt super spize und das entscheidet.

Das Essen ist wirklich überragend, auch das Sushi richtig super. Liefern dauert leider immer sehr sehr lange, das ist der einzige Nachteil.

Enttäuschend. Wir hatten da noch nie gegessen, da die Website ansprechend war, dachten wir, wir probieren es mal. Haben uns daher 2 Wantansuppen bestellt, 2x Mama Teller und 1x Knusprige Ente mit Eier-Nudeln. Die Lieferung kam erst nach 1,5 h. Als wir die Wantan Suppe probiert hatten, konnten wir nur mit dem Kopf schütteln. Die aller schlechteste Wantan Suppe ever! 1. Es war kein Bouillon, sondern gekochtes Wasser! 2. Gerade mal 3 mickrige Wantan Bällchen schwammen drin 3. dazu 5 überkochte Reisnudelfäden (obwohl auf Speisekarte Glasnudeln stand!!!) und die Krönung: mit grob gehacktem, ROHEM Zucchini -und Karottenstückchen -Hallo?! Wir haben uns eine Suppe bestellt und kein Salat?!. Anscheinend sind hier ebenfalls die Gewürze ausgegangen-kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, kein Sesamöl. Denn die Suppe schmeckte einfach nur nach Wasser! Daher hatten wir tatsächlich nur die 3 Wantanbällchen, die etwa 1,5 cm Durchmesser hatten, gegessen und alles andere weggeschmissen! Und das für pro Suppe 4,90€! Absolute Frechheit dies als Wan-Tan Suppe zu verkaufen!!! Alle anderen Gerichte gingen, war jedoch auch nicht so schmackhaft - alles lieblos hergerichtet. Das ist das erste und auch das letzte Mal, dass wir bei FamNguyen Restaurant bestellen. Hier wird nicht mit Leidenschaft gekocht! Können wir also nicht weiterempfehlen. Für 70€ hätte ich in einem anderem Restaurant besser gegessen!!!

Richtig leckeres Essen und pünktliche Lieferung! Absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr hochwertiges, frisches und vorallem leckeres Essen 😊 Die Portionen sind ordentlich und selbst die Nachspeise war nach dem Verzehr des Hauptganges noch warm 👍🏻. Haben jetzt schon des Öfteren hier bestellt und wurden nie entäuscht. Nur zu empfehlen. Weiter so 👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr leckes und frisches Essen. Hab auch über die Seite vom Geschäft öfter mal Suhsi zum liefern bestellt. Hatten mir auf Wunsch die Avocados weggelassen jedes mal.

Solides Sushi, schmeckt gut, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lediglich der Reis der Inside-out Rollen war etwas zu trocken. Sonst alles bestens. Schnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung über Lieferando. Gerne wieder, 56 Euro für das im Bikd gezeigte, das ist völlig in Ordnung!

Super leckeres Essen und konnte bereits nach 15 Minuten alles abholen. Das Tofu Curry und die Udon Nudeln sind sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr gutes P/L Verhältnis.

Although the menu looks authentic, the food is unfortunately far from Vietnamese. Perhaps I ordered the wrong meal? I had the Bun thit nuong and it was by far the worst facsimile of this South Vietnamese classic with limp noodles, bad fish sauce (nuoc mám), and the wrong veggies (rucola leaves, salad, peppers, and no cucumbers or mint/basil). Maybe the pho is better - willing to try, but expectations are super low!

Sehr leckeres Essen, zügige Lieferung. Das Sushi ist wirklich extrem gut. Einzig die Salatbeilage ohne Dressing könnte man sich sparen und dafür die Portionen etwas vergrößern.

Essen wurde pünktlich geliefert. Leider war die Avocado überreif und teilweise schon matschig. Man sah schon ohne die Rollen zu öffnen die braunen Stellen. Die Fotos vor dem Müll. Die mit Lachs waren frisch und in Ordnung (hoffentlich).

Wir bestellen hier so gern , sind immer zufrieden. Essen ist super lecker .

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung kam rechtzeitig, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich. Das Essen kam in einer Tragetüte an welches in einer thermobox war. Bestellen sicher nochmal

Wir haben uns heute mal beliefern lassen. Es war alles perfekt. Lieferung auf die Minute. Sehr netter Lieferant. Die bestellten Speisen waren unglaublich lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

bestellung per lieferung...gebratene ente mit reis und gemüse auf chop suey art....eiernudeln mit gemüse und gebratenem huhn....kokossuppe(weiß nimmer wie die genau heißt ) und glasnudelsuppe...essen kam zwar mit 30 minütiger verspätung an(sonntags fast normal) war aber immer noch sehr warm bzw heiß...geschmacklich...BOMBE...die ente mega zart und butterweich(trotz langem anfahrtsweg) gut gewürzt reis top und gemüse mit biss absolut top!!! suppen und eiernudeln ebenfalls ein geschmackserlebniss...kein wunder das diese familie so gute bewertungen hat...denn die können KOCHEN..1A mit Stern...absolut empfehlenswert !!!!

Absolut mit Abstand das beste Asiatische Restaurant von dem ich in 25 Jahren in Ingolstadt gegessen habe! Zufällig auf Lieferando bestellt und total begeistert von dieser guten Qualität!

Typische deutsch-asiatische Schnellküche. Hat nach nichts geschmeckt, und statt "asiatischen Kräutern" (wie in der Karte angegeben) gab's deutschen Salat dazu. Und die Sommerrollen waren krass lieblos gedreht. Es wär jetzt zwar frech, mich als Experte zu bezeichnen, aber ein bisschen kenn ich mich schon aus mit den südostasiatischen Küchen und ihren Unterschieden... 2 Sterne, weil wir satt geworden sind, und weil der Preis dem Angebot entsprechend günstig war - eben wie bei jedem x-beliebigen Asiaten an der Ecke. Nur war der Grund, dort zu essen, eben nicht der Preis...

Endlich asiatisches Essen, das nicht in Glutamat Soja Soße schwimmt & authentisch schmeckt. Viel frisches, knackiges Gemüse dabei & alle Gerichte werden mit einem kleinen Salat serviert. Suppen & Sushi auch sehr lecker. Eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Das kl Restaurant wurde nett, mit viel Liebe im vietnamesischen Stil renoviert. Leider haben sie während dem Lockdown aufgemacht & liegen etwas abseits, deshalb weiter empfehlen. Ein junges, nettes, fleißiges & engagiertes Team. Weiter so 👌🏻 Für mich der beste Asiate in der Stadt!

heute zum ersten mal bestellt. zwar kam die bestellung 20 minuten später als erwartet, aber das essen war wirklich top und die preise sind absolut human. unsere gebratenen nudeln mit huhn und ente waren von der portion her fast schon zu viel. dazu noch das "family" sushi und wir waren randvoll. sehr empfehlenswert und gerne demnächst wieder 👍

Das Essen ist super vor Ort und als TakeAway aber nur Barzahlung zu akzeptieren und kein Wechselgeld zu haben geht halt Mal gar nicht. Ich wollte nicht so viel Trinkgeld geben aber der Zusteller war sofort weg mit dem Geld.

Sehr lecker! Und der Preis ist wirklich fair! Sehr zu empfehlen!
