This was our second time there. The food is excellent, prepared and presented with a lot of love, and you can taste it. Like the previous reviewers, I highly recommend it; the cooking here is still authentic. A varied weekly menu, and the service is friendly and attentive.

A very small restaurant where you quickly feel at home. There's only one vegan menu (soup + curry + dessert + drinks). The ingredients were fresh and the taste was delicious. At around €12, it's relatively inexpensive. I even managed to convince a non-vegan. You can tell they have a lot of regulars. Today was our first visit and certainly won't be our last. With this review, I hope more people will try this place.

Great concept: 24/7 ice cream vending machine just minutes from the Wertach River. Large selection, two cup sizes. Not exactly cheap at just under €10 for 550 ml, but office-quality and truly delicious. Accordingly, the price is reasonable. Card payments save you the hassle of searching for coins.

No matter what time, no matter who. Whether at lunchtime or in the evening for about two wine spritzers. The place is great. Everything is great. Extremely delicious. Super fresh. The soup has blown me away so many times. The golden milk anyway. After eating I always feel as good as I used to when my mother cooked for me. Thank you for all the love you put into every meal!

We tried to buy a €500 voucher on Thursday evening and were yelled at by the bartender, who told us it was a bad time and that we should leave and please come before 6 p.m. next time during the week. Appreciation looks different.

The restaurant accepts reservations even though it is closed. There is only an outdated, small, hidden notice on the website from May 2022. However, you cannot see this notice when you open the homepage and the reservation button is the same size. Why should I browse through the hidden parts of the site when I can reserve a table there immediately and seemingly easily. You should expect that the reservation function is deactivated if the restaurant does not accept any reservations. It should also be said that the reservation has been in place for several weeks, during which time they could have found the time to inform us. If you as a customer feel that you are being taken so seriously in advance, you will certainly no longer value a visit.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and certainly not my last. Spiesswerk also exists in other cities. The concept includes, among other things, skewers on certain stands. The evening with the group was very, very successful – and the food and drinks were outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. Addendum: And the sweet potato sticks with garlic sauce, which other reviewers have already mentioned, are definitely delicious.
