First Eisdiele & Pizzeria in Augsburg

Katastrophe. Bei 23 °C Außentemperatur war das Spaghetti-Eis bei der Ankunft bereits halb geschmolzen. Zunächst wurde mir das falsche Eis gebracht. Als ich die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde behauptet, ich hätte genau dieses Eis bestellt. Statt sich für die Verwechslung zu entschuldigen, wurde ich als Kunde so dargestellt, als läge der Fehler bei mir. Ich hatte ein Spaghetti-Eis mit verschiedenen Früchten bestellt. Bekommen habe ich jedoch ein Spaghetti-Eis mit Erdbeeren (für mich wirkten diese nicht einmal frisch) und gerade einmal vier kleine Stücke Honigmelone. Als ich nachfragte, warum ich nicht die bestellten verschiedenen Früchte erhalten habe, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, dass das Eis nur mit den aktuell verfügbaren Früchten serviert wird. Dann sollte das auch so auf der Speisekarte stehen und nicht etwas anderes angeboten werden. Der eigentliche Hammer war aber der Preis: Für dieses Eis habe ich 14,90 € bezahlt. Das normale Spaghetti-Eis mit Erdbeeren kostet, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, etwa 8,90 €. Für ein paar Stücke Honigmelone und eine zusätzliche Kugel Eis fast 6 € Aufpreis zu verlangen, obwohl die versprochenen verschiedenen Früchte gar nicht serviert wurden, finde ich schlicht unverschämt. Für mich war das leider ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Bei den Preisen hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und vor allem einen kundenfreundlicheren Umgang erwartet.

Eis ist okay aber mit 2€ deutlich überteuert für die Qualität die geboten wird. Eis ist leider eher Standard/ industriell als echtes Handwerk.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich hatte ein Spaghetti-Eis bestellt und statt Vanille ausdrücklich Bananeneis mit Erdbeerstückchen gewünscht. Bekommen habe ich jedoch einen riesigen Haufen Sahne mit gerade einmal einer Kugel Bananeneis und ein paar Erdbeeren obendrauf – das hatte mit einem Spaghetti-Eis kaum etwas zu tun. Da ich Sahne nicht besonders mag, habe ich das freundlich angesprochen. Statt Verständnis oder einer Lösung gab es keinerlei Einsicht. Im Gegenteil: Ich hatte sogar das Gefühl, dass man mich möglichst schnell wieder loswerden wollte. Für mich war das sowohl qualitativ als auch vom Umgang mit Kunden eine große Enttäuschung. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal Eis essen und kann die Eisdiele leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei First Eisdiele & Pizzeria. Das Essen und das Eis waren sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service , Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, nett und aufmerksam. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Eisbecher haben mich leider nicht überzeugt. Auf der Speisekarte sahen sie deutlich ansprechender aus als das, was schließlich serviert wurde. Etwas enttäuschend war auch, dass die Kellnerin auf Nachfrage nicht sagen konnte, welche Eissorten im Früchtebecher enthalten sind. Auf meine Frage, ob zumindest mehr als zwei Sorten enthalten sind, wurde dies bejaht. Am Ende bestand der Becher jedoch nur aus Vanilleeis und einer Fruchteissorte. Geschmacklich kenne ich deutlich bessere Eisdielen. Für eine Kugel Eis in der Waffel ist das Eiscafé aber durchaus in Ordnung. Das Personal ist schnell.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Das Eis ist hervorragend, der Kuchen frisch und lecker, und auch die Pizza ist absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und herzliche Personal – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder! Marija

Kann man machen , war früher besser . Pizza war wie bei ran Tankstelle - fertig Pizza . Etwas lange gewartet für Getränke obwohl nichts los war . Für Eis essen okay . Und eventuell etwas trinken . Nur essen ist in einem Restaurant besser .

Die Pizza ist sehr gut! Das Eis ganz ok, was uns leider abgeschreckt hat war ein sehr ruppiges Personal. Nicht sehr kinderfreundlich, leider.

Leckeres, cremiges Eis mit guter Auswahl an Sorten. Auch die Pizza ist frisch und geschmackvoll. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service schnell. Preise sind fair. Insgesamt ein guter Ort für Eis und Pizza.

Essen ist sehr gut, Service katastrophal. 3 besetzte Tische und 3 Mitarbeiter und wir sitzen 40 Minuten vor leeren Tellern und warten auf das abkassieren. Vorher werden aber neue Kunden bedient und sich mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt trotz nachfragen.

Wir waren dort, um ihr köstliches Eis zu probieren, und ich kann es absolut empfehlen. Die Angestellten sind höflich, freundlich und effizient. Das Lokal ist mit seinem geschmackvollen Design und dem großzügigen Außenbereich ideal.

I often order takeaway pizza from here. You never have to wait long, and they even give you a drink to go with your pizza. The location is great, right by the Mühlbach stream, where you can enjoy your pizza in comfort. I've only had ice cream here once. I had a delicious spaghetti ice cream and was very satisfied.

We were just at the ice cream parlor and weren't served again because it was more important to chat with the colleagues inside. We would have given 0 stars if it had been possible; this is a no-go.

This evening, while passing through Augsburg on our Romantic Road tour, we decided to grab some pizza. We found this pizzeria on Google Maps with excellent reviews. I must say, the pizza we ate was very good. The table service was also good, and the waiter was very friendly. Be aware that the place closes at 10:00 PM, so if you'd like to eat pizza later, be aware that it closes at 10:00 PM. The pizzeria also serves ice cream, and from what I've seen, it offers some lovely gelato. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

The food was mediocre and the beer wasn't really cold. Other customers around me were smoking a lot in the fresh air, which I found annoying. Overall, sitting on the street isn't exactly comfortable. It was worth a try, but I'm not convinced.

We waited a long time to be allowed to order our three two-scoop ice creams. When they finally arrived, two of the three cups were also incorrect. Because my daughter had already helped herself and we'd already waited too long, we didn't send the ice cream back.

I've been to this ice cream parlor several times, but unfortunately, it never really convinced me. Often, there's only a very small selection of 5-6 standard flavors, and you'll look in vain for special or creative flavors. What particularly disappointed us on our last visit: We weren't allowed to sit outside with our purchased ice cream – as a family of three, even though a scoop now costs €1.80. That doesn't seem very hospitable. The ice cream tastes okay, but nothing special. It's also not run by Italians, which is evident from the atmosphere and selection. Overall, unfortunately, the impression is that this place is more about business than genuine ice cream craftsmanship or customer service. We'd rather go elsewhere in the future.

Since the change of ownership, no one has been served. They tell you to wave (am I a waving cat?) but ignore you despite raising your hand twice. He prefers to sit at the next table, smoking and chatting... when you ask him about it, he just says that's not true. Oh, and they take everything from you together instead of asking if it's a single bill or separate bills. Sorry, that's not acceptable.

I simply love being here. Everything is as it should be, and on top of that, you have great ice cream, good espresso, and wonderful service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We just wanted an ice cream to go. Because the lady behind the counter didn't have any change, we were only able to buy a single small ice cream (we had to spend ages looking for change). We didn't have a 50 or 100 euro note but only 20 euros (you almost need that much money for two good portions of ice cream). The other one came away empty-handed. It can happen sometimes. But they didn't even apologize. We were just asked: "What's the problem here?" offended... it's a shame. Otherwise we really enjoy going there. We don't go to her anymore.

Hello everyone. My opinion about this place has changed, apparently the staff in this place has changed, we were here with two kids, they only brought us two sets of dishes even though we were four, then we had to ask them for plates, the seafood pizza was kind of risky. I don't recommend it.

Have been there three times, unfortunately always rude service. Our niece was barked at by the boss about what kind of ice cream she wanted. We ourselves received the wrong drink and were then portrayed as liars. Very unfriendly. Our niece has an allergy to cream and has had a lot of cream underneath her fruit ice cream with cream three times now, despite the comment. Ice was not exchanged and tips were also given to oneself. The mood and stress is released on the customer. No change received. It's a shame, because the atmosphere wasn't exactly good for us either. Then we'll go to Enzo and stay there.

I recently visited First Eisdiele in Augsburg and absolutely loved my experience there! I was particularly impressed by the First Pizza – I really enjoyed it. The dough was perfectly crispy, the ingredients were fresh and the combination of flavors was heavenly. You can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. The ambience in the ice cream parlor is also very pleasant and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend the First ice cream parlor to everyone, be it for a delicious pizza or a refreshing ice cream. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The waiter is very rude and I think he never learned manners.

Very impolite. All tables in the shade were reserved. When I asked when I would have to clear the table, I received a rude answer. I then replied that I just wanted to have a quick iced coffee. I would have expected the waiter to bring me one because the table was about to be freed up. I didn't get one from him, and I didn't even get a card from another waitress. Instead she served another table, which was later occupied. Customer friendliness looks different. I then went on to the boulangerie, where I was served very friendly and ate a very tasty raspberry croissant.

I would like to comment on Tina Lada's review whether there might be a misunderstanding at the rated restaurant 🤷‍♀️The recession was an hour ago and we are here with some girls right now. There are a few tables available, I've never seen any reservation signs before and the service is always super friendly We always like to come😊

To review Safeer Nhandoli: We were guests at the time, experienced the situation and cannot confirm this description. We heard that a row was suggested to you that was at the edge and therefore better in terms of space, instead of in the middle of the terrace as desired. This was probably not acceptable for the guests. We couldn't see a disdainful expression on his face and since we don't understand the language, we couldn't say what he was talking about with others. Whenever we are there, there is at least one wheelchair user here and, like us, they receive friendly service.

We recently visited this establishment with a group of individuals who have limited mobility and use wheelchairs. I would have understood if the proprietor had politely informed us that it was not feasible to accommodate all of us. Instead, he dismissed us with a rather disdainful expression and, to add insult to injury, proceeded to joke about it with a colleague in a foreign language. Completely unacceptable and unwelcoming. We certainly won't be returning.

Ein kleiner Geheimtipp für Kaffeeliebhaber, da können sich viele „Szenecafes“ im Zentrum was abschauen! Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Barista versteht sein Handwerk.

Ich habe ein Spaghetti Eis bestellt. Leider war es schon sehr verlaufen und gut suppig. Die Sahne darin war eher lauwarm das was ich gar nicht mag denn es gehört so, dass die Sahne darunter leicht angefrohren ist. Das ist genau das was ich so mag. Das war diesmal wirklich nicht zufriedenstellend!
