The expanded menu, along with the fantastic fresh salads, is sensational—especially the chicken drumsticks and thighs—for dining in the market-hall atmosphere. Knolle & Spritz has its own lovingly selected tables and chairs. Food can also be taken away in reusable containers. A 100% recommendation—tucked away on the wall of the Viktualienhalle 👍☺️...and don't forget: freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are also available 😉🍋🍓

I ate a vegetable wrap with falafel here in the Viktualienmarkt for €6.50. Spicy, light and very, very tasty! Simply great! 👍

The Stadtmarkt offers a small mix of delicatessens and restaurants. It's not very big, but you'll find something to your liking. The Vitaminbar offers fresh fruit and vegetable juices, as well as hot dishes. I had the Kässpätzle with salad. It was very good, even though it was microwaved, but the price was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Very good, vitamin-rich food and good desserts...unfortunately closed on Saturdays now...a shame....

At the city market, your culinary needs are well catered for. But cultural delights are also not neglected; for example, visitors are treated to a free piano concert.

Actually, it's pretty good in itself. The spaetzle and other "warm things" are frozen from the microwave. But it's okay as a side dish to salad. Unfortunately, cash only.
