Very delicious food and friendly, attentive service. The restaurant and beer garden may look rather unassuming from the outside, but it's very cozy and lovely to sit outside, especially in summer.

On Tuesday, I met up with friends for dinner at Spiesswerk. None of us are from Augsburg. I took it upon myself to find a good restaurant. After a quick Google search, I came across Spiesswerk: - easily accessible by car - food that's anything but ordinary - good reviews So, I reserved a table online and off we went. What can I say? It was a lovely evening with friendly, attentive staff, delicious food (skewers, of course!), and a great atmosphere. If I'm ever looking for a restaurant in Augsburg again, I'll definitely come back. If the parking garage across the street also had charging stations, that would be the icing on the cake.
