Excellent hotpot, even for larger groups! There were seven of us, and we ordered two pots divided into three sections. A wide selection of broths and toppings was available, catering to vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters. The service was very friendly, which is a bit unusual these days, but it's worth noting that the place was quite busy. Highly recommended, especially the mushroom broth, the tofu leaves, and the lotus root – I was a big fan! :-)

Candlelight dinner simply wonderful

The food used to be delicious and the price/performance ratio was right... now only recommended to a limited extent. But the owner is very empathetic and the service is friendly. September 2025: Unfortunately, the food has deteriorated considerably. Portions have become much smaller. For example, there used to be two bags of squid with gyros on the plate, now there are only three thin rings???? For almost €22.00. The price is too high, since the plate was actually just gyros. Conclusion: The menu has shrunk too much. Everyone is disappointed...

Yesterday we had an excellent sushi menu with an appetizer. As customers using the Schlemmerblock discount booklet, we also received the special menu. I think the menu is a great solution, because how else can you implement the 2-for-1 concept with sushi? We received friendly service and were very satisfied.

Cozy pub, inexpensive, good food selection, very friendly service

1. Unfortunately, I missed the moment when foie gras started to cost as much as black caviar. At the same time, the portion was halved. 2. It was difficult to book a table, although we were sitting in a half-empty establishment. 3. I can’t say that it was incredibly tasty, the prices were above average. The bill for dinner for two with a bottle of wine was €200+. 4. The atmosphere is not French, the service is uninterested in the client. 5. And the “icing on the cake” was food poisoning.

A super friendly welcome, I immediately felt at home, the coffee was great and the cake was delicious. Sitting on the terrace overlooking Lake Tegernsee was a dream; I managed to completely unwind for two hours – fantastic! But the toilet is so cute, I've never seen anything like it, the wallpaper is so lovely. I'll definitely be back.

The food was good, everyone was friendly, I'd gladly come again.

Sehr gemütlich drinnen. I had the Wiener Schnitzel and just how I like it, not too rich, sometimes you get them much thicker, but heavy butter in the crust. Here it was 2 thin pieces with more dry crust. Tastes are obviously different, but to me it was perfect. Thin and crunchy. I took potatoes instead of chips. Perfect consistency. All in all a very good meal and generous portion. I enjoyed it! Yum 😋

We were a party of three for dinner last night. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. However, we had mixed feelings about the portion sizes. While item number 116 (Gyros Calamari) was indeed a large portion, the salad (Salata tou chef) and platter V (more like a platter) were a joke. The salad was more like a side salad, and the platter was the size of a child's plate. For these prices, it was far too little, and we were very disappointed. Therefore, we won't be coming back.

I was here for lunch and chose the spaghetti from the daily special. In my opinion, the food was really very good and delicious. A little tip for other guests: In my experience, it's worth avoiding the peak lunchtime rush, as the restaurant can get quite crowded and busy. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you might want to come a little earlier or later. Overall, though, a visit is definitely worthwhile!

We are absolutely thrilled with this restaurant! The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We would especially like to commend the service: extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. You feel welcome from the very first moment. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back.
